**What do you like best about Calilio?**

Calilio has helped us improve our business communication as the platform provide features like call forwarding, bulk sms, call routing, analytics, client sentiment, also provides summary of the conversation. Also we like their support as they help us anytime when we have any questions regarding the platform.

**What do you dislike about Calilio?**

We as a company have been using Calilio for now seven-eight months, and it surley has helped us in our company growth. We would like to see more integrations in the future.

Calilio has obviously solved our business communication as we can forward calls to the related person (client calls can be forwarded to related department). And what i also like that they provide call hold feature, and business hours feature.

Calilio is the best VOIP service provider to connect with friends, family and colleagues with the cheap rate and reliable network interferences.

Somehow people says its rate it high but in my opinion price is higher for those countries whose bandwidth is in low connections or difficult to interact.

Its seamless connection and its features catch my eyes towards to the Calilio. From the day I had joined to the Calilio it became the part of my life and help me to connect with my family and friends who are far from me in other countries.

My overall experience with Calilio has been great, I have made a lot of learnings and earnings since I took subscription of this product. Every product has some backdraws, but it has helped my business in many ways that some backdraws don’t matter to me.

No anything really, their customer service chat simply follows scripts and does not pay attention to what is being communicated.

**What do you dislike about Calilio?**

I purchased a USA phone line along with an Ireland virtual number with SMS. After an hour on tech support, I was informed that the Ireland number does not support SMS although the Calilio website says it does. I was informed the website was not correct. I requested a full refund the same day, and I was only issue a partial refund. Calilio stated that $8.10 were third-party charges and I am not entitled to a refund even though their website information was false.  Where is the responsibility from Calilio?

They were not able to solve my problem of having a vitrual telephone number in Ireland that supports SMS messaging.

I particularly appreciate the ease of use and intuitive interface of Calilio. Calilio also provides a free number, which is really good for me. The support team of Calilio has been really helpful to me. They solve any problems really quickly and they are availabe 24/7.

I think they can expand the virtual numbers of different countries. Other things seems to be good for me.

Calilio facilitates the management of professional telephony by centralizing the calls in one place.  Also Calilio is really budget-friendly.  The feature like call recording is really helping me since it helps to record the important calls. The call rates, sms rates is also cost-friendly.

Calilio call recording feature is really cool and very important for us. Also the pricing structure is cheaper which is very good.

We think as we operate for business events in different countries, Calilio should try to provide numbers of other countries as well.

Calilio is helping us in a great way. For Example: Talking to our different event team members that are in different countries in a budget-friendly way. Also the integration feature with Pipedrive is really cool helping us to manage the events details and information just under Calilio. Browser extension and Click to Call feature also seems impressive.

Calilio is a good platform for the VoIP service. The subscription charge is also affordable and it also provides a free local number either of US or Canada.  Also the call rates is cheap. As well as 1$ complimentary credit is available that can be used for calling as well as SMS.

More integrations with CRM can be made available. Also numbers from other more countries are not present. They must make it available.

Calilio is helping me a lot. At cheap call rates, I can call anywhere from my country to other countries or even within my country. Mainly, the Calilio is not expensive, easily affordable. The call quality is also good. Also the 24/7 support team of Calilio helped to solve any isses very quickly. Overall, Calilio has been great help to me.

First, they are cost-efficient. Compared to other providers, Calilio has affordable plans, that too with many services. Even in their Basic plan, they provide call box features and a real-time dashboard. Moreover, I loved Calilio's round-the-clock service. There was an instance where I had difficulty navigating the number section and decided to text the support, and surprisingly, got an instant response.

**What do you dislike about Calilio?**

My mobile number took 4-5 days to be ported. However, I later came to know that 4-5 days was industry standard. I wished it could be ported quicker.

**What problems is Calilio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me understand user's sentiment better with their sentiment analysis features, which had AI. Plus, formerly, I had to go through call recordings but with their call transcription, it got easy since I got a detailed report. Their unified callbox eliminated the hassle of switching through different mediums as I could call, text, and hear voicemail on a single platform.

Calilio has been a game changer for me to manage all my clients.  The AI-generated call transcription feature has been really good use for me in order to track the client queries. Also the unified call box feature has helped me so that all messages, calls, transcripts, recording of a specific client can be seen through one message box.

Integration feature can be added in Calilio, mainly pipedrive. Also, Calilio team has informed me integration with different CRM is launching soon.

Calilio is helping to manage budget very well, since it not that expensive platform. In calilio, I also got a free number upon subscription as well as 1$ credit which can be used for calls as well as SMS. No need to buy other country number if not needed, that free number can be used for lifetime.
