Recently, we completed a big update in OpenSense: cleaning up the portal and consolidating the signature designs for all of our brands to make the signature look and feel the same across all brands. Ben and his team from the beginning have been quite instrumental in guiding us through the process of setup and implementation; in fact, they do weekly check-in calls just to ensure everything is in order. It has already turned out pretty impressive from what their expertise put us up to with the banner ads launch. What separates Ben, though, is his availability and support-a true meaning of over and above customer service. Many of the tasks we have taken on are technical in nature, but he has an amazing capability of breaking these concepts down so that we are empowered to be able to take full control of the portal ourselves. Our experience with OpenSense has been incredibly straightforward and positive, leaving us wondering why it isn't a tool every company uses. The platform offers extensive integration capabilities with other tools and allows for significant customization, making it a versatile asset for our marketing strategies. So far the only thing I would say I "don't like" would be the HubSpot integrations. There isn't an out of the box way to apply signatures to automated email workflows. But there is a way to do it customly, which is ok but will take more time to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Opensense folks have been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from the very beginning. Even though you may pay more for this product than competitors, you're getting more than just the product itself and are getting top-notch services. Their white-glove approach to this technology is what separates them from their competion. I like that I can manage company-wide signatures to help with our brand awareness and also promote services/blog posts. The tool is very easy to use and lets me assign signatures to certain groups/teams in a quick and simple way. Our Implementation Engineer, Corey Smith has been AMAZING helping me ensure our setup is correct and has been very quick to answer my questions. He's been extremely helpful while I onboarded both domains in my company when it comes to handling our users who have alias domains, adding meeting links, ensuring our disclaimer only shows up once, and much more. Opensense has made implementing new email signatures across the company insanely easy. We are constantly updating our banners to promote events and instead of making every employee update their signature manually, I can do it for everyone with the click of a button. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that the level of customization they offer is so extensive, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. But their team is incredibly helpful in guiding you through the options and finding what’s best for your brand.

Opensense Email Signature, spent time and effort to learn about behaviours of each team, each individual's relationship to signatures and have put forward an option/solution to achieve the different needs. Throughout our implementation of Opensense, we had many challenges and questions, each of which came back with "yes we can do this". Which is impressive and surprizing at the same time. With every application, there are little annoyances. The only one we have had since inception was that the signatures may not always appear in the email right away, however regardless of it showing or not, we know that when we send it out, it will be there no matter the circumstances. You can incorporate logos, social media icons, disclaimers, and promotional banners seamlessly into your signatures, all while maintaining a clean and professional look. We haven't experienced any downsides! Even in the beginning, when we were struggling to integrate Opensense with our Google Workspace, they went as far as getting their CEO involved to help us resolve the issue. I wanted to share some insights on the advantages of using OpenSense within our organization. One of the most significant benefits is its fully automated execution once it has been properly configured. The only requirement from the client side is to provide the “trigger,” which can be easily implemented.

Additionally, updating the banner is straightforward. By simply cloning the previous banner and updating the photo and dates, the process becomes seamless and efficient.

The aspect I find most challenging is the initial setup journey. For individuals who are not technically inclined in this sector, some guidance and support are necessary.
