"buyer beware- bad company"

What do you like best about Upsellit?

nothing- they are wolves in sheep’s clothing- they found a clever way to steal ecommerce brands hard earned money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upsellit?

Buyer beware ! this company has found a clever way to steal your companies hard earned money- They claim they go after “ cart abandonment” and recover sales that were going to leave your site- That is NOT TRUE- We found out the hard way and it was our foolish mistake not to test the customer journey before enrolling - What they tell you they do and what actually happens are 2 very different things- They tell you they will recover people that left your site or are about to leave your site- This isn’t true - when a customer is in the cart ordering , and they leave the cart because they want to scroll to order more, there pop up comes up with a 20% offer to go back to cart , and they are taking 5% of the sale everytime!!! We got screwed out of thousands of dollars and now we have to sue them to get it back- Stay away from this company - there are many other apps that do the same thing that do not steal your money- These guys should be shut down Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upsellit?

The Best thing we liked about this platform is, remarketing Emails and website statistics. This platform has helped us create a great buyer journey. UpSellit has now come up with a great feature now with a suit, which now gets us more accessibility over our business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upsellit?

The Implementation was a bit different for us, it has taken longer than other platforms from starting processes to payment possesses. Rest everything was good enough with marketing tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upsellit solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Pobelom of Lead to Conversion was very before we invested, Now we started an Email campaign to the visitor and our lead who is not converted, we got such a great result. Our Conversion has increased by 30%. Now we do Cold email and we get a good number of open rates, which we use to get was very low from the old platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
