**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I really like the interface and ease of setting up services and creating proposals.  But what I really love most is the easy of receiving payment automatically and synced to Quickbooks.  Previously, my proposal software was completely separate from my payment processor.  Sooo much easier to have them combined.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I would really like to be able to view/edit/customize ALL outgoing messages to prospects and clients before they are sent out.  I would also like to be able to easily see all agreements by client.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless connection between proposal-agreement-payment.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I like that the proposals are customizable and you can great templates. It's nice to have a standard template to send prospects. It's also very inexpensive, and you can choose to either have the client pay CC fees, or absorb them yourself. It's very professional and leaves a good impression on clients.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

One thing I would like them to add is the ability to create items within a service package, and not include the individual prices of each item - just the overall package. I want to have a bit of a breakdown so I can record the items and service in my own Quickbooks, to track the items themselves, but then on the client side I don't want them to see the breakdown of each item. I just want the overall monthly service amount.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a professional proposal software to send high-end proposals to prospects. Also, invoicing and recurring monthly payments.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor is the payment solution I was searching for. I love that I don't have to store my clients billing information. I like that my clients have the ability to see our agreement anytime and can update their billing preferences whenever they choose. The product is easy to use and saved me time un my processes. The integration with QBO is also a lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

No complaints at this time. The product has bee  great so far.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor is solving my proposal, billing and invoice problems. I don't want to manage my clients billing information with Anchor my clients don't have to share with me. This allows my clients to feel secure, it's one less thing I have to worry about and I get paid on time.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor saves me time.  I can create proposals and send them out in a fraction of the time it took me before I found Anchor.  They also save me money because their fees per transaction are a lot less than I was paying before.  I don't want to have to do my business without Anchor.  Next to QuickBooks, they are my most valuable tech.  The customer service is good, too.  Responsive and smart.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The only downside is, like all powerful software, there is a learning curve.  It is user friendly and well designed, but it does take time to learn how to use it efficiently. Now that I have it figured out (mostly), it is easy to use.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor solves the problem of creating bespoke propsals for each of my clients.  Not only that, but they capture an e-signature, so I don't have to have a separate app to obtain a signature and store the engagement agreement.  Anchor invoices all of my clients and receives their payment automatically.  If I need to make a change to an agreement, I can make the change, click a button, and Anchor sends a notification to my client and gets their approval.  They save me time.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love that my billing is done automatically, each month, with no thought from me. In addition to that, anytime a client requests an additional service, it's very easy to add the charge to their account and know that my payment is on the way. I never have to chase down my money. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There's nothing I dislike about Anchor. You have to learn how to set up your agreements and invoices correctly. Once you get past that learning curve it's smooth sailing.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My billing is automated. I do not have to spend any mental energy on it.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I run a tax firm & have been looking forever for a way to create advisory "packages" for my client to self-select. Been through many different software & spent a LOT of time trying to sustain that. When I heard about Anchor- I checked it out, the ease of the set up and sending the packages is mind-blowing! The ability to easily transfer credit card fees to client. The fee/ transaction (a low $5) & no other overheads to worry about is stress-free. It integrates well with QBO & Zapier, so I got many automations in place now. Customer Support is great.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The 10-day delay in pay-out if client picks ACH to pay is the only downside. This may get improved once I get added to "Fast Pay". I am not sure if I have been added yet. At this time, we can create 3 packages- if more can be added- it will be awesome.

1. Creating Proposal Packages. 
2. Getting paid as soon as proposal is accepted. 
3. Ease of set-up.

I love that I can have new clients sign a proposal and pay their invoice in one place. Its less moving parts for the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I wish that Anchor had an option to automatically apply late fees without need "approval" from the client. Its in my contract, they don't get to approve whether or not they pay it...

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor makes onboarding and billing so much easier! I love that proposals are free, so I’m not paying extra just to send them. I also don’t have to pay for a separate document signing platform since it’s all built in. Plus, having everything in one place for new clients makes onboarding super smooth. It saves me a time and keeps everything organized without a bunch of back-and-forth emails.

Anchor is great to get started with proposals fast.  The team is very responsive and there is virtually no learning curve to get started.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

No much.  Honestly any suggestions or issues I have the team has been responsive to by adding new features or showing me how to create simple workarounds until the feature is added.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest solve for my firm is recurring billing and annual increases.  The proposal software has this functionality built right in so I dont have to remember to send a new proposal with an annual increase every year.

Anchor has dramatically improved our client onboarding and billing workflow. We love how easy it is to send branded proposals, automate engagement letters, and collect payments seamlessly. There’s very little to dislike—Anchor does exactly what we need it to do. Overall, it’s been a solid and reliable solution for our firm.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love Anchor because I can have my contract, letter of engagement and payment processor all in one. Once I had all of my offerings set up, getting out a letter of engagement takes seconds instead of well over an hour. I usually do it on the initial call with a client, which helps lock down clients much faster. Super easy to use, great customer support and easy to get set up. The price is unbeatable as well. One of the nices things is that as a company, Anchor is listening to their clients (us) and impletenting upgrades all the time.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The only downside to Anchor is that I would love to use it for digital signatures and skip the payment processing part of it. I understand that may be coming, so here's hoping.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to recreate a proposal for each indivicual client, all of that is preloaded and only pricing has to be adjusted. That alone has saved me considerable time.

I love that its easy to create proposals and add/delete services very easily! It has saved me a lot of time when sending proposals and then I dont need to worry about collecting payments! Love how it was easy to learn this software too and implement it for my business. Customer support has been great! And the integration with Quickbooks is super easy!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I wish there was more flexibility when making changes to agreements and controling notifications of what is sent to the clients. Also, would love to be able to add to a current agreement the different packages as options for client to choose from, same as a new proposal, instead of just adding a service without letting them choose an option first.

It helps me send proposals very easily! It also helps with my A/R, collecting payments at ease without having to depend on client.

It was very easy to implement with support from the team and easy to use once set up. I like being able to easily bill clients for out of scope work and adjusting their invoices as needed.

Initially there was a significant delay between billing date and deposit into the bank account but that has improved.

Anchor is improving our onboarding process for new clients and allowing us to get a better handle on billing changes for current clients.

Simple to use, recurring revenue setup, low fees, and can pass CC fees to customer.

It's another system, even with integrations. Would love to see more expansive features in the future but I know it's an early company.

The biggest issue was the recurring revenue getting setup so I don't have to keep chasing clients for payments. The added benefit was the low fee and pass on of CC fees to the client.

Anchor is so easy to use for sending proposals, agreements, and processing customers payments. They continue to implement user feedback to make the product better and better. It’s perfect for my practice!

It took a while in the beginning to receive payouts, but they have transitioned to a new system and now I get them in 2 business days.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

What I like best about Anchor is the ability to create different packages or options for clients when sending proposals for my services.  Also, I like the ability to pass on credit card fees to clients and build in automatic annual price increases.  The system is very user-friendly for both me and my clients.  I can create a service package in a few minutes.  It is also very easy to onboard new clients and train staff on how to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I would like to see more webinars and training related to transitioning from another payment platform to Anchor.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor has eliminated the need to manage accounts receivable by allowing me to collect payment information upfront; I do not have to chase after clients to receive payment for services.

Anchor helps we automate my monthly billling saving me tons of time.  They are super receptive to feedback and work hard to implement our requests for improvements.  I especially love all the proposal features that add value to our business. I'm so happy with Anchor!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There really isn't anything I dislike about Anchor. They only qwirk that I didn't like was how long the ACH took to deposit into my account. But Anchor worked HARD to decrease the time from 10 days to 2-3 days and we are totally satisfied with this!

User feedback has requested that Anchor allow us to see the declined proposals packages and/or the proposal options that weren't selected for future reference. They are working on adding these features.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

For several years, we've been doing proposals manually in-house, with templates in Google Drive, which worked but was extremely time-consuming, especially since each one was customized down to the client. We also have been using QB Payments for our billing platform since we started, for about 10 years. Moving to Anchor has streamlined the entire sales process for us and I think also increased our perceived value to clients. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There's a lot of front-end build out that you have to do, which is a big time investment. But, after getting through most of that, we're finding it was worth the time spent.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating and presenting customized Proposals to clients.
Streamlining the billing process by moving all clients to auto-billing and no longer need to chase clients for money they owe us.
Combining the Engagement Letter (Agreement) to the billing so it's all tied together.

I use Anchor for all of my clients every month. I love how simple it is to use and set up. It streamlines all of my processes through their integration with QuickBooks. They are reasonable priced and always working on improvements. Their customer support is great and they respond very quickly when I have questions or any issues.

I can't really think of any at the moment. I guess I could say it may not be ideal for all businesses.

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor is a brilliantly designed service with a robust array of features for invoice management. Our academy uses it for tuition invoicing. We are happy to be able to set up monthly payments, lump sum payments, and special payments. We can make changes with ease. Our parents apprecite being able to see their history and future payment details. Implementation was great and the support is superb. They have been very open to our recommendations for added features.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

We look forward to being able to issue refunds. As a private school, students sometimes choose to drop a class or withdraw, which requires a tuition refund. This feature hasn't yet been added to the Anchor set of features.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor. It's less expensive to use and takes less time for our finance manager to handle invoicing, which also saves us money.

Figuring out how to customize proposals and payments is a bit tricky at first but when support is available they are very helpful.

It has improved my process for creating and managing proposals.  It's easy to customize  proposals, I love that it takes collecting payment information out of my hands, and that I can  institute agreement changes within minutes, and automatically implement price increases.

I love that fees are very up front and easy to determine. Super easy software to get going with and meets my basic businss needs with recurring charges to my clients without having to manually bill them each month. Easy to adjust my packages or customize my sesrvices for each client or new proposal.

Sometimes my clients don't pay attention to having to approve manually charged invoices and they seem easy to get missed in their inbox. Now that processing speed is faster to my bank account that resolved the biggest drawback which was long settlement periods.

I was manually billing my clients on multiple platforms and this allowed me to send proposals, collect recurring billings, consolidate my payment platforms, and integrate with QBO (including deposits)

I love how easy it is to use as well as how well it integrates so all of the other software platforms I use.  It has been a huge time-saver for me to get clients onboarded, approved, billed and up and running.

I love anchor because it's an all in one platform that helps me manage all my clients agreements, billing and payments all for just 5$ per transaction which and with its instant sync to quickbooks online.

1. There is no option to sync to quickbooks by class
2. I would like a mobile application 
3. Would like to have a project billing and choose a payment plan that will automatically stop after the last payment

I love using Anchor because it streamlines my collections process and getting my engagement letters signed immediately. It also reconciles automatically with Quickbooks, completely elimiating any administrative work for billing & collections.

One area for improvement is the customization options for reporting. I would like to be able to export data in all fields into excel, as well as a universal search function

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor is a one-stop shop for all things Onboarding. It allows me to set my agreement terms and save them so they automatically attach to each proposal I send. The proposals are easily customizable and I can create as many services as I need to with different prices which can also be changed or discounted at the time of proposal. It's user-friendly and my clients seem happy with it. The clients are also able to update their payment method themselves and Anchor relieves me of having to receive their full account information. The payment deposits aren't next-day like they are with the other payment processor I use. However, as much as I'd love to get the payments next day, the reason I don't is because Anchor verifies that the payment has gone through before I get the deposit, which has saved me from getting payments withdrawn a couple days later for NSF. The fees Anchor charges are fixed and reasonable. This is the software that I use every time I have a new prospect. It was a smooth transition from my old processor, and it integrates with my Quickbooks, pushing payments and customers through.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There is only one drawback that I've come across which is that if there is an active agreement with a client, they can't update their own email address. I was able to reach out and have customer service change it though.

It keeps me from getting bounced payments, simplifies my proposal and onboarding process, and sends reminders to clients to sign so I don't have to.

I don't like how I can't archive a rejected proposal. I don't always want them deleted entirely.

One of the most helpful aspects of Anchor is the world class customer service they offer. The entire team is amazing, and Robin has been a particular help to me personally. I know I can ask anything and they are going to point me in the right direction and make it easy for me. What a relief.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I don't know of any downsides of using Anchor. They are constantly updating and improving their systems and in May of 2024 will be significantly reducing the amount of time for payments to land in my account. I'm so pleased with their platform and their customer service!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have to track clients down for payment and no going back and forth multiple times to get a signed engagement with payment. Amazing! It's also a low cost option with all of the features I need when it comes to automatic payments. When I switched from a competitor it saved almost $3,000 a year in subscription fees!

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I needed an easy and affordable way to send out contracts, capture digital signatures, and automate invoicing & collections. Anchor fit the bill! 

I was set up & sending out my first invoice within 30 minutes! Clients were happy, and there was a clear trail for all of us. And all of it syncs directly to QBO, eliminating duplicate entry.

The template library has a good set of documented services to start with that were easy to edit for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Anchor has fewer bells and whistles than some of it's competitors, so that could be a downside for some. 

The one time I've needed to give a client refund, I had to go through support, and the process is taking a little longer than I'd like.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines contract approval and subsequent invoicing and collections. Saves hours of manual time.

I love the ability to send clients multiple packages to choose and then set up their payment. No more back and forth. Anchor listens to their users and makes the changes we request. Their customer service is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I'm not a fan of not being able to control the reminders on unsigned proposals, but I've been told it's coming. I would also like to be able to put an expiration date on the proposal.

I do not have to go back and forth with a proposal, signed engagement letter, and then payment. It's saving me a lot of time. I also no longer have to save client payment information.
