**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

Crexendo is a brilliant cloud based solution that delivers consistent and  reliable calls across the globe
The software has a simple dashboard that helps us manage voicemails, calls and extensions efficiently 
Crexendo has unified communication measures that include collaboration tools, messaging and voicemail 
The program addresses the growing number of calls in a company, and there is no change in infrastructure that a company has 
The program makes the customer support process more reliable and responsive, more so during the onboarding phase 
I like the flexibility of auto attendant services and call routing and this amplifies the call management process 
We get a centralized administration from Crexendo and this manages all communication and users in a single platform

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

The interface for Crexendo feels outdated, and some areas needs some modernization 
The configuration of Crexendo demands high technical involvement to make everything work 
Some integrations may not be handled by norma users, they need more technical support

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crexendo has significantly strengthened communication, by establishing successful cloud call systems that reach all audiences 
The app ensures our remote team are well distributed and they stay connected through messaging and voicemail services 
The app has simplified the extension management, auto attendant, and call routing, more so when organizations are growing 
We have significantly reduced the communication costs, by eliminating all other tools that we had deployed to support engagement

Carol and Romina were both very easy and fast to work with. I was able to transfer the phones and start the new system very smoothly with their attentiveness and help.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

Nothing to dislike as of now. Everything has worked well up to this point.

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crexendo comes from a local sales rep, Carol Kloss, which is a benefit in itself. I was having problems with my system not working quite often, a customer could not hear us on the other line. Hoping that this new system will solve that issue.

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

I use Crexendo for our business phone and recently upgraded to an AI Receptionist, which has freed up my time to focus on other areas of the business. Crexendo is easy to use, affordable, and effective. I like the mobile app because I can work from anywhere, and it's especially nice to handle calls while on the road. The initial setup was easy, and the platform is easy to use. I also appreciated Kiloh's help in implementing our AI system; he was very responsive and did what he promised.

Can't think of anything I do not like and I have been using it several years

Crexendo frees up my time to focus on other business areas. It's easy to use, affordable, and effective. I like the mobile app because I can work from anywhere, which is great for handling calls on the road as a small business.

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

I really like how easy it was to transfer my phone service to Crexendo. The switch was straightforward and hassle-free. The customer service has been very helpful with setting up everything to make things work well. The fact that I have 2 desk phones, can use my cell phone or computer to make calls is awesome. I use my phone system all of the time.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

I don’t think it’s Crexendo’s fault that I’m not quite savvy enough to set up all the features on my system, but that’s exactly why I reach out to customer support for help.

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a one-person business, Crexendo has solved the problem of handling my phone calls. From setting the hours that I am open and can take calls or by sending email messages with text of the phone message when I am unable to answer my phone.

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

Honestly, what I like most about Crexendo is the service we receive, specifically from Kiloh Smith, who has been working with us recently. Kiloh is super easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, and always has our best interests at heart. We love working with him and would give him five stars.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

I think we've had to embrace improvements along the way as we were a very low tech company prior to Crexendo.  Sometimes it was a lack of understanding on our part for the technology or the advancement of technology. The initial setup was pretty complicated as I recall, and there was a bit of a learning curve, but we overcame it fairly quickly, through lots of support

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crexendo helped us transition to remote work during COVID, allowing us to provide essential services by integrating telephone technology into our employees' homes, something we had never done or even considered. So needless to say we were starting from zero and Crexendo made it all happen fo us.

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

I like that Crexendo's phone system saves us a lot of operator time by allowing people to follow prompts without needing to talk to a person. The phones are pretty, and I appreciate that we've had reliable service, as I don't think we've been without it in the three years I've been with the company. I also like that they're an Arizona company.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

One thing that frustrates me is that when you're setting up a series, in terms of what happens next, and how call routes and such can be done in multiple ways. The team sets up things differently, so if you get somebody else helping you when you call on the inbound line for support, they might not know how the other person did it, and it creates a mess. It's time-consuming, and it's unnecessary. They should just pick one way to do it, and everybody should be trained the same way. It'd be so much better.

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crexendo saved us operator time as people can follow prompts without talking to someone, which saves a lot of time.

What I like best about Crexendo is how it combines business communication tools into one easy-to-use platform. It makes it easier to manage calls, messaging, and collaboration without juggling multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

One downside is that, like many business communication platforms, there can be a learning curve when setting up advanced features or getting everything customized the way you want. Once it is configured, though, it becomes much easier to use.

Crexendo lets me use a software phone on my cell phone, which means I do not have to pay for a separate carrier line for business calls. That saves money and makes it much easier to manage business communication from one device.

The Crexendo phone system provides an email recording and transcription of a missed call straight to your inbox. It also allows forwarding of your phone to your mobile phone when I'm on the go.

Desk top phone systems are being replaced by cell phones.

Crexendo customer service is wonderful at helping with any issues such as reassigning a phone device and phone number to a different employee.

From the team’s prompt responses and Jim Hall’s help in finding the right plan and equipment to meet our needs, to the expert onboarding we received from JV, our experience has been excellent.

JV is working to solve an issue with our caller ID. The outgoing calls are displaying an area notorious for SPAM calls in our area. JV is working to fix that.

Crexendo works great for our needs.  With multiple phone lines and the ability to use the app, desk phones, or a web browser, it helps us to do our work as a small nonprofit.  Super easy with the portal to change settings or outgoing messages and support is always available when you need them!

The intregration of AI is a new feature that I have not had a chance to try, but gives new capabilities.

I like that Crexendo provides the flexibility to always have access to my office account and voicemails, which is really useful for our staff who work remotely. The Crexendo mobile app lets them work as if they were in the office. I also find the voicemail transcriptions much easier and faster to read and then I can listen if something is unclear.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

The administrator interface for setting messages, time frames, etc., is a little confusing. After 5 years I understand it but it could be better.

Crexendo provides flexibility with its mobile app, allowing our remote staff to work seamlessly as if in the office. The voicemail transcription feature makes it easier and faster to manage voicemails.

I like that Crexendo eliminates the need for a receptionist because the AI receptionist effectively answers about 60% of all questions related to our products and services, directs phone calls to the correct department, and weeds out unwanted solicitations. The AI feature is fantastic as it provides more flexibility and saves us time by allowing me to answer phones without being stuck at my desk. The setup was extremely easy and seamless, making the transition smooth. Overall, Crexendo is a better system and I appreciate these features.

I like Crexendo because it provides clean phone systems that give us the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and referral partners. I appreciate mostly the ease of use. I also like the features associated with forwarding calls and managing from our cell phones. The initial setup was very easy thanks to Jim Hall and John McGarry, who were great from beginning to end, ensuring we were comfortable and familiar, and that all our questions were answered.

Carly has truly gone above and beyond in helping me, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’m brand new to managing our phone system, and she has been incredibly patient, informative, and knowledgeable with every single question I’ve had.
She’s also been amazing in helping with porting a new line and making sure several users were added correctly and seamlessly. Her support has made this entire process so much easier and less overwhelming. I genuinely appreciate her time, guidance, and willingness to help — she’s been fantastic to work with!

The phone and text service itself are both very good and fairly easy to use. The process of ordering and working with the sales team, especially Carly, was excellent. The support team is helpful and responsive, but know that you may have to contact them often, especially if you are updating or changing your service.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

It is convoluted and all services are not user friendly. It has taken several months to successfully update our service after we upgraded. One of our phone lines is still not working correctly.

We are able to have constant communication with our clients.

Customer Service is easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Kellen is our representative and he has been great to work with.

Bit confusing to see what the different lines we pay for are being used for, app is also not the most modern and somewhat difficult to navigate.

I can’t say enough great things about Carly and Karoline from the Crexendo migration team — they have been phenomenal throughout this entire migration process! From start to finish, their professionalism, patience, and dedication have made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and completely manageable. Every single time I’ve reached out — whether by email or with a quick question — they’ve responded immediately with such a helpful, positive attitude. They’ve answered every question I had (and there were quite a few), always taking the time to ensure I fully understood each step. Even more impressive, they resolved every single issue I encountered — quickly, efficiently, and with zero hassle on my end. 

It’s rare to find support that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Carly and Karoline went above and beyond at every stage, and I’m so grateful for their support. Thank you both for making this transition not only successful but actually enjoyable!

Our phones were extremely outdated, behind in technology and not capable of sustaining service after migration. Carly & Karoline reached out, provided us with an easy option of phones to replace ours and made sure we are functioning properly.

A telecom vendor referred me to Crexendo.  a year ago.  We have steadily been adding users, and Kiloh worked with us recently to consolidate the term date for all our numbers into a single date and worked out a great renewal deal for us as well :)

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

Provisioning new numbers is still a manual process, but you can create/edit/delete/assign users to numbers through the portal easily.

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centrally administered US phone numbers for overseas workers initially and now for US users since we just ditched our hardware PBX system.

The sales team (Kiloh) is very helpful! The VOIP system is helpful for us.

The app can be hard to navigate. For example, it is hard to find your voicemails and missed calls.

The use of a VOIP system allows us to use our personal cell phones instead of purchasing company phones.

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

Jon Butts in Sales was consistent and patient. He followed up regularly without being overbearing and was so pleasant to speak with each time. The devices they sent over are the devices that we discussed and they arrived earlier than expected. They were extremely simple to set up. 
Mike Gierut from implementation was also very personable as well as consistent in ensuring that we had a smooth transition. We hit a bit of a snag with one of the devices and Mike quickly got IT looped in and Cris Montoya came in and fixed the problem before porting was scheduled to happen. 
Everyone involved in the process made it so easy for me to not only choose Crexendo but feel confident in having made the right choice.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

So far, there isn't anything that I'm disliking about Crexendo.

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most businesses are moving away from Analog phones and while our business is small and preferred the trust and reliability that analog phones offer, Crexendo really is proving why they are so highly rated. If there is a problem with the system (such as one of the devices not functioning properly) their support team is ready to solve the problem with such a positive attitude for the client!

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

We had a terrific Customer Representative, Brenda.  She made the transition very easy.  Phones were here and set up for the port over day.  Everything went smoothly.  We were able to have a learning session for all employees and another one for administration.  This has never been provided for the last 2 phone company changes.  Karen has been there for support when needed, since the change occurred.  Our new phone system allows us to see who is using the phone from the screen before passing a call through.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

We don't have any complaints at this time.

**What problems is Crexendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent phone service was a problem with the previous provider.  The "all call" feature is enabled on these phones to find an employee needed on the phone.  The voice mail consistently is in our email so it can be forwarded or even read in the portal.

**What do you like best about Crexendo?**

We were tasked with making a transition in less than a week, normal turnaround time is 30 days. But the Crexendo team made it happen! The informatnio was clear, the team was cooperatie and available whenever i had a question. Devices were delivered timely and easy to install. The portal is AWESOME! Jon Butts and Mike Gierut were so great that once the switch happened, (I was out of the office) staff didn't realize a switch had occurred. That's how smooth it was. We are an essential service provider, we provide potable water to 1850 residences and Century Link our old phone provider, told us that the soonest they would have us back up and running was 30 days.  It didn't matter that we were a government entity, essential service provider, and that wild fires were happening all around the district and we needed to be in contact with emergency services because "we provide the wet stuff that you put on the red stuff!" I finally had to inform the county supervisors, the ACC, Attorney General office, and FTC.  That was the only way service was going to get back on and that took 2 weeks.   My IT specialist and my enternet provider recommended Crexendo and the number of options we have compared to Century Link, the amount we pay compared to Century Link, and the and customer service Crexendo provide us is amazing compared to Century Link.

What I appreciate the most about Crexendo is their outstanding support. Unlike most vendors I have worked with, I consistently receive same-day responses, sometimes even within the hour. Whenever I reach out, the entire team is ready to provide assistance and guidance.

This level of support is crucial for me because of the demands of my job. Occasionally, emergencies arise where I need to set up a specific service under a tight deadline. Based on my experience with Crexendo, I feel confident that I can depend on them in these time-sensitive situations.

Beyond their support, the service itself is excellent from an administrative standpoint. I value the wide range of options and features available for managing phone numbers, assignments, voicemails, and more.

At this time, I haven't had any negative experiences with Crexendo. As I mentioned before, there are many options and features available for managing phone lines. 

Occasionally, it can be a bit confusing or even overwhelming to figure out what each feature does when setting up a specific configuration. However, that might just be my personal experience and it all comes down to getting familiar with the system like all things, and it's not as much of an issue as it may sound. Thanks to the excellent support, it's easy to get clarification on how to achieve a particular setup, whether by reaching out directly or by consulting the supporting documentation.

Our salesman Jim Hall was very knowledgeable and was there for questions throughout the sales process, contract and implementation.
The implementation was effortless. Our project manager Jose Rodriquez was very knowledgeable.
We received the phones promptly and they were literally plug and play. By far the easiest implementation and transition I've ever experienced. 
The platform is very user-friendly, and their VIP meetings feature has saved me countless hours that I would have otherwise spent transcribing meeting minutes. The AI summary was spot on.
The overall cost of the cloud-based phone provided vs our old provider has resulted in over $300 per month in savings.
Their customer support was very helpful and easy to communicate with when helping with an issue.
The system was everything it was advertised to be!

I would literally shout it from the rooftop if they needed me to when it came to working with Crexendo and the team. They were so friendly and committed to making sure we had the right solution for our VOIP system including revising quotes after we needed to change and add services from our original specs. Adam our initial point of contact would respond to my emails almost immediately it seemed like including while he was away for personal reasons! That is crazy. No one should work while they out of office (I told him as much), but that was just how much they cared about making sure we were taken care of and had all the information we needed when making the decision on what company to work with. When it came to the install, Mike (our installation point of contact) made sure we were all setup to go and it was seamless. They shipped the equipment to us and then we had a virtual meeting to go over everything. Day of changeover, the transition barely caused more than 5 minutes of downtime and that was only because we had to unplug our old phones prior to the porting to plug in the new ones. But then Mike was right on it making sure everything was working and in less than 30 minutes the day of porting, we were done and it was over. After the new service was up and running, both Adam and Mike have reached out to make sure it was working properly and that we were having no issues and continue to do so even weeks after the transition. They've also made sure we know how to contact support if we ever need it. Given my experience with other companies, I would 100% never hesitate to recommend Crexendo to others looking for similar services. It was certainly the best and right choice for us.

Absolutely nothing. Again they were so easy to communicate with and then work with, that there was never a problem they couldn't solve for us very quickly.

The process started with consulting with our sales representative Kimberly.  Our office was coming from a hybrid VOIP and traditional phone system.  We were concerned about implementation and employee user learning curve.  There were other competitors, some less expensive, some more expensive.  However, it seemed like Crexendo had a balanced mix of features and support that fit what we were looking for.  Kimberly has been very responsive to email communications and ensure any last minute changes to the service agreement were reflected timely.

Our implementation specialist Karoline was very communicative and helped push things through in a timely manner once we were ready to pull the trigger.  It was very helpful to be assigned to one implementation specialist to help iron out the kinks while we setup.

We had some specific needs on how we wanted to setup our incoming vs. outgoing faxes.  It took a few tries to get everything ironed out.  However, I was very pleased with how receptive the Crexendo team was to ensure everything was setup the way we wanted.

**What do you dislike about Crexendo?**

Crexendo allows you to make calls via dedicated VOIP phone, mobile, or in Chrome.  I have found that some callers may find it difficult to hear me when I am using Chrome vs. mobile app.  However this could be due to limitations of the computer microphone.  

Admittedly I am still fairly new to the ecosystem so I cannot prove a fair assessment of any negative aspects that may manifest over time.

We were transitioning our network and voice services and using Crexendo made it easy and seamless to provide VOIP services with minimal disruption to day to day operations.  The VIP Portal is easy to use and managing users and their devices are done with ease.

I disliked that we had hardware or headsets for our users that weren't compatible with Crexendo's system.  After weeks of troubleshooting we found that the headsets we already had from our previous system weren't quite compatible so we had to purchase new headsets for everyone.

The only hiccup was converting our intercom system over from the previous provider to Crexendo- however, the fault had more to do with the previous carries unwillingness to help with the conversion.
