Wallboard was designed to run on a monitor in an office and we had to get really creative to find a solution that worked first for distributed offices and then later for a fully remote workforce.
I like the online platform that you can use to make and receive calls and the mobile app option. The easy admin interface is a plus for me because when it works, it makes it quick and convenient to make changes to the automatic flow phone tree and update greetings on phones.
I like the call quality; most of the time, it's really good. I like the ease of use and the ability to check messages remotely and make calls remotely.
