I really appreciate Order.co for its user-friendly interface, which makes navigation intuitive and shopping a seamless experience. What do you dislike about Order.co?

Order.co recently changed the workflow for both receiving and returns, making it very clunky. Previously, these functions were accessible directly from the order page and could be executed easily using checkboxes. What do you like best about Order.co?

What we like best about Order.co is that it gives us a single, standardized way to manage purchasing across a large network of clinics without creating extra work for frontline teams. It’s easy for our center staff to use, while still giving Finance and Operations strong controls, clear approval workflows, and clean reporting. What do you dislike about Order.co?

We see the biggest gaps in reporting, configuration flexibility, and day-to-day usability at scale. The out-of-the-box reporting and analytics are fairly limited for a multi-location healthcare organization, so we still have to do a lot of work outside the system to get the views we need. Approval workflows and budget controls are powerful but not always intuitive to configure for different clinic types, which leads to some manual workarounds. Finally, the catalog/search experience can feel cumbersome when you have a large number of locations, vendors, and items, so it takes a bit more navigation than we’d like for frontline staff. OrderCo has centralized our purchasing process throughout our company. The platform has allowed our employees to purchased the items they need without with great confidence. Plus our management team has the ability to see, review and approve all purchases in one platform.

The report and payment structure allows our senior management to review spending by department.

I love using Order.co every week for work because everything is already there, and I don't have to enter numbers like I used to on the old system we used. It's easier to order things and requires less looking up. I love that everything is just a click away, and it's easy to look up old orders. The fewer steps I have to take, the better. What do you like best about Order.co?

I really appreciate how it organizes my orders and keeps me informed with email notifications about upcoming deliveries. The customer support is excellent—always dependable and quick to respond! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Order.co?

One thing that frustrates me is that I can't edit an order once it's been processed. I also sometimes wish the system would automatically remove products that are out of stock or unavailable, especially on Amazon. However, I do appreciate that these unavailable items remain visible, since they often serve as a useful reference. Another feature I would find helpful is some kind of indicator, like an asterisk, to show which item was the last one I purchased. For instance, when I search My Products for Thermal Laminating Sheets, I usually click through each brand I've ordered before to compare current prices. If there were an asterisk marking the brand I bought most recently, it would save me the time of tracking down which one I previously got at the best price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
