I like that most large and known content creators are a part of LTK. That said, I like knowing that these creators have access to our brand/link/products/promos if they want to promote us organically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major downside is the price point of placements. We often did not see a high ROAS from our placements. While we would love to test more, investing so much and not seeing a return has been a pain point for us. If I have to say something that I don't like, it's probably the communication from influencers but I think that just comes with the territory. I'm still new with this process and getting used to working with this. I'm used to deadlines and people responding immediately and that can be a little frustrating at times. Not a whole lot here. It's a very basic platform for influencer management. I use the word basic but there are thousands of problems and it doesn't do much. Built as an affiliate platform that they then tried to rig into an influencer network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to begin, the timing of campaigns makes no sense, the tracking is terrible, there are no integrations for sample sending, half of the influencers don't respond, they don't force influencers to update their suggested pricing, it's massively labor intensive compared to a GRIN or aspire IQ. Their team is extremely professional, responsive, and on top of their game. I can only say good things about the LTK team members that we interacted with, and feel bad leaving a bad review, but I wish someone would have been this honest with me before spending so much working with them. We saw practically no revenue, engagements were low and often by creators commenting on other creators to boost each others' stats, and overall we didn't see more traffic on our website, and no increase in followers. There is no urgency to respond to brands. It is frustrating when we have a small limit of only ten creators a month but have to wait days to hear anything back. Not being able to use to site on my phone was frusturating. There are no price regulations. LTK Connect was one of the worst investments I've made for my business all year. I will not be getting a return on this investment. Not even close. And I'm not allowed my money back after deciding it wasn't worth the stress after three months of using it. I'm sick to my stomach over it. I hope this is the last review you guys ask me to do because I get upset all over again every time I do a review. I think there is huge potential but I am still figuring out the platform and haven't had luck with my campaigns yet. I am hoping to get more and more clarity regarding which influencers are the best match for our brand and how to make a campaign offer that is both attractive for them and productive for us.
