Implementation took about an hour, and the group training was also an hour. The software is simple, yet it includes all the features you need, without complicated screens or unnecessary extra steps. Customer service is A+++. Support is available through chat, email, and dedicated Customer Success Team Members, and they are always friendly and eager to help. Responses are usually within a minute, and you consistently get a resolution. If further research is needed, they follow up within a reasonable timeframe. Overall, Stampli clearly prioritizes ease of use and excellent customer service. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The dollar amounts have to include a decimal, which adds extra keystrokes. On the multiple-location page, the drop-down menus populate and highlight what I’ve entered, but I still have to click and select the highlighted location or account code. On the first entry page, it will auto-populate whatever is highlighted, which saves me a keystroke. None of these are deal breakers!!!! **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billy is auto-populating about 90% of the fields accurately, which saves time in the automation process. This has freed up time to focus on other areas of the job and responsibilities. ### 2. Billy the Bot acts as a fast and easy guide for answering operational questions, and if more assistance is needed, a person is always available to advise. It’s really convenient. Also, the fact that Stampli syncs with our ERP, Netsuite, is a big plus for me. The way Stampli automates a large volume of our invoice entry is impressive and helps keep our department efficient and accurate. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Sometimes our credit cards get declined by the card program partner, and getting these purchases approved takes time and coordinated effort. They're usually one-off purchases, but when needed, it can be an inconvenience to wait for the Stampli business partner to approve the purchase. This can slow certain department functions when we're waiting on an approval. For example, our marketing team needed to purchase software from an overseas company, and it took a coordinated effort between Stampli and the credit card partner to get it approved. It's a great project management center for finances. I use it to review, approve, and organize invoices, solving the problem of having to email each vendor individually for invoice details. Everything is consolidated in one place. I appreciate the approval tools where I can see who in the queue has approved and what my next role is. Stampli's invoice organizing tool lets me view past invoices and see who has approved them. It's been easier to use and more efficient compared to the previous system. Even though I didn't set it up, the tutorial made it very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Whenever I click on an invoice to maximize the screen to see it better, it doesn't do anything but zoom in to the document itself. I'm also thrilled to give it a top recommendation score of 10 out of 10 for colleagues and friends. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I'm a bit disappointed that the app has changed and now lacks features that the laptop version has. For instance, I used to be able to see past invoices on the app, but that's no longer a feature. The AI completion of invoice data and coding has gotten much better and made invoice processing much more efficient. Very intuitive and easy to use. The "search" feature is also incredible. I am able to find invoices so fast in Stampli, and I can trust every time that I will be able to find what I am looking for in a short amount of time. Stampli is fast, accurate, and detailed. It provides all the detail I need with minimal keystrokes and clicks. I love how efficient it is! The AI / Intelligence has been helpful thus far. One example of this is: "This is a new vendor that you have not made a payment to, yet. Use extra scrutiny and review this invoice in more detail than you normally would." **What do you dislike about Stampli?** To be honest, there is nothing I would change to Stampli. The app consistently breaks and loses invoices. The tech team has no solution and it's been this way for years but they continue to CHARGE me even for invoices they lose. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The customer service has fallen off a cliff. They mostly try to AI you and if that doesn't work they ignore you. They will acknowledge an issue on their end and never fix it. They are tired of me bringing up issues. I like that Billy the Bot codes the majority of the fields, especially after the initial manual codings. It seems to recognize everything, so we just review invoices for accuracy and push them through approvals. I also like how Billy the Bot provides suggestions on coding and routing of invoices, which saves us a great amount of time. Stampli integrates smoothly with our Business Central, making the setup straightforward. I find Stampli preferable over our previous tool because it includes an AI feature, unlike bill.com. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I would like to see Stampli get better at catching multiple invoices in one PDF. However, Stampli makes it simple to split the invoices using their tools. It would just be nice if the automation could somehow pick up that multiple invoices were sent in one PDF file and split them for us. I think for beginner users, the fact that the invoices don't come in already split can cause some confusion. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli automates our accounts payable, reducing the process from 30 to just 4-5 hours weekly. I could list the many ways. 1. It was sold as being able to do so many more functions than it actually does. 2. The onboarding was not easy regarding setting up the accounts and integration. 3. It's not easy to navigate 4. The User setup is confusing 5. It's hard to find the items or information. 6. The AI isn't functionally worth it, it's more work to fix stuff. 7. The timing of exporting and importing is not functional. 8. Vendor Management is confusing. 9.
