What do you like best about Order.co?

OrderCo has centralized our purchasing process throughout our company. The platform has allowed our employees to purchased the items they need without with great confidence. Plus our management team has the ability to see, review and approve all purchases in one platform.

The report and payment structure allows our senior management to review spending by department.

What do you dislike about Order.co?

There is a 2nd step verification process that I would like to see improved. Plus, for new projects that require CAD files and Drawings for vendors needs to be setup for a smoother transition.

"Order.co Makes Ordering Easy and Cost Insights Clear with AI"
What do you like best about Order.co?

I love the Order.co platform and the following are some reasons why. Its easy to upload products into my catalog. Its fast and easy to search for any product to order it. I love the new AI feature. It has really helped me to understand what im ordering, how often im ordering it, and how much the company has spent all year on the product. I'm learning where i can cut costs and help save my company a lot of money. I am able to view all of the people who are spending for the company, and what they are spending. What do you dislike about Order.co?

There really isn’t much that I dislike about this platform. It can be stressful at times when there’s a two-week delivery window, especially since I’m ordering a lot of things from different vendors. What do you like best about Order.co?

I like that all of my managers have access to Order.co at the correct access level, which allows them to purchase the authorized items necessary for our studio to run effectively across different locations. Budget management is another feature I appreciate. It helps us make decisions when items are out of stock by allowing us to add alternatives or replace items without excessive communication burdens. I also find the platform's communication baseline beneficial. The integration of all our purchases into one platform is seamless, which simplifies our process. I'm also pleased with the support of Order.co’s customer service team, which is there to help if any issues arise with our orders. What do you dislike about Order.co?

I think that there's still a lot of various reports and ways to get Order.co's set up, especially with the classification codes. Doesn't seem as seamless. But there's also not a lot of options to export reports, or at least I don't see that. Or a lot of the reports seem exhaustive, like it's hard to clean them up. Especially when you've had one administrator leading it for x amount of years, and then you have someone like myself transitioning and you're trying to really read the data and bring it up to date. What do you like best about Order.co?

I use Order.co for ordering supplies for my company, and I really like how it makes ordering quick and simple. It simplifies the process by allowing me to avoid digging through multiple websites to track what was ordered, saving me time. The customer service is excellent, handling issues quickly and effectively, which is a huge plus. Tracking orders is also extremely simple, which adds to the ease of use. What do you like best about Order.co?

What do you dislike about Order.co?

One thing that frustrates me is that I can't edit an order once it's been processed. I also sometimes wish the system would automatically remove products that are out of stock or unavailable, especially on Amazon. However, I do appreciate that these unavailable items remain visible, since they often serve as a useful reference. Another feature I would find helpful is some kind of indicator, like an asterisk, to show which item was the last one I purchased. For instance, when I search My Products for Thermal Laminating Sheets, I usually click through each brand I've ordered before to compare current prices. If there were an asterisk marking the brand I bought most recently, it would save me the time of tracking down which one I previously got at the best price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Order.co?

I like Order.co's ability to reorder, which means I don't have to manually re-find each item I want to reorder. This makes it easier for me to manage ordering products for my facility. I liked how easy it was to order on Order.co. The site was very user-friendly. One of the features I found valuable was that it saved order history and recommended frequently ordered products. This was helpful because if I missed something on my order list, I could just skim over my recent purchases, and it would remind me of something else I needed.
