**What do you like best about Singular?**

Singular is super useful because it brings all our marketing data into one place. It makes it really easy to track performance across different channels and quickly see what’s working and what’s not.

I especially like the flexible reporting and the ability to compare campaigns and ROAS without a lot of manual work. It saves a lot of time and helps us make faster decisions.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Sometimes the platform can be a bit slow, especially when working with larger datasets or more detailed reports. It can slow down the workflow when you need quick insights.

Also, some advanced features like creative analytics require additional upgrades, which can be a downside if you want everything in one place without extra costs.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular helps by bringing all our marketing data into one place, which makes daily work much easier. Instead of jumping between tools, I can track performance, compare campaigns, and analyze results in one dashboard.

I also really like the flexibility — being able to customize dashboards and create custom metrics based on our needs is a big plus. On top of that, their support team is very responsive and always helpful when we need assistance.

There are quite some limitations on the amount of data that can be extracted through the website dashboard; especially troublesome is the fact that there is no longer an option to extract Publisher level data across different apps/networks

**Recommendations to others considering Singular:**

Once the integration is complete and the data that you see is validated, it's a great tool to have as it will reduce the amount of headache you would be getting if you needed to gather your data from different partner dashboards.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular has helped us massively improve our in-house BI as well as gave us a significant opportunity to see and evaluate our revenue, broken down by different dimensions, all in one place.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

I like how Creative IQ in Singular helps me see the creative performance of each of my campaigns, something I would otherwise have to do manually, which saves time and effort. I also appreciate that the team always provided step-by-step guided support for the initial setup of Singular, which makes the process of starting to use the tool much easier.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

I don't feel that Singular is very intuitive at the UX level and understanding where to look for each thing. It could be simpler. It could be better if there were descriptions within each section that said what can be done there, or if things were visually well separated and with simple, non-technical language.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Singular to review the performance of my Paid Media campaigns. It resolves data unification and extraction, and with Creative IQ I can see the creative performance of the campaigns without having to review them manually one by one.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

You can easily create reports that summarize the impact of your campaigns through all the funnel, analyze the data and trends to get some insights that you may not be able to get using only the data from the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) 

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Still a lot of information but the GUI helps a lot to get only what you want, maybe an easy access guide to understand that the metrics mean and their differences with one antoher.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unify all the marketing channels in one platform without further need of attention, once you set it all up you can track the marketing campaigns one with the other and see the benefit it may give some combination. The information for every client, tracking it even when they have a different device (cross device service) gives a full view of what the customer is doing before and after the purchase.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

I use Singular for tracking data and attribution for my advertising campaigns, especially for mobile games. I find it very helpful because I don't need an SDK for most of my needs, as Singular provides a solution for that. I like that all the data I need is in one place, which allows me to implement all the metrics and events, as well as analyze my campaign data needed to make the best decisions for my campaigns. One of the things I really appreciate about Singular is the support I get from them. We connect through Slack and email, but on Slack, they reply quickly, are very supportive, and always look for the best possible solutions for me. I also have an account manager and a support team that provide feedback and solutions within a very short time through Slack. The initial setup was straightforward and easy, mainly because we received support from day one.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Maybe the education of users on how to use the features of the tool properly. I did go through training, but maybe I did not ask enough questions. And now I'm trying to figure things out myself, for some things, but it might be actually individual.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Singular for tracking data and attribution of my advertising campaigns. It connects the ad network to the data platform, making it easier to track campaign performance. I don't need an SDK for most and all necessary data is in one place for analysis.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

I use Singular as my MMP to analyze data related to monetization and user acquisition and to share data that helps optimize my campaigns with various networks. It helps me analyze data more quickly and reach more user acquisition networks. I would highlight the customer service, with an account manager whom I meet with monthly and a Slack group with different people who resolve my queries. Its price is very competitive for companies that scale thanks to user acquisition and monetize through ads. Singular is cheaper than other options on the market. Very simple, we are a small team and in a few days we had everything ready.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The accuracy of the data is high but it lacks collecting, for example, the revenue generated by some networks, such as the Admob waterfall.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Singular as my MMP to analyze monetization and user acquisition data, reaching more acquisition networks quickly and optimizing campaigns. It allows me to share data easily.

I really like how Singular helps us measure, unify, and optimize our acquisition performance across all digital channels. It gives us a clear, reliable view of our growth engine. Also, Singular connects marketing activity with real business outcomes, showing us which channels actually drive quality users and revenue, not just clicks or installs. What stands out is its operational usefulness for the growth team, centralizing data from all our partners and channels into one consistent view. This saves us a lot of manual work and avoids conflicting numbers across platforms. We value the flexibility of the dashboards and the ability to slice performance by cohort, channel, and campaign to understand not just volume but quality. What I like best about Singular is its flexibility and transparency in data analysis. It allows me to quickly connect cost, attribution, and performance metrics in one place, which makes decision-making much faster and more reliable.

I also really value the customizable dashboards and reporting, as well as the ability to deep-dive into performance by source, campaign, and creative. Overall, it’s a very strong tool for daily UA analysis and long-term strategic insights.

What I dislike about Singular is that cost integrations can sometimes be complex and unstable, especially when working with non-standard partners or custom setups. When something breaks, it’s not always immediately clear where the issue is, which can slow down analysis.

Additionally, some workflows and UI elements are not always intuitive, and require extra explanation or support to use efficiently.

Singular solves the problem of fragmented marketing data by bringing attribution, cost, and performance metrics from multiple sources into a single platform. This eliminates the need to manually combine data from different tools and reduces the risk of errors.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The interface is very user-friendly and greatly facilitates the creation of reports to analyze different campaigns within the app. Additionally, it allows us to clearly see the attribution that the campaigns are having.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Something I don't like is that the platform has a limit on conversion events for display, which doesn't allow me to see all the events I have available. To be able to consult them, I must modify them from the platform or search for them in my cloud, which sometimes takes more time.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems that Singular solves is that it allows me to correctly measure the attribution of my app campaigns. This facilitates better decision-making, always data-driven, and a more efficient distribution of the advertising budget. Before, with the tool we had, we couldn't see the attribution and it was very difficult to measure the real performance of an app campaign.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

What I like most about Singular is the support from the team, especially from Eduardo Ochoa, who has always accompanied us a lot throughout this process. Additionally, I like the interface and how the dashboard is very easy to manage and read the data.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

It could be improved a bit to understand what each metric is for, and in the guides within the platform, to have something guided for us, or well, for people who are new to Singular, to be able to detail more like what each of the metrics means and what we are seeing, and not have to go read the documentation or ask the person who advises us. Also, the initial setup was not so easy, as it is a new tool that neither the client nor we were familiar with.

I use Singular to see the attribution of all campaigns and sources, both paid and organic, and to correctly attribute what happens in the application. We switched to Singular because it allows us to track on any platform, not just on Google like Firebase.

I use Singular to attribute my app installs to my marketing campaigns and analyze the best media sources to invest in. It's helpful for tracking all the attribution for my marketing campaigns and seeing all the money invested in different marketing platforms in one place. I really like the personalized attention they give to their customers, Eduardo Ochoa specially. Whenever we don't know how to analyze something, they kindly offer us assistance. Connecting Singular to Snowflake via SDK allows us to consume the info by SQL easily. Finally, I'd rate the likelihood of recommending Singular a solid 10 out of 10.

The attribution for iOS users. There are many iOS users that are not attributed properly. It could be better tracked for them to have a source.

I use Singular for internal and affiliate data analysis, and one aspect I value is the experience with Affiliates, especially the possibility of customization and the ability to implement anti-fraud rules. This helps me have more clarity and security when investing in app campaigns. Additionally, the support from the account manager greatly facilitated the initial setup of Singular.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

Unfortunately, it is difficult to identify a positive feature at this time, as the core functionality I purchased the plan for—Amazon advertising integration—is not working as expected.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

I find that Singular doesn't give me the ability to see my Amazon advertising data on the dashboard, and I get no results from it. The service doesn't offer the data needed to optimize my campaigns, which is frustrating after purchasing a plan. They ask for more money for bigger plans at every opportunity. The support is painfully slow, with replies taking no less than 5 to 7 days. The documentation isn't a guide; it's unclear, especially for Amazon advertising. Also, the UI looks really old, like it was built in 2010. Additionally, I'm upset that they refused to refund my money after I stopped using the service.

I used Singular because it was among the supported MMPs by Amazon Advertising and helped to see organic and paid installs from other platforms like Mintegral and Chartboost.

I like Singular's support because I believe the attention given is above the competition. I also consider that the costs are a reason why we switched to Singular from AppFlyer.

Perhaps, the technical training of your clients. We had a problem with the attribution model and it would have been easy to detect the functioning of Singular from the early stages of the project.

Fast integration with marketing platforms and the ability to send external information. They’ve also released new features like MTA. It helps us understand our performance across multiple channels and optimize more effectively. We finally got our iOS campaigns working thanks to its features.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

We have a large list of products, and we can’t always see every event on the dashboard. Because of that limitation, we sometimes need to do part of the work outside of Singular.

What I like most about Singular is that the platform is very easy to use and offers a wide range of reporting options, along with multiple attribution configuration settings. Additionally, our contact, Eduardo Ochoa, is constantly showing us new ways to find insights using these tools.

I’d like to be able to see all app events in the Singular dashboard, not just the few success events we’re able to configure.

What I like best about Singular is having a single, reliable source of truth for UA cost and performance data. The platform aggregates data across all channels in a consistent way, which makes reporting and analysis much faster and more accurate.

The cost aggregation is especially valuable, it reduces manual reconciliation, helps catch discrepancies early, and gives confidence that decisions are based on correct data. The UI is also intuitive, making it easy to drill down by channel, geo, or campaign without additional data manipulation.

Overall, Singular saves time, improves data quality, and enables better, faster decision-making.

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit complex and not very intuitive at first. Creating custom reports or finding specific metrics sometimes takes longer than expected, especially for new users.

Singular offers a platform that’s easy to implement and use. It allows us to work with multiple publishers while keeping a unified view of costs and all key KPIs. But I believe what truly sets Singular apart is its proactive and responsive support. Every time we’ve had a need or faced a challenge, they’ve helped us activate or even develop a tailored solution.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

There’s not much I can say we dislike — only that the user interface could be a bit better and more intuitive. It’s not a deal breaker, as it works well, but it could definitely be improved.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular is our first-ever MMP at Rentcars. In my previous roles, I’ve worked with competing MMPs, and I can say with confidence that we’re not missing any solution we need to address the challenges we faced here.

One of our biggest priorities was diversifying acquisition and retargeting channels—something we’ve successfully achieved thanks to Singular’s attribution and measurement capabilities. We also needed a smart tool to segment real, high-value audiences within the app, and with Singular, we can now do that effectively.

For Rentcars, having a unified view of the cost of every partnership is essential to understand exactly how much each channel delivers in terms of CAC and ROI. Only after implementing Singular did this become possible for the Rentcars app on both Android and iOS.

The next step—something Singular already offers—is to fully implement Web-to-App integration, unlocking even more growth potential across our ecosystem.

As a media specialist who has worked with other MMPs (like Adjust and AppsFlyer), I find Singular to be the most complete and reliable solution on the market. Its unified dashboard makes it easy to monitor spend, attribution, revenue, and user events in one place.

The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and speaks our local language (Portuguese), which makes onboarding and troubleshooting much smoother. Their fraud prevention capabilities are solid and work in real-time, helping us save media budget by blocking invalid installs and clicks.

One of the aspects I appreciate most is how easy it is to implement and integrate Singular with our stack. The onboarding was smooth, and the platform connects seamlessly with our media partners, analytics tools, and internal systems — which helped us get up and running quickly with minimal dev effort.

There’s honestly nothing I strongly dislike about Singular. I think Singular could improve the transparency in pricing tiers.

It allows us to track performance across different media channels in a fast and reliable way, without depending on each platform's own reporting. Another major benefit is fraud detection and prevention, especially with affiliate campaigns. Singular’s fraud protection tools have helped us avoid paying for invalid traffic and fake installs — directly increasing the ROI of our campaigns by eliminating waste.

We're also excited about Creative IQ, a new feature we’re planning to test soon. We believe it will bring valuable insights on creative performance, helping us optimize assets more efficiently and make better creative decisions based on data.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The most helpful elements are the customer support and the intuitive interface. For me, I handle our UA, and even I can set up attribution links and data connectors without much issue. When there's an issue, I'm also able to troubleshoot very easily. ChatGPT does a great job of going through Singular's support docs, and since the docs are so thorough, I can get step by step instructions on almost any issue.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The major downside of using Singular is that Singular is not the preferred MMP of many advertisers, so they often get access to attribution features last. For example, TT has a new dashboard that I've wanted to use, but I can't since Singular can't attribute from that dashboard yet. I'll also say that because Singular is less popular our advertising reps are less familiar with how to advise us on it when we have issues. Singular's reps make up for this, but it's another round of telephone that can get annoying.

Singular does our attribution for mobile advertising, and this benefits our business because we have more clarity in which sources are driving attributable impact. This helps us spend dollars where they are most essential and avoid wasted spend.
