### 1. Great for Finding Brand Campaigns, Needs Better Brand Communication

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trina M. | Personal Care Attendant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com for finding brand campaigns and checking my balance for my Walmart creator account. I like that it has assets I can use when posting to my social media channels, and finding brands is easy with the search bar. I appreciate that I can message a brand for collaborations and receive a free product to review. I also like the affiliate invite notifications because I can either decline or accept the programs I want. The initial setup was pretty easy, too.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I've noticed that some brands do not respond to emails I send. I don't know if they get notifications or not, but a good feature would be to send them notification that they received a message. Several of my messages haven't been responded to. On the sign in page could be colorful with design instead of a plain looking page.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to find brand campaigns easily and manage my Walmart creator account. It offers assets for my social media posts, facilitates messaging brands for collaborations, and helps with affiliate invites.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Trina,

Thank you for the detailed review. Finding brand campaigns and keeping an eye on your Walmart balance both sound like they've been working well for you, and it's great the setup was easy too. I hear you on brands going quiet after you reach out, that's frustrating when there's a collaboration or a free product review sitting on the line waiting for a reply. On the sign-in page, adding some more visual interest is a good idea, and I'll pass that along to the team so it's on their radar for future updates.

 ### 2. Impact.com Is Spammy and Broken: Horrible Support & Waste of Money

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron W. | Strategy Director &, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Nothing. It sounded like it would be great, but it’s been a horrible experience. I feel like we were sold a bill of goods.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Everything about this has been a mess. The affiliate sites are spammy and seem to be pushing fraudulent form submissions just to collect lead payouts. Not a single form submission we’ve received has been legitimate. When I reached out, Impact support denied there was an issue and they’ve continued billing us anyway. Signing up for Impact was the worst decision I’ve made this year.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com didn’t solve any of our problems. Instead, it drained our finances and marketing budget due to fraudulent lead submissions, and we received zero constructive support to help rectify the issue. They’re perfectly happy to keep billing us $533+ a month, even though they still haven’t delivered the service that was sold to us.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hi Aaron,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that your experience with impact.com did not meet your expectations.

We understand how disappointing it can be when the traffic and leads generated through a partnership program don't deliver the quality or outcomes you're looking for. We also recognize that when questions arise around partner performance, having confidence in the guidance and support you receive is especially important.

Our team regularly reviews customer feedback to identify where expectations and experiences may diverge and to inform future improvements across our platform, resources, and customer experience.

We appreciate you sharing your perspective and thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.

 ### 3. Customer Success Ends at Contract Signature

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

It's robust, but overly robust and completely non-intuitive. Having a hard time finding anything I like about it. Integrations were a pain and performance was a burden to dig into. It's overly expensive and they charge additional for onboarding which was a joke and support is extremely slow and doesn't actually address the problem or resolve, just gives semi-related boilerplate advice.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I dislike nearly everything. The UI, the support, the pricing, and the entire experience. We were promised a lot, and spent months working on it, but in the end it never delivered, and we were then "locked" into a contract. Despite wanting to shut things down and pay a few extra months, they wouldn't allow for early termination.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact did not solve problems. It only created them.

 ### 4. Please GO ELSEWHERE

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

the idea is about the only thing I liked. Honestly the people were nice enough as well.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Horrendous UI/ UX. Impossible system to run yourself as a small company. You need someone full time just to better understand the platform. The performance is single handedly the worst ROI I have ever experienced with a product. Support and onboarding took forever even the people were kind and tried to be helpful. The way you submit a ticket and how long it take to get back to you is unacceptable swell. I cannot tell people enough to please go any other route when it comes to affiliate/PR/and whatever else they say they do.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they solved zero problems and nothing they did benefited me in anyway except cost me thousands of dollars a month.

 ### 5. Clunky, Buggy Interface and Frustrating Payment Holds

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I don't like using this platform, honestly I don't have anything good to say.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The user interface is extremely clunky and difficult to navigate. They do annoying things like putting holds on accounts for multiple days just for payment processing. It is difficult to find basic things on it. It is buggy and wouldn't even verify my instagram.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of me getting paid by a client but which it does do but not in an efficient way.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi there,

Sorry this hasn't been a good experience so far. The payment holds and the trouble getting your Instagram verified sound like real friction, not the first impression we'd want for anyone just getting started. I'll make sure this gets in front of the team so they can look into the verification issue and the delays around payment processing.

 ### 6. Worst Product Ever - Stay away if you are business

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Nothing they are a scam, unable to cancel our business account, do not recognize payments, has billing code problems. It is a huge pain for our business. I would give 0 if I could.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Everything,

Issues:
- we had scammers through their product multiple times
- Unable to read your support tickets or get to support
- Unable to cancel your contract as it auto-renews each year
- Their billing software to business is coded wrong as they say you owe after your pay, when you pay and show you chase invoice they ignore it / communicate you still owe money.

I would never recommend this company. If you as a company want to waste thousands of dollars for no return on the product then sign up. I also am videoing their payment methods so other business owners can see the fraud in their payment system.

You can never get rid of them.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing, at one time we thought they would bring B2B sales, never did with our year long contract (which everyone has to sign-up to), and they allow scammers on their platform / then require you to pay for the scammers lost thousands on this and thousands to pay for a product that never works.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for being upfront about your experience.

I hear you on the support experience, and that's not the bar we aim for. Could you email customermarketing@impact.com with the details? I'd like to make sure someone follows up with you directly.

 ### 7. THE AFFILIATE MARKETING PROBLEM BEGINS WITH THE BRAND NOT EXPLOITING EVERY ANGLE TO BE EFFECTIVE

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DJ Frank B. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The Hope that it brings to people who are in impoverished situations or the hope it brings to people who don't quite understand how the system works

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The terms should be broken down and clearly defined so people don’t assume they’re getting involved in something that requires far more time and work than they’ll receive credit for.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s connecting me with brands, but it’s not a clear-cut way to describe the benefits, especially when Impact doesn’t seem to realize how misleading some of the information can be. For example, if you’re new to the industry and you see the term “EPC,” you would automatically think it means earnings per click. But that EPC could actually be an average based on a 7- to 30-day window of earnings for that particular product or resource.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Frank, thank you for the feedback.
We hear you on the terminology being confusing, especially around metrics like EPC and how they are calculated. You can check out impact.com/pxa for learning resources that break down a lot of these terms and concepts. If you have specific questions, our support team at support@impact.com is also there to help.

 ### 8. They deactivated my account for a brand accidentally accepting my slotting fee

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BiggaState H. | Celebrity Publicist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Salary from affiliate marketing if their team doesnt try to justify not paying you and side with brands who pays them yearly wages.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Compliance team interrogates you even if brand assumes full responsibility of any issue, Compliance will try to pin any happenings on the media partner and will tell you that your traffic is artifical when you get to large of a payment

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing

 ### 9. A simple layout and payment make an excellent affiliate management tool.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The layout can be done very easily. Also, the initial setup was very simple. I am grateful for that.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would like the issue of the homepage sometimes acting strange to be improved. Also, there are times when the customer care response is slow.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is nothing in particular.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Glad the layout and the initial setup have been so straightforward, that's a strong first impression to start with. Sorry the homepage glitches out from time to time, and that customer care hasn't always gotten back to you quickly when you needed help. I'll make sure both notes reach the team so they can take a closer look at what's causing the delays.

 ### 11. Impact Misses the Point

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

They have a good coverage of affiliate programs—I've heard of many of the brands they offer.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Their interface is absolutely disgusting from a UI/UX perspective. To sign up you need to consent to their email list, which is optional, until you need to contact support to get your account approved because they're also using that as consent to send you verification. It's impossible to tell what's going on once you get in, what you submit to the marketplace (I still don't know what this is), vs. what gets set to particular brands you apply to.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's interfacing between me and the brand I want to be an affiliate of.

 ### 12. Not consistent with other affiliate marketing programs

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Can reach out to brands easily, even if it is fruitless

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

It is NOT consistent with other affiliate marketing networks. Have other avenues that provide same # of clicks, yet the other avenues have significantly higher # of conversions. Maybe impact links take too long to load and people click away?

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment it's not solving any problem and barely benefiting me. Rarely use it due to extremely low conversions when using it. Can get the same Brands through another affiliate marketing program, without needing to apply to each brand individually and much higher conversions. I do still try Impact a little though, in hopes of learning why.

 ### 13. One of the Worst-Designed Websites I’ve Ever Used

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Not much. At least I can sign in and somehow see if there were anz clicks on my link each day.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

This os one of the worst designed websites I have ever come across

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not solve any problem for me. Maybe it does for my affiliates.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi, thank you for the honest review.

I am sorry to hear this was your experience. Please reach out to support@impact.com and they can take a closer look.

 ### 14. Impact.com: A Case Study in Dysfunction

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared M. | Director of Partnerships, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Easy payment and tax documentation
Reporting

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Tracking broke constantly
Support was unresponsive
Misleading contract terms
Poor communication across teams
Bugs cost us real revenue
Chat support not helpful
Reps gave conflicting answers
No proactive issue resolution
Handoff culture, no ownership

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Impact.com to manage our growing affiliate program for many years. This program involved custom trial funnels, creator campaigns, and eventually required Shopify integrations. What started off as positive, our experience devolved into one that was defined by repeated outages, broken tracking, and inconsistent support, culminating in our departure from the platform in November 2024.

From the beginning, tracking was unreliable, particularly during our shift to a unified sales page and Shopify. Multiple major creator campaigns suffered due to attribution failures, and when we escalated issues, support was scattered and ineffective. We were passed between 5–6 reps, each offering conflicting advice and forcing us to re-explain the issue every time.

Key events that made this relationship untenable included:
Broken trial for weeks at a time, decaying into an unusable platform.
An Impact technical support staff member unilaterally changed every link in one of our campaigns on Black Friday, costing us revenue and requiring us to make manual repairs due to everyone in the company being on vacation.
Promised reimbursements were never delivered, and they flat-out deny that they were ever promised.
Technical support rarely had answers, often relying on us to troubleshoot their system.
Issues affecting other clients were quietly acknowledged but never proactively resolved.

After over 6 months of this, Impact offered to cancel our contract early if we signed a non-disparagement agreement. In other words, they acknowledged the platform didn’t work but wanted us to stay quiet about it.

Needless to say, but we refused. We are sharing our story so others can make informed decisions.

Impact may be a fit for some, but if your business depends on accurate tracking, smooth integrations, and reliable support — you’ll be better off elsewhere.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hi Jared,

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience with impact.com. We value all customer feedback, even when it highlights areas where we didn't meet expectations.

We recognize the tracking challenges you experienced were significant and impacted your business operations. While there may be different perspectives on the root causes of some of these challenges, we understand the platform didn't deliver the reliable performance you expected for your affiliate program.

Regarding support responsiveness, we've taken your feedback to heart. We've since implemented changes to our ticketing system and support team structure to ensure more consistent communication and faster issue resolution.

Regarding your departure from our platform in November 2024 and the discussions that preceded it, we respect your decision and appreciate the business relationship we had during your time with us.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 15. Extremely Poor Support Experience with Impact.com

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MD RAJU S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2023

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Everything is ok rest of support system.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Hi Impactian,
Does anyone think that it is legit? I opened a ticket 73 days ago. But still it's not solved. Even no response since 60 days from their end. Does anyone still think it's the professional company? I worked with too many companies, but this is the very first time I faced this type of garbage support system. How crazy it is. I have submitted all type of necessary documents, but no response. It's normal if they need more documents from me, then they can ask me. But they just stop communicating with me. And they've put a hold on all my funds.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com isn't really solving much for me. Their support is slow and often unhelpful. Whenever I face an issue, it takes days to get a response, and most of the time, they don’t even resolve the problem properly. It’s frustrating and ends up wasting my time instead of making things easier.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Raju,

Thanks for your feedback. I've forwarded your concerns to our support team and they'll be looking into your case right away.

Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 16. Easy Setup, but Limited Usage and Value

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com for receiving payments, and I found the initial setup to be easy.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would like to know how I can maximize my usage. I need clarification on what Impact.com is.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com specifically for receiving payments.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Jordan, thank you for the feedback!
We hear you on wanting to get more out of impact.com. You can check out impact.com/pxa for self-guided learning resources that can help you get a better understanding of the platform and how to maximize your usage.

 ### 17. Impact Makes Affiliate Marketing Easy and Efficient

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Naim s. | Affiliate Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like best about Impact.com is its user-friendly interface and accurate tracking system.
It’s very easy to find and apply to affiliate programs. The dashboard gives clear reports about clicks, conversions, and earnings. I also like the automated payment system — I don’t need to worry about chasing payments. It’s very helpful for beginners like me.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Sometimes it takes a bit long to get approval from brands.
Also, for new users, the dashboard can feel a little complex at first. But once you get used to it, it becomes easier to manage. A few more tutorials or onboarding help would make it even better.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com helps me manage affiliate partnerships in one place.
Before using Impact, I had to manage links and commissions manually, which was confusing and time-consuming. Now, I can easily join programs, track performance, and receive payments automatically. It saves me a lot of time and helps me focus more on promotion and content creation.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Md Naim,

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's great to hear our platform is saving you time and helping you focus on content creation.
I'm glad you found our PXA courses helpful as you were getting started. We're always working on adding more resources to make that learning curve smoother.

Wishing you continued success!

 ### 18. Disappointing onboarding experience, unable to launch creator campaign

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colleen R. | Director, Marketing Technology | Web Product Management | Agile Delivery | Vendor Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

During the sales process, the tool was presented as straightforward and easy to use. Unfortuantely,we have had a very difficult time during the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Onboarding is handled through a support desk that sends out automated emails. I was lucky enough to get one call with the success person, and he showed me a few things, but once I got off the phone with him, I had a hard time completing the onboarding.

I reached out to my sales person via phone and he did not call me back. I reached out to the success manager, and he sent me a tremendous amount of content to go through.

The main challenge has been that there's so much information to get through but its taken hours. I spend an entire Saturday watching their videos, to no avail.

I recently onboarded Lytho, and they had an implementation manager who spent four hours with my team over four weeks to get us up to speed and launched.

I did ask if I could pay for help, and I do have five creator hours in my contract, however, the support desk told me that they would not introduce me to my Creator person until I have completed onboarding. I have done in the onboarding what I can.

I have been unable to get past the success person and the sales person. My only hope is that someone at a higher level in the organization sees this and is able to help us.

We do have a large amount of recurring revenue I was planning to put through the platform to reduce our admin time internally, but now, I am not going to do that.

At the current time, I am regretting this purchase. I am open to someone contacting me to discuss.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, its not solving any problems. I had hoped to run some influencer programs, but am unable to complete the onboarding.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hi Colleen, I'm so sorry to hear that you've struggled through the onboarding process. It's certainly not our intention for you to spend hours combing through on-demand content in order to complete onboarding.

I've contacted your Onboarding Success Manager and they should be in touch quickly to help you complete the process and ensure your next steps run smoothly. In the meantime, if you have any further concerns please feel free to reach out to me directly at hannah.kirschner@impact.com, and I'll be happy to put you in touch with the proper team members as needed.

Here's hoping we can get your onboarding journey wrapped up quickly so you and your team can begin testing and running your influencer programs as intended. Looking forward to hearing more as you progress, and thank you for your feedback. It's greatly appreciated.

 ### 19. Ton of fraud and terrible customer support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allie F. | Co-Founder , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

My company started trying affiliates as a channel earlier this year. We heard Impact was a good reliable platform for people getting started.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The platform is All Fraud. And customer support is nonexistent. Expect to get a form response weeks after writing in for help--as a new customer. Never had such a terrible support experience. It's like customer success is non-existent. I was warned by other tech companies not to use them and now I know why.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding affiliate partners (Channel expansion for growth)

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hi Allie, I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience. We always aim to provide the support our customers need. ### 20. Embarrassing Mobil unfriendliness

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The potential of the platform. I'm able to track my products very closely. Unfortunately this is only possible through the desktop, as both the impact mobile browser and app has been rendered useless for the past 6 month. Having raised the problem multiple times with customer support I'm not hopeful for the future of impact.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

No mobile functionality. App and mobile browser has been bugged for months!

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me track my conversations

 ### 21. Non-existent support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh M. | Director of Paid Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

They are well known in the space and are building a brand, even if it's not a good brand.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

They are falling into the same category as ShareASale, by burning their reputation. They have non-existent customer support. Their general support channels do not work. You have to reach out to employees on LinkedIn.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact finds and matches relevant advertisers with relevant publishers.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hi Josh, I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience with program support. impact.com takes customer feedback to heart, so please let me know if I can help connect you with the support that you need. Feel free to reach out to hannah.kirschner@impact.com so we can continue the conversation and get you in touch with the proper team members.

 ### 22. Attention Sellers: Avoid Impact.com – a Company on the Borderline of Scam!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Absolutely nothing. It has been the worst experience I've had with a provider in my 20 years in the industry.

If you are considering using Impact.com, thinking it could help you discover new affiliates (or "Partners," as they call it), think again. The vast majority of their partners hail from third-world countries, comprising scammers and providing the lowest possible quality. There is nothing positive that emerges from these affiliations.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

- Lowest quality partners, most from third-world countries
- Unbelievably poor customer support (at one point, it took them over a month to respond to me)
- Failure to address and combat abusive/scammer partners
- Attempted blackmail when I expressed a desire to leave – they demanded "bail" money just to close the program.

I sincerely wish someone had warned me before I engaged with them as a seller. Be wise and steer clear! Look for the 1-star reviews to get insights from other sellers; most of the 4-5-star reviews are likely from affiliates.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to assist in securing quality affiliates to promote our product, but it failed to do so. It turned out to be a complete disappointment.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hello, we're sorry to hear of your poor experience with the platform and our team. Although it sounds like you've already made your decision to no longer use impact.com, we'd love to connect so that we can constructively take any specific feedback you may have back to our team. User experience is of the utmost importance to us and we are open to any opportunities to improve. If you're open to it, please email hannah.kirschner@impact.com.

 ### 23. Impact is fraud platform

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sociology P. | Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

There is nothing to like about impact website.

Impact has many affiliate partners and that may be one thing that is showcased as a positive thing. However the scam behind it proves something different.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

My clients are purchasing envato products using affiliate links from impact. Impact is registering the click. But none of the sales are converted.
The same happened with many other affiliate partners. The companies associating with impact are are part of this cheating.
People should use amazon affiliate and similar platforms. People should join affiliate websites directly instead of using platforms like impact.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface has changed and the new UI is appealing and easy to work with.

 ### 24. Incredibly BAD customer service and zero managers step in

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Access to an influencer and affiliate program that will track purchases and returns,.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Everything, I was excited about being able to use the product, but from the get go, the customer success team for the influencer program ignored my email for weeks before sending me an initial email.
I asked their billing team to send me an invoice for the full year, so I can pay it in full, they sent me several amendments and took 2 months to provide an invoice, I still got billed for another month due to an error on their end. I asked to speak to a manager and requested a call several times, zero managers have stepped in. You would think that after paying a full year's subscription cost they would waive the 1 month that was missing due to the several errors from their team.

They are not customer oriented and operate in bad faith.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NOTHING

 ### 25. Impact don't care about publisher's payout

**Reviewed by:** Mohsin A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact has a lot of good advertisers and has easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Impact don't care about publisher's payout I have 231.74 dollars in my balace I choosed the $10 automatic payout option It's more than 14 days gone but impact yet not pay to me. I also don't like the customer support they also don't care of you they usually respond about 4 to 5 days later after you messaging them.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a vast amount of advertisers to the publisher.

 ### 26. Robotic company that does not care about their customers, not recommended for SMB

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliran L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Did not find this platform useful for SMB

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

They will lock you in for a year, with few opportunities for SMB as most profitable opportunities need additional flat fees. Their reps are robotic and don't really care about you as a business. Intergration also requires developers and is not so friendly.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It did not bring meaningful results to our business unfortunately.

 ### 27. Lacking support

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Alleged ease of integration and marketplace

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Support has been severely lacking. The setup is confusing and errors aren't explained properly. Requests for a quick call to go over implementation are always days away.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't bveen able to solve anything yet.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

> Hello, I'm sorry to hear you've had difficulties with integrations and the marketplace. I'd be happy to connect you with team members who can promptly assist you. Please reach out to hannah.kirschner@impact.com so our team can provide you with the proper support.

 ### 28. Review by a brand owner - stay away from Impact at all costs

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin M. | Software Engineeer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2022

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Customer support is responsive, and we have also received an account manager. However, none of this helped.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

If you think Impact will help you increase your product sales, you are most likely wrong. Yes, there are a few good quality media outlets/influencers listed on Impact, but these will never respond to you or accept your request.

Other than that, the plaform is filled with "influencers" and portals of extremely low quality with close to zero traffic and cheap websites that you don't even want to be associated with. Also, most of them are from 3rd world countries. Impact has failed to do absolutely any background check on their listed partners.

That is not all - many of the registered partners are not people interested in promoting products. Instead, they are companies trying to sell you either affiliate program management services or other promotional services for high fees.

We have also tried to bring influencers from outside of Impact and our impression is that the affiliate market is extremely oversaturated - no decent partner wants to work on affiliate only basis (e.g. getting % from the sale). Instead, they all require a flat fee on top the % from the sale, which makes the whole collaboration unprofitable for you.

If you still want to try an affiliate program for your brand - at least choose one of the free/low-fee platforms without long-term commitment. We have signed a 12-month contract with Impact with a high monthly fee, and now we're stuck with it.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact offers an existing network of affiliates, however most of them are of exteremely low quality.

 ### 29. Not suitable for international businesses with a central HQ

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The interface is good, reporting is simple and easy to use and schedule reports to share with the business.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

This is built for the US, and it doesn't work well for an international business with a UK-based HQ. If you want to run multiple programmes in different markets, you need to have them as individual accounts in order to get an invoice per market. This meant we couldn't integrate it with our app tracking software, which is a huge issue when your traffic is 60% app based.

We also experienced some issues with VAT payments as this is the only network which puts VAT management responsibility onto the merchant; other networks absorb the responsibility and charge a flat 20%. When our finance team pushed on this, they clearly didn't understand the issue, and it took over a year to resolve.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was an easy to use tool for affiliate management, our martech team preferred it to competitors.

 ### 30. Terrible customer service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2022

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

it makes the payout process easier than doing manually.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

terrible customer service. good luck getting any help once you've signed. not ideal for influencers. poor quality of incoming applications.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact is making our lives more difficult.

 ### 31. Impact.com does not work nor does their support team listen to a customers' need

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2022

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

We haven't been able to use Impact.com because their verification tools do not function.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

When we submitted a report, we were given advice on how to fix it. We did every step provided but it still didn't work. When we submitted recordings showing them that it wasn't working they just sent the same help articles again - not listening to what we said. We are losing out on brand deals who use this platform because there hasn't been a solution provided.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their verification tool doesn't work and they still haven't provided a solution.

 ### 32. Too expensive NO ROI

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

NOTHING! We were told that by using their system we could increase our customer accounts because it would allow influencers to recommend our services.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The quality of the influencers I am attracting. The only influencers I received were of inferior quality. I received an average of $50.00 in monthly sales but paid hundreds per month. There was no ROI. When I tried to cancel because of the POOR ROI, I was told there was a contract, and they sent my account to collections.

**Recommendations to others considering impact.com:**

I highly recommend Impact if you are looking to move your website traffic up. Their program is very easy to learn and implement. Their staff is always there to assist you if you have an issue.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NONE!

 ### 34. Not user-friendly interface and problem with withdrawals

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton A. | CEO, Marketer,, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2021

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I didn’t find any pros and I can’t say anything good about Impact

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

1. Annoying captcha with pictures (not google, but even worse). You need to use it every time you want to visit the site. The site does not remember your session and you need to enter your username and password with captcha again and again. It's horrible if you need to work with your account often.

2. Not a user-friendly interface. It is difficult to find the information you need. The site requires a lot of unnecessary data about you, such as your address etc. Technical support closes tickets after a few days without being able to read their contents or reopen them. I didn’t have time to read it and had to open new tickets for the same question 4 times.

3. Withdrawal issue. Spent 2 months to withdraw a small amount 13,762 RUB (~$200) and lost ~$25 on fake commissions. There were 3 or 4 attempts to make a withdrawal to a bank account. I have sent all the bank details that I have. These details are definitely correct, because I use them, for example, when working with the WIX affiliate program. I was charged a commission for every attempt. After a while, a new withdrawal method was added through the paypal. I used it and finally got my money (of course again with a commission). When asked to return the wrong commission to me, I received only an apology.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved the withdrawal issue, but it was very difficult.

**Official Response from Whitney Donaldson:**

> Hi Anton,

We're sorry about your experience using Impact. It sounds like a big headache having to deal with the withdrawal issues and Support tickets. We'd like to help if you're open to it. If you'd like to email us at growth@impact.com, we'd be happy to make things better.

 ### 35. Very confusing product and expensive, stay away from their jargons

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2021

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

affiliate marketplace helps display the different offers and helps affiliates to apply

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

too expensive, the cost and so much commission they take in the middle for what is offered.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affiliate management and ambassador partnership. We burned a lot of money without the clarity from impact of how to build a good program.

 ### 36. Nothing actually works

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

A few of the biggest retailers work through impact. If it worked well, it would be a great home base for multiple affiliate income streams.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I have been trying to work with Impact for two and a half years--there are always, always technical bugs that prevent me from getting anything done. For a solid year, I thought I was doing something wrong. Then I talked to other successful blog and website owners, and absolutely everyone has had massive failures. A few even said that their income skyrocketed as soon as they used a different platform.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm only having problems by using Impact.

**Official Response from Whitney Donaldson:**

> Hi Anon,

Firstly, I'm sorry about the delayed response. We've only started actively monitoring G2 again. I can only understand how frustrating the bugs are, especially after two years.

I would like to hear more about your concerns and see if there's a way we can rectify things. If you're open to it, would you mind emailing whitney.donaldson@impact.com. Hopefully, I can help you.

 ### 37. Great for existing affiliate programs, but bad marketplace for finding new affiliates & high cost

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2018

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Easy to use interface and dashboard allows you to quickly see how different partners are performing. "Goal" options allow you to see positive ROI goals and current progress. The automated payouts to partners based on their performance is super valuable and makes running an affiliate program pretty hands of. If you already have a large affiliate program that is making good revenue, ImpactRadius' monthly cost with no added transaction fee is great for you.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The pricing is pretty high for a product that is basically a glorified js tracker with some automated ACH payments. We hoped and were told during the sales cycle that the marketplace would have plenty of partners that would be a great fit for us. Realistically, the marketplace is filled with foreign "coupon" websites trying to make a buck on pushing your promo code. If you are growing an affiliate program, or looking for new partners, other affiliate program products might be best for you to start. While other programs and services usually have per transaction fees, the monthly cost is usually way lower.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to find additional strategic partners that worked for our affiliate program. If you are looking for your store and promo codes to be scattered across the internet, this is for you. If you are looking to find meaningful partnerships that might work for your product, ask the sales team for more examples (as you will not be given access to look at the marketplace listings before the dotted line is signed).

We were able to give our existing partners a piece of mind working with us as all payments were automated and accounted for.
