**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I love using impact.com for affiliate marketing and campaign management because it's an all-in-one platform that connects brands with affiliates, influencers, and publishers. It helps me track performance automatically, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and multiple tools. I really appreciate how it simplifies partnership management, from onboarding partners to managing contracts. One of my favorite features is the tracking and reporting because it almost provides real-time insights into clicks, conversions, and revenue. I also like how it brings everything related to partnerships into one place.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only area that can be improved is the learning curve that the platform has a lot of features, and it's great, but it can feel overwhelming for a new user.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for affiliate marketing and campaign management. It helps track performance automatically, simplifies partnership management, and brings everything related to partnerships into one place. I value its real-time insights into clicks, conversions, and revenue.

 ### 2. Reliable and Rewarding Affiliate Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olaleye P. | Affiliate Marketer, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I appreciate most about impact.com is the wide variety of high quality offers available for promotion for various niches. As an affiliate marketer and a publisher, it's incredibly convenient to find reputable brands in one place. Their dashboard is user-friendly, tracking is accurate, and payments are both timely and flexible, which helps with planning and scaling campaigns. I've been with impact.com for a couple of years now, and their support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever needed. It's a platform built with affiliate success in mind.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

While impact.com is generally excellent, onboarding with certain brands can sometimes take longer than expected, and not all merchants are quick to approve partnerships.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com makes it much easier for me to manage my affiliate work in one place. Instead of jumping between different platforms or struggling to track my performance, everything is clearly organized and easy to use. I can find good offers, apply to them, get my links, and track my results without stress. One of the biggest benefits for me is how smooth and reliable their payments are. I don’t have to worry about delays. It honestly saves me time and gives me peace of mind, so I can focus on growing and doing what I love.

 ### 3. User-Friendly Interface, But TikTok Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melody S. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to partner with brands as a creator and upload all of my deliverables for approval. Impact.com makes it easier for me to communicate with brand partners, track progress on campaigns, and find additional earning opportunities. I like the impact.com interface—it's very user-friendly and makes it easy for me to manage multiple brand campaigns at one time. I also like the variety of brand partners that are available to work with on the platform.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I run into technical challenges linking my TikTok deliverables in Impact. I've had to open multiple support tickets to resolve this issue, but still run into repeated challenges with the platform recognizing TikTok links and uploads so they can be approved and tracked internally for marketing metrics by the brand. I still run into ongoing issues with authenticating my social media links on the platform.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com makes it easier for me to communicate with brand partners, track progress on campaigns, and find additional earning opportunities.

 ### 4. All-in-One Partnerships Platform with Powerful Tracking and Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** robert t. | partner/affiliate marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is that it brings all types of partnerships—affiliates, influencers, and brands—into one platform, making it easy to manage everything in one place. It also stands out for its strong tracking and automation, which saves time and shows exactly what’s driving results. Overall, it feels built for scaling a business rather than just basic affiliate marketing.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One thing I dislike about impact.com is that it can be quite difficult to use at the beginning because the platform is complex and not very intuitive. It also tends to be expensive, which can make it less suitable for smaller businesses or beginners. In addition, some users feel that customer support isn’t always as responsive as it should be.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com is mainly solving the problem of fragmentation and lack of visibility in partnership marketing. Instead of using multiple tools and guessing where sales come from, it puts everything—tracking, partners, payments, and performance—into one platform with clear data.
This benefits me because it saves time and reduces confusion, allowing me to see exactly which links or partners are generating clicks, conversions, and commissions. It also gives me confidence that my results are being tracked accurately, so I can focus more on growing and optimising campaigns rather than managing everything manually.

 ### 5. Streamlined Affiliate Marketing with Robust Brand Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya V. | Partnership & Community Manager , Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com as an affiliate marketer and it really helps in finding good brands to promote on my website and social channels. I love the large directory of brands and products it offers; it makes the process of applying and tracking so much easier than doing it separately for every brand. With impact.com, everything comes together in one place, allowing me to apply to related brands with just a few clicks and track everything easily in one dashboard. It also gives me the opportunity to be safe from scams, which is important.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only thing that should be improved is with the minimum transaction & fee. As the fee sounds a bit higher side if your payment is being paid at lowest possible balance that could be paid.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to find good brands, track my performance, avoid scams, and easily apply to and manage related brands in one dashboard.

 ### 6. Affiliate Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Online Marketing Associate, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like how impact.com goes beyond traditional affiliate marketing and positions itself as a full partnership management platform. The ability to manage affiliates, influencers, and other partnership types all in one place is incredibly valuable, especially for scaling programs efficiently.

I also appreciate the platform’s robust tracking and reporting capabilities, it makes it much easier to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate clear ROI. The automation features are another standout, helping streamline workflows like partner onboarding, contracting, and payments.

Overall, impact.com feels more modern and flexible compared to other networks, which is imp

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Some workflows, like setting up contracts or navigating reporting, can feel a bit complex at first.

Additionally, compared to more traditional networks, onboarding smaller partners or less tech-savvy affiliates can sometimes take more guidance, since the platform offers so many customization options

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com is solving one of the biggest problems in partnership marketing: fragmentation. Traditionally, affiliate programs, influencer campaigns, and referral programs all live in separate platforms, making it hard to track performance, manage partners, and understand what’s actually driving revenue.

impact.com brings all of those partnership types into one unified platform, which means you’re no longer juggling multiple tools or dealing with siloed data. Instead, you can manage the entire partner lifecycle—from discovery and contracting to tracking and optimization—in one place

 ### 7. Impact Makes Affiliate Management and Performance Tracking Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adithya R. | Senior Digital Activations Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is great for managing and working with multiple affiliate partners, especially because the platform already has the connections in place. It also helps a lot from a budget-management perspective, since you can review the transactions that have come through and keep track of what’s been recorded. Another advantage is the ability to assign custom conversion values to different actions, along with having a clear performance view across the board.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One of our biggest pain points is the difficulty of working with funding sources for our specific client. Another issue is the lack of clarity around testing our form actions, especially when using the test a tag feature, which often doesn’t capture the floodlights or certain parts of the customer journey.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps simplify working with multiple affiliate partners by consolidating everything into the same platform. The benefit is that it lets us run more diversified activity through one place, which helps improve overall performance for the client while still reducing the amount of work it would otherwise take.

 ### 8. Easy Affiliate Management in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleonora C. | Founder & Affiliate marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is how easy it is to create and manage affiliate links and banners. The process is very straightforward, and I can quickly generate links or grab ready-to-use creatives without wasting time.

I also find the analytics very helpful. It’s easy to track clicks, conversions, and overall performance, which makes it much simpler to understand what content is actually working and what needs to be improved.

Overall, it’s a very practical platform that helps me manage affiliate partnerships efficiently while keeping everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One downside is that not all brands are available on the platform, especially in certain niches like beauty and skincare. Some popular brands I would like to work with are not currently on impact.com, which means I sometimes need to use multiple affiliate platforms to manage partnerships.

Another small limitation is that some of the provided banners and creatives are not always aligned with the aesthetic of my blog, so I often prefer to create my own visuals to maintain a consistent look and feel.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mpact.com helps solve the challenge of managing multiple affiliate partnerships in a more organized and efficient way. Instead of handling different programs separately, I can work with multiple brands in one place, which simplifies my workflow significantly.

Compared to platforms like Awin, I find it easier to access ready-to-use assets such as banners in different sizes, which makes it faster to integrate affiliate links into my content. The visual assets and centralized dashboard save a lot of time when creating blog posts or campaigns.

Overall, it allows me to streamline my affiliate workflow, reduce time spent on manual tasks, and focus more on content creation and performance optimization.

 ### 9. Clean, Intuitive Platform with Strong Integrations and Solid Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie H. | Amusement Park Asst Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I love that I get to connect with bands with campaignsWhat I like most about impact.com is how it brings everything together in one place with a clean, intuitive UI / UX. It makes it easy to discover and manage campaigns, especially when you’re trying to connect brands with the right partners like bands or creators. The platform’s integrations are another strong point—they streamline workflows and make it easier to track partnerships without juggling multiple tools.
From a performance standpoint, the tracking and reporting are solid, giving you a clear view of what’s working and where to focus. That ties directly into pricing / ROI, since having that visibility helps justify the effort you’re putting in, even if not every campaign converts into paid opportunities.
That said, your point about inactive brands is a real downside. It can affect both performance and ROI when campaigns don’t follow through or lean too heavily on free product instead of paid collaborations. That’s where stronger support / onboarding could help—guiding brands to be more responsive and helping users prioritize higher-quality opportunities.
The AI / intelligence side has potential too. If leveraged more, it could better match active brands with relevant creators and filter out low-engagement campaigns, improving the overall experience and making your time on the platform more worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

What stands out on the downside of impact.com is the inconsistency in how brands actually engage once they’re on the platform. Even though the UI / UX makes it easy to browse and apply for campaigns, a lot of listings feel inactive or don’t lead anywhere, which can be frustrating when you’ve put time into outreach.

That also impacts performance—on paper, the tracking and analytics are strong, but they don’t mean much if campaigns never fully activate or brands don’t follow through. It creates a gap between what the platform promises and what you actually experience day to day.

Another issue is pricing / ROI from a creator perspective. When many opportunities are structured around free product instead of paid partnerships, it can feel like the return doesn’t match the effort, especially if you’re looking to scale income rather than just build relationships.

Integrations are generally solid, but they can feel underutilized if the core issue—brand responsiveness—isn’t addressed. And while support / onboarding exists, it doesn’t always solve the real problem of filtering out low-quality or inactive campaigns early on.

Finally, the AI / intelligence could be doing more heavy lifting. Better recommendations, clearer signals about which brands are active, and smarter matching would go a long way in reducing wasted time and improving overall trust in the platform.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a content creator, impact.com is solving the problem of finding and managing brand partnerships in a more centralized, structured way. Instead of chasing down deals across emails, DMs, and different platforms, the UI / UX brings everything into one place, which makes it much easier to discover campaigns, apply, and track progress.
It also helps with integrations, especially when it comes to tracking links, conversions, and performance. Rather than guessing whether a campaign worked, you can actually see the data behind your content. That level of performance visibility benefits me because I can double down on what’s working and make smarter decisions about future collaborations.
From a pricing / ROI perspective, the platform gives me access to opportunities I might not have found on my own, which can lead to new revenue streams. Even though not every campaign is paid, the ones that do convert make it easier to justify the time spent, especially with clear reporting.
Where it really helps is in simplifying the operational side of being a creator. Support / onboarding resources give a baseline for how to navigate partnerships, contracts, and tracking, which is useful if you’re scaling or trying to be more professional in how you work with brands.

 ### 10. Easy Sign-Up and Solid Commissions, but the UI Feels Confusing for Beginners

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth I. | Owner/Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The sign-up process was pretty easy, and I really like the concept of being able to connect with various brands. I also find the commission levels to be pretty good overall. I didn’t realize how simple it would be to generate an affiliate link and share it once you’re connected with, and approved by, a brand.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

As a beginner, I found the UI/UX a bit confusing at first. For a platform like this, I expected it to feel more modern and user-friendly. Even now, I sometimes wonder whether I’m using it correctly, to be honest.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I generate affiliate links to share with our customers so they can shop online. I own a service-based business (a hair salon), and we don’t carry much in the way of salon tools, so having an affiliate link to pass along has been really helpful for clients who want to purchase some of the professional tools we use in the salon.

 ### 11. User-Friendly and Reliable, But Needs Better Tech Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devyn H. | Affiliate Senior Associate Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I find impact.com to be very user-friendly, making it easy to access reporting and extrapolate data. The platform is also very reliable, which is crucial for managing our affiliate program. I appreciate that our contact at impact is very helpful and timely. Additionally, it allows us to optimize the brand's budget towards partners that perform better. The initial setup was very easy, ensuring a smooth start.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

There are times where we have technical issues, and unfortunately, we haven't had the best response from opening tickets with the tech team at Impact. We find that it can be slow to get a response or unhelpful, and it ends up resolving itself before we can actually have someone communicate with us at impact.com.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for managing affiliate programs, partners, and contracts. It solves tracking and reporting problems by making data easy to access and extrapolate, optimizing budget use.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leila K. | Owner, Content Creator, Financial Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I love that my earnings can be directly deposited into my bank account without worrying about invoicing. The ability to create affiliate links for any landing page is a feature I truly value. The detailed reporting helps me see where users come from and what actions they took, which is something I love.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I love the detailed reporting but it still can be a bit confusing/overwhelming. One other thing that could be improved is when signing a contract, the button to submit is easy to miss!

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to easily get affiliate links for specific pages, track earnings directly to my bank, and create multiple earning links. It provides detailed user reports showing where views come from and what actions they took.

 ### 13. Top Affiliate Programs and Effortless Commission Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal J. | Business Development Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What we like best about Impact is that most of the top merchant affiliate programs are available on the platform. Its easy to manage everything in one place, and commissions are processed automatically once they reach $25, which saves us tie and effort.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only thing we dislike about Impact is that sometimes merchants take a long time to approve our partnership requests. It would be great if the approval process could be faster or more consistent.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact helps us access some of the best affiliate programs worldwide including top brands like Home Depot, Sider.ai and Wix. It makes it much easier to connect with these brands and get them onboarded as clients, saving us time and effort in managing multiple partnerships.well, in previous it's difficult to analysis the offers category wise now it's much easier for us

 ### 14. Impact Datalab: Flexible, Custom Reporting That Saves Me Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willian M. | International Media Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is, by far, the most advanced network in the context of affiliate marketing. My favorite aspect is the freedom and personalization of reporting allowed by Datalab, which is fundamental for my job as a media specialist. It saves me precious time that I previously spent on platforms like Looker Studio to present data, since I can now create multiple custom reports with different visuals directly inside Impact.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Sadly, one of Impact’s best tools, Optimization Suite, isn’t available inside Datalab. This is a problem because I can’t present partner performance alongside its optimization metrics, like Incrementality. Having that information available in Datalab would be a huge improvement and would help build dashboards focused on monitoring optimization success.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems in affiliate marketing is proving the value of partners who typically don’t benefit from the usual attribution model (last click). With the Optimize Suite and the Competitive Insight sections, we have real-world data that feeds insights into the customer journey and partner incrementality, which helps us demonstrate the relevance of these partners despite the challenges imposed by the attribution model.

 ### 15. All-in-One Partnership Management That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harvinder D. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like best about impact.com is how it brings everything related to partnerships—affiliates, influencers, and brand collaborations—into one unified platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, you can manage discovery, onboarding, tracking, and payments all in one place, which saves a lot of time and reduces complexity.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One area that could be improved in impact.com is the learning curve for new users. Because the platform is very feature-rich, it can take some time to fully understand and utilize all its capabilities effectively.
Additionally, while the reporting tools are powerful, they can feel a bit complex at first, especially for users who are not very familiar with analytics platforms.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an affiliate partner, impact.com solves the problem of fragmentation and lack of transparency in affiliate marketing. Instead of managing multiple affiliate programs, tracking links, and reports across different platforms, it brings everything into a single unified system.

 ### 16. Comprehensive Platform for Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar I. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

There are many features I like about impact.com. It’s a user-friendly platform that allows me to partner with multiple brands in one place. The reporting capabilities are powerful and give clear insights into performance. I also find the quick link creation feature very convenient, and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

So far, the platform performs very well overall. However, some of the more advanced features can come with a learning curve, especially for new users. A more intuitive experience in certain areas would make it even better.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com helps me easily join and manage affiliate programs from different companies in one centralized platform. It keeps everything organized and makes tracking affiliate links and performance straightforward. This has helped me scale my partnerships more efficiently and grow my income over time.

 ### 17. Global Tracking Made Easy with Impact’s Strong Technology

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David I. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact provides strong technology, but what I find most important is the ability to implement a globally tracked program. Unlike other providers that require you to open a separate program for each country, Impact makes it possible to manage tracking at a global level.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would improve the Advocate program by making it possible to promote at the product level, rather than only at the general brand level. For the general creator program, it would also be helpful to have this same product-level promotion option, especially for influencers who want to highlight specific items. An app-based solution could make the process easier by helping creators find products and promote them through their social channels.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency it provides a great solution to offer to our clients.

 ### 18. Clean Interface, Easy Tracking, and Reliable Payouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like best about impact.com is its clean interface, easy tracking system, and reliable payouts. It makes managing partnerships very simple, even for beginners. The reporting tools are clear and help understand performance quickly, which saves time and improves results.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

There is not much to dislike, but sometimes the dashboard can feel a bit complex for new users at the start. It takes a little time to understand all features, but once familiar, everything works smoothly.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com is solving the problem of managing multiple affiliate partnerships in one place. It tracks clicks, sales, and commissions accurately, which removes confusion and saves time. For me, it makes managing earnings much easier, improves transparency, and helps me focus more on growing my income instead of tracking everything manually.

 ### 19. Seamless Squarespace Integration with Strong Referral ROI and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shanna M. | Graphic designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The referral ROI has been very good. The interface is easy to use, and support has been consistently helpful. Integration with Squarespace is seamless, and performance-wise I’ve never had any issues. I don’t use the AI features very often, but it’s reassuring to know they’re available when needed.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I initially found it a little confusing as a new program, but over time I have learnt more and found it easier to use.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because it integrates directly with Squarespace, I can feel confident that my commissions are automatically tracked and accounted for, so I don’t have to do any manual work to collect my payouts. It’s helped my business and income, and it has also saved me a lot of time.

 ### 20. Effortless Affiliate Program Discovery, Slight Fee Concern

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to find affiliate platforms and promote their products to earn some commission. I love that it's a marketplace with tons of affiliate programs in a single platform, making it really easy to apply for any affiliate program. It's so easy to navigate, find affiliate programs according to our needs using filters, and easy to apply to those. The initial setup was also so easy.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I prefer if they reduce some platform fee during withdrawal, I mean it should be a percentage fee for small amounts instead of a flat fee.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com as a marketplace with tons of affiliate programs that are easy to apply for. It's easy to navigate and find programs using filters.

 ### 21. Finding the right brand partnerships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irina B. | Owner at Postpartumcore.com, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

how easy it is to discover and apply to campaigns that align with my audience, so I can quickly partner with brands I already use and trust while growing my business

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One thing I dislike is that there are a lot of brands that aren’t the right fit for my audience, but the filtering tools make it easy to narrow down options and find campaigns that match my niche.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using impact.com has been a great experience. It reinforces my credibility as a marketing personnel in the agriculture sector. I appreciate that it brings a more organized and data-driven method to promotional programs, marketing campaigns, farmers' meetings, and promotion of agri inputs. I really like the real-time data analysis and reporting tools, which allow me to measure promotional campaign effects at the grass-root level effectively. One of the major advantages is the ability to track ROI and performance. Additionally, the platform's automation feature saves me time by handling repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

In Indian conditions, it would be great to have language or festival-based campaigns in region-specific languages. Like, it reminds us about a particular festival upcoming, so I can plan accordingly in prior.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to organize and track promotional activities and measure campaign effects in real-time. It simplifies maintaining dealer partnerships and automates repetitive tasks, saving time. It boosts my capability to manage data-driven marketing campaigns effectively.

 ### 23. Efficient Affiliate Management with Great Payment System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eran Bucai - W. | Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really appreciate that impact.com serves as a central hub of affiliate programs, which saves me time from having to give all my info repeatedly when applying to different programs. I like that companies using impact.com for their affiliate tracking are typically more serious, so it filters out newer or lower-quality programs. The tracking is extremely detailed, and payouts are seamless—I’ve never had an issue getting paid. I also enjoy having a lot of main affiliate programs in one place and being able to easily sign up for new programs. Additionally, I love how with impact.com, I get paid automatically once I hit a threshold without needing to manually request payments. I already recommend it to others for the affiliate programs available, like AppSumo, which is quite popular.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The platform is very feature-rich, which can make it complicated in terms of knowing where to click. It takes time to learn your way around and find what matters to you. Also, companies sometimes set up affiliate filters, leading to rejections even when it seems silly because I can bring sales as a full-time affiliate marketer. While this isn't directly an issue with impact.com, it affects the experience. It would be great to have a real reason for rejections or an easy way to appeal them when they're not valid.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com as a central hub for affiliate programs, saving time by not re-entering my info. It filters to quality programs, offers detailed tracking, and pays commissions automatically once thresholds are reached, which makes my work much smoother.

 ### 24. Simple, Organized Tracking for Squarespace Referrals and Commissions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most is how simple and straightforward it is for what I need. I use impact.com specifically for Squarespace referrals, where I set up subscriptions for clients and receive a commission. It’s easy to track which referrals converted and see the commissions without having to dig around or overcomplicate things.

I’m not using a lot of the advanced features, but for this use case, it does exactly what I need. It keeps everything organized, shows me what’s been credited, and makes it clear that the referral went through correctly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The biggest frustration for me has been the verification process. I’ve had to verify my identity and bank account multiple times, even after successfully completing it before. It feels repetitive and unnecessary, especially when everything was already approved.

Outside of that, the platform can feel a bit more complex than it needs to be for simple use cases like mine. I’m really just using it for Squarespace referrals, so having a more streamlined experience for that would make it even better.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of tracking referrals and making sure I actually get credit for the Squarespace subscriptions I set up for clients. Instead of guessing or manually keeping track, I can clearly see what converted and what I’ve earned, which makes it reliable and hands-off.

 ### 25. Impact.com: Easy Reporting, Reliable Performance, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The interface is easy to navigate and it's easy for me to see reporting. I noticed in the last few months, changes were made to make the linking process easier, something I appreciate. I like to integrate links into my website, and one of the easiest platforms I use is Impact.com.

I am partnered with several affiliate programs as a publisher, and one asset that makes Impact stand out is its performance. I very infrequently have experienced downtime, if any, and any issues I had in the past (though I can't really even remember more than one) was fixed quickly.

The support of Impact.com is better than most - I've sent emails and have had them responded to in a timely manner. I am not sure about pricing because I do not use it as an advertiser, but as a publisher the time is definitely worth the ROI.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One major disadvantage is there is a lack of HTML coding that can be implemented into my HTML footer to automatically turn normal links into affiliate links in the program. I spend a lot of time manually creating links, which is a big difference from other platforms where the links auto create for me when the user clicks on the link. I think Impact should implement ir, if possible.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact makes it easy for me to monetize my content. By utilizing the links in the portal, I am able to link to individual products or category pages, create a custom link, and track the links to see which ones are doing better than others. This allows me to make changes as needed.

 ### 26. Impactful Platform for Affiliate Marketing, Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Butch L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I think what I like the most about impact.com is its data-driven approach combined with ease of use. The platform makes it easy to track performance in real time, whether it's clicks, conversations, or engagement, so decisions are based on actual results, not assumptions. I also appreciate how everything is centralized in one place, from managing partnerships to monitoring campaigns, which makes the workflow more efficient. Another thing I value is how impact.com supports authentic collaborations between brands and creators. It's not just about promoting products, it's about building meaningful partnerships backed by transparency and measurable impact. Overall, it stands out because it balances analytics, organization, and user-friendly design, which is very helpful for someone in the communications and media fields.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

While my experience with impact.com has been positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. One challenge is the learning curve for beginners. The platform has many features, which is great, but it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for users who are new to affiliate marketing or analytics. Another area for improvement is the interface complexity. Some tools and dashboards could be more intuitive and streamlined to make navigation faster and more user-friendly. Additionally, report cost limitations and loading times could be enhanced as generating detailed reports sometimes takes time. Having more flexible, easy-to-customize reporting options could improve the user experience. Lastly, providing more user-friendly tutorials or guide walkthroughs would help new users maximize the platform more efficiently.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to track performance accurately, manage multiple partnerships efficiently in one place, and maintain transparency and accountability. It also helps scale marketing efforts using data-driven tools.

 ### 27. Powerful Dashboard, But Initial Setup is Technical

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Onyeka E. | Human Resources Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really love how I can get everything on impact.com. I can access content assets and analytics, which helps me track my earnings over time. I also appreciate being able to create custom links. These features are the major things that stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

So at first, it was difficult to navigate. I haven't had any experience with an all in one dashboard, like Impact before. It was quite challenging at first to set up, to navigate the tasks, the tax information, also to submit details about my tax information from my country, Nigeria. So that was a bit technical. I reached out to support, and they were very helpful. If we can have certain prompts at every single point in time to help navigate these experiences, that could be a good addition, because it did take me a number of trial and error before I was able to get that part of my account set up properly.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com as a dashboard to manage my affiliate stats, submissions, and marketing activities. It simplifies tracking performance and interactions over time, offers content assets and analytics, tracks earnings, and helps create custom links. This makes my work as an affiliate marketer very simple.

 ### 28. Efficient Affiliate Management, Minor Email Overload

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saniul A. | Senior Business Development Executive, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com for affiliate management, and I like that I can easily place links on my content and track the number of visits, conversions, and commission I receive. The automatic payout directly to my PayPal account is very convenient. Being able to apply directly for affiliate programs without visiting different company websites is a great time-saver. Managing all affiliate referral links from a single dashboard simplifies my work and makes the process easier. I find impact.com easier to handle and use compared to CJ.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The constant contract changes from different companies. The notification floods my email inboxes. When an individual company imposes a new contract, impact.com sends an email each time. This could be done from the dashboard. Email inboxes need not be flooded.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for affiliate management, and it helps by collecting all affiliate links in one dashboard, saving time and making it easier. It tracks visits, conversions, and automates payouts to my PayPal, simplifying the whole process and allowing direct application to affiliate programs.

 ### 29. Powerful Affiliate Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie M. | Manager, Influencer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like how impact.com makes everything really easy, and the help documentation is extremely useful. It's easy to find new publishers to add to the network. I appreciate the promo code and search monitoring features because they complete tasks that would otherwise have to be done manually.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The tool does so much, it's sometimes confusing to find exactly what you need. I think the payment terms/billing cycles could be more straightforward.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for affiliate program management, handling contracting, managing payouts, creating and sharing assets, and tracking. It simplifies tasks, and the help documentation is useful. The promo code and search monitoring automate manual tasks, and it’s easy to find new publishers.

 ### 30. Intuitive Platform, Excellent for Affiliate Marketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suchot S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Honestly, I really like the home page when I log in as an affiliate publisher on impact.com. It's all very clear and intuitive. The recent update is better than it used to be, making it easier to navigate and use. On the left, I can quickly see how to create affiliate codes or links for the brands I've been approved to partner with, and it shows the ones I'm preapproved for as well. As someone who's computer savvy, this intuitive setup is important to me because I've left other affiliate networks due to their complexity and lack of user-friendliness.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I didn't like the homepage at first, but I love this newest one. I would like more regular updates in terms of emails from impact.com because it's easy to forget to include affiliate links when I'm focused on other areas. More frequent email marketing would be beneficial.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com connects my readers and followers to helpful products, making affiliate marketing simple by consolidating brands I want to use in one place, saving me from joining multiple affiliate companies.

 ### 31. Streamlined Affiliate Management with Impact.com

I really appreciate impact.com for its ability to grow my affiliate business. It's easy to navigate, connects me with top brands, and makes managing partnerships simple and efficient. The platform centralizes everything from tracking links to performance, helping me stay organized and save time. I love how user-friendly it is, making managing and scaling my affiliate efforts much more efficient. I also like how easy it is to discover new partnerships and campaigns that fit my content. The platform is reliable, giving me confidence when sharing tools and travel tips with my audience. Additionally, the variety of brands and partnerships available is impressive, offering more flexibility than other platforms.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One area that could be improved is making it easier to discover and filter campaigns by niche. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the best fit brands for specific content, especially across different categories like travel and online business tools. It would also be helpful to have more built-in guidance or suggestions for optimizing links and performance, especially for newer affiliates.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com makes managing affiliate programs easier by centralizing everything. It saves time, organizes links, tracks performance, and helps find suitable brands, making scaling and sharing content more efficient.

 ### 32. Convenient Hub for Affiliate Marketing Success

It fits well into my workflow, complementing other tracking and analytics tools, making campaign management and scaling much more efficient. After the initial setup, which was a bit tough, the platform became very easy to use, and I'm happy to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Overall the platform is great, but there's some room for improvement in terms of faster campaign approvals and quicker support responses. Also making the interface a bit more beginner-friendly would help new users get started more easily.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for performance marketing and affiliate earnings, providing efficient campaign management by bringing multiple campaigns and brands together, saving me time. The clear tracking and reporting assist in optimizing performance and scaling quickly.

 ### 33. Efficient Affiliate Management with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soner A. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The thing I like most about impact.com is the speed of the support. Whenever we feel stuck or need help with something on the platform, we just submit a ticket or go on the chat, and someone immediately picks up our inquiry, making sure we don't feel alone. The support team replies to our queries very fast through the chat.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I wasn't happy with the dashboard initially, but impact.com recently updated it, and now it looks much more up to date and professional. Also, setting up the email sequences when reaching out to creators could be improved. The initial setup was about a seven out of 10 because we had to do several calls with the setup team and onboarding team and needed to handle some API work with developers.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage our affiliate program more efficiently. It centralizes affiliate recruitment and promotional activities, which is crucial for our small business where every minute matters.

 ### 34. Centralized Affiliate Management with Contract Hiccups

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Principle, Affiliate Marketing & Direct Mail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like how Impact.com handles all the payments and partners, as well as the tracking. It allows us to manage our affiliate marketing channel in one central platform, which is really beneficial for a big company like ours, especially since our accounting department couldn't manage all the one-to-one relationships and track all the invoicing and billing. Plus, we have a limited IT department, so having everything handled by Impact.com is a huge help.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The PPV and contract process feels outdated, like it's stuck in the 90's. When trying to increase our scope and PPV mid-contract, we're told we can't do it unless we buy out the full-year contract, which doesn't give us the flexibility we need. In the past, we could adjust these, but something changed. I want the ability to adjust PPV on demand within the platform without having to accept additional tools or contact anyone, like how we can increase email volume easily with Klaviyo.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com centralizes our affiliate marketing, simplifying management of payments, partners, and tracking, which our accounting and limited IT department couldn't handle manually.

 ### 35. Effortless Affiliate Management with Minor Payment Hiccup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the ease of use and the ability to create links instantly with impact.com. I use it for my YouTube channel to review products, and it feels like the best tool for solving that problem. The process is literally just two steps where I can input the link I want to promote, and it creates an affiliate link for me. It's very easy for me to review products and track my earnings from every channel, knowing exactly how much I'm making and the sales I'm getting for them. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy with no issues, and the onboarding was simple and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only problem I faced was payouts because I'm not based in The US. But, yeah, it could be a little bit easier to get your payouts. That's about it.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com keeps all my metrics in one place, simplifies affiliate link creation, and lets me effortlessly track earnings across channels.

 ### 36. Easy Payment Tracking, Seamless Integrations, and Strong Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like how easy it is to track payments and users. It is very easy to use and understand. It is also very easy to integrate with almost any app and track how well our content is being shared. Great performance so far and if I have any questions or concerns they guide me through to find the issue and answer. Worth it if you are looking for efficiency and great price for something that works and produces results rather than just promises. Ai support it just as good as any other being very helpful but it gets to a point where it needs human intervention.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would like it much more if support answered was a bit more accessible. I would like them to respond faster rather than going through ai support.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact is helping me partner with Base 44 and helping me fund my app and base 44 at the same time.

 ### 37. Effortless Affiliate Marketing with Intuitive Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew A. | VP of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

It makes it easy to run a new campaign, allowing me to grab banner ads, links, and creative all in one spot. The platform also tells me exactly what my earnings are, helping me figure out how to get more sales. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy to remember and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I don't think the search works very well. I had a problem with my affiliate link not working, and it took me a long time to figure it out. The AI search feature and just going through the help page wasn't very effective.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage affiliate payments without needing to link my bank account directly to my website. It centralizes marketing assets and shows my earnings, making campaign management and increasing sales straightforward.

 ### 38. Global Connectivity Made Easy, But Needs Better Commission Rates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald K. | Chief Information Officer / Principal Consultant , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like impact.com's Global Edge feature. It lets me connect with companies not just locally but in places like China, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US, which are actively looking for support. I can do all of this remotely, which makes it very convenient. The setup was pretty easy too, and they have something like a university where you can learn more if needed. It's pretty self-explanatory, and I appreciated how it helps me get contracts and connect with people interested in a pre-offer.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Well, I think it doesn't pay as well as other sources. I think the commission rates are, like,8, 10 15, 20%, and, as the kind of vendor I am, I like to target things that are 40% 40 to 60% ratio. Is my ideal target.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to connect with owners and white label companies, boosting my affiliate marketing, partnerships and advertising efforts globally, all done remotely.

 ### 39. Efficient Affiliate Management, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simone R. | Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the monetization structure of impact.com because I'm not paying a commission to the platform with each individual sale based on the size of the sale, unlike Commission Junction. The reporting is robust and easy to use, and just in general, the platform's easy to use. I appreciate the ability to pay a particular fee upfront based on our usage, as it makes more sense from a cost standpoint for our business. The reporting allows me to get specific per transaction level detail and reporting on fraudulent activity, along with aggregate reporting. It's all very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

For the affiliate management aspects of the platform, I have no concerns. With the tracking links area of the application (Altitude) I have had challenges.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com lets us manage many publisher partners easily and boost revenue with an intuitive interface. It offers easy invoicing and reporting, robust monetization options without per-sale commissions, and detailed reporting on transactions and fraud, all while being simple to use.

Impact.com's platform is easier to navigate and understand, and I believe Impact has more brands. It was easy to set up and serves as a one-stop shop for a variety of products.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

My experience with payments is that payments do not always pay out on time. Although the brands operate independently, I wish there was a way for Impact to hold brands to paying on time to keep the integrity of the platform strong.

 ### 44. A Powerful Engine for Global Partner Discovery and Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The depth of the reporting and attribution tools is exceptional. It allows for a granular look at the customer journey, making it easy to prove the incremental value of different partnership types beyond just the 'last click.' The unified dashboard for affiliates, influencers, and B2B partners significantly streamlines our workflow.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The learning curve is quite steep. Because the platform is so feature-rich, onboarding new team members can be time-consuming. Additionally, some of the advanced reporting views can feel non-intuitive at first and require a bit of 'clicking around' to find exactly the data set you need.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com solves the problem of 'fragmented partnership management.' Before, we struggled to track influencers, traditional affiliates, and strategic B2B partners in one place. It provides a single source of truth for attribution, ensuring we aren't overpaying for duplicate conversions. The benefit has been a significant increase in ROI and the ability to scale our program globally without increasing our administrative headcount.

I find the search dashboard particularly great because it allows me to search by industry or companies. I like the search feature, application process, and tracking because they are easy to manage. The search enables me to discover all opportunities in a segmented way, maximizing everything available in a specific category or niche. The application process is easy to complete and track, saving me time from having to scroll and figure out statuses. The initial setup was super easy, with a multi-step form that was straightforward to follow.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I can't think of anything

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com saves me time by eliminating the need to search in multiple places for affiliate partnerships. The search dashboard is excellent for finding opportunities by industry, and the easy application process and tracking streamline managing partnerships.

 ### 46. Effective Partnership Management with Setup Complexity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verna R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to manage partnerships that actually drive revenue, especially for affiliate, creator, and referral programs, and I love the clean mix of tracking, reporting, and automation. I also appreciate that it covers the boring but important parts really well, like discovery, onboarding, contracts, and payouts.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

If I had to point to a weakness, it would be that the platform sometimes feels more enterprise than beginner. It offers a lot, but that depth can also make navigation, setup, and day-to-day use feel more complex than necessary. I'd improve usability. Some menus and workflows feel heavier than necessary, especially for new users or smaller teams without a lot of time to learn the platform. Smooth but more involved than easy.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage partnerships and it solves tracking confusion, partner management headaches, and manual reporting. I like the clean mix of tracking, reporting, and automation.

 ### 47. Efficient Partner Management with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hasnain J. | Aspire Leaders Program (ALP), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like using impact.com for its accurate tracking and centralized dashboard. It saves me a lot of time and helps me make data-driven decisions. The platform allows me to manage multiple publishers seamlessly and track real-time updates on campaigns. I also find it helpful that the whole user journey can be tracked, enabling fraud detection and providing an overview of the campaign's feasibility.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The user interface can be improved and made simpler so that new users can navigate through it with ease and the experience is seamless. Even the reporting sections can be made more user friendly with easy-to-understand plots, graphs, and dropdown menus.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage partners, connect with brands, and run mobile app campaigns. It provides an easy pathway to manage multiple publishers, with user-friendly panels for real-time campaign updates. It saves time and enables data-driven decisions, making communication seamless and data-backed.

 ### 48. Super Easy Platform with Room for Mobile Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brea Sharron E. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like that impact.com is super easy to use and very user-friendly. I can find what I need pretty quickly, which is a big plus for me. It's great that the companies I'm partnered with are all on impact.com, making it easier to manage my affiliate marketing. Instead of jumping to different websites, I can go to one platform and see all my numbers and how my clicks are doing.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would love for the website or the app to work a lot better in order to help me generate links. It's really a complete pain and I can't use it on a mobile device. You have to get on a computer, which is really annoying.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com because it connects me with various affiliate programs, making it much easier to track all my numbers and click performance on one platform instead of multiple websites.

 ### 49. Easy and Efficient Affiliates Management with Impact.com

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Minnie J. | Affiliate Marketing manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What stands out most about Impact for us is its user-friendly interface that makes managing various affiliates and partnership campaigns easy and efficient. The platform's robust reporting tools offer clear insight into campaign performance, which helps us make data-driven decisions. Plus, their team is very knowledgeable in helping us get the most out of the platform. It's been a great asset for scaling our marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

What we don't like is that the platform can feel a bit complex for beginners. Resort customization sometimes takes extra effort, and it may slow down when handling large amounts of data. A few integrations also feel like they could be smoother.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact helps us manage all affiliates and partnership activities in one platform. It simplifies tracking, reporting, and payouts, which saves a lot of manual effort. The real-time insights also help us improve campaign performance and scale more efficiently.

 ### 50. Centralized Platform for Brand Partnerships

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clare P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like how impact.com keeps everything in one place including campaigns, different brand opportunities, and reporting. I appreciate being able to see and apply to available campaigns, which helps me increase my partnerships and therefore revenue, allowing me to build my business. The reporting feature allows me to see performance effectively.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

It was quite hard to navigate at the start. I was invited by one brand, but then it wasn't super easy to find more brands without digging. There was not a clear way to access a list of all available campaigns I could be eligible for. Additionally, my password was rejected at the final stage of setup, and I wasn't able to set up my account until the next day after that.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to review and apply for brand campaigns, manage workload, and track performance through reporting, helping me boost partnerships and revenue.
