PhoneTrack is a call tracking and phone leads management platform. PhoneTrack enables businesses to track all received calls originated by each marketing campaing. It also integrates with multiples marketing and sales tools such as Google Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, records calls and identifies keywords and levels of productivity with AI. Phonetrack provides digital phone numbers that can be used in online and offline marketing campaigns, website and Google My Business. With international coverage, Phonetrack also offers URA mapping, custom alerts generation, integration with multiple CRM, marketing automation and tickets management. Besides, the platform is also a reference in the voice analysis segment in Portuguese language.

**What do you like best about PhoneTrack?**

The quality and connectivity strength of Phonetrack is one of its best feature, also the recording quality is awesome.

**What do you dislike about PhoneTrack?**

Nothing as such, the callback engine can be customized a bit on the automated answering part.

**What problems is PhoneTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversation management with AI

**What do you like best about PhoneTrack?**

It stands at a very good place when it comes to grab potential customers using effective analysis and design of campaign that are highly customer friendly and sufficient.

**What do you dislike about PhoneTrack?**

When it comes to cons about this is simply it  takes a bit more time than most of its competitors, this for those who want result very soon, it is not that good.

**What problems is PhoneTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been into a pr firm that focuses potential customers for different business needs thus using it was a brilliant idea because we show immense growth in number of customers.

Results take too long to load. Server crashes
