The integration with Microsoft Entra was an absolute game changer for our business. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** I’d like to see more “how-to” guides, along with clearer messaging on why people should get on board with it, sent directly to users so we don’t have to do the selling ourselves. At the moment, the majority of our staff mainly use it for the automated Outlook signature. I would like signature's to be sync immediately as soon as the card is activated and I would like welcome emails to users sent as soon as their Entra ID syncs to HiHello. I like the App UI the most; it looks professional and is often complemented by others. It's simply clean, offering the right amount of information that's easy to grasp. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** The thing I struggle most with is a centralized way to distribute these cards. With normal methods, the user has to accept the invite from the email, download the app, create an account, input their personal info, and only then can they use their card. It would be great if I could just create that card for them in the app and share the pkpass file with them so they can use it from their Google/Apple wallet. Compared to my peers, whose email signatures are often disjointed and all over the place, I appreciate the consistency of mine with HiHello. It just makes me look more professional, like I'm actually a business rather than just someone working for a company. I also think it shows that I'm putting myself out there, doing something different, and making my own decisions. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** I just find it kinda hard to share and kinda clunky. To get people to, like, do the QR code thing. People don't necessarily have it, and it's like, I'm not really trying to pitch somebody at a convention per se. So people kinda rely on the physical cards more so. And I think it'd be kinda cool if there was, like, some compatibility so that you guys made it look like perfect so that I could put, like, my headshot and everything.
