What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

It's popularity among accounting professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

Everything else about it. The software is slow and buggy. The subscription pricing is way overpriced. The customer service is absolutely horrific! And there are no ways to express your grievances. Basically, Intuit is just a virtual company with support in India or China that does not care anything at all about its customers. The owners are probably sitting on a beach in California while nobody cares about anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
