They were amazing when there was a mistake in the color on my business cards that I could send them the color I needed and they found the closest one. We've been super happy with the products we've gotten.

Products are often a really good deal and if you sign up for emails they often send you discounts.

The one thing I could say is not a fan of their quantity buying. Like you sometimes have to order a lot of an item to get a good deal. I've had a terrible time dealing with Vistaprint customer service in regard to tax exemption. They have zero information on their website that I could find about submitting tax exempt documentation. I asked about it while placing an order and was directed to a Vistaprint email specifically for submitting exemption for approval. They never once told me that the exemption I was applying for wouldn't apply to the order I was currently making. Turns out, after many email check ins later, they told me that tax exemption approval (once official) would only apply to future orders. But I won't be making any future orders so I lost all this money for an order I never would've made had they not been transparent about their tax exemption policies. I communicated with several customer service representatives via email, chat, and phone and none of them were able to explain why I wasn't told the policies of tax exemption and why it wasn't applied to the order I made.

I've since deleted my account and will not be engaging with a business that isn't transparent about their policies, especially for nonprofits. Unprofessional and very disappointing. I will be taking my business to other options like moo.com or got print.com or zazzle.com. Vistaprint has bad business practices and I do not recommend their website for any reason if you have a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Print quality is crazy bad. Mismatching colors on pamphlets. 8 different pamphlets ordered with the same color green background. They came back with about 4-5 different colors of green... Then we ordered cups. About 33% of the cups we ordered came in dented. They were nice enough to send replacement orders up until this point. However, when we ordered multiple t-shirts and hoodies, they messed up terribly again and they were not as willing to replace. The logo looked as if it was spray painted on. it was also way too low compared to the proof. Wild stuff! Quality control must be nonexistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best I like about this program is its web interface that is really user friendly & the option of design templates is enough to make any design of your choice for your company. It's also possible to personnalise the content also easily. Vista Print provides a wide range of products with a well-stocked collection of templates and enables you to upload your own graphics for a truly customized finished product.
