What do you like best about Sprout Social?

What I like best about Sprout Social is the ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms for multiple clients — all in one place. As someone who manages several brands, it saves me an incredible amount of time and keeps everything organized. I can plan campaigns in advance, preview how posts will look on each platform, and make adjustments easily. The shared calendar and reporting tools also make collaboration seamless and help me track performance across accounts without having to switch between different apps. It’s truly a one-stop solution for managing social media efficiently and strategically. I use this almost daily for my clients and implementing everything is pretty simple and now I can edit per platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social can be a little expensive, especially for small businesses or agencies managing many clients. I also wish the analytics and reporting tools were more customizable — it would be great to tailor reports to include only the specific metrics I want to highlight for each client. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I was never able to log in to Sprout Social. I only received correspondence via email from Sprout Employees. My teammate used it, and said it is comparable to other social media management platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social is extremely overpriced. We are also being held to a contract that was not signed by our company and a subscription that auto-renewed with no notice to our team. We will be going with a different company that offers the exact same service for a fraction of the price and that provides a higher level of customer service.
