What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What I like most about Dialpad Connect is how naturally it combines business calling with AI features that are genuinely useful in day-to-day communication. What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Absolutely nothing, because I can’t get any of my questions answered or resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Cannot cancel my subscription. I spoke directly with the director, who personally assured me the subscription would be canceled and that I would receive a refund. May came around and not only was the subscription still active, but I was charged again.

The worst part of this entire experience has been the customer service. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours just to speak with someone, and then another 1-2 weeks to actually get anything resolved. Extremely frustrating experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

There were very few benefits, and they were completely masked by all the issues I ran into with the customer success team. They don’t seem to have any ability to escalate problems within a reasonable timeframe, so I consistently had to wait 1–2 hours on hold just to get a response.
