## Anchor Reviews
 ### 1. All-in-One Proposal and Payment Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | Chief Creative Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I like how I can set up different services and add them to each respective agreement. I like that I can create templates for agreements and reuse them. It's all in one place, making it easier to keep track of the agreed scope of work, billing, and terms of agreement. The income is deposited pretty quickly once billing takes place. Anchor charges a $5 transaction fee per client instead of a percentage, which is helpful. Connecting to my Relay bank account is another plus.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

a more customizable proposal so that my brand and the particular sections I want are included. It'd be nice to just build a document with my logo and even font. I'd like to have an intro, maybe a section where there are different levels and the client can select what services they want, then pop in with timeline to get started, terms and conditions, etc. Some steps can be a little confusing as far as editing services or editing agreements and ensuring the agreement is signed but then billing can start immediately or at a certain date.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Anchor to consolidate proposals, agreements, and payments all in one place, simplifying the tracking of scope, billing, and terms.

 ### 2. Anchor Makes Setup Simple and Client Viewing Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priscilla G. | CEO / Owner / Strategic Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has been incredibly easy to set up and use, and I love how simple it is for my clients to view everything on their end too. I started using it in November 2025, and I’ve found myself using it more and more often because the platform is so straightforward and efficient. It has the right amount of features without feeling overwhelming, and the integrations with both Xero and Double HQ were quick to set up and easy to adjust. Anytime I’ve had a question, customer support has responded in a timely manner and is always kind and helpful. I’ve already recommended Anchor to other business-owner friends and will definitely keep doing so!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the default email reminders, and the fact that I can’t personalize them.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor is solving the problem of messy, time-consuming billing and payment collection by making the entire process simple and streamlined — for both me and my clients. It keeps everything organized in one place, makes it easy for clients to view and pay, and reduces back-and-forth or confusion. For me, that means I’m spending less time chasing payments or managing invoicing details and more time focusing on my actual client work. It’s helped me run my business more efficiently, feel more confident in my process, and it creates a smoother, more professional experience for the clients I serve.

 ### 3. Anchor Streamlines So Much!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen O. | firm owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor makes it so quick and easy to send proposals to new prospects. I now have things set up so that I can send a proposal within minutes of getting off a Discovery Call instead of needing to schedule time to create and send a proposal sometime after the call. I love it! It also integrates with Double, so when a prospect signs an agreement in Anchor, the client is created and the appropriate workflow templates are applied automatically. So slick!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There are some features we are still looking for, but when we ask about them in the Facebook group, we get a quick response with assistance, workarounds, and/or projections for when the requested feature will be live. They are very responsive to features we request!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor allows me to fully customize the options I present to potential clients for how to pay for a large cleanup so that they are in charge of selecting their preferred payment plan. Creating proposals is much quicker than it was before I started using Anchor, and the option for built-in annual price increases makes my annual pricing review a breeze. The payouts are quick so my cash flow is predictable and I can plan around it.

 ### 4. Anchor Streamlines Proposals and Eliminates Collection Worries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It’s hard to name just one thing! Anchor has drastically reduced the time it takes for me to create proposals. All my services complete with descriptions, legal verbiage, and scope of work are built right in. I can simply click on a service, adjust pricing, control discount expiration, and even include optional add-ons that clients can choose to accept or decline. To top it off, Anchor has practically eliminated my accounts receivable I no longer have to worry about collections at all. Thank you, Anchor, for making my process smoother and stress-free!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I can’t create an invoice on the go. If a client or even a non-client walks into the office needing a quick out-of-scope job like a copy of a report or something similar I can’t just generate an invoice without first creating an agreement. Having the ability to issue a quick standalone invoice would make things much more efficient for those small, one-off tasks.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m in a small community where a lot of our clients talk among themselves, so consistency is really important. Anchor’s set pricing and the ability to apply discounts let me show the same retail pricing to everyone, which keeps things transparent and fair. Before Anchor, my pricing was all over the place. Now, each service includes its own scope of work, expectations, and benefits meaning my engagement letters practically write themselves. It’s streamlined, consistent, and saves me a ton of time.

 ### 5. Automatic, secure contracts and payments so we can move fast and focus on revenue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karla Jo H. | Founder & CEO , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It removes friction by making contracts, signatures, and payments automatic, secure, and easy—so we stay focused on revenue instead of admin work, and we finally stopped getting crushed by QBO fees thanks to Anchor.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

It needs better integration with HubSpot, but honestly I’m still happy using **Anchor** while the new features roll out—it doesn’t deter us at all, it’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and lets us move fast.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ancho solves the constant bottleneck between sales, delivery, and billing—everyone can spin up add-ons, upsells, or changes without waiting on ops, which means the whole agency can move fast and make money, not just the sales team.

 ### 6. User-Friendly Platform for Clean, Client-Ready Proposals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene M. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

A user-friendly platform that’s easy to navigate and produces clean, clear proposals that are easy for clients to review and understand.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

It’s not necessarily something I dislike, but I’ve noticed the Anchor team is constantly working to improve the interface and overall experience. They also keep adding features that simplify the process while still giving us more options.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor streamlines our invoicing and payment collection process, so we don’t have to spend time tracking down clients for payment.

 ### 7. All-in-One Platform That Streamlines Payments and Agreements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love having my engagement agreements, terms of service, and payment platform all in one place. Also, Anchor facilitates the model of having clients pay in advance for each month of service which, when combined with auto-ACH or CC payments, ensures that we do not spend time chasing accounts receivable.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I have near zero complaints. Only issue is that I use Xero for my GL which does not (yet) have an integration. However, I know they have this in beta.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terms of service standarization.
Offers default Terms of Service for anyone just getting started.
Keeps A/R zero or low.
Facilitates ease of proposal creating with standard services.
Allows customization of stervices

 ### 8. Proposals in Under 60 Seconds, Backed by Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Once my templates were built out, I can have a proposal out the door in less than 60 seconds. The support and customer service are fantastic, one of the best in the software 'sphere' I work in.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I cannot think of any. Love the product

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy Proposals, monthly recurring billing, segmented billing (deposit and then balance due after a project). TIME SAVER

 ### 9. Proposals and Payments Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy C. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

My favorite feature of Anchor is the ability to build a proposal to automatically approve future changes to the proposal after a set number of days. The client agrees to this auto-approval mechanism up front, and doesn't need to be bothered every time there's a change to the scope of the agreement. They are notified of changes, and can decline them if they choose. I also love that you can build in annual price increases from the beginning of the proposal which eliminates the need to manually request price increases each year.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There used to be a much longer delay in receiving funds, but that has been sped up significantly, which is great. But I do wish they offered next day funding. Maybe when they're big enough to accept the increased risk of faster funding, they'll improve here. Still, this is a small price to pay for dirt cheap pricing on their service, and no longer paying credit card fees when accepting card payments. Overall, I save a ton of money compared to what I used to pay before to accept credit cards.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest reason why I implemented Anchor was to have a proposal system for clients to legally agree to utilize my services. I needed to have legally binding engagement letters. I already had the ability to accept credit cards and ACH before, but Anchor makes that so much easier. Not only can I accept payments through Anchor, but I get to control when I get paid. No longer do I have to send an invoice and wait to be paid when the client remembers to pay me. Now, the moment I complete my work, I can take payment immediately. As a result, my accounts receivable is down to zero.

 ### 10. Professional, Streamlined, and Client Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kane Zhan B. | Owner/Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has been a game-changer for how I present proposals and manage client engagements. The platform is clean, intuitive, and professional. It makes sending, tracking, and getting approvals effortless. I especially appreciate how customizable and client-friendly the proposals are, which has helped me land new projects with more confidence.

Highly recommend for any service-based business looking to streamline their proposal process.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

My main frustration is the limited flexibility in formatting or layout control. Sometimes I wish I could tweak sections more freely. A bit more control here would make a big difference in creating more tailored proposals. That said, the team has been responsive to feedback and continues to improve the platform. Overall, I’d still highly recommend it to any service provider looking for a polished, streamlined proposal experience.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor solves the problem of proposal inefficiency and disjointed client onboarding. Before Anchor, I had to piece together multiple tools just to send a proposal, collect signatures, and request payment, often leading to delays and miscommunication.

With Anchor, everything is centralized: I can create polished, professional proposals, automate client agreements, and even collect payments, all in one seamless flow.

 ### 11. Amazing tool that saves me tons of time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I've been using this platform for proposals and invoicing, and it has completely transformed our business operations. The proposal automation reduced our turnaround time from 15 minutes to just 1 minute per proposal - a 93% time savings that has significantly improved our client response times.

The automated invoicing system is particularly impressive. It's a comprehensive solution that handles our entire billing process seamlessly, transforming what used to be hours of monthly billing work into just minutes. This efficiency gain has allowed us to focus more time on strategic activities rather than administrative tasks.

What sets this company apart is their exceptional customer support. The team is highly responsive and genuinely values customer feedback. They consistently implement improvements based on user suggestions, demonstrating their commitment to continuous product enhancement and customer satisfaction.

We integrated Anchor with monday.com and it was super easy to integrate and allowed me to continue working just in the monday CRM. I use it about every single day!

I highly recommend this solution to any business looking to streamline their proposal and billing processes. The time savings alone justify the investment, and the ongoing product improvements ensure long-term value.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Inability to just send out a credit card link via Anchor

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy send out really great proposals, automatic invoicing

 ### 12. A breath of fresh air

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It's simple. I love that a client has 1 running agreement with all the services we do that's easy to amend. It's also very intuitive and easy to learn how to use with minor training, which has been a huge contrast to prior proposal software I have used that required hours of training to learn, setup and adopt.

I love the way it looks visually, and creates a beautiful looking proposal to send a client that is easy on the eyes. Additionally, they get a portal they can go see their agreement, what services they are signed up for, etc.

I also appreciate their open API which has given us the flexibility to work on automations for our firm.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I don't have any. They are amazing at taking their users feedback and adapting their product for us which I really appreciate.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They simplified the full proposal, billing experience for us. Using them eliminates A/R. It also makes it super easy to see what services we are providing the client. We integrate it with our practice management software (Karbon) and it pushes out the work items and we can even choose the assignee which has been super helpful in automating the workflow.

 ### 13. Easy to use - and when it isn't their customer service is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

A few months back I was in the market for a new proposal platform. My niche is the accounting industry and anchor was the #1 recommended in my network (Accountants know their apps). I checked it out and it had exactly the features I was looking for. Plus it had a minimalistic and simple user interface. Which I love. Everything I need without all the fussy buttons.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Dislike is a strong word. Their terms and conditions need to be uploaded so if I need to make changes I have to make that outside the platform and then upload it. I end up with a long list of terms and conditions in my T&C history. I brought this up to their customer service and they were very receptive to feedback. I don't know if they will change it but I definitely felt heard.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily show our range of services and add-ons. That is not something I was able to easily setup or show before in a platform I liked.

 ### 14. Completely Recommend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna E. | Owner bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I am so pleased with Anchor! They make the task of invoicing and receiving payments run seamlessly every month. My clients are able to save their bank information for recurring payments securely, and they can change their payment method at anytime. The invoices are available to see, and they sync with QBO which helps with my practice bookkeeping. I have recommended Anchor to several clients as a way to save money and have a simpler monthly process. I love that I can easily setup a client to receive a proposal, have it signed, and process payment within a few days - it is so easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I have not found a down sides about using Anchor instead of other payment processing platforms.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor is my way to process payments - hasslefree - from my clients every single month. I know that I do not have to worry about whether a sales receipt went through because Anchor will let me know if a payment doesn't process. Otherwise, I can just wait for the money to be deposited a few days later!

 ### 15. Get Anchor NOW

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara T. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

The best part about Anchor is real people providing excellent customer service very quickly, excellent prices to process a payment, beautiful integration with my agreements (on the Anchor platform), takes under a minute to send client an amended agreement or added service, ability to pass the cc fee onto the client if you choose to, maintenance free authomatic payment of invoices, great UI, company branding on all emails going to the client. You name it, they have it figured out. There is also a community group and the developers are serious as hell about making the product absolutely spectacular.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

tiny little functionalities that honestly are probable coming, but do not interrupt the flow of business. Chatbot could be much better. My client management system has a chatbot that knows every single thing about the platform and how it work enabling me to get after-hour answers immediately. However customer service is super fast when live people get back to work the next work day.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spending time on proposals, invoicing, editing agreements, collecting money, etc. With Anchor it is minutes rather than hours. And the price is so wonderful.

 ### 16. A Huge Time-Saver with a Professional Edge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

The software makes sending proposals fast, easy, and professional. I love being able to use templates, create packages, have optional items that clients can addon, automate follow-ups, and track client engagement all in one place. It has definitely helped me put my best foot forward with prospects and win more business. Customer support has been great when I have questions.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I really wish there were an option to turn off credit card payments entirely. I prefer to have all of my clients pay by ACH to avoid the credit card processing fees. I don’t like paying those fees myself, and I also don’t feel great about passing them on to my clients. Having more control over payment methods would be a huge plus.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies and speeds up the proposal process. I no longer have to build proposals from scratch or manage a messy back-and-forth via email. Everything is centralized, automated, and easy for both me and my clients to use. It saves me a ton of time and helps me look polished and organized. Clients have even commented on how professional the proposals look.

 ### 17. Smooth agreement and payment process in one platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda M. | Owner, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love using Anchor to send proposals to my bookkeeping prospects & clients. Two of my favorite features are: 1. the client portal - they log in and manage their own payment information so no need for me to store, enter or update it. 2. the ability to create templates so that putting proposals together is easy peasy!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Setting up the payment schedule is a little confusing yet. You have to pay very close attention to what is charged right away and what is charged later.
Also, if I sync the push the customer name to create a new customer in QuickBooks instead of waiting to sync to the QuickBooks file after I receive the invitation, QBO will create a duplicate customer. Not really Anchor's fault but something to keep in mind.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before moving to Anchor I used Microsoft Word to create the proposal, converted to a PDF, uploaded and sent via Docusign with a payment information form, stored and entered the payment information into QBO, and had to manage any updates or errors regarding the payments. Now that I use Anchor, it takes me minutes to create and send a proposal and the payment information is not in my hands at all. This allows me to be more efficient and not worry about PCI compliance. It's also easier for the client.

 ### 18. Anchor Makes the Proposal & Billing Process so Seamless!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I have been using Anchor since I started my business, and I would never look back! It's super user friendly and has made my proposal/billing process so easy with it's streamlined site and integration with QuickBooks Online. Not to mention, any time I have had a question or issue, Customer Support has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Anchor!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Anchor has been my one and only billing software for my business, so I have nothing to compare them to. That being said, I have no complaints so far as this software has added nothing but value to my business proposal/billing process and using it has been very seamless for me.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor streamlines and automates billing and also tracks invoices, so I always know exactly where my business stands in terms of payments coming in and outstanding customer balances. Anchor also tracks proposal and payment status, so there's never a question as to the status of anything. The integration to QuickBooks Online is also so helpful because I never have to enter invoices or the corresponding payments into QuickBooks. Saves a lot of time!

 ### 19. Anchor is a game changer for my business!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

What I love most about Anchor is that once I have a signed contract from a client, all of my billing and collection is handled for me! No need to manually send out invoices, or push invoices out on the right day of the month. No need to chase collections from clients who haven't paid. Just set it to automatically require payment up front, and recurring monthly and that's it! As a small firm, I don't have the time to deal with alot of extra administrative stuff. With Anchor I don't even have to think about my client payments. It's all done for me, and it syncs with QBO seamlessly, so when the payment is received in QBO, it's a simply match to the invoices! And you cannot beat the fixed rate pricing for ACH and ability to have the client pick up the credit card processing fees. And no subscription!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

A few minor things that could be changed to make Anchor even better. But they are so minor, I'm not even sure they are worth mentioning. Great job to the Anchor team!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of having very little time to do the admin in my company. No need for me to spend time sending invoices, or chasing my clients for payments

 ### 20. Game Changer for My Bookkeeping Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherie M. | Founder/CEO/Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It makes the acquisition of new clients (almost) painless. Having the proposal, agreement, payment method all in one place is priceless. Anchor and the client take care of the nuts and bolts of payment so I can forget about it. It takes me about 3 minutes to create a new proposal, and I'm always finding new features in Anchor to make my business more successful. When I was implementing, I had questions for customer support and they were quickly answered. My business is in a fast-growth phase right now and I find myself in Anchor every day. It's not only useful, looking at my stats on the Dashboard is enjoyable! Finally, I have found the QBO integration to work like a charm. A couple of times, it seemed to not work as expected and both times it was my own error causing the problem. Love, love, love Anchor!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I haven't found anything to dislike yet. It may happen someday, but at this point I doubt it.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Totally streamlined my labor intensive client acquisition process and keeps the money rolling in with absolutely zero work from me every single month. No glitchiness.

 ### 21. Love Anchor!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love how user friendly it is. I love that proposals are easy to set up and send. The automation for reminders is amazing! I also love that I don't have to think about invoicing every month. I set it up, it sends, the client pays, and my firm receives the money. All this for a small fee and a large amount of time off my plate! I love that it integrates with QBO and Financial Cents making it even better.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Sometimes I have small changes to an invoice, and I haven't set it up to incorporate that. I then have to wait for the client to approve the invoice. Probably more on my end of setting the initial proposal/settings up but that is really the only thing that occasionally slows me down.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time and frees me up to do work for my clients, which in turn makes my clients happy. It also benefits me by automatically increasing my client's rates so that I don't have to reach out and have the awkward conversation.

 ### 22. Effortless, Integrated, and Backed by the Best Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie L. | Company Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I absolutely love how easy Anchor is to use. It’s incredibly intuitive, which saves me so much time when onboarding clients and managing contracts. The seamless integration with QuickBooks Online was already a game-changer, and now with the addition of Keeper integration, it fits even better into my workflow.

What truly sets Anchor apart, though, is the customer support — hands down the best I’ve experienced. Responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The only thing I’d love to see improved is the ability to customize client-facing views a bit more — just a few more options for branding or layout would take it to the next level. I feel like my customers never find the tab to pay by ACH and end up paying the credit card processing fee

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor has completely streamlined how I onboard clients, manage proposals, and ensure timely payments. Before using Anchor, I was juggling contracts, invoices, and follow-ups across multiple platforms. Now, everything from engagement letters to recurring billing lives in one place — fully integrated with QuickBooks Online and Keeper. This has saved me hours of admin time each month and given me more confidence that nothing is slipping through the cracks. The automated workflows and payment collection features have also helped me get paid faster and more consistently, which has been a huge benefit for cash flow.

 ### 23. Great company! Top notch Customer Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea W. | Data Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor's customer support is top notch and I appreciate the whole team and their willingness to consider our use case scenarios in their planning. The fees are reasonable and the best I have seen. Putting together a service agreement takes minutes. And I haven't used it yet, but I'm excited about the automation features I'm learning about to automate our onboarding process. Thanks Anchor!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

It's hard to get current clients to make signing our agreements a priority, but it works great for new clients. I'd like to be able to customize the fee structures a little more, but Anchor is working on this feature as we speak.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to chase down clients for payments. All data is exportable into .csv format which makes Anchor easy to integrate with our other systems. Once I get the automations set-up Anchor will save us a ton of time onboarding.

 ### 24. So much time saved!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

From the ease of setting up my services library to the reliability of collecting payments on my desired schedule, Anchor provides an upgrade to invoicing for my accounting business. I appreciate not worring about my incoming payments - I know they are taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Some of my clients have compained about the Plaid integration for account verification, as it requests far greater permissions than should be needed to process a payment. That's not an Anchor issue, other than their selection of Plaid as a partner.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor makes my invoicing and payment collections so much easier. It's reliable and very user-friendly. The new features are well thought out.

 ### 25. Agreement + Recurring Automatic Invoicing = Win!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love that when I first set up a client I can include an agreement with details of services, as well as T&C's. The automatic recurring invoicing is also amazing. And I LOVE that I can pass the credit cards fees on to my client if I choose to do so. But that it also offers my clients to option to pay with ACH, which typically doesn't charge them the cc fees.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Takes a minute to get used to, but the customer service is there to help, as well as great chat bots to lead you through questions if you get stuck. Overall, I love this system and replaced stripe (and a lot of fees) for me!!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has completely solved monthly billing/invoicing and trying to get clients to approve or send payments when due.

 ### 26. Makes it easy to provide tier options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia P. | Computer Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love that I can send a client a menu of options for pricing, and they can choose the tier and add-ons they want. Then they put in their payment info, and Anchor takes care of the monthly payments.

This flexibility has allowed me to streamline my proposal and estimate process. Their new integration with Keeper, the accounting management software I use for client bookkeeping, saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

My only downside is that I have a lot of clients with low monthly payments. The $5 per transaction is more expensive than just invoicing through QuickBooks Online directly. But when the payment is more than $500 a month, it saves me a lot of money!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can give clients a choice of packages, and Anchor turns their choices into monthly invoices.

 ### 27. Loving the Ease and Support from Anchor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hendy R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has been a game changer for my billing process.
The platform is easy to navigate and has taken the stress out of chasing clients for payments. Everything runs smoothly, and I’m able to collect payments seamlessly. On top of that, the customer service has been responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I wish there was an option to split billing for a service—like charging 50% upfront as a deposit and the remaining 50% upon completion

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor helps me stay on top of billing without having to chase clients for payments.
It automates reminders, simplifies the agreement process, and ensures I get paid on time—with minimal back-and-forth.
It’s saved me a lot of time and made my cash flow much more predictable.

 ### 28. Anchor is affordable, professional and built for the modern CPA firm

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It has a straightforward, modern design. As we move into the Subscription economy, it is built like a SAAS platform for service-based companies. Sleek, easy to digest and creates options for clients. The UX is straightforward, and you can begin sending proposals on the first day. I switched from Practice Ignition a couple of years ago and never looked back!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. My only complaint from implementation was the lead time for ACH deposits (used to be 10 business days) now with a recent update, you receive them in 2 business days. They are always improving!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me create professional looking proposals and takes care of the invoicing and payment collections automatically. My monthly agreements and tax invoices are on autopilot now.

 ### 29. Tool is great and customer service is even better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Strategies & T.E.A. S. | Founder / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I like the ease of the tool and how it keeps my multi-step agreements with clients in one place without me needing to ask for payment methods all of the time. It was a smooth integration and implementation process with my current processes as well. This is now my primary billing system. Whenever something comes up their customer service is very quick to respond as well and follow up which is great.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I wish Anchor had a funnel type billing for sales during a discovery call where the client wants to pay in the moment rather than wait for an agreement.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing my clients a smooth process from proposal to signed agreement. I also like that I can give my clients options to choose from.

 ### 30. Anchor is a lifesaver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly S. | CEO / Bookkeeping Professional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It is so easy to use, I love having the different templates for accounting related services and the way my proposals are presented is so professional. When it comes time to collect payment from my clients, I love that I don't have to even think about it. Anchor has helped immensely in streamlining my process. Integration with QuickBooks is seamless and it's been very easy to map things out correctly. Customer support is amazing and gets back to me within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The only thing I dislike would be that I can't customize the invoices as much as I'd like to.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luckily I've used Anchor from day 1 of operating my business so billing and sending out proposals was never a problem!

 ### 31. Obsessed with Anchor!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley F. | Owner, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has made the proposal and invoicing process SO smooth! Most of our clients pay on a recurring basis, and it's truly so easy to set that up as well as have invoices for one-off projects. The proposals look professional, are easy to navigate, and are easy for the client to sign. We use Anchor frequently throughout the month and haven't had any issues with client payments or the proposal process. We have had such a smooth sales process since implementing Anchor.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I can't think of anything, we've truly had a great experiene.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from another platform that was a very clunky proposal workflow and required a lot of manual entry. Anchor has solved those problems for us.

 ### 32. Effortless Proposals and Agreements with Smart Pricing Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Ease and consistency of creating proposals/agreements. Favorite feature is automatic price increase!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I wish it was easier to create a payment plan for large clean up projects. Splitting it into different services gets confusing for the client.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving me a lot of time in onboarding new clients

 ### 33. Anchor streamlines billing so much that even my clients are asking about it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corry J. | Accounting Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor is so simple to use. It allows me to create and send a proposal in minutes without having to worry about skipping over or missing anything. When the proposal is accepted, it integrates with Keeper to automatically add the new client along with any workflows that are mapped to the proposal. It is so easy to setup that I didn't even need any guidance, but when I have reached out to customer support, they are always quick to respond. I send out proposals regularly, so instead of having to spend hours on a proposal, I'm able to send it in minutes. I've even had clients tell me that they hope to eventually emulate my proposal through onboarding process because it is so seamless. They're always asking for feedback and adding things to their roadmap. They implement new ideas often too, so the product is already so much better than it was initially.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

They are still fairly new to the proposal market, so there are a few missing features. But none of them are major or impact the program.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor simplifies our proposal and billing

 ### 34. Solid, Seamless Billing Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Recurring billing, automatic payouts and integration to QuickBooks are a must. Collecting payment upfront, even for at-completion billings is very nice in minimizing turnaround. The ability to push credit card fees on the payer and incentivize ACH is also very seamless.

The proposal and service functionality is good, needs some tailoring to your engagement letter descriptions at the outset.
Three-tier pricing is a game changer, offering three summary options and the ability for prospects to consider the details of each without getting overwhelmed all at once is ideal to present options and change the sales decision from "if" to "which" service they pick. The optional add-ons, delayed service start, and other controls are also very nice to use when appropriate.
The ability to add one-off charges, enter variable quantities for monthly billings, or even amend recurring agreements is also near seamless.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The $5 per deposit fee can factor as a higher percentage than other payment platforms for lower service level clients. I wish this was a 1% up to $5 instead of a flat $5 per transaction. It also hits harder when seeing multiple transactions batched, the fee is $5 per invoice, not $5 per deposit if they may be batched. Again, I wish a 1% fee with $5 ceiling was implemented, ideally on the payout side rather than per invoice.
The processing time from invoice, automatic collection, and payout is also a solid 2-3 business days which can seem a little long for the level of automation involved. I wish this was more of a next or at least firmly second-business day with less lead time for the fees involved.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor has reduced our billing, collection, and A/R reconciliation process to near-zero.
The proposal process is also much faster, though the plethora of prebuilt services can be overwhelming when exploring new areas not previously quoted or templated.
I would estimated Anchor saves us at least an hour at onboarding and likely 5-10 hours monthly that would otherwise be spent generating, sending, and collecting on invoices that require manual payment and approval each time by us and clients.

 ### 35. I can't recommend it enough

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I cannot recommend Anchor enough to anyone who will listen!
It processes installment payments automatically (after initial approval by the client), charges only $5 per ACH transaction (WAY less than others), and integrates with QBO wonderfully!
I knew I wanted something cheaper than the normal payment processing and Anchor allows me to pass along the CC fee to my clients (I prefer they use ACH, so this pushes that for them, but still provides an alternative). I love that Anchor allows me to clearly show the clients what they are paying for and even allows me to offer different packages and optional offerings they can choose.
Again, I can't recommend it enough, such a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

The only downside is that clients don't necessarily read through or save their signed agreements so it causes me to have to repeat the info they've already accepted. This is a them problem, but becomes an issue for me.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor take care of auto billing, payment processing, and allows me to have ZERO A/R at all times. All for one low $5/transaction fee. Can't beat it!

 ### 36. Peace of Mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah I. | President, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has brought me peace of mind when it comes to managing billing for my business. Their billing agreements are a standout feature—they provide complete transparency between my clients and me, ensuring we’re always on the same page about services and costs. The automatic invoicing and collection processes are incredibly efficient, saving me time and hassle. I also appreciate their pricing structure—it’s fair and allows me to pass on credit card fees, which is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Not much! It does have a learning curve, and setting everything up takes a little time, but the support team is fantastic and guides you every step of the way.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor simplifies my entire billing process, from creating clear agreements to sending out invoices and collecting payments automatically. This efficiency means I can focus on growing my business instead of chasing payments or clarifying terms with clients. It also reduces errors and misunderstandings with clients because everything is documented upfront in the agreements.

 ### 37. Streamline your engagement letters and payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy S. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love that you can create proposals, have them accepted and receive payments all through the same platform! So simple.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There really isn't much to dislike. You can build the cost into your fee so that is not an issue. The only downside is having to go through them if your client has a technical issue. But that's the same with any third party app.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to create engagement letters/proposals in a separate Word document. Everything is electronic and easy to use. We have templates in Anchor where we can create new proposals easily. The clients sign digitally, enter their payment info and everything syncs to QuickBooks seamlessly.

 ### 38. Billing made simple.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teri B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I really appreciate that I can send proposals, contracts, and bills to my clients through Anchor without any charges to them. I also love how simple it is to connect with QuickBooks Online. Everything is made so straightforward and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I look forward to seeing new features and wish they would come sooner.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to worry about payment. As everything is done, automatically on the day that I choose.

 ### 39. Anchor is awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meryl J. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

We've been happy Anchor customers for several years. The proposals look great, the transaction fees are more cost-effective than other options and the support team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There isn't anything I dislike about using Anchor.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Anchor to send proposals to clients and take payment.
We take payment at the beginning of an engagement before we start work, so having an easy to use proposal tool is important. We've significantly reduced the cost of our payment processing fees since moving to Anchor as they have the abiliity to process ACH payments.

 ### 40. User friendly - customizable - affordable. One of the best tools we use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa L. | Executive Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Between the intuitive design, dynamic proposal functionality, and client-first features, it’s everything we need in one powerful platform. The platform is incredibly affordable and impressively simple to use, and implement even for teams without a technical background.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

Would like to see some future availability for automation and integration.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor allows us to make seamless adaptations within the same proposal—saving time and eliminating redundancy. Anchor empowers clients with control over their payment methods. They can update or modify their payment info directly, without creating delays or requiring administrative involvement.

 ### 41. Anchor - Critical Component of My Tech Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene W. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love Anchor. It's very easy to send a proposal to prospects and existing clients. Plus Anchor automatically handles the billing process for me. And the integration with QuickBooks Online is seamless - makes my bank reconciliations wicked easy. Plus Anchor's Customer Support is very responsive. Any questions/issues that I encountered have been resolved within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

More integration with other tax project mgmt software such as Tax Dome.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(1) Easily send proposals to my clients and (2) collect my fees quickly and painlessly

 ### 42. Anchor has streamlined my invoicing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen E. | Treasurer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

This is my second year using Anchor. It has helped streamline my invoicing. It has ways to add out of scope charges as well as to let the client pay via ACH or credit card. If they pay by credit card, the client is billed. For my tax clients, it has helped to get payment in advance as well as to have them sign my client service agreement in advance. It also syncs with QuickBooks Online, including adding new client names to QBO. As far as implementation, there is no startup fee, and they spent all the time I needed to help me. Overall, very happy to have Anchor on my team.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I would like to add completely separate agreements for existing clients, but this means that they have to reset their payment method. Chat support could use faster response time. But once they do respond, they are very helpful.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anchor helps me to get paid in advance for my tax clients, as well as monthly recurring payment for my bookkeeping clients, charging them automatically after the client agrees.

 ### 43. I can't stop recommending Anchor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has saved me HOURS of work in the half year I have been using it. The proposal function used to be a bottleneck, simply because it was a paint to customize and overthink my old archaic platform. Anchor's clean interface is so user-friendly and inviting I'm actually excited to create and send proposals!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I did not realize at first the default proposal reminders that go out to prospects were a bit more aggressive than I'd like. I was able to go in and adjust those so prospects get fewer reminders. This is likely just a preference of mine but it would have been nice to be asked this in general during initial setup. Apologies if I missed it!

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proposals - quick and easy
Billing - set & forget
Easy to update agreements

 ### 44. changed our lives!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

We were in desperate need of an automated proposal/agreement/billing solution for our complex business model. We're a start-up, so subscription and card processing fees were an important factor in making our decision. We were close to pulling the trigger on Bill.com and Docusign when a client suggested we check out Anchor. I watched a YouTube video, booked a demo for a few days later, signed up for a free account in the meantime, and we were sold before we even took the demo call. Our collection days average has dropped dramatically over the last year, and our average time to sign a proposal is about 17 HOURS. We've also cut our merchant processing fees in half switching from QBO invoices/payments.

Bonus: The Anchor leadership, sales and support team members are PHENOMENAL. Friendly, fun, proactive, curious, and kind. We LOVE Anchor!

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

There are still some minor features we'd love to see that would greatly expedite and QC the proposal customization and invoice finalization process, but since the Anchor team is always open to requests, we trust they'll be coming down the pike at some point :)

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hate invoicing, and Anchor's beautiful UI/UX allows us to bill automatically, quickly, and almost completely alleviates the concern of collections.

 ### 45. Easy to use and provides a professional client experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

It was very easy to set up and start using Anchor. The on-demand resources and customer support are terrific. By starting with the provided templates, I didn't have to do too much set up. My clients and prospective clients have responded well to the way the proposals and agreements are presented and to the ease of setting up payment. For all of that, the fee per transaction is a bargain.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about Anchor. I've only been using it for two months, but it's already far ahead of other platforms I've tried. It did take me a little time to determine the best way to book what was coming into the QuickBooks integration from Anchor, but once I did the first one, it's been smooth with future transactions.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to customize a proposal to a particular client quickly and professionally, to get that proposal right off to them, has been a huge time and stress saver for me. Having the agreement and payment flow right from the proposal, has been even better.

 ### 46. Outstanding Invoicing and Payment Service Provider for Small Businesses!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor is by far the best invoicing and payment service provider for small businesses - the interface is intuitive, and most importantly, our clients have had little to no trouble completing agreements and setting up payments (cc or ACH) for our services. In addition, their customer service, which I've rarely had to engage, has been outstanding - they've gotten on calls with me to explain how to accomplish certain tasks, and they've been consistently responsive.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

While the interface is intuitive, it's not always easy to use for certain tasks. Some advanced functionality is not quite there either, but they have significantly improved the functionality and features over time, so it's gotten so much better over the last two years.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Anchor to solve issuing service agreements (proposals/contracts), billing/invoicing, and A/R in terms of revenue collection as it automatically transfers payments into our company bank account.

 ### 47. Anchor is easy to use, streamlines billing, and has great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varonica F. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I love how easy Anchor is to set up and get started. My clients love how easy it is to review their proposals and add their payment details. Anchor's support is so helpful and they are always adding new features. Anchor makes the proposal and billing part of my business so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

If i had to choose something, it took a while to get my first payments as the ACH was slow initially and you had to attend a virtual meeting to verify your identity.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking the manual work out of setting up client billing and having it happen automatically rather than having to do it manually.

 ### 48. Highly recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

Anchor has been great for simplifying my billing. Super easy to use, and I really like that invoices and reminders go out automatically—it saves me a lot of time. Clients pay faster now too, which has been a nice bonus. Overall, it’s just made the whole billing process way less of a headache.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

No real complaints so far—everything works the way I need it to.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automate monthly billing

 ### 49. Streamlined proposal and payment processing tremendously

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I really like the interface and ease of setting up services and creating proposals. But what I really love most is the easy of receiving payment automatically and synced to Quickbooks. Previously, my proposal software was completely separate from my payment processor. Sooo much easier to have them combined.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

I would really like to be able to view/edit/customize ALL outgoing messages to prospects and clients before they are sent out. I would also like to be able to easily see all agreements by client.

**What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless connection between proposal-agreement-payment.

 ### 50. Excellent Proposal & Invoicing Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Anchor?**

I like that the proposals are customizable and you can great templates. It's nice to have a standard template to send prospects. It's also very inexpensive, and you can choose to either have the client pay CC fees, or absorb them yourself. It's very professional and leaves a good impression on clients.

**What do you dislike about Anchor?**

One thing I would like them to add is the ability to create items within a service package, and not include the individual prices of each item - just the overall package. I want to have a bit of a breakdown so I can record the items and service in my own Quickbooks, to track the items themselves, but then on the client side I don't want them to see the breakdown of each item. I just want the overall monthly service amount.
