What do you like best about Northbeam?

It's a deeper, next level of insight that's allowed us to really optimize our programs at a new level. Northbeam is our standard for all attribution now, for paid and owned channels. The UI is fast and clean which has allowed us to make quicker decision and drive more revenue day to day. Integrations were easy to set up and have not had issues with lose of data in the first year. Northbeam has had a great team supporting us along the way and are open to hearing feedback on feature development that would benefit our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Northbeam?

One of the things that I think would be really beneficial in the platform is having the view of products sold and what's driving the sale of those products. If there was a UI piece that demonstrated basket data like the top products that's sold via a channel (like Meta, for example) you could select that as a filter and learn what products are indexing higher against certain platforms, creative, audiences, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Northbeam?

Northbeam is amazing and everyone on the team is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. This is the best attribution platform I've ever used.

Before Northbeam, explaining multi-channel marketing concepts to clients was extremely difficult and took forever. Now I have saved reports for things I look at frequently, and all of the reports are clear and easy to understand.

What do you like best about Northbeam?

It has very clear reporting and works great as a central source of truth. It is easy to use once you understand the data definitions. We use it daily to understand the impact of our ad spend.
