# What's the best software for training new sales reps

 Hey G2! I want to start a discussion with the sales training and onboarding software solutions community to find the best software for training new sales reps. Looking at the different solutions on G2’s category page, I’ve narrowed my top software choices to: Allego, Mindtickle, and Trainual. My full software list based on recent G2 reviews is below:  1. Allego  Best known for modern enablement, blending content sharing, mobile micro-learning, and pitch recording by reps. Allego is great for a blended remote ramp-up. Can Allego support on-demand role-play snippets for product pitch reviews anytime?  2. Mindtickle  Recognized for its ramp-ready paths with readiness scoring and adaptive learning triggers, Mindtickle helps new reps hit quota faster as part of revenue enablement workflows. How granular can you get with Mindtickle?  3. Trainual  Trainual is known for lightweight SOP capture and scalable documentation. It’s a no-frills way to standardize onboarding for fast-growing teams. Does anyone know how easy it is to mix noise-free process docs with interactive quizzes in Trainual?  4. SalesHood  Known for interactive peer coaching, pitch practice, and gamified progress dashboards, SalesHood makes onboarding social and performance-motivated. Does SalesHood let users build custom badges for mastering cloud-specific objection handling?  5. WorkRamp  Widely known for its manager-focused training portals and structured learning paths, WorkRamp is great for teams needing visibility into rep readiness and onboarding progress. Does WorkRamp let managers auto-assign onboarding milestones based on role or tenure?  6. Seismic Learning  Best known for clean course authoring with templated scenarios and feedback loops, Seismic Learning is designed to get reps practicing and iterating quickly. Does Seismic let you clone and customize training for verticals like cloud security or SaaS stacks?  If you have experience using sales training and onboarding software to train a new sales rep, I would love to hear your thoughts on my software shortlist above.
