**What do you like best about Rockerbox?**

Easily digestible data about customers broken out into many helpful reporting views. We've been able to cut our paid ads budget 40% and maintain revenues while using this platform. We identified many redundant retargeting impressions, and doubled down on the ones driving incremental customers to our site.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

Sometimes poses more questions than answers. Additionally, sometimes the dashboard will break. Also, it required a long period of time to get the amount of data needed to make actionable change. Commit to the whole year and don't expect to feel the full effect of rockerbox until towards the end.

Rockerbox will be the key that helps you unlock the secrets to your customer's path to conversion.

Rockerbox allows us to easily identify all the fluff and fat in our marketing funnel, and track a de-duplicated CPA and ROAS as we make changes. We've trimmed a lot of fat off our marketing budge

The ability to track customers across all different touch points is amazing, not just ads. Loved that we were able to import some utm to track on print media results and see how those worked in combination with digital marketing effrots.

The first initial set up of Rockerbox  can be very tedious it take a full time devloper to have this done as well as continous support on the rocker box side. This can make the first inital adoption of the platform difficutl.

Integrates all channels under one roof, it allows different analysis with various types of attribution methods; it makes industry data available for benchmarking; it allows channel comparison on the same level.

Does not work well with view based channels, like tiktok and youtube; it started charging extra for some services; it goes through periods of series of bugs in reporting.

RB allows channel comparison from different perspectives, under one roof, in a lot of detail. It organizes company's types of user and revenue sources. Excelent tool!

**What do you like best about Rockerbox?**

Besides having all the requisite features and tech to perform multi-touch, data-driven attribution, the team at Rockerbox always goes above and beyond to help us troubleshoot, understand trends, glean insights, etc. They're quick to solicit feedback and are continuously improving the product. Most importantly, they have turnkey integrations with all the relevant ad platforms and networks.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

The only downside is that some of the walled garden platforms won't share impression data, making it challenging to get perfect view-through conversion data. But Rockerbox does a great job of probabilistic modeling with those channels anyway.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding incrementality and true RoAS by channel. It's the only way to properly budget marketing spend outside of media mix modeling, which tends to be more of a blunt tool.

Rockerbox is the best data-driven, multi-touch attribution solution that I've used. Beyond the tool itself, our Rockerbox team consistently goes above and beyond to answer questions and improve our model.

Attribution can be inconsistent from channel to channel, with some passing back click + view-based interactions, and others only click. That said, Rockerbox has improved # of integrations since we've worked with them, and share clever workarounds when optimal integration is unavailable.

- How is each channel contributing to our holistic direct-to-consumer performance?

We just started working with Rockerbox and so far, they've been very clear and helpful on platform attribution. Every week, we learn something new we can do to get more personalized with our customers and something we're really excited to dive into is testing out different campaigns across platforms to see which perform best.

There seems to be a lot to uncover with Rockerbox. Thus far, I'm unsure how much time will go into fully understanding its full potential. However, as with any new program, once you get the hang of it, the process is much easier over time.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rockerbox is giving us fair revenue and customer engagement attribution for the various platforms we use, making sure to consider all the steps a customer has on their journey toward final conversion. This is a tremendous benefit to know where to spend our money and efforts.

After years of struggling with how to attribute sales to the right channel, we finally have a tool to track the many touchpoints before a sale and help distinguish the value of each.

There is certainly a learning curve initially in order to get going and it requires a decent amount of tracking setup initially . Once you get there though, you are in great shape. And their service level is excellent which helps.

Have a good business intelligence person in place and be good at utm's and tracking channels in general to get the most out of rockerbox.

The account management team is absolutely the best in the business. Everyone we've worked with goes above and beyond to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and/or build new functionality to support our needs. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use and the data redundancies have saved us more than once.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

Setup was relatively complicated and time-consuming (which is mostly to be expected, as this tool delivers fully customized attribution modeling at scale). Every so often there are delays in data exports that are inconvenient but not deal-breaking.

We use Rockerbox to understand the value of our global marketing initiatives, assigning weighted values to the different marketing touchpoints in a buyer's journey. The primary realized benefit has been a quantifiable impact of awareness channels (like display), which anecdotally drive revenue but rarely show up in last-click models.

4 things I love about Rockerbox (and I've also used much more expensive enterprise attribution vendors):
1) Rockerbox is amazingly cost-effective. Literally costs 1/10 the older attribution platforms
2) They're on the cutting edge - they stay on top of the entire marketing ecosystem and are very quick to integrate with new platforms and update their own systems given changing industry dynamics
3) Easy implementation!
4) Support is 5-star. Any time I have a question or suggestion I get an immediate response

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

The only thing I don't love is not their fault at all--the closed ecosystems (Facebook, Snap) won't allow 3rd party impression pixels. But Rockerbox does a great job of statistically modeling view-through impressions/attribution.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use them as our marketing source of truth for multi-touch attribution. I couldn't even begin to estimate how much money they've saved us in terms of scaling and eliminating wasted spend.

The platform is a little clunky in terms of granular views and reporting features. Ex. we can't pull in clicks into our performance views which doesn't allow us to understand ConvR. We end up having to combine in-platform and Rockerbox data for reporting.

- Huge number of ad platform integrations and plugs pretty seamlessly into Segment for conversion event capture

- Does a very good job of appealing to different types of users. The UI is clean and intuitive and is perfect for smaller / less sophisticated marketing teams that want access to attribution, but they also have great options for exporting raw data out of the platform in an automated fashion, which is useful for more technical marketing teams that want to work with the data within their own data environment (like our team)

-Account management support is excellent, and in general everybody I've worked with at Rockerbox is helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with

-Very willing to build custom features and receptive to working with new partners

-Good price point compared to similar products on the market that offer support for both online and offline channels

-The setup will take longer than they initially tell you, but the timeframe is still pretty reasonable

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

-Would love the ability to configure my own categorization rules for different UTM parameters within the platform. If a self-service option for this exists, the Rockerbox team tends not to push it too hard

-My main complaint is that when we started using their platform, their methodology for attributing Direct Mail touchpoints was extremely poor and led to skewed results. However, this example also illustrates some of Rockerbox's strengths since they acknowledged the issue and eventually worked with us to improve their methodology and product, although it took longer than we would have liked.

We're looking to understand the contribution of all of our different marketing channels to quote and sale conversions. Rockerbox allows us to generate a picture of how different channels are performing and which ones are most effective based on various attribution models.

The dashboards are pretty easy to navigate and there is great depth to what you can dive deep on. The conversion path through the funnel was great too.

Understanding how sales are attributed to each channel and how they calculate ROAS for example can be difficult to read.

De-duplicating sales between platforms/channels is the big thing. Reporting out on the larger picture with accurate data is always the goal.

Rockerbox allows ut to attribute sales to different marketing channels, and this helps us to see what channels are working and what isn't, with reliable data to back it up.

It's a bit of a learning curve; getting used to the system and how it works + where to go to find what information definitely takes a lot of practice. But it is extremely valuable once understood.

It's impressive to review all marketing channels, including digital and offline, in one spot. The setup was seamless and Rockerbox was so helpful when onboarding.

It can be tricky to incorporate offline channels, but that is because of the delayed data from offline!

We are solving where our sales are genuinely stemming from. For example, we have realized that even though Google is typically a high intent channel, it's also been a last-touch channel for us. Attribution platforms typically cost a fortune and are cumbersome to use/deploy. Rockerbox reversed that equation. It's been more than 3+ since using their attribution platform, and it's been great collaborating with their team while seeing the platform continue to add new channels such as podcasts and CTV. The product is easy to use, but it's the support team that shines. They're quick to troubleshoot, concise, and unafraid to challenge conventional wisdom.

There can be some visual glitches in the platform. However, they are quickly resolved and usually related to screen resolution.

Setting up the buckets/tiers properly at the beginning will help tremendously with producing actionable insights. Take your time with the setup, and make sure to connect as many sources as possible.

Assigning fractional attribution to every media channel is critical in understanding how our tactics work in concert. It helps with evaluating brand awareness tactics, incrementality, and retention. Since it is easy to export log files, we use the data to inform other internal projects.

**What do you like best about Rockerbox?**

Rockerbox makes it very easy for my team to use multitouch insights to optimize our media dollars.  The Rockerbox service team is incredibly flexible and responsive, and has worked with us to improve our data integrations and iterate the product.  Rockerbox, being deeply integrated into the DTC ecosystem, also has "out of the box" integrations with many of our vendors that makes it easy to include robust data  into our attribution approach.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

I wish Rockerbox had a stronger approach to incrementality, not just measurement.  It's built into the tool, but not explicitly surfaced.

**Recommendations to others considering Rockerbox:**

Be very transparent with the business support team, with the business challeges you are facing.  They will do their best to help configure the product to meet your needs.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a world where media measurement used to be last touch or last click, Rockerbox gives us a much better understanding of the impact of mid/upper funnel media on our lower funnel investments.  For instance, we have a much stronger handle on the impact of television investments than we would otherwise.

Rockerbox does a fantastic job of constructing accurate, holistic user journeys, and providing a modeled multi-touch weight against our own data for each type of conversion event.

Rockerbox also integrates w/ Snowflake to expedite analysis and internal reporting.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

Rockerbox's in-platform reporting views are very interesting but often are not as user-friendly as they need to be. For example, the primary conversion report breaks down channel contribution for the aggregated date window but NOT on a daily basis, necessitating an Export or a pull from Snowflake to see.

Rockerbox has significantly improved the accuracy of our user journeys and allowed us to start reallocating our spend investment

Rockerbox has given us a tool to better measure our conversion and revenue volume, while giving insight into how our channels are all working together. The team has also been very proactive and helpful throughout the process of set up and execution.

New system updates can often cause issues in reporting, especially for new products such as survey categorizations, which can negatively impact reporting.

Rockerebox has helped us to measure and compare the success of each channel to optimzie. We have also been able to get better insights into the consumer journey as we look at our full-funnel approach (driving new customers down the funnel).

**What do you like best about Rockerbox?**

The customer success team is incredible, and their effort extends far beyond onboarding. Although the product itself is straightforward and easy to utilize and navigate, the Rockerbox team continually offers intelligent perspectives on how to read complex data and customer journeys. Additionally, client feedback loops are strong and the product is continually updated, supported, and improved.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

The date comparison window functionality can certainly improve to help better understand trends and performance beyond a particular period of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Rockerbox:**

It's a significant investment, but those with 6 to 7 figure (and beyond) monthly ad spends would be extremely wise to leverage this tool to better understand their marketing mix and how to scale their entire funnel.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to view the peformance and spend of each marketing channel contextually, allowing us to optimize our entire marketing funnel as a whole. 

We are far more efficient with where (and how) we spend our budget, pouring more resources into winners and cutting off losers before they can be detrimental.

**What do you like best about Rockerbox?**

Rockerbox has helped our brand uncover essential insights for us to adjust our strategy on various channels. It has also helped re-confirm our strategy on channels as well. The amount of data that Rockerbox provides is beneficial and critical for our business.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

The one downside to Rockerbox is that when viewing the data within the platform, there is no refresh button making it easier to view the data we want to analyze. We have to wait for the platform to register that there was a change before we can move forward with analyzing the data.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that we're solving with Rockerbox is revising our strategy, specifically budget allocations between prospecting and retargeting. The data we've uncovered has helped us tremendously with understanding customer lifetimes value and time it takes to purchase.

Ease of partnership; Rockerbox is willing and able to work with both our internal team and our vendors directly to ensure integration is complete.

The non-automatic integration of certain channels means reporting is not always up to date on a daily basis, but instead refreshes on a weekly basis dependent on ingestion of data.

**What do you like best about Rockerbox?**

We've been working with Rockerbox for over a year, over which time we've steadily scaled our integration with their MTA platform. Our business is generally complex, and we work with more vendors than the average DTC-- so this is a lift to get going. Rockerbox has supported us throughout and created all sorts of custom integrations to allow us to get a better handle on our marketing performance. We've not been left to decipher results, we have a great rep, Sara, and she's helped us uncover many valuable insights and allowed us to see things we previously couldn't.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

Setup takes time and maintenance is ongoing. This is not a 'set it and forget it' implementation. There are continuous enhancements to make sure your MTA implementation evolves along with your business.

Relatively straightforward to use with an experienced onboarding team. Maybe one of the only times I've dealt with a SaaS onboarding team that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Can be a little clunky, but I don't mind given the pricing & efficacy.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attribution across relatively vanilla paid channels at one of our DTC brands. The biggest learning from Rockerbox was that search may be doing more of the heavy lifting than we initially thought, as a result we'll be running a hold out test to confirm that.

Maybe more customizability in the User Interface, but honestly doesn't impact my experience. All in all a great tool.

Rockerbox is an essential part of understanding the customer journey. It's full logging of each customer touchpoint allows us to understand the value of each channel and campaign in driving key consumer actions. 

It has become our source of truth in making determinations on our marketing mix, giving us more confidence in our spend allocations across on and offline channels. 

The team is flexible in tweaking the model and taking our feedback.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

The interface needs some updating, it would be helpful to also store previous models to understand deviations over time, and the ability to tweak new vs existing customer models as the path and scoring should be quite different.

**What problems is Rockerbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As marketers we spend a lot of money to drive customer acquisition. Every platform claims a strong ROAS and if you add them all up, they account for 4x your actual revenue. Rockerbox gives you clarity on which touch each channel drives at a user level, helps you understand top paths, etc. 

The tool gives us clarity on the reality of the customer journey.

The essence of the tool: it's algorithmic multi-touch attribution model that allows us greater visibility into our marketing channel performance, as well as the interaction between channels.

**What do you dislike about Rockerbox?**

Rockerbox has developed a model to apply credit for non click-based Facebook transactions. This has been immensely helpful especially given the changes in tracking from iOS14 adoption. Would love to see them do the same for Google / Youtube!

We use Rockerbox to see what campaigns and channels are most efficient in driving revenue for our business. The ability to dedupe transactions across platforms has given us much greater visibility of our marketing performance.
