**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The thing I like most about impact.com is the speed of the support. Whenever we feel stuck or need help with something on the platform, we just submit a ticket or go on the chat, and someone immediately picks up our inquiry, making sure we don't feel alone. The support team replies to our queries very fast through the chat.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I wasn't happy with the dashboard initially, but impact.com recently updated it, and now it looks much more up to date and professional. Also, setting up the email sequences when reaching out to creators could be improved. The initial setup was about a seven out of 10 because we had to do several calls with the setup team and onboarding team and needed to handle some API work with developers.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage our affiliate program more efficiently. It centralizes affiliate recruitment and promotional activities, which is crucial for our small business where every minute matters.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like how Impact.com handles all the payments and partners, as well as the tracking. It allows us to manage our affiliate marketing channel in one central platform, which is really beneficial for a big company like ours, especially since our accounting department couldn't manage all the one-to-one relationships and track all the invoicing and billing. Plus, we have a limited IT department, so having everything handled by Impact.com is a huge help.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The PPV and contract process feels outdated, like it's stuck in the 90's. When trying to increase our scope and PPV mid-contract, we're told we can't do it unless we buy out the full-year contract, which doesn't give us the flexibility we need. In the past, we could adjust these, but something changed. I want the ability to adjust PPV on demand within the platform without having to accept additional tools or contact anyone, like how we can increase email volume easily with Klaviyo.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com centralizes our affiliate marketing, simplifying management of payments, partners, and tracking, which our accounting and limited IT department couldn't handle manually.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the ease of use and the ability to create links instantly with impact.com. I use it for my YouTube channel to review products, and it feels like the best tool for solving that problem. The process is literally just two steps where I can input the link I want to promote, and it creates an affiliate link for me. It's very easy for me to review products and track my earnings from every channel, knowing exactly how much I'm making and the sales I'm getting for them. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy with no issues, and the onboarding was simple and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only problem I faced was payouts because I'm not based in The US. But, yeah, it could be a little bit easier to get your payouts. That's about it.

I like how easy it is to track payments and users. It is very easy to use and understand. It is also very easy to integrate with almost any app and track how well our content is being shared. Great performance so far and if I have any questions or concerns they guide me through to find the issue and answer. Worth it if you are looking for efficiency and great price for something that works and produces results rather than just promises. Ai support it just as good as any other being very helpful but it gets to a point where it needs human intervention.

I would like it much more if support answered was a bit more accessible. I would like them to respond faster rather than going through ai support.

Impact is helping me partner with Base 44 and helping me fund my app and base 44 at the same time.

I really like the straightforward and easy dashboard of impact.com. It's easy to understand where you are, and it serves as a central hub to grab any assets needed for marketing campaigns. It makes it easy to run a new campaign, allowing me to grab banner ads, links, and creative all in one spot. The platform also tells me exactly what my earnings are, helping me figure out how to get more sales. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy to remember and straightforward.

I don't think the search works very well. I had a problem with my affiliate link not working, and it took me a long time to figure it out. The AI search feature and just going through the help page wasn't very effective.

I really like impact.com's Global Edge feature. It lets me connect with companies not just locally but in places like China, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US, which are actively looking for support. I can do all of this remotely, which makes it very convenient. The setup was pretty easy too, and they have something like a university where you can learn more if needed. It's pretty self-explanatory, and I appreciated how it helps me get contracts and connect with people interested in a pre-offer.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Well, I think it doesn't pay as well as other sources. I think the commission rates are, like,8, 10 15, 20%, and, as the kind of vendor I am, I like to target things that are 40% 40 to 60% ratio. Is my ideal target.

I use impact.com to connect with owners and white label companies, boosting my affiliate marketing, partnerships and advertising efforts globally, all done remotely.

I like the monetization structure of impact.com because I'm not paying a commission to the platform with each individual sale based on the size of the sale, unlike Commission Junction. The reporting is robust and easy to use, and just in general, the platform's easy to use. I appreciate the ability to pay a particular fee upfront based on our usage, as it makes more sense from a cost standpoint for our business. The reporting allows me to get specific per transaction level detail and reporting on fraudulent activity, along with aggregate reporting. It's all very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

For the affiliate management aspects of the platform, I have no concerns. With the tracking links area of the application (Altitude) I have had challenges.

impact.com lets us manage many publisher partners easily and boost revenue with an intuitive interface. It offers easy invoicing and reporting, robust monetization options without per-sale commissions, and detailed reporting on transactions and fraud, all while being simple to use.

As an affiliate, I appreciate the high-quality companies available to work with, which align with the interests of my audience. The dashboard is quite intuitive and easy to navigate; I find the tabs user-friendly. As an affiliate manager It's very straightforward to set up new client accounts, and the process of setting up tracking is not complicated, unlike some other networks. I really like the ability to recruit affiliates, influencers, and publishers easily into programs. The dashboard's design makes everything self-explanatory and helps me locate features quickly, saving valuable time. This efficiency is crucial for client satisfaction, allowing me to show results faster. I like that impact.com is super easy to use and very user-friendly. I can find what I need pretty quickly, which is a big plus for me. It's great that the companies I'm partnered with are all on impact.com, making it easier to manage my affiliate marketing. Instead of jumping to different websites, I can go to one platform and see all my numbers and how my clicks are doing.

I would love for the website or the app to work a lot better in order to help me generate links. It's really a complete pain and I can't use it on a mobile device. You have to get on a computer, which is really annoying.

I like how impact.com centralizes my affiliate partnerships and brand collaborations in one dashboard. It helps me easily track clicks, conversions, commissions, and payment statuses, which saves me a lot of time. I can quickly see which campaigns are performing well, track my commissions without having to contact each brand individually, and monitor when payments are pending or completed. Having one platform for affiliate partnerships and payment tracking makes everything much easier.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One area that could be improved is the payout process. Even after my payments are approved and unlocked which can already take months, I still have to wait if the brand hasn’t funded its impact.com account. As a creator, this makes it difficult to plan my finances because there’s no guarantee I'll receive payment on the expected payout date. I think impact.com should require brands to maintain sufficient funds for creator payout before allowing them to launch new collaborations or affiliate campaigns. The initial setup was a bit of a struggle. I originally joined impact.com specifically for Walmart Creator program, so it wasn’t immediately clear how to expand my account to work with other brands and affiliate partnerships. There was a learning curve in understanding how the platform was structured beyond Walmart. Once I figured it out, it became much easier to navigate, but I think the onboarding process could do a better job of explaining how creators can use the platform for multiple brand partnerships.

I like the fact that a brand that reached out to me connected me to impact.com for affiliate marketing. It connects me to a wider network and allows me to benefit through affiliate marketing with a brand partner that initiated the sign-up. I also hope it will connect me to other brand partners.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The process was not as easy as it should have been. I had to start over because it was not recognizing that I already had my logo uploaded. And it did not save the work as I was completing it, which was a bit of a time issue today, adding an additional twenty to thirty minutes to redo the work. The find brand tools are also pretty valuable for me, offering filter tools for everything, which are quite handy.

Sometimes the dashboard components doesn't load when I go to the page. I have to hard refresh two to three times to get the actual info and analytics on it. It only automatically loads the navigation bar and the bottom support icons. It's pretty much harder to load the full analytics dashboard inside impact.com unless I refresh hard refresh it two or three times. I don't know if it's a bug or anything, but I have experienced it with my multiple devices and with multiple browsers. I don't say the initial setup is easy because there's a verification process to go through. My application was mistakenly declined initially without an explanation, which was a hassle.

make it easier to upload promotions so that your partners are able to see everything that your business has going on in a month. a calendar view to show promotions and a list view. make the file ingestion the exact same as GMC because every business has a file with those promos for Google. this will boost purchases via the platform guaranteed, as it is an easy place for partners to find the live promotions for products they are pushing. and don't disguise the place to find it just label it Promotions. i think this would be very helpful any bulk upload service should be replicas of what Google has as all companies have these files ready to go.

I really like their simplified interface, I don't need to spend a lot of time finding what I'm looking for. For example, when I want to know if my affiliates have taken the free or paid subscription on Shopify, I can find the information in two clicks. Very easy to set up, I was accepted within 48 hours, and I started promoting with my affiliate link within the week, it's a very effective registration system.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I think the aspect that would require the most attention from impact.com is the communication regarding the terms and contracts with the platforms for which we advertise. It took me some time to clearly understand how the remuneration works, whether I am paid for both paid and free subscriptions. I think this kind of important information should be more highlighted.

I am very satisfied with impact.com, especially with their exceptional support system. Every response I have received has been detailed, helpful, and prompt, which saves me a lot of time and ensures I never feel misled or confused. The platform is also incredibly organized and user-friendly, with an intuitive design that makes it easy to find necessary information and brands using filters. This, along with accessible contact information, reporting systems, and analytics, makes it easy to navigate even for a beginner. I truly appreciate the natural way the platform displays information, which simplifies my tasks significantly. I find the initial setup process a bit confusing. When I first applied via one of the brands and got accepted to the marketplace, it wasn't very clear to me how the process worked. I felt a bit confused initially. Additionally, there is a challenge with communication with brands. Although there is a chat option now, brands are not always online, and they don't always reply. This causes a disconnect between publishers and the brands. Even if emails are sent to them, they don't always check their emails, which contributes to this communication gap.

Impact.com is an easy to use, incredibly effective, and dependable way to monetize my Social Media Channels. It allows me to connect my viewers directly with the products featured, or reviewed in my social media content. This helps create a much deeper relationship with my viewers as they can easily access the products they like from my content. Implementation is effortless, other than the time it takes to create links, and post them.

It often takes a lot of steps to create the links, then post them, but I don't consider this a bad thing. It's just a part of the process that helps generate income for my business. It's still incredibly easy to use.

I appreciate how Impact.com aggregates all my affiliate links, providing a one-stop solution. I don't have to use multiple platforms, and I can get an overview of all my affiliate links and their payments. It makes my affiliate link sharing easy and is an excellent alternative compared to other affiliate platforms I've used. From Impact.com, I can also request a partnership with lots of already available brands on the Impact platform. My experience for impact.com is
that tracking is reliable, accurate, and far better than basic affiliate tools. Onboarding affiliates, managing contracts, payout rules, and performance data is well thought out. Automated approvals and payments work once everything is set up correctly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I need to fill a lot of details related to taxation. Most important is filling the tex related form is not easy here. They should provide some hints about the details they are asking for, finance related work sound technical to normal user. Like they ask for a TIN number even when I do have a PAN or GST number. W8BEN form is also not presented in user friendly manner.
So, The UI isn’t good for first-time users. For integration and configuration you will need technical understanding or support help.

Impact.com aggregates all my affiliate links, making it a one-stop solution and simplifying their management. I get an overview of all links and payments, helping me get paid more easily.  From Impact.com, I can also request a partnership with lots of already available brands on the Impact platform. Impact.com may not be for beginners, but if you are running a serious, large scale affiliate partnership program, then it is one of the most robust platforms available.

I was super excited to work with impact.com and it has allowed me to stay home with my kids and work from home. I'm actually able to make money because different brands use it as an affiliate. I find the dashboard easy to use when it's in English.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I ran into several problems as I tried to fill out their application. The whole application was in Vietnamese, and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it back to English. Every time the page reloaded, it went back to Vietnamese. It's also hard to get your foot in the door, so making it more beginner-friendly would help make it more accessible for people. The initial setup was a little bit difficult.

Impact.com allows me to work from home with my kids and earn money as an affiliate for different brands.

Having single source of truth when it comes to reviewing performance and getting insights saves me and my team a lot of time and increase efficiencies. The Impact product team is helpful and is across our activity, ready to suggest optimisations or changes to campaigns. The reporting suite gives us a great holistic view on the performance.

The interface isn't really beginner or newcomer friendly and can be confusing to people not well versed into affiliate campaign management. We found managing payments and locating invoices unclear at times.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate and comprehensive affiliates activity management, optimisation and reporting. Having a holistic view on achieved ROI from the campaigns across multiple partners, facilitating the decision making on consolidating or shuffling budgets between partners to maximise performance.
