I like how they show top publishers and overall performance. Also the commission management is very easy with Partnerize. Partnerize makes managing an affiliate platform easy, however there are some down sides. One is that it is very hard to find publishers, as you can sometimes use their name or ID and they will not come up. If this was fixed it would make adding new publishers much easier.
