I appreciate its unmatched reliability and how it doesn't require me to maintain staff for processing online payment requests, allowing funds to be delivered by thousands of individuals and entities effortlessly. I also like their willingness and ability to customize the user-facing messaging on their site, which adds to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the staff backing EveryBill's services are incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure that even potential issues get addressed quickly. The setup was profoundly easy, and after more than 15 years of use, I have no complaints. **What do you dislike about EveryBill?** My only complaint is that EveryBill doesn't also paint my house. I don't expect it, and it would be absurd, but this survey demands I give some complaint. **What problems is EveryBill solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use EveryBill for receiving payments, allowing thousands of entities to send funds without needing extra staff, which helps with efficiency. ### 2.
