Sometimes, I would get a little lost, but once I emailed or called someone, I was given an answer within a couple of minutes (sometimes an hour), usually with screenshots. I also like that they have webinars to educate people on how to use the platform, and best of all, it's FREE! **What do you dislike about Innago?** One of my tenants had difficulty using the platform because she's a bit older and not tech saavy compared to my other tenant. I was repsonsible for giving my tenants a virtual package on how to use the platform, but I wish Innago automatically did this for the tenants. Help topics were timely as well as the initial start up walk through. Customer Service responds very quickly and was personable and helpful. Accessing documents and assigning bank accounts aren't as simple as they could be. Additionally the tax reports are inconsistently sent and require a lot of follow up. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to collect rent in a single portal that captured times and could notify residents rather than rely on manual entry. I also love that it is free for users. I love that I can have the app in the palm of my hand but also use it in the web browser. I started with using Innago for one unit and now use it with all of our units. We create, send, sign, and receive leases through Innago. We can accept payment through Innago or outside of Innago but still log the payment in Innago. We also completed background checks and collected security deposits through Innago. I also once had an issue with the software and they fixed it pretty quickly. No complaints with the software. Its platform offers features that would normally be available only at a much higher price. Using Innago, you can customize and screen applications, run background checks, electronically sign documents, and collect payment -- all within the software. Tenants can make maintenance requests and set themselves up on auto-pay if they choose. Property owners can have a separate login (with different features) than the property manager. The most incredible part is that you could do all of this at no cost. The only potential fees are bank transfer ($2) or credit card processing (2.99%), but even the decision of who pays those fees is customizable. There's an app for your phone, too. For my small, three-door operation, Innago has been an all-in-one solution that's completely replaced paper leases and using multiple other sites to achieve the same outcome. **What do you dislike about Innago?** The software does everything you would want it to do, but sometimes it's not intuitive where to find the feature you're looking for. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to have everything on one platform rather than having to use multiple sites. Invited tenants, credit history check is breeze, gives more and easy to understant info. Payment setup is easy, first paymets comes in a 3-4 days but the rest within 1 business day. Tenants can download the app to get maintenance requests, etc. A lot of other functions I am still have not tried. This was my first time using a property management software and the guided steps walked me through everything I needed to know to get up and running quickly. **What do you dislike about Innago?** Not much to dislike as of now. If I had to be nit picky I would say not being able to message directly from the tenant file vs having to go into the messaging section which requires an extra step. Innago makes managing your Rental Payments a Breeze! From the easy set-up to customer service being available when you need them. And the most important the Rental payment arrived on time when they said it would. The mobile app is awesome for onboarding and managing tenants. We've loved working with Innago and their support team. Being able to customize templates for applications, leases, etc. by location and property is amazing. Keeping track of all my expenses was the hardest for me to do. Innago also allows me to set access levels & make reports for partners/investors by property or unit. I've only been self-managing for a couple of years. I stumbled on Innago due to an YouTube review that actually put Innago at the bottom of their list. Thank goodness I continued to do my own research and I absolutely LOVE this platform from the excellent customer service to the convenience of callbacks in timely manner has made me a loyal customer an advocate for this platform. **What do you dislike about Innago?** Overall, I will give Innago a 9.5 out of 10 due to smaller technical updates that they can do to be completely transparent to landlords. Such as payments, the landlord has to deal with a three day business day hold to receive payments every time a tenant uses a different form of payment. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Innago has enabled me to keep proper tracks of applications are sent out payments that I receive for rent payment and applications. It also makes me feel that I have an assistant that's managing everything for me because the platform is so easy to use and if I ever have any questions, they are a phone call away. ### 38. Be ready for rude customer service though. **What do you dislike about Innago?** After having been a long-time user of Innago, it's disheartening to observe a decline in its performance. The platform has encountered a notable increase in glitches and malfunctions, leading to a substantial investment of our company's time in troubleshooting. Upon expressing my intention to transition to a competitor's software and seeking guidance on data export, the response from the company was rather unexpected. They opted to terminate all my leases, inadvertently exacerbating the situation. The process of recovering and restoring the data has stretched over multiple months and is still not entirely resolved, causing lost revenue and increased expenses for our company. For landlord investors and property management firms, the experience with Innago has been less than satisfactory. They provide up to 3 units free, which is extremely helpful for novice landlords. One of the most significant issues a new landlord faces is cost. Often times we have to watch every dollar we spend, so when you only have a couple of rentals, it can be tough to incorporate software that manages the property for you. **What do you dislike about Innago?** It is a little bit difficult to navigate around and not quite as intuitive as I might have hoped. While the ability to solve all of my landlord problems is present, I find myself having a hard time finding where to go to access some of the tools. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Innago allows me to collect rent payments online and provides a way for my tenants to make maintenance requests. I was astonished at the sheer breadth of what it can do.
