The biggest concern is what happens when an advertiser closes their account: we lose visibility into our payment and invoice history. Everflow is designed to help affiliate/partnership managers to focus on real work, and it enables that in a very clean way, cutting the unnecessary noises. I also love the very attentive support and account management that listen to user needs. Pricing is also a big advantage. Very valid prices for the features you need. The postback tracking is reliable and the conversions coming in from our advertisers are being attributed accurately, which is critical for our growing affiliate business. The reporting is granular enough that I can dig into performance by partner or advertiser without exporting everything to a spreadsheet, and the platform has been stable enough that I'm not constantly troubleshooting instead of optimizing. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** A lot of the documentation and guidance seems written for networks that are distributing offers out to a roster of affiliates, rather than for those of us on the sell side who are running offers on our own sites and apps. The transition team was able to upload the last 13 years of data from our old tracking platform into Everflow—offers, partners, stats, pretty much the whole thing. They also did a great job making sure my team was ready for the switch, walking us through multiple calls and showing us how to do everything we were used to doing on the old platform.

I have now only been using thee software for a month but already feel competent to find a publishers performance. That being said my level of experience is very top level the biggest highlight between this and competitors is how up too date it feels. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** I personally am not a fan of setting pricing. CAKE as competitor has a very simple setup where the I can change how much I am paying a publisher. I feel it I should not be able to delete the whole pricing setting for every publisher from inside the account of one publisher. For example, when I launch a new campaign, I can set up a tracking link in Everflow, share it with our partners, and then check the dashboard to see which partners are actually driving clicks and conversions. If one partner is getting a lot of traffic but only a few conversions, I can spot it quickly and adjust the campaign. I definitely value the postbacs and reporting features because they are essential for us to see clicks in real-time and ensure postbacks are correctly fired. A feature I also like is the ability to trace where a click is from, see the exact location, and monitor time spent on a page. It's very useful for doing fraud monitoring, as it helps identify bots completing questionnaires unrealistically fast. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** I definitely find the documentation lacking. When I run into errors with Everflow, it's difficult to troubleshoot and debug them because there's not much documentation available.
