What do you like best about Statusbrew?

The richness of analytics will enable us to determine precisely what features of the game and characters our fans are the most enthusiastic about. We are able to follow high activity periods of release of new content or announcements, and we have a clear response on what our players are excited about. The sentiment analysis assists us in the understanding of response to various updates which is priceless. Monitoring conversations and hash tags across platforms through a single dashboard is a feature that saves our team a lot of time. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

This platform is extremely powerful in managing the high pace and heavy traffic of our social media communications. Being able to filter and prioritise mentions fast depending on keywords and sentiment has been a savoir in promotion campaigns. The team will be able to serve and respond to customer requests, comments, and even emergency problems with impressive speed and precision by working in a co-operative manner. The automation guidelines have enabled us to be able to recognise frequently asked questions immediately giving our agents more time to attend to more complicated issues. The capability of consolidating all our social media discussions on one clean dashboard has been groundbreaking to our support department.
