Not only do I receive the voice messages on my phone, but I also receive an email with an audio copy of the message - this is so helpful when working away from the office. Too many lines coming in causing the addition of more staff to handle incoming calls. If you take a phone out of the call rotation, you end up with lots of missed calls or tons of voicemail. If internet goes down, we lose service and as a healthcare facility, this can open us up for liability. Trying to program the system is not easy. I love having the portal for Crexendo phone service for our business. My favorite feature is the ability to get my voicemails in an mp4 sent to my email.
