What do you like best about Clarisights?

Clarisights has been a game-changer for how we work with performance data.

After just one demo, it was clear how intuitive and flexible the platform is. Building visualizations is very easy, and the interface makes it simple to surface the exact insights you need without digging through endless dashboards or spreadsheets. For performance marketers, this means real time savings and faster decision-making.

What really stands out is Clarisights’ ability to drill down from high-level performance to granular details (like creative-level data) within a single graph and see all relevant metrics in one place. It brings a new level of clarity to marketing operations and helps team moves from questions to answers faster.

On top of that, the support team is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.

What do you like best about Clarisights?

We switched from Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence) and the difference is like day and night. I manage a marketing analytics team that supports our performance marketing team (8-digit annual budget) in making data-informed decisions.

With Datorama, connectors were frequently broken and data was delayed. The platform has hardly evolved over the past few years. We received numerous requests from marketing and everything took weeks. It felt like we constantly needed workarounds to make things work with Datorama.

Support was unresponsive and any integration or customization required additional consulting fees.

Now with Clarisights, everything is much better:

1) Data is far more reliable. Connectors are more developed and provide additional data points

2) Self-service actually works - marketers can adjust dashboards, add or edit dimensions and metrics, etc. My team is finally free to focus on marketing measurement and strategic work

3) There are new analytics use cases that weren't possible before. The main one is creative reporting (asset-level reporting with ad previews next to KPIs)

Clarisights support is excellent - we have a joint Teams chat. Our CSM is very responsive! Pricing is more transparent, and the product is developing rapidly.

We're also using Clarisights data exports to power our MMM, MTA, and Incrementality models.

What do you dislike about Clarisights?

Overall, the experience has been excellent! I wish we had switched earlier. There was one niche integration missing, but the Clarisights team built it in 2 weeks!

What do you like best about Clarisights?

My SEO team handles many Domain/Properties in GSC across various countries.

Before Clarisights, we had some Looker Studio Dashboards, but they were very static and inflexible. GSC directly only provides limited data.

Our team uses Clarisights for all our weekly/monthly reporting and deep dives. It’s a very efficient way to analyze performance of all countries vs last week, last month and previous year.

I can see winners/losers, page type segmentations (magazine, categories, brand vs non brand, etc) and their performance.

It’s very easy to drill down, break data further down on the fly. We all can build/edit existing dashboards and reports.

Also, we’re now able to look at paid and organic data together to identify keyword cannibalization. We could uncover significant optimization opportunities.

What do you like best about Clarisights?

I’ve been in PPC for 10+ years at multiple e-commerce companies. I used Power BI, Tableau, Looker until I just started at my new company with Clarisights.

What a difference - Clarisights is so much better.

From my experience this is what makes Clarisights special and better

1) I can easily build my own reports and dashboards with no fear of breaking anything.

Whenever I have a new question, I can build the right visualization or table to answer it.

2) It’s a single platform for everything analytics.

Before, I used other BI tools for high level monitoring, Google and Bing Ads for, Adobe for attribution data and many spreadsheets, which was overwhelming and time consuming.

With Clarisights, I have all data and metrics in a single place (channel, attribution, backend)

3) It’s very intuitive and easy to use

It just feels like it’s designed for marketers. Unlike the likes of Tableau, it’s really easy and intuitive to use.

With Clarisights, I get what I need for WBRs and MBRs in a few minutes.

I can also easily explore new hypotheses and run new tests.

What do you like best about Clarisights?

I use Clarisights every day for everything data and KPIs - from daily checks to weekly/monthly business reviews and deep dives.

We have all data and metrics in a single place (backend, attribution, channel) and the platform is very easy to use.

Here are a couple of high-value use cases for PPC:

- Cross-platform performance by topic,product, brand vs NB, etc

- Search Query Trends & Negative Keywords

- Quality Score analysis and optimization opportunities (Expected CTR, Ad Relevance, LP experience)

- Search RSA copy and messaging analysis, opportunities to improve ad strength

- Creative reporting for Youtube and Display campaigns

- Landing page analysis (e.g., how does performance compare across LP types)

- Impression share, click share, and auction competition insights

- Ad Extensions performance monitoring

Before Clarisights, we had Tableau for overall reporting and many Looker Studio dashboards for PPC that we were building and maintaining. But they were very static. There were also many spreadsheets

Clarisights is so much better! Now everything is centralized in Clarisights.

Manual spreadsheets are finally gone and it's enabling us to test more, faster.

It took us 2 onboarding sessions to fully adopt Clarisights (2 weeks).

There is a slight learning curve to fully adopt the platform, especially when you’re a heavy user of spreadsheets. That said, this is completely expected for a workflow tool you’ll use almost every day. Onboarding materials are very helpful and our customer success manager guided us through the onboarding. What do you like best about Clarisights?

I lead a 35-person digital marketing team across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, SEO and CRM.

Before Clarisights, we used Fivetran for data ingestion and Looker for dashboards.

We decided to try Clarisights after waiting months for our data team to deliver a creative reporting solution.

After connecting all of our ad accounts to Clarisights, we had access to best-in-class reporting within 3 days. Everything is already modeled in Clarisights (metrics, dimensions, etc) and backend data is automatically joined.

As a result, marketers can easily add and edit new metrics, dimensions, etc.

I particularly find the dashboards very intuitive to iterate on and figure out the why.

Unlike Looker, Clarisights is very easy to use and we no longer have to wait for the data team.

The onboarding process was stellar.

The Clarisights team held 2 workshop sessions with each team (Paid Search, Paid Social, etc.) to onboard everyone to the platform and share best practices from other clients. This was extremely valuable. They work with some of the most sophisticated teams.

During the 1-month pilot alone, we uncovered $1.2M worth of optimization opportunities, especially on creative optimization, paid search - organic cannibalization and landing pages optimization.

Now we use Clarisights for everything marketing data and analytics.

What do you like best about Clarisights?

- World class people. Especially our customer success rep - who is fully committed to the success of our initiatives - demonstrated not only with all the hours they put in but also in a genuine understanding and interest in our business.

- True partners and advisors. I love not only how responsive they are to our requests, but also aren’t afraid to push back when we ask them to implement shortcuts to answer our immediate question, but would put the integrity of our data at risk in the long run. They won’t and shouldn’t do whatever we ask, but rather ask us what are we trying to solve for and work with us to find a better solution.

- Product delivers data you can trust across all our channels and hundreds of accounts. We are an in-house agency to multiple brands and this is the first platform that has reliably scaled and delivered cross channel insights we needed to win back marketers that we thought we would never earn back their trust.

- Easy to set up. Flexible to add custom dimensions and ingest custom data sources.

- Intuitive dashboards. Love the ability to explore our data and identify trends at macro level, but then drilling down into details in the very same report to understand the why.

None. In fact on the rare occasion there is a genuine bug I often assume it was a missed requirement from our side or upstream issue with the ad platform. But they will fully own up when an issue originated from their side and spin up the resource to resolve ASAP. A true accountable partner that you can depend on. What do you like best about Clarisights?

Clarisights consolidates channel, backend and attribution data. I have access to all granular data and can easily build my own dashboards and tables.

Unlike Looker, Metabase and Tableau, Clarisights is very intuitive and easy to use.

That said, Clarisights also enables very sophisticated visualizations.

I particularly like the ability to create meaningful groups of information using custom dimensions. This is very helpful for cross-channel and cross-market insights.

Data is sometimes delayed. That said, the Customer Success Manager proactively communicates in our joint Slack channel, so it’s all good.
