I can’t say enough great things about Carly and Karoline from the Crexendo migration team — they have been phenomenal throughout this entire migration process! From start to finish, their professionalism, patience, and dedication have made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and completely manageable. Every single time I’ve reached out — whether by email or with a quick question — they’ve responded immediately with such a helpful, positive attitude. They’ve answered every question I had (and there were quite a few), always taking the time to ensure I fully understood each step. Even more impressive, they resolved every single issue I encountered — quickly, efficiently, and with zero hassle on my end.

Jon Butts in Sales was consistent and patient. He followed up regularly without being overbearing and was so pleasant to speak with each time. The devices they sent over are the devices that we discussed and they arrived earlier than expected. They were extremely simple to set up.

Mike Gierut from implementation was also very personable as well as consistent in ensuring that we had a smooth transition. We hit a bit of a snag with one of the devices and Mike quickly got IT looped in and Cris Montoya came in and fixed the problem before porting was scheduled to happen.

Everyone involved in the process made it so easy for me to not only choose Crexendo but feel confident in having made the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a terrific Customer Representative, Brenda. She made the transition very easy. Phones were here and set up for the port over day. Everything went smoothly. We were able to have a learning session for all employees and another one for administration. This has never been provided for the last 2 phone company changes. Karen has been there for support when needed, since the change occurred. Our new phone system allows us to see who is using the phone from the screen before passing a call through. We were tasked with making a transition in less than a week, normal turnaround time is 30 days. But the Crexendo team made it happen! The informatnio was clear, the team was cooperatie and available whenever i had a question. Devices were delivered timely and easy to install. The portal is AWESOME! Jon Butts and Mike Gierut were so great that once the switch happened, (I was out of the office) staff didn't realize a switch had occurred. That's how smooth it was. What I appreciate the most about Crexendo is their outstanding support. Unlike most vendors I have worked with, I consistently receive same-day responses, sometimes even within the hour. Whenever I reach out, the entire team is ready to provide assistance and guidance.

This level of support is crucial for me because of the demands of my job. Occasionally, emergencies arise where I need to set up a specific service under a tight deadline. Based on my experience with Crexendo, I feel confident that I can depend on them in these time-sensitive situations.

At this time, I haven't had any negative experiences with Crexendo. As I mentioned before, there are many options and features available for managing phone lines.

Occasionally, it can be a bit confusing or even overwhelming to figure out what each feature does when setting up a specific configuration. However, that might just be my personal experience and it all comes down to getting familiar with the system like all things, and it's not as much of an issue as it may sound. Thanks to the excellent support, it's easy to get clarification on how to achieve a particular setup, whether by reaching out directly or by consulting the supporting documentation. Our salesman Jim Hall was very knowledgeable and was there for questions throughout the sales process, contract and implementation.

The implementation was effortless. Our project manager Jose Rodriquez was very knowledgeable.

We received the phones promptly and they were literally plug and play. By far the easiest implementation and transition I've ever experienced.

The platform is very user-friendly, and their VIP meetings feature has saved me countless hours that I would have otherwise spent transcribing meeting minutes. The AI summary was spot on.

The overall cost of the cloud-based phone provided vs our old provider has resulted in over $300 per month in savings.

Their customer support was very helpful and easy to communicate with when helping with an issue.

I would literally shout it from the rooftop if they needed me to when it came to working with Crexendo and the team. They were so friendly and committed to making sure we had the right solution for our VOIP system including revising quotes after we needed to change and add services from our original specs. Adam our initial point of contact would respond to my emails almost immediately it seemed like including while he was away for personal reasons! That is crazy. No one should work while they out of office (I told him as much), but that was just how much they cared about making sure we were taken care of and had all the information we needed when making the decision on what company to work with. When it came to the install, Mike (our installation point of contact) made sure we were all setup to go and it was seamless. They shipped the equipment to us and then we had a virtual meeting to go over everything. Day of changeover, the transition barely caused more than 5 minutes of downtime and that was only because we had to unplug our old phones prior to the porting to plug in the new ones. But then Mike was right on it making sure everything was working and in less than 30 minutes the day of porting, we were done and it was over. After the new service was up and running, both Adam and Mike have reached out to make sure it was working properly and that we were having no issues and continue to do so even weeks after the transition. They've also made sure we know how to contact support if we ever need it. Given my experience with other companies, I would 100% never hesitate to recommend Crexendo to others looking for similar services. It was certainly the best and right choice for us.
