I purchased a USA phone line along with an Ireland virtual number with SMS. After an hour on tech support, I was informed that the Ireland number does not support SMS although the Calilio website says it does. I was informed the website was not correct. I requested a full refund the same day, and I was only issue a partial refund. Calilio stated that $8.10 were third-party charges and I am not entitled to a refund even though their website information was false. Where is the responsibility from Calilio? I particularly appreciate the ease of use and intuitive interface of Calilio. Calilio also provides a free number, which is really good for me. Calilio is a good platform for the VoIP service. The subscription charge is also affordable and it also provides a free local number either of US or Canada. Also the call rates is cheap.
