## Blinq Reviews
 ### 1. Great for Branding, But Lacks API Access

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like the look and feel of Blinq, especially compared to competitors. I like that I can customize the coloring, and it looks better than some of the competitors, so I really like the look. For brand recognition, it makes a big difference. When I pull it out, it looks like my business card that I designed and like it comes from my company, so it has all the markers of my brand. When I show my digital business card on my phone, people can clearly see the image of me, my brand logo, and my information there. It increases trust because it's in alignment with everything else, and it's memorable as they get follow-up materials that are branded as well. That's one of the biggest benefits for me with Blinq. I also like that if someone insists on a physical business card, it lets me scan it. It makes an easy way to accumulate that data digitally instead of accumulating physical business cards. The initial setup was great, very easy and intuitive, and much more intuitive compared to Bubble.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

{"I'm actually gonna be switching from Blinq — canceling my subscription because you don't have an API access or a key available to someone at my level.","I can't use Zapier because at my level, you don't allow that kind of interaction.","I have to download the CSV manually every time. And that's not very automated.","If they wanna do any kind of automation, then I would recommend the other competitor."}

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq gives me an easy way to collect contacts digitally at networking events instead of accumulating physical business cards, though I can still scan one if someone insists. The card matches my company branding, which increases trust and makes follow-ups memorable.

**Official Response from Frances Ruiz:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear Blinq has helped you present your brand and simplify networking, and we appreciate your thoughts on API access and automation. We'll share your feedback with our team and see what can be done to improve our subscription tiers. - France

 ### 2. Convenient but Needs Better Email Integration

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like that I can see the exact day or number of days ago that I've connected with a person. Being able to see exactly what information I'm sharing with them, including a photograph, is great. This feature helps me remember who they are, especially when there are a lot of similar names.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I sometimes forget that I've connected with people through my digital card, which makes it difficult. Also, having a unique email address when someone shares something with me is a problem because it automatically goes to my junk email, and I can never remember to check that. It would be really helpful if Blinq could sync with my project management system, like ClickUp, to directly import new contacts. I also sometimes prefer having a physical card as a reminder to connect with someone.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq - Digital Business Cards solves the issue of people not wanting physical cards and lets me track contacts easily, seeing the day we connected. It's helpful as I can know where I met someone and keep a record for future reference.

 ### 3. Quick and Handy, But User Experience Hiccups

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg W.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I find Blinq - Digital Business Cards to be quick and handy, making it an efficient tool for my networking needs. It reduces time and errors associated with entering networking contact details, which is a huge benefit. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows me to provide a QR code, enabling contacts to quickly scan my details into their phone. The initial setup was straightforward, as it simply required installing the app on my phone, which I found convenient. These features together make Blinq - Digital Business Cards valuable for my professional connections.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I dislike the multiple steps required for the recipient of my digital business card to save my contact details. It's necessary for them to save multiple times and navigate around an advertisement to install Blinq, which is not clearly presented. This process can sometimes result in the details not being saved at all, which is frustrating.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blinq - Digital Business Cards to save time and reduce errors when entering networking contact details. It's quick, handy, and provides a QR code for others to easily scan my details into their phone.

**Official Response from Kishka Phillips:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we really appreciate your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that Blinq’s speed, Digital Card and QR code sharing, and straightforward setup have made networking easier and more efficient for you.
We also appreciate the previous friction your connections may have experienced when trying to save your details. We’re actively reviewing and have recently made improvements to this process. Ensuring your contacts can save your info quickly and reliably is a top priority for us!
We hope you continue using Blinq and sharing thoughtful feedback to help us continue to improve our services.

 ### 4. Complicated UX, But QR Code Convenience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I appreciate the convenience of not having to carry a paper business card with Blinq - Digital Business Cards. The capability to share my information through a QR code is particularly valuable, especially in situations when I encounter unexpected networking opportunities, such as in a busy restaurant where I might not have physical cards on hand. The QR code's ease of use allows me to efficiently share my contact information without the hassle of traditional paper cards. Additionally, the initial setup of Blinq - Digital Business Cards was straightforward and easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I find it very complicated when the recipient can't simply save the contact. Instead of a straightforward process, the software tries to sell the recipient the Blinq product, which is annoying and embarrassing when representing oneself as a business professional. It makes sharing my business card a hassle, leading me to rarely use the product anymore.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Blinq - Digital Business Cards allows me to not have to carry physical business cards and makes sharing contact information easy via QR code, but the recipient's difficulty saving contacts makes it less useful.

 ### 5. Useful but Challenges Exist for Non-Tech-Savvy Users

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eimi R.

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I appreciate how easy Blinq is to set up and design to reflect my brand. Its intuitive interface makes adding and organizing my information straightforward. The QR code feature is fantastic, allowing others to scan quickly and easily access my details, solving the issue of not having a physical business card.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I find it challenging for others to save my information to their phones after scanning the QR code, which sometimes requires me to manually give out my contact details. The process appears to be cumbersome with too many steps, especially for people who aren't tech-savvy. This issue makes the experience somewhat inconvenient and can lead to frustration when the digital card doesn't seamlessly integrate into people's contact lists. Additionally, I feel that not many people use Blinq, and interacting with those who aren't familiar with it often results in difficulties adding my contact information, reinforcing my preference for physical business cards.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq quickly shares my contact information through QR codes, solving the lack of physical cards and eliminating the need to verbally dictate my details.

 ### 6. Efficient for Conferences, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like the efficiency of Blinq - Digital Business Cards, especially during busy conferences where swift interaction is essential. The QR code feature as a widget is incredibly valuable, allowing quick and seamless sharing of my business card information. It's a straightforward process—scan the code, and everything's done, which makes my hectic schedule more manageable. The initial setup was very easy, which is always a plus for me as it enables me to dive right into using the tool without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I find the interface of Blinq - Digital Business Cards can be laggy at times.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blinq - Digital Business Cards to efficiently share my contact details at busy conferences through a scannable QR code, saving time.

 ### 7. Convenient Digital Business Cards with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like Blinq - Digital Business Cards because it's convenient and easy to set up. The QR code makes it simple for people to get my information.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Nothing

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to carry a business card with me all the time.

 ### 8. Mobile, Flexible and Easy to Use.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prince S. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

What I enjoy about Blinq is that it is digital! I don't need to print expensive business cards, carrying them around in my wallet or pocket. It is just available on the go. I simply open my phone, and they scan my barcode.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

On the web app, I would love if it let my screen stay active. Once I opened my information on blinq in my iPad to display while focusing on the presentation. I needed the screen to be active ("stay on"), but it usually goes off, and I always had to touch the screen to make it active.

Technically, I would often go to my settings to turn the active screen feature on. But it would be nice if there were a "Keep Screen Active" feature.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my experience, I think blink is trying to solve the burden of always printing physical cards (which are often expensive) and also the problem of always forgetting your cards when going to events or meetings. The solution from BLINQ has benefited me especially in cases where I ran out of cards and there were no chance for me printing new ones soon. And in cases where I totally forgot my business cards. Also, in cases where I needed to display my information on a separate device while presenting.

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi Prince,

Thanks so much for leaving this review, glad to hear you are enjoying Blinq!

Would you mind emailing support@blinq.me and letting us know about the issue you described in more detail? If you're able to send through some screenshots or a screen recording demonstrating this than that will allow us to investigate this further.

Aidan @ Blinq

 ### 9. This is my first digital business card but I’ve had no problems with it.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy M. | Branding Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

It’s nice to be able to save the screenshot while at conferences and I want my phone on airplane mode to avoid draining the battery. I also like that my contact info goes right to the recipient’s contact list, rather than forcing them to download the same app (Blinq) to receive my info into their phone.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I can’t store all the contacts I receive at à conference and dump them into my work email account (outlook). Instead it automatically goes into my phone, which is a personal phone. I’d like to be able to compartmentalize them. That way I can have one QR code for work, one for a side hustle job (realtor/travel agent/etc) and one for something else, and keep them from all being integrated into my phone’s contacts.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to not have to carry around à stack of business cards. People still like them (especially over 40 year old crowd) but I can carry half as many to business functions.

 ### 10. Exploring Blinq – Early Impressions

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samia L. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

The concept is very practical—being able to share contact information digitally without carrying physical cards is a clear advantage. The app is easy to set up, and sharing via QR code or link is straightforward. I also appreciate that it integrates into Apple Wallet for quick access.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

So far, I find the customization options a bit limited. I’d prefer more branding control, like adjusting layout and design to better match my identity. Also, some features seem restricted or only available on higher-tier plans, which makes it hard to fully test the platform during the trial.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq addresses the problem of constantly forgetting or running out of physical business cards. During meetings or events, I no longer have to worry about not having a card to share. The digital card is always accessible and easy to share via QR code or link. It’s definitely convenient, but since I’m still in the trial phase, I’m waiting to see if it’s something I’ll rely on long-term.

 ### 11. Good Concept, But Still Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Tarek B. | Business Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

The convenience of always having a digital business card on hand is definitely the best part. It’s quick to share via QR code or tap, and people usually find it impressive. I also like that I can update my contact details instantly without having to reprint anything.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

The customization options are quite limited. It would be great to have more control over design elements like layout, fonts, or brand colors. Also, the integration with some tools feels a bit basic or clunky, and there were times when the interface didn’t feel as intuitive as it could be. For a product focused on professionalism, I expected a bit more polish.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq helps solve the problem of forgetting or running out of physical business cards. It’s definitely made it easier to share my contact details on the go, especially at last-minute meetings or events. It saves time and makes sure I never miss a chance to connect—but it hasn’t completely replaced the need for traditional cards in some settings.

 ### 12. Works Sometimes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

“I like how easy it is to share my contact information instantly without carrying stacks of business cards. The digital format feels modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly, and it makes networking faster and more seamless.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Blinq doesn’t always work reliably. There have been multiple times when someone scanned my Blinq and it failed. In those moments—whether during a sale or networking—it makes you look unprepared, especially if you’re relying on Blinq instead of carrying business cards.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq helps eliminate the need to carry and constantly restock paper business cards. It makes networking more efficient by allowing me to share my information instantly and ensures my contacts have the most up-to-date details. It also streamlines follow-ups, since everything is digital and easy to access.

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We'd love to know more about the issues you described here, if you have a moment, please send an email to support@blinq.me walking us through the issue in more detail. If you can include some screenshots or a recording demonstrating this than that'd be great.

We'll be able to investigate and assist further with this.

Kind regards,

Aidan

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew F. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like that the you can add the digitial business card to your apple iphone wallet!

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I would like if there was also an option of having phyiscal cards available with QR codes.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me money since I don’t have to buy physical business cards.

 ### 14. Great Digital Card Features, But Membership Tiers Disappoint

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Briannah L. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Creating a business card that’s accessible from the lock screen or wallet, and that reduces paper usage!

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

The tiered membership program. I think it shouldn’t cost to make two.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to print hundreds of business cards a month.

 ### 15. User-Friendly but Pricing Transparency Needed

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manana J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like that Blinq - Digital Business Cards is user-friendly and makes it very easy to share business information. The initial setup was very easy, which was nice.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I feel tricked into paying a subscription fee of $100 annually because it wasn't clearly stated when I registered.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq - Digital Business Cards solves the problem of carrying paper cards. It's user-friendly and easy to share.

**Official Response from Kishka Phillips:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found Blinq easy to set up and helpful for replacing paper business cards. We're sorry to hear the subscription pricing wasn’t clear during registration, that’s important feedback for us.
Blinq does offer a free plan, however, you can trial paid plans and these are only charged after the trial period ends. We’re continually working to improve how we communicate pricing so expectations are clear from the start (some changes have already been made to our pricing page linked below).
If you’d like us to review your account or have any questions about your subscription, please reach out to support@blinq.me and we’ll be happy to help. Again, we really appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both Blinq's product and customer experience.

 ### 16. Convenient But Lacks Privacy Control

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like Blinq - Digital Business Cards because it's convenient. I no longer have to carry a bunch of physical cards when I'm at work. It's pretty simple and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I can't send a business card without sending my personal info along with it. Doesn't work with digits.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to carry around a bunch of business cards, which is convenient.

 ### 17. Effortless Digital Contact Sharing—No More Business Cards Needed

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay R. | Salesforce Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Quite easy to swap contact details digitally without printing and swapping business cards.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

The NFC card feels quite cheap cardboard and costs a lot (including shipping costs). Highly wont recommend it.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to carry business card and manually storing it in your phone

 ### 18. Blinq - Digital Business Cards iOS

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srini G. | Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

It's the best onscreen widgets add-on for any phone. Easy to use, just unlock my phone and swipe once to reveal the Blinq QR code to scan, nothing beats that.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

After scanning the business card, users are redirected to Blinq page to register as a Blinq user, then download the contact details. Too many clicks and redirections. I would like to see a simpler UI/UX experience.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In person Networking! Gone are the days of having a physical business card, every event I attended in 2024 and 2025, everyone was scanning their LinkedIn profile QR code instead of downloading a contact card. Maybe Blinq could change that?

 ### 19. Good, but a bit clunky

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike C. | Songwriter & Musician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I love being able to have multiple profile types to share - so often in my line of work, I want to exclude my phone number when sharing. With multiple profiles to share this is great and easy to avoid.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

It's just a bit clunky and slow to work. Those that scan then have to wait.. then debate whether or not to accept in the moment. If they don't accept, the contact is generally lost when looking later. Speaking from the experience of losing contacts in the midst of networking conversations.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a relatively fast substitute for the expense and annoyance of paper business cards. It generally causes a bit of confusion with new users / contacts, but is a nice option when it works.

 ### 20. Easy to use!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Blinq has saved me from those awkward moments where you run out of cards. I used to qualify my leads before handing out my cards because I didn’t want to “waste them” and now I can hand out my digital card all day every day.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I recently ran into someone who had a digital card that looked more like a website and I loved it. It really gave me a preview of the individual without having to say a word, with the videos and all. I definitely think there’s room for growth with Blinq but if youre looking for a fast solution this is it.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a fast solution to replacing your typical run of the mill business card. It makes older folks say wow!

 ### 21. It’s a great app and has room for growth!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like the fact that I can quickly connect with my customers but I don’t like that they’ll have to download the app, in order to connect with me, instead of just receiving a digital card. I think the apps focus could be more centralized around the persons utilizing the app, instead of the company.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I don’t like that they’ll have to download the app, in order to connect with me, instead of just receiving a digital card. I think the apps focus could be more centralized around the persons utilizing the app, instead of the company.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app, even with its issues solves a percentage of issues, alike forgetting business cards and losing business cards or simply not wanting to carry them. The issue is, the people who own the business cards should only have to download the app. Otherwise, we could have just gave them our phone numbers to begin with, rather than hoping they’d keep the app to stay connected when or if needed.

 ### 22. Great Product!

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like that it's quick, accessible, and not complicated to use. I don't have to wait for the app to load or click through multiple pages to get to it. All my information is simple and visible.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I wish I could add more contact information like my office number, website, and/or social media accounts.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to give someone my information without worrying about the quality of my business card or if they might lose it. By scanning it, they are able to save my information on their phone and I don't have to worry about carrying around multiple cards they'll probably lose or throw out anyway. Plus, it saves paper.

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi there,

Thanks so much for leaving this review, and glad to hear you are enjoying Blinq.

You absolutely can add those details to your card at any time! Check out our guide in the Resource URL for steps on how to complete this.

Cheers,

 ### 23. Claude built it for me in 5 min

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian L. | Sales and Technology Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I really liked having the app and being able to customize things but at the end of the day those are things that don’t need much configuration after building it so I just made a little website and hosted it on my own server.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

All the logos everywhere. And the fact that it was 6 a month, for something that’s not life changing.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was benefitting me by lowering the friction when you meet someone and they are clearly not that interested in saving the number or they’ll throw away the card, having it has made it easier for people to save it and forget about it

 ### 24. When I've tried to share my card, the qr code doesn't work

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Having all of my business information in one spot is convenient. Unfortunately, the qr code hasn't allowed me to easily share with contacts, so that piece is a bit inconvenient

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Not able to utilize the QR code for easy sharing of my business information to clients/contacts

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm old school and that I like traditional business cards I'm coming around to use digital business cards so having all of my information at one push of a button is nice

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave this review, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your QR code.

We'd love to investigate this issue further to resolve this for you - are you able to send through some more details about this to support@blinq.me? If you're able to include some screenshots or a recording demonstrating this than that'd be great too.

Cheers,

Aidan

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Profile is nice to see more detail about

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Lack of use by others . Maybe try to sponsor more conferences to increase adoption

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

 ### 26. Free to Use, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

The fact that I can share my contact via QR Code and text.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

The fact that the recipient of the QR code or the text can not save my contacts on their phone, and they have to enter the data manually.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make it easier for my contacts to have my contacts on their phone and reduce friction between them and contact me.

 ### 27. Good for specific things

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

It’s easy to use and you can add a lot of information that you can’t really add on a normal business card

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I don’t dislike anything but it’s not really comparable to real business cards. You can just leave them all over. Also with blinq it feels like you’re inconveniencing a person so they need to scan in your info

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For networking events I don’t need to carry hundreds of cards

 ### 28. It is a great tool to exchange address cards

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Easy to use and anyone can use it. It was a tool shown to me by my school principal and I loved it.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

It should allow us to make more changes and more colour's and other options to save in the card

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to exchange my address with others

 ### 29. Fast Access to Info, But Occasional Glitches and Scanning Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maryann K. | Assistant Professor Division of Physical Therapy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Having my information ready in a quick manner

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Can be glitchy and not everybody can scan it

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having paper cards are people thinking you’re old because you use a paper card

 ### 30. I like it, but I tend to be a bit old fashioned

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

It's so nice not to have to carry around business cards! And every time I share my blinq card with someone, they think I am so technologically advanced (probably moreso than I even am!)

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

There are too many steps from the time someone scans the picture to then securing/save the contact in their phone. And if I don't want them through it step-by-step, an important step is likely to somehow be missed and then the whole thing is a wash. This can be more time consuming that just whipping out a card

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to remember to carry my cards with me to events! It's with me all the time. This also saves printing costs and saves the environment.

 ### 31. Useful app

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yilmaz O. | Consultant, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Blinq is super useful and practical for storing and managing my IDs and licenses. It's so convenient to have them all in one place and easily accessible when I need them.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

One thing I've noticed about Blinq is that it's not as widely used as I'd like. I think it has a lot of potential, but I'd love to see more people and businesses adopting it to make it even more useful

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the biggest benefit is not having to carry around a bunch of papers in my car or wallet.

 ### 32. Great Headshot Feature, But Needs Better Contact Integration

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

That my head shot shows up on the text image

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

That it is not linked to messages and I have to re-enter phone numbers and not contacts.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting people my full information with my photo

 ### 33. Not that intuitive or easy to share

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I love the way it looks inside the app when you open Blinq. It's clean cut and "looks" easy to share

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Every time I share it with people, it always tries to get them to download the app. It's an added layer that I don't appreciate

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing my contact information when I run out of business cards, sharing to people who don't speak English natively, or to quickly pass my information along when I'm going from meeting to meeting.

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi Austin,

Thanks so much for leaving this review, glad to hear you are enjoying Blinq!

Saving a Blinq card details to contact is available on all tiers of the product, and the recipient doesn't need to sign up or download the Blinq app to save your details.

The prompt to View the card in Blinq is an iOS-specific workaround we've created, which uses what is called an App Clip, and is so far the best way we've been able to allow recipients to seamlessly save contacts to their iPhone.

App Clips are a secure and trusted feature provided by Apple, and allows users to view and save the contact without needing to download the full app.

The App Clip was introduced to address our previous save contact to device experience, which confused a lot of users and resulted in many contacts being lost. Since we’ve introduced the App Clip experience, we’ve seen a marked improvement in card recipients saving contacts successfully.

The App Clip is not installed in the same way that regular apps are, but they can still be accessed and deleted from your device without removing the contact you’ve saved. They will also automatically be deleted from your device after 30 days of non-use.

Hope this helps clarify, if you have any further questions then please feel free to reach out via email to support@blinq.me and we'll be happy to assist further if you need!

Cheers,

Aidan @ Blinq

 ### 34. Blind digital card review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S H. | Brand Ambassador, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Ease of Sharing via QR codes, text messages and email. The like its Convenience and Accessibility of the digital card on my phone. Instant sharing on the go or online is great.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

No Direct Multimedia Embedding. Limited Customization in General. Difficulties or glitches when sharing cards or saving contact information. The process isn't always seamless across different devices.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital Business Cards is primarily solving the problems associated with traditional paper business cards in the modern, digital world.

 ### 35. Useful overall, but problematic at times for recipients

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marjorie G. | Sr. Director, Members and Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

The digital card is a useful alternative to physical cards. It is more sustainable, can be updated easily and, noting one typically has their phone with them, means the card is always in hand.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

When sharing information with individuals, they sometimes have a bit of a process required to save the information. I wish it was streamlined. I actually opted to avoid using the scannable QR code and suggested people just take a picture of my information.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves money in having to order business cards, is a sustainable alternative to printed material and is always present (one does not have to run out of business cards.)

 ### 36. Sometimes better than a business card

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Easy way to share contact information, simple interface, and customization possibilities. Always available instead of needing to search for cards or ensure they are on hand at all times.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Can still be “clunky” to use a QR code when sharing information, many times it would be easier to hand over a business card than have someone open their camera app, scan a code, and verify they have the information. Not available on iPhone Home Screen as a widget.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working at a startup, we have no business cards that are available for everyone to use, so this was a good alternative to have a branded means to share contact information with others.

 ### 37. Digital card is great, BUT it is very hard to onboard or quickly share info when needed

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Ease of use to pull up and scan business card
Multiple ways to share contact (both good and bad)
Easy to use dashboard BUT missing several setting options to make the process better
Ability to add additional contact info easily
Photo contact makes it helpful to remember people

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Dashboard should have easy ways to change default email (when sending a contact card, it pulls up my incorrect email and if I forget to change it, it sends from that incorrect email)
Very difficult to onboard new people to a new app
Doesn't feel very professional taking out phone to share contact
Digital is still difficult to convince people to change away from their physical cards

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forgetting business cards
Sharing contact information quickly

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi there,

Thanks so much for leaving this review, glad to hear you are enjoying Blinq!

Regarding the email sending issue you mentioned—when emailing your card through the Blinq app, the way it works is that this will forward your card link (along with the pre-filled body text) as a draft email using your default email application and account as determined by your device's settings.

You'll need to update the preferences within the settings menu of the device and relevant application to ensure that your preferred account is set as the default.

Alternatively, you can simply copy the card link, and manually paste this into an email you create from scratch using your preferred application and account.

Unfortunately we're unable to change the email address used to send your card directly through the Blinq app due to device security restrictions.

I'll pass your other comments onto the team for review to see if we can look at ways to improve those down the line!

Cheers,

Aidan @ Blinq

 ### 38. Easy to set up

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy L. | Recruitment consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Easy to set up and reduces waste of paper for a business card .. Bonus is it can be added to Apple wallet

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

The only downside is that to transfer the card details the other person has to sign up . It would be easier if there was no need for this and it transferred straight into the phone contacts like others do

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running out of cards to hand out at events /exhibitions , reducing paper waste,

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi Amy,

 ### 39. Great app

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NESANEL R. | Ceo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

It’s perfect for the digital world out there right now everybody’s going digital no more cards in the pocket. The scan is straight on the phone very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Sometimes it glitches on the app and stuff like that that they can’t see all the information, but hopefully they won’t prove it

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to carry around it’s always on my phone. Anybody asked me for the business card just open the app and they sent them the business card.

**Official Response from Aidan Maizels:**

> Hi Nesanel,

Thanks for leaving this review, and glad you're enjoying Blinq!

We'd love to know more about the glitching you described—would you mind sending through some more details about this via email to support@blinq.me? If you can include some screenshots or a screen recording demonstrating this that'd be great!

We'll be able to investigate and see if we can help out with this :)

 ### 40. Easy and convenient for the occasional trading of business cards

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd C. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

It's always on my phone and I don't have to carry paper business cards.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

It's maybe more money than I need to spend for how often I use it. I don't even use it once a month, as I'm just not in situations where I need to offer up a business card.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just having a business card to offer up with my contact info when I'm not carrying an actual physical business card.

 ### 41. Quick and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like using Blinq because there were many times that people asked me if I had a business card and I never had them on me. With Blinq, everyone has a smartphone for the most. Therefore, they can snap a photo of my QR code and have my contact information stored to their phone within seconds.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I don’t like that I have to pay for simple things such as having a custom theme and email privacy when sending my card via Blinq servers. Nowadays companies should be looking to protect their user”s privacy a little more.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blinq is solving the issue of me having physical business cards.

 ### 42. Very easy to use and setup

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I set this up for a friend of mine. It was easy to set up very straight forward. I didn't have any issues. My friend likes it he just wishes it had more customized future that other digital cards offer. I will say tho that the price was inexpensive and I liked that there was an option to but a physical digital card. Over all I was satisfied just wish you could customize it a bit more.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Easy to use not confusing in the setup process honestly anyone could set it up with ease.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There wasn't very many options for customization like other companies offer.

 ### 43. Not sure how I feel about

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan V. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I only likes the easy connection like the QR code and access to their information

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

That I have to hit the save in order to see the contacts on my phone is not very intuitive or easy. It’s like an extra step. That’s one of the things I don’t like.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not easy to save on iphone contacts

 ### 44. good but not easily transferable

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Best Management G. | Managing Partner, Defense & Space, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

sending the link. However, it would be better to just link like a credit card to a terminal now. i like the easy profile and functions.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

improve the frequency of use into easy text, easy AI voice send features,

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

add Features:

1. Cross linking with L-IN, FB, INSTA, ETC.
2. Allow to manage notifications of friendships your platform
3. Auto Co Logo uplaod and AI picture editing to fit

 ### 45. Review - food industry use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Profile/photo of person on the card - helpful when exchanging contact information with someone you may not see in person while doing business.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

They can get lost easily in the mix of exchanging information - example at a trade show when most people are giving away physical business cards, blinq cards can be forgotten in the "pile of leads" more easily.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filling a gap where someone may not want to collect physical stuff while at a trade show (ie business cards that can get lost easily), giving impression of a more sustainable outlook for the company itself in the eyes of our clients

 ### 46. "In the Blinq of an eye you'll know why?"

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen L. | Small Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

"It's easy and fast also reliable for my customers."

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

So far, I don't have any complaints but if there was a attachment for either video or audio that would communicate to my customers better.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less paper used in creating the card, so I don't have to worry about any cards thrown away.

 ### 47. Decent experience, but it depends on the platform.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devin F. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Easily share my info to people when I forget paper cards.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

Experience varies from phone to phone. Apple devices do not like it. Too many buttons to finish experience. Customers need to be guided through using it on their end. Hard to follow up, easily get lost in their contacts.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it when I forget paper cards. It's not convenient or fast enough for anything else.

 ### 48. Middle of the road

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | President/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

Ease of use. The QR code is a fast way for my clients and peers to get my digital business card.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I would prefer if when a client saved my information, it went directly into their contacts. Currently, it goes into their Blinq account and they have to transfer it over to their contacts. It’s cumbersome and unnecessary.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t have to carry around physical business cards with me

 ### 49. Using Blinq as an outreach tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin F. | Solar Sales Rep, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

The most helpful thing about Blinq is the ability to quickly share my information with clients. I can simply text over a card with my name/phone number/ and email.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

I dislike how sometimes it takes a long time to load

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes people don’t want to give out their phone numbers and Blinq helps it so they don’t have to, the can just scan.

 ### 50. Blinq is a pretty good product

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle B. | Human Resources Director, People & Culture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Blinq?**

I like how easy Blinq was to install and save as a widget on my phone's home screen. I like that I can easily adjust the information and decide what I want shared.

**What do you dislike about Blinq?**

When someone who doesn't use Blinq scans my QR code, they are prompted to download the app as well. This has meant that some people leave our interaction without getting my contact information saved because they don't have the Blinq app and don't want to install it.

**What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to share my contact information in situations that require it without having a physical business card on hand.
