Monthly is set for a fix number. Much cheaper than OpenTable.

**What do you like best about Yelp Guest Manager?**

I like that a platform like Yelp exists. It can be inconvenient to call different restaurants because often, the staff is too busy for phone calls. With Yelp, I can search through menus and availabilities quickly and independently.

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

Yelp Reservations can be outdated. The menus are not always updated, so as a customer, I am often surprised to see vastly different menus. Secondly, the wait times for a reservation are not consistent with actual wait times. Wrong wait times are frustrating, mainly when workers have limited lunch hours. I see bigger and smaller parties seated before my guests and me, even though they checked in after me.

The most significant benefit is saving time to place a reservation. The process is seamless and as efficient as competing platforms. Yelp Reservations allows me to scope out places to conduct lunch or dinner meetings, so overall, it is a valuable tool to use.

I loved how easy it is for me tl find a restaurant and make a table reservation. Also I love that it's international.

Honestly, I just wish that more people and more places used the tool because it would make it so much easier.

It cuts out the middle man of making reservations. I don't have to call and wait for a host, I can just make the reservation and show up.

I dislike that there are only a few restaurants that allow for Yelp reservations.

**What do you like best about Yelp Guest Manager?**

It's easy to use and train staff on. The biggest time constraint is creating your layout; once you're past that then it's smooth sailing. We didn't use the guest side of the app where they can put themselves on the list prior to their arrival. Once guests arrived at the brewery, we would add them onto the list, they'd receive a text message that they were added, and another when their table was ready. 

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

If reception was spotty, folks wouldn't receive the text messages. To help alleviate this, we would add notes in with the phone number with their name, description, etc. That way would do a quick lap around the waiting area in case they didn't receive the text. Also, a fellow taproom had issues with two hostess stands. Customer Support wasn't the greatest in trying to customize responses. For example, if a guests wanted to sit on the dog friendly patio, they wanted to send a text letting guests know to head to the patio hostess stand and then other to say the front. We eventually got it figured out, but it would have gone more smoothly if Customer Support had been more responsible.

It's a great way to keep your wait times and host staff organized. If you use the guest feature where they can put themselves on the wait list, it gives guests the power to decide if they want to wait that long or go someplace else. It made a huge difference, not only in the flow of the Taproom, but also with guest expectations.

When the text messaging works, it helps not only keep us more organized, but allows the hosts to be more proactive, helpful to guests, and help clear tables when needed.

Sometimes you need to schedule a lunch meeting with a new or potential client in another city that you're not very familiar with. Yelp Reservations gives you all of the information to make a good choice when choosing a restaurant for those meetings.

Reservation Yelp is an amazing project that enables your clients to put in a request without calling or go to your site. It keeps all reservations sorted out just as contact information's. It's anything but difficult to utilize. Exchanging around reservation times requires no exertion by any means. Following calendars is basic and to the point. I like that it enables a passage for individuals to compose audits and sends updates.

I appreciate everything about this administration and haven't run over any abhorrence.

It's an easy to use program and a great way to make sure you fill up your restaurant. It's possible to make a reservation within seconds.

We're using Yelp Reservations to provide reservation services for our customers. We can now easy keep track of our customers review and make immediate corrections were need to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. It is indeed making life easier for us and our customers too.

**What do you like best about Yelp Guest Manager?**

Personally, what I liked best about my yelp reservation experience is the fact that I was able to reserve the night before the event. There are times where I am leaving church with my family and we want to look for a restaurant nearby to have lunch in - but many times restaurants seem to have long waits and packed venues. Yelp has helped my family and I find restaurant to dine in quickly and easily. Also, I always plan my birthday celebrations last minute, yelp has helped me book a restaurant for my celebrations in less than 24 hours prior. 

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

Honestly speaking, I’ve never really had any bad experiences with yelp. The customer service is amazing and effective. The reviews are always on point as well. Yelp reservations is something that I will continue to use for every celebration, special event, or last minute lunch dates.

I definitely believe that Yelp reservations are solving helping the business industry by allowing customers to dine in many restaurants without a problem, by providing reservation services.

Reservation Yelp is an excellent program that allows your customers to place an order without having to call or go to your website. In our experience, we saw an increase in traffic and revenue, as we added this feature. For us, we manage the storage, and this allows customers to know that when they come, we will wait for them and be able to help them. We like that customers can upload reviews and photos to leave their impression of the restaurant and what they don’t like.

The best part of the app is that you can see your place in line. It really helps to estimate how long you will be waiting. It is a very simple interface that is easy to use. It is really convenient that you can make your reservation right from your phone ahead of time.

It seems like they are moving to combine with Yelp, and I am not sure how that works. I personally don't like Yelp. I would prefer it stay separate, or an option to stay separate.

It is nice that you can plan ahead and make reservations. Being able to to see your spot in line helps.

**What do you like best about Yelp Guest Manager?**

The amazing thing about Yelp reservations is that if I am already on Yelp looking for a restaurant in my area that is typically busy; I can easily find a reservation through the call to action button on the profile page. What I have noticed is that the user experience is really easy and seamless compared to its competitors. My favorite part is that customers receive an email confirmation follow up as a reminder and proof of their reservation . 

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

I have noticed that since Yelp Reservations is still growing, not a lot of restaurants use it. Many restaurants are still using its competitors and because of this when you search for local restaurants in your area that take reservations due to the lack of use by all restaurants, the program will show you locations that are outside of your local search. I would much rather have less search results appear as options.

It's an easy to use program that works very well with Yelps Advertising program. It is a great way to make sure you fill up your restaurant.

Yelp Reservations is making life easier for all customers and businesses. Prices are more affordable then other competitors and there is more value in the program because it is associated with Yelp.

NoWait offers a simple interface, up to date refreshed information and plenty of merchants using the service.  NoWait provides the ability to successfully put a name down and arrive at the best possible time to maximize efficiency.

Not much to dislike.  As with anything else I would like to see more merchants using the app and refreshed app updates from time to time.  Otherwise, functionality is pretty good.

Time maximization.  NoWait eliminates most of the time waiting issues at many merchants.  This allows users to avoiding waiting and maximize time and efficiency.

There's a great breakfast spot I love to go when friends from out of town visit.  No with NoWait I get to show off and pretend like I "know a guy" by putting my name in early.

I like that it lets users wait where they want, so it doesn't crowd our waiting space. We have an ice cream parlor at the front of our restaurant, and if people are waiting for tables it gets really chaotic and confusing up front. It's really user friendly.

The app times out very quickly and requires us to log in each time we use it, adding time to the process of adding a customer to the waitlist and sending them on their way.

Doesn't make linking duplicate guest contacts a priority.

If you rely on Yelp this is a good program and can make things a lot easier for everyone. I don't have a lot of experience with other similar programs so take what i day with a grain of salt.

This software is great for seeing what tables are currently occupied and how long they've been seated. Its also very helpful to see how busy you each servers section is and how many covers they've had throughout the night so we can keep it balanced.

It's nice to be able to check reviews before making a reservation, and get insider tips-especially when you are entertaining clients or trying to source new restaurants for them.

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

The process just doesn't seem to be as easy as Open Table-much easier to make reservations there.  It's hard for me to tell sometimes which restaurants do take Yelp reservations, and occasionally I've experienced times when I've made a reservation through Yelp the restaurant cannot seem to find it.  I dislike the fact that I am forced to download the app to see full reviews on my phone.

Being prepared when going to a restaurant for the first time with clients-knowing the ins and outs and looking more like an insider is great.  It's nice to talk knowledgeably about a place or seem in the know about local restaurants when traveling to different areas.

Use the trial version to see how you like it. Overall, it is an easy software to use with plenty of potential. Cost side of it is very helpful in making decisions of going live with it or not.

Reservations & House Management System. Helps us to make decisions on other aspects such as having enough labor to support all the reservations for the day. Easier to make schedules in advance as it gives an overall picture of how busy the restaurant may be.

I think it's smart that the color is red for the interface. Also, I do enjoy that Yelp reservations is intuitive and convenient. It is a necessary evil (I say this because I don't really like technology)

I like the focus on restaurant reservations in quite a few markets. Yelp is an established voice/brand in the food industry and provides integrations for easy use. I also appreciate the ability to easily manage and modify reservations if needed.

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

I would appreciate further product improvement for scaling to corp users/accounts and stronger account management. Would also appreciate richer content for local food recommendations and food trends to provide more info to users in various markets.

**What do you like best about Yelp Guest Manager?**

It's easy to make a dining reservation on my phone through the Yelp app. The system reminds me of OpenTable which used to be integrated with Yelp. SeatMe is convenient because I use Yelp frequently to look up new restaurants to try and I am able to book the table (or make modifications) within the app. I can make reservations 24/7, which would not be possible if I had to call in to the restaurant to book seats. I also like receiving confirmations by email and getting notifications by text messages.

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

Not every restaurant participates in the SeatMe reservation system, and because of that, I've probably only used it a handful of times (and I dine out several times per week). For the cases when SeatMe is not available, I would have to call the restaurant to book a table (the old fashion way) or res. The Seat Me system also lacks an interface/concierge where people can make special requests (send flowers, birthday celebrations, dietary restrictions, preferences in seating location, etc.).

**Recommendations to others considering Yelp Guest Manager:**

If you like Open Table, you'll also like Seat Me. It's possible to make a reservation within seconds. To the SeatMe developers, I would suggest make room for special requests.

I make online dining reservations through SeatMe and it's confirmed to me electronically through text messages. No more phone calls.

The best thing about SeatMe is: this software is kind of a hybrid (compared to OpenTable and the old school dry-erase method) plus it's part of Yelp, which means you can generate more traffic on your websites or reviews through Yelp. And don't forget the price; it is cheaper than OpenTable. SeatMe has a fixed fee with no additional per cover charge and works on any computer that has web access, not just iPad. (nice)

**What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?**

Money. Why do you need to pay so much for software like this? It's still too much, $99 per month (for small businesses). The monthly subscription should be based on the number of tables in the restaurant or company using the software.

Give it a try, Seatme has no installation fees, no cover fees, no contracts.

In my case, my wife uses the software in the restaurant where she works as a manager, and I work for the restaurant with all the digital stuff. I could say the benefits of SeatMe are: it is virtually connected to Yelp, so you can make a reservation at the same time you read restaurant reviews and the menu. It's like being in the restaurant without actually being there. It saves a lot of money and time for customers and for the person working at the front door of the restaurant (time is money).

It's easy to use. Switching around reservation times takes no effort at all. Tracking schedules is simple and to the point. I like that it allows a gateway for people to write reviews and sends reminders after the event has took place.
