I've been going back and forth for 29 days. They also had a DNS issue that caused some problems on the website. We couldn't even finish the setup; it was extremely hard. **What problems is Northbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Northbeam didn't solve any problems for me because their onboarding was really bad. After a month, they still haven't onboarded me properly. ### 3. Northbeam is our standard for all attribution now, for paid and owned channels. The UI is fast and clean which has allowed us to make quicker decision and drive more revenue day to day. Integrations were easy to set up and have not had issues with lose of data in the first year. Northbeam has had a great team supporting us along the way and are open to hearing feedback on feature development that would benefit our business. **What do you dislike about Northbeam?** One of the things that I think would be really beneficial in the platform is having the view of products sold and what's driving the sale of those products. If there was a UI piece that demonstrated basket data like the top products that's sold via a channel (like Meta, for example) you could select that as a filter and learn what products are indexing higher against certain platforms, creative, audiences, etc. **What problems is Northbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our analytics and paid media teams are using Northbeam as our all channel reporting. And we're standardizing that across all of our reporting. It's been widely accepted as what is working for us and giving us the insights that we actually need to operate the business. ### 5. Now I have saved reports for things I look at frequently, and all of the reports are clear and easy to understand. Smaller eCommerce brands should probably look elsewhere.
