What I like most about Sprinklr Social is how it brings all social interactions into one place and offers seamless integrations across channels. The AI powered features, such as response suggestions, sentiment analysis, and smart workflows, help teams work more efficiently and manage conversations at scale. It also provides strong analytics and actionable insights, and considering the breadth of features and capabilities it offers, the platform delivers good value for enterprise teams.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

Sprinklr Social offers a lot of powerful features, but it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users. A simpler interface and faster performance in some areas would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Sprinklr Social, managing customer conversations across multiple social channels was time-consuming and often required switching between different platforms. 

We struggled with tracking high-volume escalations efficiently and ensuring timely responses. With Sprinklr, we can now centralize monitoring, automate workflows, and prioritize critical cases more effectively. 

This has helped us improve response times, streamline issue resolution, and deliver a better customer experience while maintaining a stronger brand reputation.

**What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?**

I like how customizable Sprinklr is. It allows me to really tailor fit the software to my strategy and measurement framework. For example, adding in benchmarks and then creating views where I can see performance of each post against channel benchmarks. I also appreciate the complexity of tagging and the ability to truly tailor our utm tagging system to automatically tag links based on our complex requirements. All of the things I've mentioned had to be developed with managed services, but the point is that once they're in place they truly work for exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

The interface is outdated. And although one of my favorite things about Sprinklr is how customizable it is, sometimes those customizations can stack up, get outdated, and cause disorganization. 
The AI features are pretty terrible and I don't use them often. If I need to rewrite copy or analyze data I do it in another tool.

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with multiple messages across multiple accounts and channels, and the way Sprinklr lets you publish to many accounts at once while also giving the flexibility to tweak copy based on channel is a huge time savings. 
Setting up robust reporting dashboards showing benchmarks and tags has also been very helpful. I'm able to do the majority of analysis within the Sprinklr platform without having to export the data into Excel.

I like the adaptability of the Sprinklr Social platform and the tools it offers, especially the AI and the LLM. The way it segregates chats and sentiments is really valuable. It helps us enhance our customer experience by focusing on the pain points and complaints customers may have, providing very good reporting on the issues our customers face. The setup was pretty straightforward without the need for complicated technical background or integration. It was just button play, making it very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

I don't have anything, to be honest. So far, it's sufficient to the need that we have. But if I would say something to be improved, it is just to interact more in other social platforms. That's it.

I like that Sprinklr Social keeps making it easier to manage different parts of social media in one place. The reporting and monitoring features feel really useful, especially when trying to keep track of engagement and customer conversations across channels. I also like that it supports more than just posting, like social customer service and commerce-related use cases.

It still has a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users. Some features can feel buried in menus, so making the navigation simpler or adding more guided tips would help. Performance could also be smoother when working with larger reports or switching between different sections.

I like that it brings so many parts of social media management into one place. From scheduling and publishing content to monitoring engagement and reporting on performance, it helps streamline workflows and makes it easier to stay organized. The price point is a bit of a tougher sell now that there are so many programs on the market that do a lot of the same things.

At my company, we have multiple people who pitch in with our various social media accounts. Having one login for everyone allows us all to see what's been posted, what's scheduled, what types of posts are doing well, etc. We are all on the same page with our social strategy, and we all have input on the posting schedule.

I really like the real-time schedule posting feature in Sprinklr Social. The agencies based in Africa can post, and I instantly get an alert on my phone to approve or not, which is super convenient. It's nice having the capability for real-time approval, scheduling, and everything to ensure posts meet the digital audience on time, especially for managing our markets in Africa. This feature makes Sprinklr Social really valuable for me.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

What can be improved is that sometimes the KPIs on the reporting dashboard differ from those on Meta. Agencies often complain about differences in engagement rates between Meta and Sprinklr Social, even though the KPI tile is customized and can be similar.

I use Sprinklr Social to approve posts for our licensee markets on social media, manage reporting dashboards, and make KPI-based decisions. It solves communication issues across distances, ensuring real-time scheduling and approvals, keeping our posts timely and engagements high.

Working with Sprinklr for Microsoft as a Social Media Manager gave me the opportunity to manage large-scale social engagement in a fast-paced, global environment. One of the things I appreciated most about Sprinklr Social was its ability to centralize social media publishing, monitoring, analytics, and customer engagement into a single platform. This made it easier to collaborate across teams, maintain brand consistency, and respond to conversations in real time.

In my role, I used Sprinklr to schedule and manage content across multiple social channels, monitor audience sentiment, track campaign performance, and support community management initiatives. The platform’s listening and reporting capabilities helped identify trends, measure engagement, and provide actionable insights that supported data-driven social strategies.

Working with Microsoft’s global brand standards also strengthened my ability to manage high-volume social operations while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and brand voice. The experience improved my skills in cross-functional collaboration, analytics, content planning, and customer engagement, while giving me hands-on experience with enterprise-level social media management tools.

One challenge I experienced with Sprinklr was the platform’s complexity. While it offers a wide range of powerful features, the interface can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users or teams managing multiple workflows simultaneously. Some processes required several steps to complete, and navigating between dashboards, reporting tools, and engagement functions occasionally impacted efficiency.

There was also a learning curve when it came to customizing reports, setting up workflows, and fully utilizing advanced features. However, once familiar with the platform, it became much easier to manage large-scale social media operations effectively.

Sprinklr helped solve the challenge of managing a large number of social media accounts across multiple countries and regions from one centralized platform. Working with Microsoft, this was especially valuable because it streamlined publishing, engagement, monitoring, and reporting across numerous global accounts without needing to switch between different tools.

Having everything centralized improved team collaboration, ensured brand consistency across markets, and made it easier to monitor performance and audience engagement at scale. It also saved time by simplifying workflows, approvals, and reporting processes, allowing social media management to be more organized, efficient, and data-driven.

The analytics are very robust, as are the AI features and overall functionality. I also like the advocacy platform — it's easy to use and is constantly updated to improve usability and make the platform function better.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

We rarely have a reliable rep (success manager). Our success manager changes more than once a year, and they often don't answer emails or take a long time to respond. It's difficult to distinguish analytics for organic posts versus boosted posts. I wish there were an easier way.

It provides an excellent platform for employees to post about our company (advocacy), giving staff a straightforward way to share content. It also provides a clear understanding of analytics and social performance, and centralizes monitoring of chats, DMs, and comments.

I really like being able to build dashboards and create custom metrics. The filtering options are also a big plus for me. The new AI tools look very promising, and I’m interested to see how they develop.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

The filtering can sometimes feel limited and can lead to issues. I wish there were an option to filter social listening by tags or campaigns. I also think the sentiment detector needs a lot of improvement. Metrics also change a lot or become suddenly unavailable, but this may be an api limitation.

They’re adding more features to track discoverability on LLMs, which is helpful for me. If it works well, I can minimize the number of platforms I use to review and monitor my data.

I like how Sprinklr Social allows me to upload content just once, including both the asset and the copy, and it then distributes this to all other platforms. This feature saves a lot of time since we don't have to manually enter content for each platform. I also appreciate how the evaluation tools work, letting me quickly see performance across all platforms from one place, which provides a good overview that would otherwise take hours to compile separately.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

The scheduling functions could be improved. You have to upload a thumbnail to each of the platforms individually rather than just uploading to the 'all channels' tab. The collab features aren't great; it's often faulty/glitchy on Instagram, and on Facebook, it's not even an option. On monitoring and evaluation, it can be difficult to change the metrics you're looking at, like switching from views to engagement.

I use Sprinklr Social for scheduling content across 8 platforms, saving time. It helps with quick and efficient performance monitoring and evaluation, giving a good overview without needing to check individual platforms natively.

I find Sprinklr Social to be very customizable, which covers a lot of ground for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

The reporting is so disjointed - you can only get organic for one spot, paid from another, etc. Unified helps but it still gets clunky and the different parts of the tool don't always work together. Have one spot in Sprinklr where all reporting is done, one spot to make custom metrics, etc. This way you are not bouncing around to different spots to get a full picture on how a campaign performed both from a sentiment standpoint but also a paid/organic content performance standpoint. Also make Copilot more helpful. It can never really do what I need and so I gave up on it. The initial setup is very clunky - it isn't super user friendly.

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprinklr Social shows me how our content is performing, which is great, but the reporting is disjointed as organic and paid data are separate. Customization and unified analytics makes up for some challenges, but the tool's segments don't always sync well.

I like that Sprinklr Social works stably and without errors. It supports all platforms and almost all formats, which is really convenient. The intuitive operation makes it easy to use, and the cross-team and cross-channel collaboration is a big advantage.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

The reporting is very complicated and the metrics partially differ from those of the native channels. The rights concept is complicated and there are sometimes bugs when sharing content with users. The initial setup was complicated and it was not clearly defined by the Sprinklr team what is in scope, furthermore, there is no understanding of our structure and setup with individual processes for each team or market.

Sprinklr Social solves collaboration with agencies and approval processes, connects all social media channels in one tool, offers cross-team and cross-channel collaboration, and is intuitive to use.

Developments are made in a considerate manner and never in a way that makes adapting to them difficult.

It's easy to accidentally remove a column and not so easy to reinstate it. Beyond this, it's not too easy to open a message that you're working on in a larger window. I'm often left guessing where to click in order to enlarge it.

Spend enough time organizing the workflow into columns and you will reap the time-saving benefits of this tool in the long run.

The best thing I like about Sprinklr Social is the number of metrics that you can gain in the dashboard and as well as creating different dashboards to pull these metrics. From creating a visual listening dashboard to track brand sentiment or tracking customer sentiment was very useful for me to learn about basics of social metrics.

The only thing I dislike about Sprinklr is there are so many features that it can be hard to navigate but using AI helps a lot with that.

I also use the deep research mode to create professional, data-heavy reports that include web-sourced information and citations, which help me explain our social media performance to my manager. The TikTok creator discovery tools let me to see exactly how much an influencers costs and their real engagement rates ( like total likes and video saves).

Not many to dislike, only some issue with the speed to run the deep research, which is quite slow to produce a result and take almost 20 minutes to generate a detailed report, need to be patient to run the tool. I also have issue with the data migration during the recent move to the new X (formerly Twitter), about 10% of our older data took a few extra days to sync correctly, which made our monthly reports look a bit off for a moment.

One-time setup; load everything in, then set it and forget it. Everything posts to your platforms. I have a few client accounts that I manage prior to using Sprinklr Social, I used to log into each individual platform one-by-one. Complete and utter waste of time. That is why I love that Sprinklr Social brings it all together in one single dashboard. Can drag/drop posts to rearrange them. See what’s coming. Support team has been quick to respond with answers to my questions (which I was pleasantly surprised at).

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

Approval/review process does not work well for my clients. They won’t use an additional login tool to review a post. And neither will I be able to charge my clients for something they’re not going to use. A simple way to get approvals via e-mail would resolve this issue. Also, I’m going to say that Sprinklr Social isn’t exactly “sign-up-and-go” either - there is a learning curve and some of the options seem hidden away. I am sitting on the couch, laptop fans blowing air onto me, looking for just one toggle switch… not good. Price point is also something that smaller groups will not want to pay.

Posting individually every day on every account wasn’t something that a live human could realistically continue doing. Sprinklr Social puts everything under one umbrella. Schedule in bulk. **What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?**

The link in bio feature is very elegant and user friendly.  Being able to post across multiple platforms at once is very helpful and the primary reason for using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

When posting for some platforms, Sprinklr does not automatically optimize content for the platform.  For example, if an image is over Facebook's maximum file size, it will give an error rather than scale the image down.  This means the photo has to be re-exported.  It is a hassle each time it happens.  This is particularly the case with BlueSky.  The tagging feature is also very finicky and will often nix a post even when the tag is spelled correctly.

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprinklr helps with expediency in posting content, scheduling content during regular hours to post later, and providing links to customers.

The ability to monitor all activities, posts, and interactions across my company and teams on every social channel from a single, centralized platform.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

I dislike that Sprinklr is built around modules that are often not properly integrated. In particular, Unified Metrics is a weak analytics implementation that forces clients to spend countless hours understanding, configuring, and maintaining processes and dashboards.

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprinklr is enabling my company to internalize a large amount of information that was previously managed by agencies, allowing for more comprehensive monitoring and faster management and response times for end customers.

This software is straightforward to use and makes it easy for us to locate data using its dashboards. The AI features are also very helpful and add significant value to our experience.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

The search feature could use some improvement, especially when handling large amounts of data—a more robust search function would be very helpful. Additionally, there are times when the numbers on the dashboard or in certain sections do not load properly. This is another area that could be enhanced.

Manual data scrubbing has decreased since we now have tables prepared, and the available graphs are useful for presentations.

I use Sprinklr Social to manage my company's social media profiles, and I really like how robust the tool is with its automation capabilities. The scheduling feature is very important to me, along with its ability to sync with social media platforms. Sprinklr Social also helps us analyze metrics and organize posts effectively to drive insights.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

I'm not too impressed with the AI listening functionality; it seems okay but we haven't used it a lot because the listening dashboard is hard to dissect. Also, reliability for consistent data isn't great as it seems to fluctuate and keeps pulling in so many different metrics. The initial setup of Sprinklr Social was also complicated.

I like that Sprinklr Social makes it easy to plan content and tag posts on any social network. It helps us monitor data with combined and detailed analytics of the audience's interest across multiple social media platforms, especially in campaigns. I also find the initial setup super easy.

The UI is a bit boring and needs to be more interactive. There are too much cluttered tabs, fewer tabs would provide more clarity.

Having most of the native social media features functional on the Sprinklr interface is a real advantage. It secures governance and account access, and allows for managing all activities in one place (writing with or without AI, publishing, content sponsorship, moderation, reporting).

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

Sometimes certain uses are complex to implement (configuration) and require the help of support (or a specialized agency - subcontractor).

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a company like ours, many departments need to communicate on social media, each with distinct objectives and KPIs. Sprinklr allows us to centralize all this activity and monitor overall performance with varying levels of granularity according to our needs.

**What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?**

I like the capability of Sprinklr Social to post to multiple locations at once, which saves us a lot of time since it would otherwise take hours to post to all the social media pages individually. I also find the social listening feature valuable.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?**

It's not user friendly, our accounts keep deactivating, it sometimes gives weird errors, and building reports is clunkier than I would like it to be. The UX just isn't very good, some of the things are not labeled the way you'd expect. It was pretty difficult to set up initially.

**What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprinklr Social lets us schedule posts for multiple locations simultaneously, saving us hours. It also provides a platform for center managers to respond to reviews efficiently.
