For immediate tracking (7 days, last month, etc.), it's straightforward to get the reporting I need, but if I need something in a larger time frame (say a three-year history), I have to reach out to my account strategist because the reporting platform will time out. **What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Partnerize allows our eCommerce business to scale sales aggressively while being able to control costs and keep them within a confirmed budget. It's truly an all-in-one platform that has amazing capabilities. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** I wish that they developed more strict requirements for vetting new partners before allowing them onto the platform. While they have a tremendous amount of high-quality partners, there's a lot of inferior ones too. They also need to put controls in place that stop potential partners from repeatedly contacting you to request to join your campaign. Additionally, we are trying to diversify our channel mix and not be so reliant on channels such as paid search. Partnerize has allowed us to do precisely that, and we're just getting started. Every single employee I've had contact with has been more than helpful, passionate and caring which goes a long way in the partnership industry. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** The manual invoicing which isn't ideal but from memory there's some sort of legal barrier on your end here so understand there's not much you can do. Also really minor but in reporting now the 'conversions' and 'clicks' appears on different pages. This was difficult to manage in the past however the platform's Communication Tool has evolved and can now reach various email addresses. We now benefit from improved and more efficient communication lines with partners. The Affiliate channel has always been a consistent performer that we depend on for generating sales from our traditional mix of affiliates. Whilst we achieve a constant flow of traffic and revenue, finding that next new partnership to grow the channel can often be difficult when juggling every other task on the plate. Working closely with Partnerize's Customer Success team to utilise their Partner Discovery tool has allowed us to easily find new suitable partners, as well as making SurfStitch's campaign more visible and accessible than ever. It really saves me a lot of time and effort when trying to grow the channel and our breadth of partners. ### 24. They take the connection past the platform and into the industry through brand to brand introductions as well as recommendations on who to work with on the platform. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** Sometimes it can be very time consuming to connect with a new partner via the platform and then onboard with that partner. Another thing is that a few partners will be categorised under their operating country, i.e. UK or US, but also have an audience in AUS... Unfortunately you won't know that until you have a conversation with that partner. It would be nice to have a "media" kit on audience size in each country they are active in. If I had to be nitpicky and choose something it would likely be something along the lines of the reporting. The more advanced reporting is somewhat limited when it comes to pivoting the data with certain attributes. You're only allowed to create report pivots with some of the standard attributes, not with custom data, like publisher references. Not the end of the world though.
