I like the amount of tracking and reporting Kochava provides. It helps us monitor purchases, analyze campaign costs, and understand funnel performance in one place. There are a lot of features available, and the newer dashboard has made it much easier to filter data, understand performance, and find the information we need. Some of the reporting can still feel complicated, especially when trying to combine cost, revenue, purchase activity, and customer-related information into one clear report. I really appreciate Kochava's ability to problem solve and their out-of-the-box thinking. They come up with solutions even for things they might not have in their current toolset, and they enjoy hearing client feedback to improve their product offerings. I also find it valuable that Kochava becomes an extension of our internal team, goingbove and beyond to ensure we succeed. The support team is top-notch, consistently being available, even before we had finalized our contracts with them. Additionally, the SDK implementation was fairly easy, and the team was super helpful and supportive during the onboarding process. I also enjoy their annual client summit, which provides great insights, informative sessions, and networking opportunities to connect with others in the space. From a marketing standpoint, there are no issues that I can think of that Kochava is not delivering on. Our dev team has asked for a custom solution that has not been prioritized yet. So I think that's probably the only thing I can think of, from our experience to date, that's there was not an immediate solve for, but its a custom ask, so i can't say there have been any issues. I find their customer service to be incredible and appreciate the partnership they facilitate. Their reps are incredibly helpful, always willing to jump on calls whenever needed to think through complex problems and build out custom solutions. It's unmatched in this industry. Kochava does seem to be behind sometimes on more innovative solutions, especially for the mobile app install industry. The focus on providing a variety of services for different marketers and working towards an omni-channel solution might mean they leave behind some other core-initiatives. We use Kochava as our MMP for tracking our in app conversion data across platforms. I like that the ease of use and the ease of implementation. Our support team is knowledgeable and always available to help. Doing network integrations are simple and straightforward. I use the dashboards a lot for troubleshooting and attribution analyses across devices. I use Kochava almost daily, but mostly on a weekly basis for media reporting purposes. The biggest challenge that we're running into in measuring our CTV advertising is that much of the tracking is done through view-through attribution. That makes it somewhat difficult to compare to other channels. However, this is not a Kochava problem so much as a CTV problem, and I believe Kochava has the tools to help us figure this out. I like how easy it is to retrieve and visualize the exact data I need using the filter options, so I can analyze the campaigns I’m focused on. For specific use cases that involve adding a conversion tracker to a website, it’s not as easy as I’d like to verify that the advertiser has set the tracker up correctly. I think the best thing about Kochava is their customer success team. They're super responsive and nice people to work with. Kochava helps our clients have one source of truth, as they compare our performance with our competitors. It alleviates work that would've fallen onto my company.
