After an hour on tech support, I was informed that the Ireland number does not support SMS although the Calilio website says it does. I was informed the website was not correct. I requested a full refund the same day, and I was only issue a partial refund. Calilio stated that $8.10 were third-party charges and I am not entitled to a refund even though their website information was false.
