## impact.com Reviews
 ### 1. Centralized & User-Friendly, But Needs Offering Structure Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew L. | Content Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like that impact.com is easy to use and has everything centralized in one place. That's good because when I'm dealing with compliance, changes, or trying to get information, it's nice to use. Answering compliance requests is straightforward, and it's easy to find brands and other advertisers when searching for tracking links.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I think the way that offers and the information on those offers is structured could be better, especially when there are changes. Sometimes I get an email saying that there's been a change, but the email often doesn't include the change, and finding that change on the website can take a little bit of looking around.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to track conversions and simplify compliance, with a single point of contact for customers. It's easy to track offers and handle compliance requests, and everything is centralized in one place.

 ### 2. Powerful Reporting with Room for Commission Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I manage affiliate programs and use impact.com to track and optimize campaigns for various clients. I like the solid tracking solutions it provides for different client sizes. I particularly appreciate the vast range of reports available, allowing us to utilize the interface for enhanced reporting. The reports enable us to drill into further details about the client's program, what's worked, demographics, etc., so we can provide valuable insights to the client to optimize their program. The initial setup was super easy, and the team offers great support to get the account live and tracking seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Commission management is rather bulky; we're not able to set up a quarter of CPAi in advance, for example. I wish it had more flexibility to schedule CPA increases at varying dates, to save the admin work needed to pick these up as and when the network allows.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for robust tracking solutions across various client sizes with simple reporting. The wide range of reports enables us to drill into details like demographics, providing valuable insights for campaign optimization.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Ellie,

Thanks for the detailed review! Great to see the tracking solutions are holding up across different client sizes, and that the breadth of reports is letting you drill into demographics and program-level insights for client conversations. Setup being easy, with the team helping you get tracking live cleanly, is good to hear too! Noted on commission management feeling bulky, with no way to schedule a quarter of CPAs in advance or to stagger CPA increases across dates. We'll get the feedback to the product team on your behalf.

 ### 3. Empowers Small Creators with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy E. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the ability to see the terms upfront and submit my idea pitch to the client. It helps me know everything that is expected of me upfront and understand what the client wants. As a small creator, it's really helpful for me to be able to tell my creative idea to the client and get past the intro numbers. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and the site helps you log in and link your social accounts directly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I'm bothered by the lack of client response. Most of my bids go unacknowledged. I would like a yes or no when I'm not chosen.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to partner with creators and find products to promote. I like seeing terms upfront and pitching ideas, which helps me know what's expected and express my creativity directly to clients.

 ### 4. Streamlines Referral Management with Simple Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to manage my referrals as an athlete influencer and get paid out, which is pretty essential for me. It provides a platform where my brand partners can track sales metrics and manage payouts, which is pretty handy. What I really like most about impact.com is the analytical data because it's simple and integrates well with the whole platform. Honestly, the initial setup was great.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I find that having combined channel info and analytic streams across different brand platforms would be nice to be able to see everything at once. I also think the payout verification system and bank linking could be improved a bit.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage my influencer referrals and payouts, providing my brand partners a place to track sales metrics. I like the simple analytical data integration with the platform.

 ### 5. Fast, Free, and Easy to Integrate with Helpful AI Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Owner Operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Easy account setup process, free account access, fast website, easy integration, ai help desk support, no cost.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

A strict platform verification process can come off difficult at first; however, it is much appreciated in the long run.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to give my site visitors immediate access to tickets for upcoming events on our website is vital to their overall satisfaction. Impact helps with that need.

 ### 6. Great for Affiliate Marketing and Partner Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rajesh r. | Bulk Email List Validation, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like that Impact.com is a user-friendly platform for managing partnerships and affiliate marketing. It offers detailed tracking, transparent reporting, and automation tools. The payment process on this site is very transparent and I really like it.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The platform seems a bit complicated to me due to the many features and customization options. Some reports take a while to load. Also, getting approved here is tough.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, tracking performance and payments across different partners was time-consuming and confusing. With Impact.com, everything is automated — from tracking conversions to generating reports. And for this reason I am very happy

 ### 7. Effortless Management for Multiple Affiliate Programs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neon P. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com for managing affiliate programs, and I really like how it brings all the brands and programs together under one platform. It makes it easy to manage multiple affiliate programs in one place, saving me a lot of time. The setup is also very user-friendly, so anyone, even if they're not tech savvy, can set it up easily. For a professional affiliate marketer like me, it fulfills my needs.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

For me everything is fine because it fullfills my all the needs.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com consolidates all affiliate programs on one platform, saving me time and making it easy to manage multiple programs efficiently.

 ### 8. User-Friendly Platform, Mobile Experience Needs Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan P. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com mainly as a Walmart creator and it helps me find campaigns that fit my lifestyle, making it very convenient. I appreciate that impact.com assists in processing payments from these campaigns efficiently. I like that the platform is user friendly. It's great that it can serve as a central destination for many partners and campaigns, which simplifies the management of multiple collaborations. The initial setup was easy, though initially I was a bit worried about it being legitimate, I soon realized it was not spam. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The mobile platform. It is very difficult to utilize the website on a mobile device. I think creating a mobile app may be beneficial.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to find campaigns that fit my lifestyle and for processing payments, all in a user-friendly and centralized platform.

 ### 9. Effortless Platform for Affiliate Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** hassan k. | Bookkeeper/Accountant, Expert in Xero | VT | Excel & Certified in QBO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like that impact.com gives individuals the opportunity to start affiliate marketing with well-known tech companies. The platform is quite user-friendly, easy to navigate, and makes the whole process simple even for beginners.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One thing I feel could be improved is customer support, as having a live chat option with a real human representative would make the experience much better.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com solves the problem of managing multiple affiliate programs by bringing everything onto one platform. This benefits me by making it easier to discover, join, and manage partnerships with different tech companies in a more organized and efficient way.

 ### 10. Delighted to start with Impact.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Antonio G. | Gerente general, Arts and Crafts, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

From my perspective, what impact.com is achieving with these updates is not just a technical improvement, but a total redefinition of how we understand partnership marketing. What impresses me the most is how they have managed to humanize the data: it's no longer about randomly searching for profiles, but about finding strategic partners through a Marketplace that operates with almost surgical precision, saving weeks of manual work.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

It is an essential tool if you are looking for total scalability and professionalism, but be prepared to invest time (and patience) in mastering all its functions.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affiliate marketing, although I just started and still don't have any profits

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Juan Antonio,

Welcome to impact.com! It's great you're already seeing the value in the automated tracking and transparent reporting.

I hear you about the initial learning curve, especially with all the functionality available. PXA courses have been helpful for many users working through the more technical features. They break things down in a way that makes everything more manageable.

Wishing you success as you build your affiliate journey!

 ### 11. Customer Success Ends at Contract Signature

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

It's robust, but overly robust and completely non-intuitive. Having a hard time finding anything I like about it. Integrations were a pain and performance was a burden to dig into. It's overly expensive and they charge additional for onboarding which was a joke and support is extremely slow and doesn't actually address the problem or resolve, just gives semi-related boilerplate advice.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I dislike nearly everything. The UI, the support, the pricing, and the entire experience. We were promised a lot, and spent months working on it, but in the end it never delivered, and we were then "locked" into a contract. Despite wanting to shut things down and pay a few extra months, they wouldn't allow for early termination.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact did not solve problems. It only created them.

 ### 12. Great to keep all partners under one roof

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aisha I. | Partnerships Manager - Affiliate & Performance Channels, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Easy to navigate, the Advanced Action Listing report has everything I need for a daily snapshot.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Technical issues - Validations, addressing refunds, inquiries is a huge process. Contracts can't be amended when running, can't schedule multiple contracts for the one partner at the same time. Custom report builds are tedious.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all my affiliate partners under one roof.

 ### 13. Impact Delivers Great Reporting, Recruiting, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is a great affiliate management platform and I really like the reporting tool, recruiting capabilities, and quick customer support.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I don't like the AI tool and wish it was more intuitive. I also don't like how the UI is different on the new clients that are onboarded in comparison to the ones that have onboarded previously.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impacts helps my agency keep track of all of our accounts in a cost effective and timely manner. We have also had problems with effective tracking on other platforms and have been impressed with Impact's tracking and server to server integration.

 ### 14. Wide Range of Options and Easy Auto-Approval with Big Brands

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the range of options, and the fact that you can get automatically approved by large, well-known brands.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

There’s a lack of assets from the brands mentioned. The travel companies are available, but the other brands don’t seem to provide assets for their affiliates.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven’t used it to its full advantage yet, but I’m going to start doing so now.

 ### 15. No Wasted Ad Spend — Pay Only for Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan L. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

No wasted ad dollars. Only pay for performance.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

There are no downsides. I don't think there are any issues.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no wasted spend like on Google and Meta. All the amounts that we are paying Impact are because it is bringing in revenue for the company through their Performance Affiliate program. Compared to Google/Meta, you can spend a ton and lose money.

 ### 16. Easy to Use with Clear Reports and Versatile Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Ease of use, clear reports, and a variety of campaigns to promote. Postback integration is also helpful.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would like to see more detailed info in Performance by Brand reports - e.g., not only actions, but split per action type. Some campaigns required different promotion depending on geo - it'd be nice to be able to download more standardized CSV with geos and info about each (we could download not standardized CSV - e.g., cities were listed alongside states. This made it impossible to automatically integrate to our system, and we've had to manually adjust each geo anyway).

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration with global brands - big brands often don't want to manage all their partnerships individually, so it's good to have a place where they can connect with others to who can promote them.

 ### 17. Smooth Affiliate Marketing with On-Time Payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like that impact.com attributes affiliate commissions very rightly and accurately, and pays commissions on time. The entire process has been very smooth, and I found it to be a really great and bug-free affiliate marketing platform. The initial setup was also very smooth, with no challenges faced.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I think the UI could be improved. Some options are gated behind settings, making it hard for a newbie to understand without checking out documentation or other resources. It would be nicer if reviewing the percentages of affiliate commissions with brands was easier, rather than having to go through settings or other options.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find impact.com solves my affiliate marketing issues by accurately attributing referrals and paying commissions on time. I can generate separate links for products and manage my bank accounts, making it a smooth and bug-free platform.

 ### 18. Extensive List of Well-Known Brands and Helpful Filters

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the brands that you have. It's a pretty extensive list with well known brands and pretty decent filters to find the brands that I align with quickly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I don't love the interface. It's not entirely intuitive and can be confusing when you need to find something. The stats could be easier to pull as well. Maybe even going a simpler route kind of like YT would be nice.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like having access to my affiliate accounts in one spot vs each brand having their own. Keeps me from needing to save a million different logins.

 ### 19. Useful Reporting Tools, but the Experience Still Feels Incomplete

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

There are various tools you can use to generate content and sale reports. Everything is clearly labelled. Setting up my account was quick and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I don't like that it takes a while for a brand to respond to request for content or that it takes too long for payouts. I'm aware you can pay to get a faster payout but the price isn't worth it. Referral links works fine but tracking promo code doesn't seem to work properly.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to connect with multiple brands all in one place and provides me resources for each brand.

 ### 20. Please GO ELSEWHERE

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

the idea is about the only thing I liked. Honestly the people were nice enough as well.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Horrendous UI/ UX. Impossible system to run yourself as a small company. You need someone full time just to better understand the platform. The performance is single handedly the worst ROI I have ever experienced with a product. Support and onboarding took forever even the people were kind and tried to be helpful. The way you submit a ticket and how long it take to get back to you is unacceptable swell. I cannot tell people enough to please go any other route when it comes to affiliate/PR/and whatever else they say they do.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they solved zero problems and nothing they did benefited me in anyway except cost me thousands of dollars a month.

 ### 21. Data Lab Makes Complex Report Building Feel Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro T. | Terminólogo, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Data Lab is strong on both usability and report building. Even when I need a very complex report, it still feels easy to use and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Sometimes, the interface can feel a little slow, and it disconnects very often.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing everything in a single place, from commissions to newsletters to media.

 ### 22. Intuitive Platform with Robust Reporting for Affiliates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gazal A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com for affiliate marketing, and I like that the platform is quite intuitive and user friendly, making it easy to navigate. I appreciate the reporting feature the most, as it's quick to set up templates and regenerate weekly reports. This feature helps with understanding the category contribution to revenue and demonstrates the affiliate contribution as a whole. I also found the initial setup of impact.com to be quite easy.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The creator extension is a little confusing, but I am quite new to it so need to spend more time, particularly the mass reach briefing part.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to set up partner deals and customize them. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation easy. I rely on its reporting feature to quickly set up templates and generate weekly reports, which helps demonstrate category and affiliate contributions to revenue.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Gazal,

Thank you so much for the kind review! Good to hear the setup was easy and that the reporting templates are saving you time on the weekly side. On the creator extension and the mass reach briefing flow, we'll get that to the team along with your note that more time on it would help.

 ### 23. Dependable Platform for Affiliate Revenue Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel A. | Asst.manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com as a Publisher to manage affiliate partnerships and promote brand offers through my campaigns. I like the reliable tracking, clear reporting, and easy partnership management on impact.com. The platform is straightforward to use and provides transparency in performance and payments, which makes it very dependable for publishers. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and we were able to start using the platform quickly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

At times, the reporting dashboard can be slightly slow when handling large volumes of data. Adding more customization options for reports and faster loading speeds would further enhance the user experience.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Impact.com to manage affiliate partnerships efficiently, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. It simplifies campaign management, connects me with advertisers, and provides reliable payment processing, optimizing my revenue as a publisher.

 ### 24. Brand Business Development President

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** grace z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact.com is helpful because it provides a centralized platform to manage partnerships, track performance, and connect with different types of partners. I like that it gives brands more visibility into traffic, conversions, and partner activity, which makes it easier to evaluate which partnerships are actually driving value.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The platform can feel a bit complex at first, especially when there are many partners, reports, and settings to manage. It can take time to understand which partners are truly relevant and how to organize them effectively. More intuitive filtering and clearer partner recommendations would make the experience easier.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To connect a lot of partners in a platform

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

 ### 26. Great Dashboard, Fast Payments, and Worldwide Offers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ilyas L. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The dashboard is good, and payments are fast. There are also lots of offers available worldwide.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The support quality isn’t great. They don’t reply quickly, and it often takes a long time to get a response.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using impact.com, tracking affiliate performance across different brands felt inconsistent and, at times, unclear. Reporting differed from advertiser to advertiser, and it wasn’t always straightforward to confirm conversions or commissions, which made it harder to optimize.

After switching to impact.com, everything is centralized in a single dashboard. I can quickly generate tracking links, monitor conversions in near real time, and clearly view commissions by status approved, pending, and paid. As a result, it’s much easier to understand which campaigns are performing best and where I should focus my efforts.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Ilyas, thank you for your positive feedback!

We're happy the dashboard is working well for your partnership workflow. Thank you for flagging the support response times, I will forward this to the support team. 😊

 ### 27. Partnerships hold a significant importance.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KC P. | Author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about impact.com?**
