"PEX Makes Company Credit Card Management Effortless"
What do you like best about PEX?

PEX provides a user-friendly portal that makes managing our company's credit cards incredibly easy. Whether it's adding new cards or categorizing transactions, PEX helps our company save both time and money every day. Our onboarding customer support representative ensured that implementing PEX into our daily operations was a seamless transition. The integration between PEX and our accounting software, QuickBooks, makes using our credit cards even more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

What do you like best about PEX?

The ability to reduce the waste of paper and be an efficient asset for the company as well as provide employees with real-time purchase power. Intergration of the purchasing process with our accounting software. The inovation of the team - they test out the features then release for usage that are not only useful for the company, vendors but for the employees as well. Employee can easily use the card in a lot of locations. Cards can be blocked if lost. A good turn around time when contacting customer support. After set up the process has been very easy to implement. It has been very helpful with our culinary staff by cutting the funding process by at least 75% and has progress to other ministries, freeing up our accounting staff for other operational needs. It also reduces the waste of paper and natural resources. The introduction of AI was amazing and cannot wait for the Auto enforcer component . The company is forward thinking. What do you dislike about PEX?

What do you like best about PEX?

That you can order cards as you need them for new staff, if someone leaves, you can just de-activate the card. That is a certain level or protection and comfort my business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

Once I accidentally closed/deleted all the cards, It was a stupid mistake, but was too easy to make. The couldn't just turn them back on, once they are closed you have to order all new cards with all new numbers. This is a very shallow dislike because i really had to think of something. What do you like best about PEX?

This has reduced my time processing reimbursements significantly. It gives our employees more flexibility when buying company items. They don't have to go out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. What do you dislike about PEX?

The auto funding has limited options. It only offers auto funding on certain days.The sync between scheduled transfers & scheduled card funding is not clean. I would prefer to transfer on the last day of the month, then autofund on the first day of the month. When it tries to do both, some cards don't get funded...then I get phone calls. What do you like best about PEX?

We love how easy the receipt capture and tag coding is. We were preparing expense reports for each person with a credit card prior to using PEX. This is a huge time saver for our staff and admin support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

The least helpful are the support team when we have integration issues. We have had multiple integration issues with Quickbooks desktop. As of today we cannot close our June books. An internal ticket was filed on 7/10 for this issue. Communication has been very poor in resolving this issue. I looked into your case, and from what I can see, our support team was responsive and actively working with our engineering team to resolve the QuickBooks Desktop integration issue that you mentioned. Based on the latest update, it looks like the issue has been resolved, which is great news!

That said, I completely understand how delays during a month-end close can be frustrating. We appreciate your patience and will continue working to improve communication and turnaround time on these types of requests.

What do you like best about PEX?

It is extremely simple to disperse money to cardholders. It is also very easy to restrict certain vendors so I know that the money is being used for it's intended purpose. What do you dislike about PEX?

What do you like best about PEX?

What do you like best about PEX?

We use the pre-paid debit card feature on the pex cards, and I really like the flexibility of adding funds to cards as spending comes in cycles. The same team member might have very little expenses 10 months out of the year, and a lot of expenses during high traffic times, and this gives us the flexibility to add and remove funds easily. What do you dislike about PEX?

Car rental companies do not like pre-paid debit cards. I know that is not something that you can control, but that is probably the only thing that keeps us from exclusively using Pex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

What we like most about PEX is the ease of use for our multitude of employees. We have 200+ cards issued to all our employees and it takes very little training for people to use and learn how to code. What do you like best about PEX?

I appreciate the easy onboarding process with PEX, as the training was very straightforward. The support team was helpful in facilitating the ordering of cards. I found that more guidance would have been helpful when uploading a CSV file for a large quantity of PECS cards. It was challenging to navigate the ordering of multiple cards using a CSV file.
