One of the major complain that I have with Airtable software is that it's user interfaces is quite Complex and also it is not compatible on my mobile phone. There is no application available that supports Android or iOS devices to access it from anywhere you will have to use it on a browser and from your desktop device only. Honestly, there are only a few things I wish would get addressed, and I know they’re working on them, mostly Interface/UI improvements. One is the List view: I’d love the ability to lock the primary field. The other is bulk image downloading. That’s really it. Airtable has become an essential tool for almost all of our documentation and a key part of our new client and new employee onboarding process. It's a great tool to keep documentation and processes organized as well as making it visual and easy to locate information whenever it is needed. Applying formulas is one of the most difficult part according to my experience on this software because there are different type of formulas and you won't be able to understand where to use which formula and their user interface is also quite complex for beginners. Unlike Excel, where data is just text in a cell, Airtable lets you link records. You can link a "Task" to a "Project" and a "Client," ensuring that if you update the client's name once, it updates everywhere across your entire system.

Every Airtable plan has a hard limit on the number of rows (records) per base. On the Free plan, it's 1,000; even the paid "Team" plan ($20/mo) caps at 50,000. Airtable is a very flexible, low code, no code tool. In my department we use it to track all of our projects, to track budget, and may other things.
