
I really like the overall UI. It’s clean, organized, and easy to use. The reporting tools are super helpful, especially for pulling quick analytics. The Smart Inbox makes it simple to keep up with messages without feeling overwhelmed. I also like how customizable things are when posting, like customizing copy or scheduling per network. The filtering tools are robust and thorough. Customer support has always been quick and helpful, and it was super easy to implement and integrate into our workflow. We use it often. Some pain points are the labeling system. Even after tagging posts, a few still show up as unlabeled for some reason. The file size limitations can be annoying too, especially for videos or higher quality assets. I’ve also noticed we lose some native network features when posting through Sprout, like being able to tag accounts in photos, share images on TikTok, or use IG story features.
