What do you like best?

Not only do I receive the voice messages on my phone, but I also receive an email with an audio copy of the message - this is so helpful when working away from the office. I can easily forward the email with the audio copy to an appropriate associate for handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With VOIP service, the quality of the internet connection can make a difference on the quality of calls. Crexendo's Tech Support team has been very helpful to work with us, on the back end, to ensure we have the best quality possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the Crexendo system we have been able to streamline Telephone communications between the Main office in one city and our satellite office in another. One office can cover phone calls for the office without having to forward phone lines. Creating conference calls are super easy with the CX phone systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The lower cost compared to a conventional phone service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Too many lines coming in causing the addition of more staff to handle incoming calls. If you take a phone out of the call rotation, you end up with lots of missed calls or tons of voicemail. If internet goes down, we lose service and as a healthcare facility, this can open us up for liability. Trying to program the system is not easy. Had to upgrade a couple of the phones to fit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love having the portal for Crexendo phone service for our business. My favorite feature is the ability to get my voicemails in an mp4 sent to my email. Whenever I have an issue they resolve it quickly and friendly. The portal is great for managing the system and creating specific flows for people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
