Data validation feature can be introduced to check the duplicates in the data, invalid data, invalid characters in the data that prevents upload, split the file automatically into multiple files when an uploaded file has more transactions than allowed in a single file, increasing the number of lines that can be uploaded using a single file, Availability of customer support 24 x 7 instead of limited hours. I would appreciate it if it can maintain a log of all the upload errors so that such errors can be downloaded at the end of the day for internal reporting purposes and share with colleagues on how data should be managed to avoid errors.
