Conversation management is a big struggle. Botpress is coming out with a new tool called Desk, but it's still not fully featured. The biggest issue is that we can't take over conversations when the bot isn't helping customers or giving wrong info. The tools just don't support effective management. You almost need a custom front end to handle everything, and there's no functionality to manage user details easily either. I like Botpress because you can decide for yourself how and what you want to do. You always have the option to work with AI or do everything manually. It's not prescribed anywhere, and I think that's quite good. I'm also excited about the manual version because it allows me to configure my bot myself.
