As a user I feel really comfortable using the partner portal as it is very well designed. All the options are easily visible and moreover, Zinfi is even helping the partner in marketing their products and services to the right market through the portal. One more thing I like about Zinfi is that they are dealing in this niche market of partner or business management solutions and thereby successding in their B2B segment very well. I can see that Zinfi is partnered with Microsoft, Zoominfo and SugarCRM. **What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?** I dont think there are any actual downsides of the applications we use. we are very happy and satisfied with the services. However, we can recommend that Zinfi should expand its services and take care of full partner involvement cycle, maybe including follow up with customers on email.
