Everything. It's been the perfect fit for my bookkeeping/adivisory business. I love the ease of the initial setup, the daily use and the onboarding of clients . It is super practical and has everything I need to conduct my daily work: tasks (for me and my client), deadlines, email integration, recurring tasks, secure file share and a chat channel - keeping my communication with clients primarily out of email. Customer Support is timely and valuable. The updates to the software are thoughtful and don't complicate things - they add value to my current processes. The dashboard feature gives me direction everyday. I'm in mythird year with Client Hub, and looking forwar to many more. **What do you dislike about Client Hub?** The one downside of Client Hub is that I need to refresh my browser at times to see an update to an action I've taken like moving a document from one folder to another. It's feels like it lags at times. **What problems is Client Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client Hub solves my daily workflow process - helping me prioritize the important work - give me direction. The benenfit is the ease with which I start my workday - I can launch my day quickly and have a realstic take on what needs to get done. ### 2. There are so many cool automations to help eliminate things from falling throught the cracks and their AI tools and QuickBooks Online integration top it all of to round out as a complete practice management solution. **What do you dislike about Client Hub?** There is nothing I dislike about the product or the customer service. **What problems is Client Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wasted a lot of time chasing clients for information, a huge disruptor of our internal workflow. The client task feature with auto pilot helped automate the request process and made it easy to track client responses. We had previously used another client porta solution but client adoption was low because the portal offered very little value to the client.
