**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

Clarisights has been a game-changer for how we work with performance data.

After just one demo, it was clear how intuitive and flexible the platform is. Building visualizations is very easy, and the interface makes it simple to surface the exact insights you need without digging through endless dashboards or spreadsheets. For performance marketers, this means real time savings and faster decision-making.

What really stands out is Clarisights’ ability to drill down from high-level performance to granular details (like creative-level data) within a single graph and see all relevant metrics in one place. It brings a new level of clarity to marketing operations and helps team moves from questions to answers faster.

On top of that, the support team is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.

I’d absolutely recommend Clarisights to any data-driven marketing team looking to level up their reporting and insight generation.

Clarisights is a great platform. It has a high potential to generate insights faster for marketers.

In marketing analytics, we have data sources and reports at different places such as looker, ad networks, google sheets, MMP and Clarisights managed to house them together in one place with an easy to navigate view. It makes investigation effort for performance marketers much easier.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

We switched from Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence) and the difference is like day and night. I manage a marketing analytics team that supports our performance marketing team (8-digit annual budget) in making data-informed decisions. 

With Datorama, connectors were frequently broken and data was delayed. The platform has hardly evolved over the past few years. We received numerous requests from marketing and everything took weeks. It felt like we constantly needed workarounds to make things work with Datorama. 

Support was unresponsive and any integration or customization required additional consulting fees. 

Now with Clarisights, everything is much better:
1) Data is far more reliable. Connectors are more developed and provide additional data points
2) Self-service actually works - marketers can adjust dashboards, add or edit dimensions and metrics, etc. My team is finally free to focus on marketing measurement and strategic work
3) There are new analytics use cases that weren't possible before. The main one is creative reporting (asset-level reporting with ad previews next to KPIs) 

Clarisights support is excellent - we have a joint Teams chat. Our CSM is very responsive! Pricing is more transparent, and the product is developing rapidly. 

We're also using Clarisights data exports to power our MMM, MTA, and Incrementality models.

Migrating from Datorama was much easier than I thought.

Overall, the experience has been excellent! I wish we had switched earlier. There was one niche integration missing, but the Clarisights team built it in 2 weeks!
It's a great partnership.

These reporting tools provide a comprehensive overview of your channels, empowering you to make data-driven decisions. I love how quickly and easily I can build meaningful reports on this platform. The interface is intuitive, and the data loading speed is incredibly fast. The clarisight team is always attentive to our request and they try always their best to match our needs.

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

Nothing specific except that they don't have direct integration for DV360 but this wasn't an issue as the Clarisight team find a way to get the data in a automatic way.

In our previous reporting tools, the data took a while to load all the data and all channels managers had their own reporting for each platform. With Clarisight, we have now one reporting tool that works for all of our channels

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

My SEO team handles many Domain/Properties in GSC across various countries.

Before Clarisights, we had some Looker Studio Dashboards, but they were very static and inflexible. GSC directly only provides limited data.

Our team uses Clarisights for all our weekly/monthly reporting and deep dives. It’s a very efficient way to analyze performance of all countries vs last week, last month and previous year. 
I can see winners/losers, page type segmentations (magazine, categories, brand vs non brand, etc) and their performance. 

It’s very easy to drill down, break data further down on the fly. We all can build/edit existing dashboards and reports.

Also, we’re now able to look at paid and organic data together to identify keyword cannibalization. We could uncover significant optimization opportunities.

The Clarisights team is stellar! Any requests are handled within a couple of hours and they constantly share tips and best practices - it’s very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

Nothing comes to mind. We were up and running in 1 week. After the first onboarding session, my team fully switched to Clarisights. It was very smooth.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

I’ve been in PPC for 10+ years at multiple e-commerce companies. I used Power BI, Tableau, Looker until I just started at my new company with Clarisights.

What a difference - Clarisights is so much better.

From my experience this is what makes Clarisights special and better
 
1) I can easily build my own reports and dashboards with no fear of breaking anything.
Whenever I have a new question, I can build the right visualization or table to answer it.

2) It’s a single platform for everything analytics.
Before, I used other BI tools for high level monitoring, Google and Bing Ads for, Adobe for attribution data and many spreadsheets, which was overwhelming and time consuming.
With Clarisights, I have all data and metrics in a single place (channel, attribution, backend)

3) It’s very intuitive and easy to use
It just feels like it’s designed for marketers. Unlike the likes of Tableau, it’s really easy and intuitive to use. 


With Clarisights, I get what I need for WBRs and MBRs in a few minutes.
I can also easily explore new hypotheses and run new tests.
Without manual spreadsheets or waiting for data support.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

I use Clarisights every day for everything data and KPIs - from daily checks to weekly/monthly business reviews and deep dives. 
We have all data and metrics in a single place (backend, attribution, channel) and the platform is very easy to use.

Here are a couple of high-value use cases for PPC:
- Cross-platform performance by topic,product, brand vs NB, etc
- Search Query Trends & Negative Keywords
- Quality Score analysis and optimization opportunities (Expected CTR, Ad Relevance, LP experience)
- Search RSA copy and messaging analysis, opportunities to improve ad strength
- Creative reporting for Youtube and Display campaigns
- Landing page analysis (e.g., how does performance compare across LP types)
- Impression share, click share, and auction competition insights
- Ad Extensions performance monitoring

Before Clarisights, we had Tableau for overall reporting and many Looker Studio dashboards for PPC that we were building and maintaining. But they were very static. There were also many spreadsheets

Clarisights is so much better! Now everything is centralized in Clarisights.
Manual spreadsheets are finally gone and it's enabling us to test more, faster.

It took us 2 onboarding sessions to fully adopt Clarisights (2 weeks).
It was very easy to integrate all data (API connections).

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

There is a slight learning curve to fully adopt the platform, especially when you’re a heavy user of spreadsheets. That said, this is completely expected for a workflow tool you’ll use almost every day. Onboarding materials are very helpful and our customer success manager guided us through the onboarding. We also have a joint Teams chat for support and quick questions - our CSM is very responsive.

Clarisights democratizes access to data, enabling marketers to get quick insights.
Without manual analysis on spreadsheets, building Looker Studio dashboards or waiting for data teams support.
I can easily build my own dashboards and reports, create custom dimensions and metrics to get the insights I need.

I lead a 35-person digital marketing team across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, SEO and CRM.

Before Clarisights, we used Fivetran for data ingestion and Looker for dashboards.

We decided to try Clarisights after waiting months for our data team to deliver a creative reporting solution.

After connecting all of our ad accounts to Clarisights, we had access to best-in-class reporting within 3 days. Everything is already modeled in Clarisights (metrics, dimensions, etc) and backend data is automatically joined.

As a result, marketers can easily add and edit new metrics, dimensions, etc. 
I particularly find the dashboards very intuitive to iterate on and figure out the why.
Unlike Looker, Clarisights is very easy to use and we no longer have to wait for the data team.

The onboarding process was stellar.
The Clarisights team held 2 workshop sessions with each team (Paid Search, Paid Social, etc.) to onboard everyone to the platform and share best practices from other clients. This was extremely valuable. They work with some of the most sophisticated teams.
During the 1-month pilot alone, we uncovered $1.2M worth of optimization opportunities, especially on creative optimization, paid search - organic cannibalization and landing pages optimization.

Now we use Clarisights for everything marketing data and analytics.
I can’t recommend Clarisights enough!

None. Any bug or issue is promptly resolved - our customer success manager is very responsive and reliable.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

- World class people.  Especially our customer success rep - who is fully committed to the success of our initiatives - demonstrated not only with all the hours they put in but also in a genuine understanding and interest in our business.
- True partners and advisors.  I love not only how responsive they are to our requests, but also aren’t afraid to push back when we ask them to implement shortcuts to answer our immediate question, but would put the integrity of our data at risk in the long run.  They won’t and shouldn’t do whatever we ask, but rather ask us what are we trying to solve for and work with us to find a better solution.
- Product delivers data you can trust across all our channels and hundreds of accounts.  We are an in-house agency to multiple brands and this is the first platform that has reliably scaled and delivered cross channel insights we needed to win back marketers that we thought we would never earn back their trust.
- Easy to set up.  Flexible to add custom dimensions and ingest custom data sources.
- Intuitive dashboards.  Love the ability to explore our data and identify trends at macro level, but then drilling down into details in the very same report to understand the why.
- But what makes them stand apart from our previous vendor or any of our other vendors is their people and genuine commitment to the success of their clients.

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

None.  In fact on the rare occasion there is a genuine bug I often assume it was a missed requirement from our side or upstream issue with the ad platform.  But they will fully own up when an issue originated from their side and spin up the resource to resolve ASAP.  A true accountable partner that you can depend on.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

Clarisights consolidates channel, backend and attribution data. I have access to all granular data and can easily build my own dashboards and tables.
Unlike Looker, Metabase and Tableau, Clarisights is very intuitive and easy to use.
That said, Clarisights also enables very sophisticated visualizations.

I particularly like the ability to create meaningful groups of information using custom dimensions. This is very helpful for cross-channel and cross-market insights.
I use Clarisights almost every day.

It was very easy to get started with Clarisights.

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

Data is sometimes delayed. That said, the Customer Success Manager proactively communicates in our joint Slack channel, so it’s all good. I think this is out of Clarisights’ control, and to be fair, it happens much less frequently than at previous companies I’ve worked for.

Making it easy to explore data and uncover insights.
This allows me to run more tests and explore more optimization opportunities in less time.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

Clarisights enables my team to iterate and move fast, without dependencies on our data team.

Before Clarisights, we were using the typical setup of Fivetran for data ingestion and Looker for visualization. We managed to build our reporting down to ad level in a couple of years, but it didn’t really work out for us. 

Looker dashboards were not flexible enough, so marketers were often downloading data into spreadsheets. They also became very slow when we started ingesting all granular data. Lastly, any new metric, visualization or breakdown required data team support, often taking weeks. This bottleneck was preventing our ability to iterate and test quickly.

With Clarisights this was all resolved in a matter of weeks. Their team took care of all the setup and onboarding. All marketers switched to Clarisights within 2-3 weeks.

The impact has been very significant. Marketers can build their own dashboards and reports to iterate quickly and test a lot.

The marketing analytics team is now fully dedicated to improving our MMM, Incrementality, Attribution Model and CLV forecasting model vs updating dashboards.

I just regret not adopting Clarisights earlier

We were using a bunch of different tools for reporting and collaboration
- Tableau for campaign-level monitoring and access to internal attribution
- Smartly for more operational reporting and creative optimization insights
- Spreadsheets for pacing, weekly business reviews and contribution margin calculations
- Confluence for collaboration with local markets

My paid social team was spending significant time on manual reporting and pulling together numbers from multiple sources. Testing new hypotheses was very time consuming and hard.
Collaborating with other teams involved manual work.

Clarisights solves all of this. We now have a single analytics platform that covers all our use cases and needs.

Testing something is really easy and fast. We can build our own views, pull any metric and dimension we want. All in a single place.

Ad previews for creative reporting were missing for  1 channel - this has just been resolved now. Overall it’s been great! Our CSM is very helpful and shares best practices from other advanced teams.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

It’s my 2nd time bringing Clarisights into my marketing org.

I’ve seen first-hand how Clarisights changed how we used to steer marketing at my previous company.

When I joined my current company, I saw the same challenges we had before starting to use Clarisights:
- Data and metrics spread across Tableau/Looker, Data Studio, ad platforms, spreadsheets, etc
- Running new tests and exploring new hypotheses requires manual data preparation
- Limited flexibility to explore data on Tableau/Looker

Ultimately, Clarisights enables marketers to test a lot and iterate very fast.
Creating a dashboard to answer any question or test any hypothesis takes a minute and it’s very easy for any marketer.
It's used daily by most marketers in our team.

This way our team can move fast vs waiting for data team support or manually running analysis on spreadsheets.

Getting started with Clarisights is also very easy. We were up and running in 2 weeks.

I manage a significant paid search budget at a global e-commerce company.

Before Clarisights, we were using Tableau for monitoring and we had built spreadsheets and scripts for deep dives like keyword analysis or pacing. We also had some Data Studio dashboards.

We were quite limited on some sophisticated analysis and all this manual reporting was taking time away from testing and campaign optimization work.

With Clarisights, we can easily explore data, accelerating time to insight.
It has become our single source of truth, replacing Tableau, spreadsheets, and Looker Studio dashboards.

Testing has become really fast and easy - thus we can test more and iterate faster.

We're a global marketplace with a  9-figure marketing yearly budget.
I lead all our global performance marketing efforts.

Within my performance marketing team, I want to ensure 1) decision quality and 2) testing culture.
Marketers should be testing a lot, iterating fast, based on the right metrics.
Clarisights enables this perfectly.

Before Clarisights, we struggled with various setups - Thoughtspot, Tableau, Looker + Fivetran and Funnel. Was not really enough, with marketers downloading data into spreadsheets, building ad-hoc data studio reports, etc - affecting both decision quality and testing culture.

Clarisights is the future self-service BI for marketing data. not only from the marketing side of the coin but also from the data engineer one.

I've been using Clarisigths since several years already and I truly believe that is a game changer in the industry. When it comes to marketing data, it gets a bit complex because of the variety of data that you need to build pipelines for and harmonize. You are dependent on external apis and changes, such that it can be overwhleming for internal data engineers to manage them and keep the pace.
Clarisights takes this pain away and due to their focus on performance marketing they do a great job, instead of trying to solve problems for many industries at once. Due to the nature of marketing data in the majority of times, the IT teams struggle to understand the nuances and struggle to deliver agile and flexible systems for the marketing teams. IT teams sometimes understimate the real effort and ressources to bulid this solutions inhouse and with Clarisights lots of data engineer dollars are saved.
From the marketing perspecive, it gives the team a real sense of self-service and independence that is hard to match by other tools like Tableau or Looker. Here is where clarisights truly delivers. Due to their focus on this area, their expertise is high-valuable. It's easy use gives marketers the flexibility and agilty they need to manage and optimize their ccampaigns. In the ad world, you just need to react fast and for this you need to be able to analyse quick and, for example, quickly change your ouwn custom dimensions or metrics or add new sources from a google sheet. Here Clarisights shines.
In concluison given the fact that Clarisights is a reporting tool with a strong focus on marketing perfrmance, they shine in both the data engineering needs of the marketing teams as well as their agile needs to react fast to the markets and increase ROAS/ROI.

It allows me to build my own ad-hoc analyses, without having to ask the data team for support. You don't need to know how to code, as everything is accessible in a easy to use interface.

It's also very powerful - while our Tableau dashboards were often slow, Clarisights loads all reports in a matter of seconds.  This makes is easy to compile weekly reviews and reports for management.

Their support team is also quick to respond and often helps us out with best practices.

So far the best marketing analytics platform I've seen. 

Our dashboards and reports were not enough for our performance marketing team. They constantly asked for more dashboards and new ways to look at data, channels, metrics, etc. 
Marketers were building their spreadsheets for some analyses.

My marketing analytics team was drowning in requests and could not focus on big priorities - Attribution, MMM, and Incrementality.

The situation has completely changed with Clarisights.
Marketers are much happier with Clarisights.
And my team has more time for our big projects.

Transitioning from our previous setup (Funnel + Tableau)  was very smooth. 
Clarisights connects directly to the ad channels. Blending and joining channels, GA, Internal attribution, and internal data (COGS, budgets, and targets) is automatic and out of the box.

We shared our main reports and dashboards upfront, and the Clarisights team replicated them within one week. On top of that, they built additional reports for more granular use cases (such as creative, quality score, keyword) that marketers found very helpful

Clarisights saves us from managing budgets manually on spreadsheets as a global multi-brand e-commerce.

We like that we can own the marketing analytics part. We can edit our own metrics and build dashboards, which increases our curiosity and allows us to explore more data and achieve our goals. In addition, the data is updated daily, so there is no need for manual work or the help of BI teams.

Cherry on top, it was fast to set up - approx. 2 weeks - compared to tools like Looker where it would have taken months.

Our reporting situation has improved significantly with Clarisights.

We were receiving a lot of Jira tickets from the performance marketing team for new dashboards, metrics, etc. And Slack messages with quick questions.
Marketers were creating and maintaining many spreadsheets for more operational analysis and reporting.

When the marketing team introduced Clarisights, I was skeptical about how it could help us given how much time and effort we invested in Looker. It turned out very well, as Clarisights also takes care of the ETL side and has all relevant metrics already modeled.

We still use Looker for company-wide reporting, while Clarisights covers the operational reporting for marketing. 

Data from Clarisights is sent to Snowflake for consistency with our C-level Looker reporting. It’s also used for attribution, MMM, etc.

The setup was very smooth. The Clarisights team took care of everything. We just shared a S3 bucket with our internal attribution data.

I lead paid social at a large e-commerce company operating in over 50 countries with a complex channel mix and a 9-figure marketing budget.

Before Clarisights, we used using Looker, Funnel.io and a lot of Gsheets. 

With Clarisigths, it’s very easy to create new reports/dashboards, add/edit filters, metrics, etc.
We run our weekly business reviews in Clarisights and take notes directly on the platform. Any new question or hypothesis is answered in the meeting itself since we can easily explore the data without manual spreadsheets or BI support.

Clarisights allows us to see granular GA, platform, and internal attribution data together. Also incrementality coefficient and contribution margin metrics.

Unlike Tableau or Power BI (which I've used in the past), Clarisights is designed for marketers. 
It's very intuitive and easy to use.

The setup was straightforward. Integrating channels, GA, and MMP only took a few clicks.

Clarisights covers all our needs for marketing data and insights. From budget allocation and monitoring to channel deep dives, it covers all our use cases. Including creative performance, keyword analysis, SEO-SEM, etc.

We also tried Funnel in combination with Looker, but fell short for our needs. It was enough for high-level overviews, but not for weekly reviews and deep dives. We relied on Looker Studio + Gsheets for this, which was a lot of manual work. It was not self-service, because we had to wait for any new dashboard or metric. 

With Clarisights, all have access to data and can easily explore it, without waiting for the data team.

We tried Funnel, Adverity, and Fivetran + Looker. None really worked for us.

Our daily and weekly reporting was mostly in spreadsheets to combine internal attribution data and budgets, down to a granular level. We were not really going deeper into creative and keyword-level analysis.

Since we use Clarisights we don't have spreadsheets and it replaced our previous marketing reporting setup (Fivetran + Looker), covering both ETL and reporting. It’s much better.

Missing alerts when data is late - they are working on it though.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

I love that all our Performance marketing data is in one place, it makes it very straightforward to observe trends and make decisions. The integration with partners is seamless and we can join various sources that help paint the full picture of the partner's traffic impact  (i.e. MMP, Backend data, etc.).
We work very closely with our Clarisights POCs (so close that we consider them peers almost) and their swift and efficient support is very much appreciated.
The ability to map custom dimensions and create custom metrics ourselves is a massive advantage that Clarisights has compared to many other tools, this way we can get all our data bucketed under terms that are familiar to anyone in our company. 

As I have been a heavy user for the last 5years I have seen massive strides made by Clarisights team, especially when it comes to loading speed which in comparison to other reporting tools we use, is faster on Clarisights or at least on par. Kudos team!

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

There is not much to dislike about Clarisights. Of course, there are still minor bugs coming up, however, our feedback is taken seriously and it is not long until those bugs are addressed.

Clarisights combines all our affiliate marketing data (Awin, GA, backend) with all relevant metrics (like CR) in one place.

The platform is very intuitive and flexible like Excel, but also governed and scalable like a BI tool. 

Before Clarisights, our data was spread across Tableau, GA, platform and spreadsheets. 
we had problems with numbers not matching
After 2 weeks with Clarisights, all the spreadsheets were gone.

The Customer Success team is stellar - they provide best practices and great report templates.

We have been using Clarisights for the last 5 years, one of the best things about Clarisights is the ease with which we can connect our ad channels/ internal attribution data and start using the data right away. Our reporting requirements change very often due to the dynamic nature of the business but all of them can be done on Clarisights within a short period of time. Clarisights also gives us really good support on a day-to-day basis and are always helping us with the best practises.

I don't have many complaints with them, even when there are issues with data, team resolves them quickly for us.

Clarisights is the one source of truth for the advertising team. We can analyse the daily performance of our campaigns and also quickly carry out the ad-hoc analysis without much help from the data team. They were also flexible in getting our revenue data refreshed at a higher frequency so we could optimise our campaigns better.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

Clarisights help us bring all data points together in one place, and lets us create and customize the reports the way we need them. Eventually, it becomes this power tool that connects multiple channels in one place where we view the metrics we use everyday to make data-driven decisions to optimize our campaigns, and even do budgeting forecasts for the upcoming quarters. One of the many reasons why I enjoy using Clarisights is that it allows the users to visualize these data points in various ways which helps convey the narrative way easier to any audience inside our company.

I also believe that the customer success managers are very capable and helpful. If there's any issue with a pipeline delay or a mismatch between the numbers on Clarisights and on our internal reporting tools, they come to our aid swiftly to resolve the issues.

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

Perhaps the only thing I could write here as a con about Clarisights is that once in a blue moon, there happens pipeline delays where the data are delayed for a couple of hours, but again, this is a rare occurrance.

**What problems is Clarisights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a business that operates in more than 10 markets with dozens of different channels, marketing platforms and internal reporting tools, bringing numbers together can get quite chaotic easily. Advertising spends on Meta, platform conversions, voucher redemptions and the clickthrough rate of the creatives are all different pieces of the puzzle that only make sense when they are viewed together, and that's exactly where Clarisights comes to the rescue. Not only it helps view all metrics and data points in one place, and in the way the user wants to read - but it also helps put together multiple different data points into easily digestable graphs. At the end of the day, having one source of truth instead of navigating between several different platforms makes it so much easier for everyone in the business, not only for the analytics or the marketing people.

Clarisights' interface is intuitive, and it is very easy to use by both data analysts and marketing professionals.
The tool supports collaboration through shared dashboards, fostering teamwork and ensuring stakeholders are aligned with the latest data insights. The platform supports Explorer view to make changes to a dashboard for self analysis without saving the changes.
The platform also supports advanced level of customization in terms of custom variables to meet different kinds of business needs.
It can also be integrated with various sources like Google analytics, MMPs and ofcourse Social media business managers like Meta, Reddit, TikTok etc. which helps in developing a unified view of performance.
And the best part is the automation capabilities. Custom scripts can be developed to fetch data from Clarisighrts and use them in weekly report writing etc.

It is more of a limitation of other dependent sources as many times the data is delayed to show in reports. 
The preview of ads from Meta or TikTok also doesnt work most of the times.

Effective data democratization for marketers.

Before Clarisights, we were using Adverity for ETL and Tableau for visualization.
This was rather slow and inflexible. Data was often wrong and we had to wait weeks for new reports and visualizations. Adverity lacked a lot of visualization options, so we still had to update reports in Excel every week.
Tableau reporting was inflexible and not granular enough. Daily and weekly reporting was mainly on spreadsheets. It was not enough for granular analysis like creative or keyword performance.

With Clarisights, this is much easier. Marketers can create and edit metrics, dashboards, widgets, etc. Also effective collaboration among teams and external agencies is now possible. It’s like our single source of truth for everything data and insights. For management, controlling, channel managers, and external agencies. The platform is used daily.
Clarisights was up and running within one week - implementation was very easy.

Big plus: great customer success team - very supportive, combining performance marketing with data expertise.

2. It has features to group your dimensions and aggregate your metrics making the data from various sources to blend in.

A great use case is to see SEM and SEO data in a combined view for keyword research and cannibalization assessment. Data is automatically aggregated and can be broken down by country.

**What do you like best about Clarisights?**

Our entire team of 35 people, including leadership, team leads, channel managers, specialists, and the creative team, along with our agencies and partners, uses it as our single source of truth.

We were previously using Tableau, which was not working for us. It was not possible to cover use cases like weekly reviews, creative analysis, budget pacing, etc. Any change would require support from our BI team, so we were always waiting for them, sometimes for 4 weeks. We had a lot of spreadsheets.

Clarisights covers all our use cases. For example, we run our WBRs in Clarisights, write notes on hypotheses, decisions, etc. It’s very useful to collaborate across teams.

The platform is very easy to use for everyone on the team. And we’re able to customize it to our needs - custom metrics, naming conventions, etc.

The customer success team is very helpful. We have a joint Teams chat and they respond very quickly. They also share useful resources, tip, and best practices.

**What do you dislike about Clarisights?**

From time to time, data is delayed by 1 to 2 hours. The team communicates this on the Teams chat though. And I think it has to do with the APIs, so nothing that is under their control.

The best thing I like about Clarisights is, getting to know how your business is going with a 360 perspective in a minute. You don't need to download and combine your reports offline. 
I frequently use it. In fact, I am the top user in the list of spent most time on Clarisights.
Implementation process is very straightforward. You just need to connect your accounts and voila!
And our point of contact Monodeep is very responsive and intelligent.

Clarisights is used daily for all sorts of reporting by every member of our performance marketing team. It’s essential. And I personally like many things, including:
- Easy to use on many levels such as partners integration and data visualization. 
- Very supportive and friendly staff, on top of every issue and eager to solve it quickly.

The team is very keen to keep the user experience easy. They perform surveys from time to time where everyone can openly share their feedback. So, I cannot recall anything that was not mentioned in the surveys already.
