Its a long time program and system that has years of legacy behind it, giving it leg up compared to the competition. UI is good when using via the browser. Performance is great, but the web version does lack what the native windows program has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall there are some issues that need to be addressed. The difference between the web version and windows program are still miles apart. Feature parity seems to be quite a ways away. I like ConnectWise Automate's features before it was set to sunset and then moved to other RMMs. It was valuable for remote staff as it offered tools that SCCM lacked, like paste tools and file transfer options, which a standard homebrew couldn't provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConnectWise Automate had quite a few bugs, with one of the major ones being breaking updates, which sometimes made it unable to remote in due to updates. Also, devices with similar properties would absorb one another. The MAC/Serial address absorption was definitely a bigger issue, and having to redo installs was not fun.
