What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I love how simple and fast it is to push out content using Sprout Social. I find it incredibly valuable that I can push out an article or video to multiple social media accounts simultaneously, which significantly saves time. This efficiency allows us to focus our efforts on other critical areas of work. Furthermore, I appreciate the convenience of having everything centralized on one platform. Previously, we had to manage postings natively across multiple platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, which was quite cumbersome. Sprout Social has streamlined our workflow by allowing us to manage all our social media content from a single site. The initial setup was very simple, especially with a training session, and it was easy for us to get up to speed quickly. I also find great satisfaction in recommending Sprout Social to others, as evidenced by my high likelihood rating of 9 out of 10. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I am frustrated when there are site-wide outages or bugs with Sprout Social, even though they usually get fixed quickly. It feels intimidating to learn everything the platform offers due to the vast number of features, especially when I'm trying to push out content quickly. Additionally, the issue of private messages sometimes disappearing or not appearing in chronological order is problematic. I really wish Sprout Social had the capability to toggle monetization on for YouTube directly, as we currently have to use YouTube natively for this, which is inconvenient. I find it inconvenient that not all content can be posted via Sprout Social without requiring push notifications. Additionally, the current lack of access to music libraries for adding to videos limits my creative options. Another area for improvement is the AI functionality—it would be beneficial if it could be trained to write content that aligns with the brand's voice. It’s honestly a great tool, but it can get a bit pricey, especially for smaller teams. Some of the reports take a while to load, and I wish there were more options to customize the data view. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I’ve been using Sprout Social for over 15 years, starting when I worked at a social media agency and continuing through the past decade running my own. It’s been one of the most reliable and intuitive platforms I’ve used for managing multiple clients, scheduling content, and reporting on performance. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

The past couple of years I’ve noticed what seem like increasing discrepancies in Meta analytics data, particularly when comparing Sprout’s numbers to native platform insights. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does make campaign reporting a little more complicated. Also, I am NOT convinced that "best posting times" is accurate in any sense. I do not like getting notifications that a post failed when it actually went through.

I wish you could type in the time you want to schedule a post instead of having to scroll to find the exact time.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is while also being incredibly capable. It offers everything from basic scheduling to detailed analytics and even sentiment monitoring, all in one place. The platform’s all-in-one solution significantly simplifies my workflow by bridging multiple social media platforms and accounts, saving me considerable time. The ability to schedule social media posts across four different brands and report analytics and best times to post in a centralized location stands out as a key benefit. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I find that profiles get disconnected occasionally, particularly with LinkedIn, which is quite frequent. This could be more of a LinkedIn issue than a Sprout Social one, but it still impacts my experience. Additionally, setting up Instagram is frustrating because I cannot simply log into a standard Instagram account; it must be a Business account connected to Facebook.
