When trying to change my license count Zoom slow plays it and argues with you about keeping them up until your renewal takes place and then tells you due to the terms of service you can make any changes within 30 days of renewal and sticks you with licenses you don't need, don't want or can't afford. This is a business tactic is deceptive and unnecessary. is zoom that desperate for customers that they need to force an existing long term customer to keep licenses they don't need for an extra year?
