**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. The information is presented clearly and is straightforward to follow. I also found the initial setup process to be very quick, which was a big plus for me. Navigating the viewing features is simple, and I like that you can download or print documents directly from the review page.

The Dashboards and reports page is another valuable aspect for business use. Having all the information consolidated in one place makes searching for and locating what you need incredibly easy.

Customer support is excellent as well. The team is always available and quick to assist, making it easy to reach out whenever you need help. They are dedicated to resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using Stampli for business invoicing. I use this software daily and have become very proficient with it. The integration process is seamless, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. I believe anyone who chooses Stampli for their business needs will be satisfied with the experience.

The only thing I wish is that it offered a bit more customization when it comes to the color scheme. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about Stampli!

Stampli addresses the problem of excessive paper use and provides a centralized location for storing all physical invoice copies. Having everything organized online is extremely convenient and efficient. The ability to quickly search for invoices online saves both significant time and money.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

Stampli allows me to be more productive everyday. Billy the bot learns how I like to code my invoices and remembers for the next time. I love that I can give a vendor the Stampli email address and they can send their own invoices into the system. This really helps cut down on emails and back and forth. I also love how Stampli works with Sage Intacct. Invoices show up in Sage almost instantly after they are exported.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

I have noticed that Stampli has been very slow lately. I will finish typing in a date and it take a good second for Stampli to catch up. I wish Stampli had a way to handle statements from Vendors. I also wish there was a better way to set invoices to the side until approvals outside of Stampli are done.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli saves an immeasurable amount of time. For simple (and even some complicated) invoices, Stampli regularly codes the entire invoice correctly, just like I prefer it to be done. I typically only have to quickly review the invoices before sending them to their respective approver. Stampli allows one person to handle what previously took at least 2 people.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I love how easy it is to get invoices approved, how easy it is to split invoices that are bundled into a single file, and how easy it is to catch duplicates, review cancelled invoices, track invoices across different account numbers even when located under a single vendor. It's so straightforward to add supporting documents, comments, and ask questions of others. It integrates directly with our accounting software, seamlessly; and makes errors that makes exports impossible extremely visible, so that they can be corrected by anyone on the team, and not wait for the supervisor to send back a stack of errors instead. It scans the invoices for all relevant information, and tracks common usage for the vendor, formatting of the invoice document, even the source of the original invoice file. Using the tray feature we can even have default coding confirmed.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

When coding an invoice that needs to be broken into lines, it can take a long time. There is a dramatic difference in processing time for invoices that need to be split across 4 or more lines. But there is a copy line feature, so it helps if things are very repetitive. But if you pause during entry to review your source data, it will time out and you usually need to start over. You can set templates at the vendor level, even multiple per vendor. so that narrows it down to the one-off vendors that need to be broken down. The annual multi-location type.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can instantly review any invoice, for accuracy, for reference; no digging in files, even digital ones. Just search for it, and there it is. Even if it was cancelled in the past, I can reference it in seconds. I can even export a large list of invoice data and look for problems in a matter of seconds. Even a report with over 500 lines takes moments to export directly into Excel, with a custom link if I want to review the original PDF file at the same time.
If an approver sends back an invoice, it is immediately visible to the whole team, preventing dead-ends or orphaned invoices.
It is rather intuitive and easy for a new team member to learn the ropes, and easy for them to reference prior patterns to aid in their coding directly. Instead of hours in training, it's about an hour in feature sharing, and then "ask questions" hands on level.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. With Stampli, all of the invoices pending approval are in one place and easy to review and approve, or provide feedback when needed.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

Honestly? Nothing so far. I don't have experience with other invoice approval software but compared to approving invoice by invoice over email, it's much better!

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli is doing a great job consolidating invoices into one clearly visible area for approval by the people who need to review and approve the invoices. No longer are pending invoices slipping through the cracks and possibly getting additional fees because of late payments. I am also able to quickly see past invoices to compile costs based on vendor or project.

I like how easy it is to sign documents and check on other invoices. I can go right into the system, scan over invoices, check dates, see how much for purchases, and look for anything that has been uploaded. The initial setup for Stampli was easy; it updated me and gave me all the information I needed to navigate the system.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

I would love to see a process tab or what time length is on it. The process? I always have vendors asking how long it's gonna take for checks to be mailed out or to be made.

Stampli makes it easier for me to get invoices directly to my email and see them immediately. I like how easy it is to sign documents and check on other invoices.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I am beyond impressed with Stampli. It makes the administrative aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable much more efficient and reduces emails. I like how communication can happen directly in the system and everything is laid out much clearer. The smart or AI-enabled features, like learning who certain POs or bills are tied to and what accounts or locations, are making things more efficient. With our complex business structure including multiple business units, regions, and service lines, the system handles everything very well and has been a big advancement compared to what we used before. I particularly enjoy Stampli's operational efficiency and ease of communication, which significantly cuts down on the back and forth that our prior system required via email. It reduces emails and allows approval processes and corrections to be made much quicker. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I like that Stampli provides one place to house all invoices, making document retention easy and safe. It simplifies invoice review and approval via a streamlined Stampli workflow, and those responsible for approving invoices have a list of accounts readily available. The site engine runs very quickly, and the AI bot Billy usually answers most questions effectively. I also appreciate how well Stampli integrates with Microsoft GP, enhancing our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

The ability to use asterisks in the invoice number field to search via just a fragment of a number would be helpful. I recently needed to pull invoice copies for 60 invoices under the same vendor, and all invoices ended with -2025. I could have pulled those more quickly if putting *-2025 in the invoice number field yielded results, but I have found that you cannot start the search term with *'. Also, the workflow setup was the most difficult part of the initial setup. It was tedious and time-consuming, and I recommend developing an upload feature to make the workflow build easier.

Stampli centralizes document retention with all invoices in one safe place, simplifies invoice review and approval, and provides ease of coding. It’s easy to find invoices for audit, and the AI bot helps with quick answers.

The interface is very intuitive and doesn’t require filling out too many fields. It speeds up invoice processing, and the pre-coded invoices are especially helpful for reducing the time it takes to process invoices.

Invoice processing for a variety of projects and clients can be a complicated and time consuming task.  Pre-coding of invoices saves me a lot of time even if there are some changes or specific details that I need to enter manually.  I have previously used openinvoice and docvue at different companies for this purpose and Stampli is the most streamlined system that I have used so far.

I haven’t worked with Stampli long enough to find anything I dislike. One suggestion I do have is the option to connect it to Gmail or Google Calendar, so I can verify items more efficiently instead of relying on a split screen.

I use Stampli for AP automation and streamlining our AP approvals, which helps reduce inbox clutter. Stampli keeps approvals and comments tracked in an audit trail, and I can attach supporting documents easily, which simplifies documentation records. I really appreciate the convenience and streamlined process it offers. The Billy the bot feature and AP bill automation are quite good; it can pick up on previous vendor coding such as GL account, department, and entity location, which is particularly helpful for our multi-structured entities. The setup was easy, and appropriate time was scheduled to understand the dynamics and structure of our entities. The integration with Sage Intacct, where our bills export to, also works well.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

I think Stampli could improve by making additional suggestions, like suggesting a GL account when it's a new vendor invoice with a similar invoiced description or memo for similar work.

I appreciate the mainstream feature. All the businesses I work with can simply send an invoice for our finance team to review and for me to approve. It’s nice because we can do everything within the platform: discuss the appropriate coding, departments, and any other discrepancies. It’s also easy to review an invoice, approve it, and be done. I also appreciate that all invoices are stored in one place, so I can go back and search for anything I need.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

Honestly, I don't have any issues or concerns at the level I use it. Maybe sometimes it is hard to find a specific invoices if I am searching historical invoices would be my only "dislike".

It decreased the number of emails I received regarding to invoices and helped me organize invoices.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

Trying to make sure that the tray is correct so that it doesn't go to another department by default. It can be a little bit of a waste of time, but I would still say Stampli is worth it.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli has helped us tremendously with timely payments to vendors, not being asked to code the same invoice multiple times, and getting invoices to the correct coders the first time. This has helped our work load so much, because we no longer have to spend at least an hour each day finding old invoices that we coded months ago that were never paid.

I appreciate Stampli's ease of use, as it makes me more efficient with responsibilities that are not my main job, giving me more time to focus on what I need to throughout my work day. I also enjoy the email notifications for pending approvals, which keep me accountable to my coworkers and ensure approvals are received on a timely basis. Additionally, I like how Stampli allows my company to communicate on one centralized platform and autofills several commonly used fields.

Sometimes the auto filling feature is wrong and doesn't learn. I wish there was more formatting features for the custom description section on the PO.

We've only just started using Stampli, so it's new to us. But so far, we like that it connects with our Procore, and it's easier for us to use than other systems. Being able to have our jobs communicate with our invoices without having to input those things ourselves saves time and money and makes everything a lot more streamlined.

I haven't used it long enough to have found things I don't like yet.  Other than it took my admin a minute to figure out how to add me.

Stampli lets us have multiple people check invoices to avoid mistakes and ensures they're linked to the right jobs. It integrates well with Procore, saving us time and money by streamlining job and invoice communication.

I like how Stampli learns habits with specific vendors. Billy puts the most frequently used codes (per vendor) at the top of the list to simplify trying to select which code and eliminates the need to scroll through dozens of codes to find the correct one. Customer support chat is a nice function, though sometimes the wait time is a bit long.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

Integration with QB was simple enough, but sometimes there are disconnects that take a long time to resolve. Additionally, the automatic assignment of "invoice" to everything that comes through can be a bit annoying. It would be great for it to automatically assign other invoice types, such as payment receipts.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli gives our companies a way to allow departments to have control over their own expenditures and invoices. It has greatly increased the time available for me to focus on other tasks and spend less time exclusively working on AP related duties.

I appreciate how Stampli makes it easy to view invoices and coding simultaneously, which really helps in managing our workflow for approvals and denials. I especially like the ease of searching for invoices by location, vendor, or any other key elements, as it saves me time when I'm trying to research details of an invoice or payment. A easy approve for multiple invoices would be helpful for the smaller or routine invoices that don't have to be as scrutinized.

The dashboard and interface look modern and are easy to follow and understand. I haven’t received any training yet and I don’t use it very often; however, so far I’ve still been able to complete the tasks I need to. My administrative staff are starting to use it more regularly and so far no reports of any major issues.

I've experienced some technical problems, e.g., notifications of an invoice to sign, yet it is not there.

I like the layout of Stampli; it's easy to find past invoices since it's well organized. I also appreciate how I can easily click between current and past invoices to get what I need. It's very user-friendly, which makes the process of approving invoices smooth. The initial setup was really easy, which added to the overall positive experience using Stampli.

I can't really think of what I dislike, it's probably the easiest to use out of all the work programs I use.

Stampli makes it easy to defer incorrectly submitted invoices to other departments. The organized layout helps me easily find past invoices by clicking between current and past, enhancing my efficiency.

I really appreciate how simple it is to locate invoices that are specifically connected to me and my projects, as well as how straightforward it is to enter all the necessary information. The ability to implement our own cost codes in a searchable manner within each invoice has also been fantastic. Sometimes managing attachments within an invoice is less than perfectly intuitive. It's more than manageable, but that's the only frustration I've had and it was very minor.

I don't like that too many approvers are needed to pay a small invoice. It would be more convenient if invoices could be set up so that high-level invoices only need the most senior manager's approval. Currently, it requires a junior manager's approval to land in my inbox, and I'm the director.

I do not  like that if a mistake is made and the invoice has been saved and sent, you cannot go back and correct errors yourself.

I also value the ability for vendors to email invoices and check their status, which eliminates the paper waste from printing and scanning invoices. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy to adapt.

The Stampli Card process has not been as easy as hoped. Our cards have been declined several times for 'security purposes' which has prevented transactions from processing. The creation and approval of virtual cards has also had some challenges. The cards have been turned off which required every user to call customer service and verify company info to reactivate. I understand the need for security, but it has been challenging.

I like how Stampli automates AP processing with OCR and connects seamlessly to MS F&O, eliminating the need for manual entry. I appreciate its ease of use and the user interface, which allows for easy option changes and invoice approvals. The system flow is smooth, and the help menu is quite useful. I like that everything is on one page with menus that jut out, and I find the colors nice. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me.

I don't like that there are lots of hidden features that I need to dig into the help to find, or that there are premium features you have to pay for which aren't mentioned in the help file. You see a feature, but it isn't available unless you pay. I'd also like an invoice merge feature and better GL coding.

What I found most helpful about Stampli was the fact that it was so organized, there are a number of drop-down menus, reorganization tools and clear information to create reports from. I am also impressed by how quickly Stampli updates, everyone can see the information in real time, very helpful for meetings.

One of the things that i found to be a little overwhelming was the fact that there was may have been too much information for my role, it would be great if I can reduce the oversight of information so that it just pertains to my role as a PM.

Stampli makes my job easier by saving time. I am also able to help our other locations bu approving their bills as a proky approver. As I use the software more it learns how each vendor is generally coded and it becomes even quicker to upload our bills. I no longer have to have all my paper copies of bills saved from week to week because Stampli saves them for me. I can find them quickly by searching key words rather than searching through the file cabinet.

I wish that when reimbursing employees we could upload multiple receipts to create one bill. Right now each receipt becomes one bill.

I like Stampli because it saves time and is very intuitive. It helps expedite the billing process by ensuring invoices are directly submitted to accounts payable and then submitted to me for approval, rather than sitting in emails. It also keeps very good records of our invoices, and I can quickly see how much I spent on my civil engineers for any given project. Additionally, even without much computer experience, I find it works really well for me. The initial setup was very easy, with our IT department installing it across our devices, including laptops, phones, and desktop computers, and everything synchronizes very well.

I like the email reminders that Stampli sends because it gently continues to let me know I have invoices. Even if I can't address them that day, I always know I'm not falling behind. I appreciate having that reminder and knowing I can get to them when I have time.

It's really hard to put notes in there. At times I want to send a note to accounts payable or if I want to let them know,  "this is on pause."  Just having a cleaner, easier way to put in a note or put in a tag or put in something like that would be so helpful because oftentimes, it's not clean. Right? It's oh, I gotta check this thing and do that before I can do this. I wanna let someone know. So there'd be a way to have messages and conversations inside of the tool would be super useful.

I am a reviewer and an approver. I like that all the input and output chronological data about the invoice is available through the Print option. Also, the ability to question my peers.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

When searching for a vendor, if the wrong vendor is selected from the dropdown menu and I click the cancel (X) button, the dropdown does not stay on that vendor. Instead, it resets, and I have to re-enter the vendor name from scratch.
I would prefer that the active line remains on the vendor I mistakenly selected, so I can easily choose the correct one from the line above or below.
For example, among these options:

AZPAIPROEBF
AZPAIPROACS
AZPAIPROTMC

If I need to select AZPAIPROACS but accidentally choose AZPAIPROEBF, when I cancel, the dropdown should return to AZPAIPROEBF (the one I mistakenly picked). This way, I can simply select AZPAIPROACS from the line right above, without having to type the entire name again.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I like that Stampli allows me to reject or approve invoices. It's also helpful if the invoice wasn't mine as I can reject it or say it's not mine. I'm able to send any invoices to get preapproved, which helps me keep track and record of our invoices. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

So far I dont have a problem or dislike to anything yet.

Stampli helps me track expenses and keep accurate records of invoices, solve missing money issues, and ensure vendor accountability. It streamlines invoice approval processes, allows for easy rejection of incorrect invoices, and ensures our transactions are in check.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I think it's really easy to email an invoice to the team at Stampli, and then it automatically shows up, allowing you to approve or deny within the platform. It's really easy to get the invoice into the platform and reconcile. The initial setup of Stampli was incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

I think maybe what could be improved would be somehow catching red flags for us, like if we notice that we're double charged for something. That could be awesome.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

The Billy Bot AI automation is a standout feature—it’s fast, intuitive, and saves significant time during invoice entry. The ability to copy text directly from PDFs is extremely useful for accuracy and efficiency. Stampli’s support team is generally responsive and helpful, and while not perfect, they do make an effort to resolve issues effectively. Additionally, the integration with NetSuite works smoothly and provides a reliable connection between platforms, helping maintain data consistency and reducing manual work. The Stampli interface is simple and easy to work in.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

The system has several limitations and workflow challenges impacting efficiency. Currently, text can only be copied from page 1 of PDFs, and the Billy Bot tool often produces incorrect or inconsistent data. New merchants automatically recommend an unwanted GL account with no option to override. Recurring invoices cannot have auto-assigned approvers, and their details (such as title or start/end dates) cannot be edited without duplicating the record. Once stopped, a recurring invoice cannot simply be restarted. There is no “Pending Approval” tab, requiring manual report checks, and invoice editing after authorization involves multiple unnecessary steps before it can be reapproved. Users cannot copy an invoice or reuse the same PDF to create multiple invoices, and key fields like invoice number, date, or GL details cannot be mass-edited. If a Stampli card transaction lacks a receipt, it doesn’t appear for AP processing, and filtering AP Workview by Stampli card transactions does not function properly. Invoice PDFs also cannot be saved into the receipts library for future card charges. Additionally, card and limit management through Stampli/WEX is cumbersome—temporary limit adjustments cannot auto-reset, prior-period pending transactions affect available limits, flexible card limits cannot be edited once issued, and one-time card limits may decline legitimate transactions that include separate processing fees. Finally, Stampli card or WEX-related issues can take several days to resolve due to third-party involvement, further slowing operations.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli has significantly streamlined our accounts payable process by centralizing invoice management, communication, and approvals in one platform. The automation features, especially through Billy Bot, save a substantial amount of time by reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors. The system makes it easier to track invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring visibility and accountability across departments.

Integration with NetSuite has been especially valuable—it keeps vendor and GL data aligned, reducing the need for manual reconciliation. Stampli also simplifies invoice approvals by allowing approvers to review and respond directly within the platform, cutting down on email back-and-forth and delays. Overall, Stampli helps us process invoices faster, maintain better internal controls, and improve communication between accounting, approvers, and card users—all of which make the AP cycle more efficient and accurate.

So far I have been very satisfied and have not found anything that I do not like.

Before Stampli, our AP process was slow and clunky.  Stampli has been a great improvement and speeds up the process dramatically.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I like how Stampli keeps track of submitted invoices and the GL codes they are assigned to. It's great that it allows us to get approvals from the people who ordered the items without using paper. I find the easy search for invoice status updates really useful. I also enjoy the ability to change the person who should approve an invoice, which avoids sending it back to accounting. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy, just a few meetings and it was up and running.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

Sometimes the searching doesn't work as well as I would like. Using the general search function on an invoice number sometimes doesn't return that invoice till you search using the actual invoice number search bar. The general search function at the top of Stampli tends to not return details that we are searching for. We can get those details when we go into the search function and use the fields we are searching for the data.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli keeps track of submitted invoices and assigned GL codes, eliminates paper approvals by automating them, and provides easy searching for invoice status. It lets me change the approver easily without sending it back to accounting.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

I like the ability to turn in receipts and be contacted about approving customer invoices, as it means I don't have to chase paper receipts anymore. I appreciate that it keeps receipt and invoice tracking in one platform, which allows me to see and approve purchases made by my employees.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

I don't like having the lag between turning in receipts immediately and then having to respond a second time when they are executed. I usually just wait a few days until the transaction is processed, then submit them. Another thing is the Mastercard doesn't have a tap function. I would rather have a Visa card and modern tap feature.

**What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stampli solves the problem of chasing receipts, allowing guys in the field to immediately turn in receipts. It keeps receipt and invoice tracking in one platform, letting me see and approve purchases by my employees.

**What do you like best about Stampli?**

As a company newly implementing Stampli, we’ve been very pleased with our experience so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and the platform has proven to be intuitive and user-friendly for our accounting team and the practices we support.
One of the standout features has been the centralized communication within the invoice workflow. It’s made collaboration between departments and vendors much more efficient, reducing back-and-forth emails and speeding up approvals. The AI-driven coding suggestions have also been a helpful time-saver.
We’ve received great feedback from our practices, who appreciate the transparency and ease of use. It’s clear that Stampli was designed with real-world accounting challenges in mind, and it’s already helping us streamline our AP processes.
While we’re still early in our journey with Stampli, the initial results are very promising, and we’re excited to continue exploring its full capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Stampli?**

As a company with many practices, we want to ensure that the security between practices stays in tact. This has been somewhat of an issue with Stampli if the practices decide to enter an invoice manually. We would love to see that improvement in the future.
