The thing I actually liked best about Triple Whale was the customer service. At the time of use, my customer service representative's name was Renee (not sure if she is still with the company). Renee would jump on calls with me all the time to answer questions and provide screen share walkthroughs. Her help was invaluable! When I was using Triple Whale, our client had a hard time believing the numbers that were coming from one platform v. another (for example, Google Ads v. Facebook sales). Because Triple Whale was giving us third party data without any wonky attribution windows, the team was able to best make marketing and sales decisions moving forward. The team used Triple Whale almost daily to run through numbers with our clients, and they were very trusting of the platform. Although Amazon Sales can be integrated with Triple Whale, there are many functionalities that do not take this sales channel in consideration making it hard to consolidate information.
