First and foremost, it’s laid out really well. The layout is intuitive, and the structure is simple to use, even with the large number of functions available to suit the rather unique nature of our nonprofit’s needs. One of the most valuable features for us is the Action Board. It provides clear reminders and prompts that support timely, consistent stewardship and help ensure we don’t miss any opportunity to connect with our supporters.

One of our challenges with DonorDock is setting up households and linking accounts so that donors connected through a household, workplace, or community appear together. It's super useful. Not a lot of stuff but features you actually need and use. The after sales support is fantastic in terms of useful content and tips. And the tech support is unmatched! We’ve been using DonorDock as our CRM for the past two years, and it’s been such a positive experience. The platform is very user‑friendly and easy to manage, even for teams that aren’t overly tech‑savvy.
