What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I really like the overall UI. It’s clean, organized, and easy to use. The reporting tools are super helpful, especially for pulling quick analytics. The Smart Inbox makes it simple to keep up with messages without feeling overwhelmed. I also like how customizable things are when posting, like customizing copy or scheduling per network. The filtering tools are robust and thorough. Customer support has always been quick and helpful, and it was super easy to implement and integrate into our workflow. We use it often. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Some pain points are the labeling system. Even after tagging posts, a few still show up as unlabeled for some reason. The file size limitations can be annoying too, especially for videos or higher quality assets. I’ve also noticed we lose some native network features when posting through Sprout, like being able to tag accounts in photos, share images on TikTok, or use IG story features. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like that with Sprout Social, we can effectively organize our posts into different campaigns or categories, allowing us to analyze what types of content resonate with our audience and adjust our strategies accordingly. This feature supports our efforts to create engaging content by identifying successful themes, such as human interest and holiday-themed posts, which tend to receive more engagement. Additionally, the batch scheduling tools are incredibly beneficial, simplifying the process of posting content across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This efficiency means we can pre-schedule posts up to three times a week, which is essential since social media does not always get prioritized at our company. Furthermore, Sprout Social's robust analytics capabilities are crucial for understanding what works and what doesn’t, significantly aiding in our overall marketing strategy. I also appreciate the feature that identifies the optimal times for posting, helping to remove the guesswork from a task that currently lacks a dedicated owner within our team. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I absolutely love how easy Sprout Social is to use, as it allows me to have a clear overview of all the posts our company has done over an entire month or even a year. This feature significantly simplifies our social media marketing efforts, making it much easier to plan and execute campaigns effectively. Moreover, the ability to schedule posts in advance at specific times and dates eliminates the hassle of manually posting content across different social accounts. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Posting: I love that we can collaborate when creating and scheduling posts, quickly move things around, duplicate, schedule at the right time, and optimize our image dimensions all in the platform. I, alongside our team, am able to properly manage the content for so much of our platforms.

Competitiveness: I also love that we can compare our performance to our competitors and see where we are in realtime in order to continue elevating ourselves. This allows us to shift our strategy by continuously monitoring the competition.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

There were a few moments in my reporting where the information gathered from Meta was inconsistent. I appreciate the warnings that they give, and can understand when it is out of Sprout Social's control. However, when I am preparing these reports, the accuracy of the data is absolutely paramount, and there's no retroactive actions taken to mention whether the data has been successfully retrieved and updated. "Excellent Reporting Tools, But Seat Pricing Limits Team Access"
What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Sprout has strong reporting tools, the custom templates make it easy for us to create unique reports for each client we work with + quickly clone them to create new reports week over week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I think having to pay each for each individual seat is quite challenging for us. Our team uses Sprout in different ways between team members. For example, our account managers are the ones who actually use sprout, they build reports, look at insights, etc.

Our junior coordinators don't need access to sprout. They are not in it day to day and are not actually creating these reports. But, it would be really helpful for them to be able to go into the account to observe what reporting looks like, understand how templates are made across each client.

Adding additional seats for these team members does not feel justified for the cost. I would love if there was a way they could access to learn, especially since it is so infrequently that they use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the user friendly nature of Sprout. I can guarantee that any new employee would have an easy time onboarding with Sprout. Customer support is also superb on Sprout. I know I can always get easy, quick, and knowledgable help when I need it. Implementation has been a breeze. Sprout's team has been very thorough throughout our implementation and is very eager to help with any other needs that arise. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Sometimes, if I try to repost something with the same caption, the post will fail. Sometimes we like to post things multiple times, so it's frustrating when it fails.

Also, I dislike the new feature that adds Sprout tags/labels to the post. Especially for breaking news, it can be a hassle to add labels when we are rushing to post on social media as soon as possible. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I love the ease of the platform, the depth of reporting in the analytics section. I've enjoyed having an easy-to-use platform for employees to share about our company on social media through the employee advocacy platform. We're still rolling out this platform to our org, but I've had great feedback. I've also appreciated how Sprout has added features based on user feedback (like adding documents to LinkedIn posts-yayy!) and how fast customer service is to my issues. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

"User-Friendly Platform with Intuitive Workflows"
What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like that it's very user-friendly! Our clients can go in and review/approve without fuss. The platform is really clean, with so many benefits that are also easy to understand, implement, and navigate (like tags and workflows). Everything is really straightforward. We can finally create one post, select multiple platforms, and edit the caption/time per platform, which saves so much time in workflow (this is my favorite feature). What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I hate that you cannot connect individual Instagram profiles outside of Meta, like if we just want to connect individual Instagram accounts that are not associated with Meta, PLEASE UPDATE THIS, I'M BEGGING YOU! Sometimes the location tagging for Instagram doesn't always pull in the same locations as on the platform itself, and that can be a bit annoying. I also wish there were a way to send ONE email out to a client for post reviews instead of a single email per post, and then any comments or edits that come after that could be sent to the client, however. But minimizing inbox spamming for reviews and approvals would be great, or giving us the option to customize how we'd like to send out notifications to clients.
