What I like best about CJ is that the partnership is about people as much as it is about the platform. We have real, collaborative support across Channel Growth, Platform Partnerships and CJ's international teams. From the start, CJ's leaders I met were curious about what we were building and invested in shared success.

The technology backs that up. Being on CJ's Universal Tag meant advertisers could turn on our solution without new tagging or development work, so testing moved faster and performance built up over time. Honestly, there's nothing I dislike. If anything, here's an area where we're still growing together: bigger brands plan far ahead and involve many stakeholders, so getting new solutions into those planning cycles takes time and coordination. What I like best about CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution is the multiple ways that I can pull data through reporting - I can filter by publisher, PID, cost, revenue, I can look at different time periods and compare performance. The data loads pretty quickly to provide me with timely answers when I need them in a meeting or before a deadline. Having different ways to filter has saved me multiple hours each week and prevents me from wasting time internally searching my own databases to find the same information I can find in CJ. I think the CJ Affiliate Marketing Solutions user experience and interface could more updated. For example, it could have more a modern and aesthetically-pleasing design, it could be easier and more obvious to find certain information. When I first learned how to use the platform, it was hard for me to figure out where to find reporting by publisher, by PID, etc and it wasn't obvious. I would also like a smoother user experience because that would probably increase the amount of time I spend in the platform and make it a more enjoyable experience for me.
