I have to pay a ton to go to their conference to speak to someone in person to get one of my issues resolved. No installs required. No Single User Mode needed. It has direct connections to our banks and credit cards for easy entry and reconciling. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?** Cannot sort the Invoice Screen by Sent/Viewed. **What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use QBO for sending invoices, accepting payments online (ACH or CC) or via paper check. We pay vendors with QBO bill pay with a few clicks. It allows us to schedule an ACH or Pay by sending a check out without us needing to print, stuff or mail it. Reconciling the accounts used to be tedious going through bank/cc statements line by line. Now with the bank accounts connected you just go to the banking screen and select a transaction to match it to an existing one, add it if not in already, or even create a rule to do this automatically. Sales Tax is easier now with the Automatic Calculation of taxes based on location. We use integrations with QBO and attach invoices from vendors directly to the transaction.
