What do you like best about Yext?

The best location management tool in the world which makes it possible to distribute local store information to all most important publishers. This tool takes you soo much work out of your hands, you can't imagine to manage your brand in the country or worldwide. Also you're able to create all kinds of automations easily to other tools that need local info real-time or sync your event data from Yext to your website in real-time. What do you dislike about Yext?

What do you like best about Yext?

I really like how Yext allows us to push updates to multiple platforms and have access to all our listings in one place. The bulk edits feature is great, and the ability to do bulk uploads and schedule updates for future dates saves a lot of time. It's a very easy tool to use, and having the reviews done with AI assistance also saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Yext?

What do you like best about Yext?

I love how Yext makes it easy to reply to reviews from different social platforms like Google Business, BBB, and Yelp. The AI software is great at reviewing the verbiage from the initial participant and crafting a dynamic response while also informing us where the review originated and who it is from. I really enjoy the generation feature, where I can generate a link to direct customers or participants to provide feedback. It creates a QR code and provides an easy link to copy and paste into other platforms. The initial setup of Yext was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yext?

I wish that the Generation feature was more eye-catching and user-friendly. Right now, the links and QR codes are generated into an Excel sheet that I have to then take an extra step and download onto the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yext?

I find Yext incredibly easy to use, making it simple to post updates to Google and other social channels. The analytics dashboards are great because they let us segment for core and franchise stores, monitor reviews, and optimize our store locations. It’s amazing to see clear spikes in traffic and user actions, which really help us justify key decisions about store hours and services. I also love the support we get; it’s amazing and any issues are easily resolved. There’s a lot of learning documentation available that supports bulk updates, which makes things easier. What do you like best about Yext?

I really like Yext's integration with third-party platforms like Bing, Facebook, Apple, and Google. It simplifies the task of maintaining up-to-date information across all these platforms. Their competitive search intelligence is also really useful for proving impact and demonstrating opportunities. I appreciate how it allows us to update all third-party platforms across our locations in one simple, easy-to-use location. What do you like best about Yext?

I use Yext to manage the online reputation for our ecommerce sector and retail store. I like that it's user-friendly and I can get help any time by submitting a request. If I want to know how to do something, they provide links to everything to help me understand, and their account managers have monthly meetings to assist. I also appreciate that we can use Generative AI to respond to reviews, which helps with faster response turnaround. The initial setup was fairly easy, thanks to the account managers who explained everything, and our bulk implementation went great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yext?

We have hiccups with our airport locations because we have multiple locations within one airport, which causes them to have the same address. This results in locations being flagged as duplicates, making it difficult to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yext?

I really like the ability to preplan and set up my postings out days, weeks and months and be able to go back and see what I have set-up for the week as well as be able to categorize by location as some locations will need different types and times of marketing than others. What do you dislike about Yext?

I do wish I could somehow duplicate a post that I have made and just make minor changes. At least for how our company uses it, I am unable to copy a post and repost it for another location unless I start completely from scratch again. This increases chances for inaccuracies as well as time used. I know you can post the same post to multiple locations, however the hashtags for each location are different and if I am mentioning a site address in the post then I can't use that feature as the information would be incorrect. What do you like best about Yext?

I like that Yext is very easy to use, even for our tech-challenged employees! It simplifies our entire process of location management. I enjoy that Yext gives my bank control and confidence. As I work in marketing, it's great to know that our locations, hours, and lenders are shown accurately without having to double check multiple sites or platforms. Updates go live quickly when we have a one-off branch closure for weather or renovations, which is so nice! The updates are quickly turned around, so I don't have to guess if other directories picked up the change or worry that outdated hours or old addresses are still floating around. Yext really centralizes our whole process and reduces mistakes while saving time. It gives us control and more confidence because we know we don’t have to deal with a frustrated customer showing up to the wrong location or outside of a branch’s normal business hours. What do you dislike about Yext?

I think the platform was a bit overwhelming at first, but once I was acclimated, it was very easy to use. Sometimes I have to navigate around features or tabs I don’t directly use for my job so that can create some clutter. Sometimes it takes some extra clicks to get where I need to go, so just creates some visual noise sometimes. What do you dislike about Yext?

VERY COMPLICATED. learning curve is too high and there is zero support. My brand was onboarded VERY poorly. Half of our locations don't even have an online ordering link entered into the entity. Nearly everything is BLANK. We only use a fraction of the potential. So why pay for it? You don't care if we are using the systems to their fullest. You got the monthly contract so who cares after that. Completely unethical. I'm already in discussions with Chatmeter to potentially move my business. I've been asking for a higher level of support for a year and we have not received it. Absolutely nothing proactive on your side at all to point out how we can use your systems better. It's an expectation that we learn YOUR system on our own and the reality for most businesses is that we do not have the resources to learn something so vast and complicated as intimately as we pay for. What do you like best about Yext?

Easily being able to manage Google listings for my bank, including locations and mortgage lenders. The fields are very straightforward and easy to manage. It seems very simple to add keywords to my listings - For example, if a lender gets married, we have the capability to go in there and update the last name. We also have branches opening and closing as a bank, so going and changing addresses or deleting them all together is not difficult at all. Yext helps out a lot with our Bank's SEO.
