**What do you like best about Triple Whale?**

TW's "Pixel" is a powerful attribution tool, especially for longer, many-touch buying cycles like my business offers. The feature set offers a glimpse into which channels and campaigns convert to purchase and mid-funnel email signups.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

It's limited regarding online-to-offline attribution and other more granular email metrics for businesses that aren't pure Online DTC Shopify Brands. And out of the gate, it's a bit pricey. It might be helpful to introduce an entry-level pricing tier.

**What problems is Triple Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, nothing so far. I appreciate being able to integrate every marketing platform we use. I love having accurate data in a convenient format.

The different levels of context you get from an ads POV but also from their Affluencer Hub. A large part of our business is influencer marketing and understanding that deeper is so valuable. I thought I knew our data but this has helped me so much!

I just feel that there is so much I still need to learn but that is not a true dislike. I just like to fully use platforms so that is a good thing and will get better over time.

Everything all in one place to help us understand not only what ads are working, but the numbers behind our business and our clients. I also appreciate all of the updates that are always happening.

There are so many tiers for the pricing, I would like to have a one size fits all approach. Even if it was with pixel and all of those features and then not with the pixel.

We are able to make more decisions for our brands that are more closely aligned with their goals. The biggest benefit is spending money on ads that are actually working right now.

Atributtion is the most helpful thing, I can see big differences between what Triple Whale says an ad sold and what Meta says. Also seeing the entire purchase of a customer after they click an add and what they bought is very valuable.

The dashboard part, for some reason the data is not correct, its as if the dont take into account returns or something, on the dashboard I get overestimated sales and ROAS

Attribution 100%, knowing which ads are working and which arent, that way I can optimize our budget. Also seeing the purchase process and the products customers buy after seeing an ad

The ease of use and how straight forward it is to integrate Klaviyo. I am an email consultancy owner and it really helps my clients get the correct attributions for email over GA.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

I wish TW had a nicer way of integrating with a mobile device or ways to see data easier while on the go. I am also a Full Time Dad and sometimes I'm stuck working from my phone when we're out and about.

Triple Whale is helping me show the correct attribution for Email Marketing & SMS. It has a more even playing field when it comes to attribution across all channels.

Very useful for top down view for a very fast reporting. Supports and tracks many different platforms as well.  almost a no brainer for pulling out stats quickly.

However, some stats are not so accurate in pulling in data; they do not tally with shopify

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Not being able to pull out the daily stats/ metrics to analyse in Excel. I would have liked to go deeper to see how it does on a daily basis or create my own custom reports.

Helps greatly with my reporting to the higherups. Saves me a lot of time logging in to each and every campaign and digging out data. However, it lacks the ability to draw out specific metrics for more detailed dive through and also somehow, for all my campaigns / shopify, there is a slight amount that does not Tally

Triplewhale offers many features, from creative reporting and merchandising data to attribution data. Their team seems always to be building a great next tool to improve the experience on Triplewhale.

Doesn't seem their focus is on their core product; attribution. Seems like they're scaling horizontally but their attribution is to provide more questions than answers at this point.

Well, the goal was for triple-whale to provide information on understanding where our ads are doing great and doing badly. At the moment, it's able to tell you the information  based on their Triple Attribution Model but doesn't seem to really impact the bottom line.

Love how their platform is made for both founders and for marketers. Easy to navigate and understand. They develop new features and products at lightning speed and all around an awesome team.

They move very fast so sometimes the software can be glitchy at times. Other than that, I do not have anything negative to say about the platform. Really great experience so far.

I need an IOS for my entire company. I believe they are on their way to building this. They solve the simple problem of putting everything in a single location which is what is most needed for e-com founders.

I wish it would either do or feed more actionable data to rebuy or make new bundles regonize costmer intent ... to make my data in furthermore actionable because it a businesses biggest asset today

We love having triple whale for checking against what the advertising platforms report directly. The custom metrics are also incredibly useful for us. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and hope they continue to refine and add new features.

No global Amazon yet. That's a big one for me. I've also experienced one or two major tracking glitches, which was a but concerning but ultimately was resolved.

Triple whale is solving our attribution blindness. With how slim the roas can be in platforms like Facebook, its vital for us to understand how it contributes to driving sales further down the pipeline.

Getting TW was one of the best decisions we made. It is helping us to optimise our growth and performance media efforts in the best way and provide a true reflection of our performance. Helpful to have all data in one platform, and I really enjoy the new updates that are providing more and more insights into consumer behaviour and creativity.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

I don't have anything particular to dislike. One thing I would be excited to get further improved is the creative hub and analytics - currently finding a bit difficult to use, and I don't think it provides the full picture, but I am sure it is just a atter of time.

It is providing me with a clear understanding of my performance media spending & ROAS, which is crucial for a start-up and limited budget to maximise efficiencies.

Triplewhale is fantastic in the layout and depth to which it gives data. The different attribution models really help to paint a picture of what's going on across platforms. The best feature is the customer journey which allows us to see the most taken paths in the marketing funnel for each order.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Nothing as of yet. We are still trying to understand why totals don't match up between 1st click, last click and equal attribution. Other than learning more about the program, it seems great!

Triple Whale is allowing us to have all our data in one spot while also allowing us to see the customer journey through. It is also so important for us to be able to see the true attribution through different models whereas other programs only allow for one click attribution.

As a dashboard, triple whale works great. It's easy to use, clear, simple and has lots of intuitive little features. The support team are also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

It's VERY expensive for what it is. It's hard to even work out if it provides ANY value to the business whatsoever. I also don't like the annual revenue-based pricing model. a monthly sessions model would make more sense. 
I crossed over into the next plan by a few thousand dollars.. and my plan increased in price by 30%. i'm not recieving 30% more value, or costing TW any more for moving into this plan.. so why am i paying it?

it makes it easy to view data from our ads manager and other e-commerce metrics. It is also supposedly helping with attribution - but I can't confirm or deny this.

The creative cockpit is a game changer to see what ads are performing. It has streamlined our reporting and has made our lives so much easier! 10/10 recommend especially when testing.

Sometimes the attribution is a little wonky compared to GA. Also, the affluencer hub only allows for one platform placement. When we are working with influencers sometimes they are cross-posting across multiple platforms.

Triple Whale is helping us more accurately attribute sales to different channels. We are currently testing top of funnel marketing placements and Triple Whale has helped us clearly identify opportunities to move forward with.

**What do you like best about Triple Whale?**

The best thing about using Triple Whale is the convenience of having all your marketing data in one place. I usually check yesterday's TW dashboard first thing in the morning (yes, even before coffee). I can manage my advertising more effectively by having a consistent daily pulse on these numbers.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

I think there could be speed improvements to the platform itself. You may grow tired of seeing a whale animation instead of your data as sometimes the dashboard just won't load.

**What problems is Triple Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to know how much revenue we are making (Shopify + Amazon) and how much we are spending in total on ads every day.

Because TW provides in a neat package I can manage ad spend and allocation effectively at the macro scale. I was doing this before manually in sheets, but it was tedious.

**What do you like best about Triple Whale?**

TW gave clarity on where orders were coming from- especially on orders that were placed from a customer who viewed an ad MONTHS ago. We would not have been able to get that visibility otherwise, not on Shopify or Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Only "dislike" would be the potential learning curve to understand how to use the product if you are brand-new to attribution software, but I think most media buyers would be just fine. TW provides a lot of learning material to get onboarded.

**What problems is Triple Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping determine what ads are profitable, and where customers are initially seeing our brand on the customer journey. When an order comes in I can see if it's because of an ad from months before.

Also the creative cockpit has analytics that are easy to visualize- even for the less data-heavy members on our team.

I like seeing a dashboard with all our core KPIs. Seeing some of the different attribution between platform and TW is good, I'm just not fully sure which is more accurate yet.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Still not sure exactly how their attribution modeling is working and why it varies so much from platform in certain cases. I wish there were also freemium versions of some of the other features to test out, like the creative cockpit.

It's helping us with reporting and seeing a holistic view of marketing. It helps us analyze campaigns by seeing a different attribution model than the platform.

Easy to use platform, really helpful team. Insights we weren't getting directly from the ad platforms. Overall a great tool. Also loved the post-purchase survery tool!

It was a bit pricey for us as a small brand. I don't think the pricing structure was so fair as it was based on gross sales. Also, the site would not load sometimes. Small bugs.

Seeing a real ROAS was why we decided to go with Triple Whale. It helps us spend smarter on our ads. The post-purchase survey also helped us understand where customers are coming from & their value.

Pros: 
1- actively listen to their customers to improve their product.
2- Easy to use and loads quickly (other attribution softwares aren't very intuitive and load slowly)
3- Many different options with attribution
4- More than just attribution, it has many worthwhile features like the creative hub and post purchase survey.
5- They have tons of funding and are a preferred partner of Shopify.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Cons:
1- As all attribution software are, they are very click-reliant.
2- It's always difficult to parse out the difference in why FB/Google might be reporting one way whereas Triplewhale is totally different.

**What problems is Triple Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important thing that Triplewhale is solving for us is putting all channels and platforms on a level playing field where we can judge them apples-to-apples, rather than trying to compare channels that operate very differently.

Our rep was really friendly, very smart, and even if they didn't know the answer, he really dug hard and deep to find it. His answers in slack were always very detailed and his response time was excellent. I really enjoyed the slack channel, Narwhal Nation, as well as the one with just our TW rep.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Honestly, not much because even if there was a function that did not exist yet, our reps were willing to create workarounds to accomplish what we needed. And then put in an internal request to get that setup.

**What problems is Triple Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Triple Whale was able to help us determine who new customers were in our platforms including Google, TikTok, etc. This allowed our client to retarget to those new customers with upcoming products and see what initiatives brought in new customers.

The creative cockpit is super helpful. Being able to quickly visualize live ads with leading indicators has helped accelerate our decision-making in regards to ad creative.

**What do you dislike about Triple Whale?**

Nothing in particular from a functionality perspective. Though it would be nice if there was an all-inclusive price point instead of paying for feature add-ons.

It has proven what our media team knew to be true, but struggled to definitively prove - that our ROAS is higher than what we're actually seeing in platform. It has also provided interesting insight in terms of the products that are frequently purchased together.

The integration with all the platforms to accurately measure attribution and the different attribution methods available. The integration with Kno PPS is crucial for true attribution to alternative platforms.

An easy snapshot to understand where your money is coming from and where you are spending your money accordingly. The Summary tab does a great job at a glance so you don't have to manually calculate your COGS, Ad spend, etc to figure out profit.

Right now they are limited to not being able to filter the Summary to exclude certain sales channels. For example, I am curious to see what our wholesale net profit is per day vs. our DTC net profit. Right now they don't have the ability to separate those orders to show me the exact numbers.

If you have highly performing ads already and want to get the UTM link in place, for a short while until the ads pick back up, it will hurt performance. (this could be 1 day or even more, depending on how much budget you are playing with)

The speed at which triple whale introduce new features and improve the product is astounding, the value that is created is fantastic. Tried polar pixel before which didn't work great and this has certainly solved our issues.

Biggest downside I have is new features usually aren't the most rounded and a bit rough round the edges (which is to be expected with the speed they're released) Also the user interface could do with matching up or maybe a rethink as icons can be quite confusing or produce unexpected results.

We love having all of our data located in one centralized dashboard for easy viewing. We've connected Meta ads, Email, SMS, Google Ads, and Amazon. So far, we've been very impressed with customer service and have used TW to make strategic business decisions.

There is definitely a learning curve to setting this up and analyzing correctly! I believe I had 3 separate onboarding calls and still don't think I use TW to it's potential.

Undertstanding the conversion metrics on our paid advertising channels has been our top priority with TW. As we can no longer trust Meta's Business Manager (and spend most of our budget there), having these insights was the reason we signed up. They're working out some bugs, and some take a bit longer to work out than others (creative cockpit reporting bug), but it's understandable for a complex software company rolling out new and amazing features often.

Triple Whale for us is mainly solving attribution for us. Different platforms have different attribution models and like to take as much credit as possible and leave large discrepancies/holes. Comprehensive reporting and attribution tracking.  I've started using TW as my primary dashboard for the business. It is that good.

It's transformed the management of our ad campaigns and has proven invaluable to both myself and our ad agency.

Wish they had support for Microsoft Ads natively. Doesn't allow custom imports of campaign data. I think Microsoft Ads support is coming soon though.
