What do you dislike about Kochava?

Kochava does seem to be behind sometimes on more innovative solutions, especially for the mobile app install industry. The focus on providing a variety of services for different marketers and working towards an omni-channel solution might mean they leave behind some other core-initiatives. What do you like best about Kochava?

We use Kochava as our MMP for tracking our in app conversion data across platforms. I like that the ease of use and the ease of implementation. Our support team is knowledgeable and always available to help. Doing network integrations are simple and straightforward. I use the dashboards a lot for troubleshooting and attribution analyses across devices. I use Kochava almost daily, but mostly on a weekly basis for media reporting purposes. I like how easy it is to retrieve and visualize the exact data I need using the filter options, so I can analyze the campaigns I’m focused on. For specific use cases that involve adding a conversion tracker to a website, it’s not as easy as I’d like to verify that the advertiser has set the tracker up correctly. Areas of opportunity were the user interface, which presented a significant learning curve. However, Kochava has since rolled out a new UI and implemented a few additional updates that are extremely helpful.
