As a developer, I understand both sides of the coin per say: the side that understands the underlying mechanics of a system and the side that can only see the interface or the "face of the coin" of which Botpress takes into account both the experienced and non experienced user. We wanted this to be quick and accessed through WhatsApp. Our team has no coding experience and we were able to build a fully functional bot in a matter of days. The nodes are so easy to use and their tutorials for every click of the screen. We love the fact that we could literally pile on our information into knowledge bases and use LLMs to craft the best responses. **What do you dislike about Botpress?** There is a speed issue. It is so simple that it can be easily learned. For example, I implement my ideas without any programming knowledge. You just need to understand what you want, then look for educational resources on YouTube to create it. This platform has made it easy to realize ideas based on research and development for lazy people like me. I can confidently say, after using this platform for days, that the ease of integration with other applications is truly excellent. From the BatPress side, the connection is very simple.The fact that this platform allows repeated use by guest users reflects the generosity of its considerate managers. As a guest user who regularly engages with this platform, I am grateful to them. **What do you dislike about Botpress?** The worst feature, I would say, is the novelty of this platform, as there are very few educational resources available for it. The variety of agents available along with static text are great ways to keep it engaging but ensure that the right message is conveyed. Easy to implement for a variety of purposes, and templates provide a good starting point. **What do you dislike about Botpress?** Unless you have a paid account, it can be difficult to get the right results with the limited monthly credits. It can be a little confusing to figure out at first and there are limited integrations to 3rd parties currently.
