## Airtable Reviews
 ### 1. Simple yet powerful database tool for streamlining processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar A. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love the interface and the simplicity of the tools provided. They strike a very good balance between functionality and simplicity.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Sometimes the funcions are too simple. I also don't like how dates are handled in AirTable. They need to set dates to be based on where the base is being accessed from instead of the server they are hosted on. It makes it even more difficult when trying to use a function to get around a certain date restriction, but then AirTable no longer identifies the output of the function as a date.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into our projects and various workflows. It is easy to setup a workflow and assign an owner to it through AirTable. We also use it to assign tasks

 ### 2. Airtable: Flexible, Powerful, and a Total Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Macaulay G. | Data & Automation Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable’s flexibility is its biggest strength. We’ve used it for everything from tracking client projects to automating tasks. One standout example was when we set up a custom Stripe integration for a client using Airtable’s scripting and webhook features—it worked perfectly and saved us a lot of time.

Another case was automating reminders and task tracking through Zapier integrations, which reduced manual follow-ups across our team. It’s great that we can use Airtable for both simple task management and more complex workflows, all in one platform. We rely on it daily—it’s become an essential tool for our operations.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Some of the advanced setups, like when we configured the Stripe integration or certain automations, took longer than expected because of trial and error. The AI feature, while promising, wasn’t as efficient as we’d hoped—it took a while to get the right prompt for an automation and ended up consuming a lot of Airtable AI credits.

Customer support has been helpful whenever we reached out, but it would be great if they provided more guidance on advanced use cases or setup tips for things like scripting and AI. Additionally, we’ve found the reporting tools a bit limited. More built-in options for creating detailed reports would make Airtable even more valuable for tracking and analyzing data.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has solved many of the challenges we faced with keeping our workflows streamlined and our data organized. Before using Airtable, we struggled with scattered information across different tools and a lot of manual work to keep things updated. Now, everything—from project tracking to client workflows—is centralized, making it much easier to manage.

One of the biggest wins has been automating repetitive tasks. For instance, we’ve set up reminders for overdue tasks using Zapier, and it’s reduced the need for manual follow-ups. Another example is the custom Stripe integration we built using Airtable scripting and webhooks, which allowed us to automate payment tracking for a client. This saved us hours of work and made the process far more efficient.

Airtable has also helped us collaborate better as a team. With customizable views and shared access, everyone stays on the same page without having to dig through email threads or spreadsheets. It’s especially useful for complex projects where we need to track multiple moving parts.

The flexibility of Airtable means we can adapt it to fit specific needs, whether it’s creating simple to-do lists or building fully automated workflows. As a result, we’ve been able to reduce errors, improve productivity, and deliver results to our clients faster.

 ### 3. Versatile, Collaborative and A Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is awesome because it combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a db as I will say many time, making it easy to use and easy to access. I like becuase:
Customizability: You can create tailored workflows, organize projects, or track data with easily
Collaboration Features: It's great for teams to collaborate in real time with messaging and @'ing people
Ease of Use: The drag-and-drop interface and clean design make it approachable, even for non-technical users (some of my team)
Integrations: It connects with tools like Paperform and Excel
Views: You can switch between grid, Kanban, calendar, gallery, and timeline views depending on your project needs - love this!
Automations: You can set up actions like sending emails, or updating fields automatically. There are others, I just don't use.
Great application

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Some bad things:
1. Lack of advanced reporting
2. Mobile app could be improved
3. Pro plan restrictions on some features - ridiculous
4. Crashes rarely - and have to refresh
5. Some advanced fatures are a bit complex too use

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves several problems for my team by combining the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a db. It helps me organize my project, adjust data as needed, and collaborate in real-time with my team. I also use the forms features that makes onboarding new users great! By offering custom views for multiple team members, many different column items, and automation features, it saves me so much time on repetitive tasks and allows for better focus on high-priority tasks. Overall, it simplifies data organization, improves team collab, and adapts as my projects grow, making it a great tool for managing my team and project.

 ### 4. Love the UI, the speed, and the ease of use.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The UI is great and they continuously work on it as well. The speed of loading between bases and within information and connecting to other bases is great as well. They are not stagnant and look at ways to improve the product over time. I love the automations, interfaces, and as of now the new UI.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The pricing structure versus the features. It seems like some features should be part of different pricing tiers and sometimes dont understand what tier i need to be on to access that feature. Also would like to have better data validation within fields that expands to interfaces.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Management, Version control,

 ### 5. Essential for cross-functional operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is incredibly easy to use and transparent on how data is structured across databases

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The new AI based builder often creates structures that require as much time to fix as it would have been for me to build from scratch

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a small business that needs to have business processes and data structures across functional areas without breaking the bank. Airtable is flexible enough to satisfy this role

 ### 6. AirTable is a simple solution for streamlining the way we store and share data.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari H. | Agency Relations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

AirTable has enabled us to keep all of our data in one place. It was fairly easy to integrate our existing data into one streamlined location, allowing us to be more efficient and keep our information current and easily accessible. Before, we had multiple spreadsheets saved in multiple locations, with multiple people accessing and updating the information. Airtable makes it easy to see our data in a variety of different ways and control who has access to the information as well as their level of access.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It's taken some time to learn how to use AirTable. I've done a lot of research and watched a bunch of videos. I know there are many resources available on the website, however my organization is different than most of the marketing and customer service type businesses that use AirTable. I work for a food bank and have found it difficult to find specific examples or instructions on how to utilize AirTable in a way that works for our specific needs. If we were an advertising firm, I would have no problem finding tutorials and specific examples of ways to utilize AirTable. It's taken a lot of digging through the resources and searching online to find specific instructions on how to customize our base to make it work the way we need it to, and I know there are so many features that we haven't even discovered yet, it's just a matter of taking the time to do the research. It would be helpful if there was a way to talk to a live person to get support for certain issues.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our data into one location that can be customized and shared with other employees and outside sources.

 ### 7. An Incredibly Flexible and Powerful Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxwell P. S. | Agent/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

As a literary agent, what I like best about Airtable is its incredible flexibility and ease of use. It allows me to seamlessly organize and connect all aspects of my business—tracking authors, their publications, royalty reports, payment schedules, book covers, and promotional assets—all in one dynamic platform. The ability to link related records, like an author to their royalty reports or next book ideas to potential comp titles, makes it far more intuitive and powerful than traditional spreadsheets like Excel. Airtable’s visual and customizable interface, combined with its relational database capabilities, helps me brainstorm, plan, and execute with unparalleled efficiency. It's truly a game-changer for managing complex, multi-faceted workflows.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One of the main limitations I’ve encountered is the pricing structure. My agency is small and I rely on a few external contractors to help run my business, and providing them full access would quickly get expensive. Additionally, creating complex automations or integrations seems to be beyond my know-how at the moment, so I feel like I'm not getting everything AirTable has to offer.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving the challenge of managing interconnected, complex data in a way that's both organized and highly accessible. As a literary agent, I need to track an array of information—authors, their publications, royalty reports, payment schedules, book covers, promotional assets, next book ideas, and comparative titles. Airtable's relational database structure allows me to link all of these elements seamlessly, so I can quickly access or update information without redundancy.

The biggest benefit is the time and clarity it provides. Instead of sifting through separate spreadsheets or files, I can see everything in one dynamic view. I also appreciate the icalendar subscriptions that allow key dates and deliverables to appear in my calendar seamlessly.

 ### 8. Airtable brings relational databases to non-technical users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia D. | Booking Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like that Airtable makes linked records and relational databases accessible to users who don't have a data/technical background. I have implemented Airtable systems at several arts organizations I have worked at, and amount of extra tedious work Airtable eliminates always astonishes my colleagues, most of whom simply didn't know what was possible with a tool like Airtable. I also like the versatility of automations and formula fields to further eliminate busywork!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I wish that there were more formatting options within fields and tables. For instance, it would be great to shade an entire column a specific color, or be able to add color to rich text-enabled long text fields. Also, this particular bugaboo is top of mind because it's the end of the year, but I wish that when typing in "January" in a date field, it would default to the closer January, i.e. January 2025, not January 2024. We have mistakenly had some records disappear into the past because one of our users didn't notice that the date had defaulted to January 2024.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving a rampant problem in my industry (arts organizations administration)-- multiple, competing sources of truth that all need to be updated separately. Linked records and lookup fields have been a gamechanger for my colleagues.

 ### 9. The most flexible yet robust tool available on the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff R. | Senior Manager, Digital Product Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable, and the community of users, has enabled me to build powerful tools that meet my personal and small business use cases. It's been tremenddously valuable to tap the community for ready-to-use bases or for starting point bases that allow me to customize and build tools for my needs.

I have built tools that power my personal and business expense ledgers, CRM's and even planned a group trip using a customized base. I am very proud of how I've used it to capture and store key digital items such as articles, images and links that come my way - easily referenced using a slick gallery view with cover images for each record.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It can be tough to "know where to start" with Airtable. But if that's where you are with the platform - have a look at the Gallery pages and use what others have shared to get inspiration on how to get started!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me stay in touch with key contacts, on top of my finances and allows me to build a repository of key records / assets that inspire me on a daily basis because they are easy to retrieve/ view.

 ### 10. Easily create intuitive apps on top of of relational database. Integrations aplenty too!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Senior Product Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is easy to use for non-technical people, but also robust and powerful enough to be an enterprise solution. For Product Operations management it can't be beat in term of creating workflows, tools for tracking, automations for communication... this isn't the Airtable of 2019... Airtable has become user friendly and enterprise worthy.
I was able to build an OKR tracker, project tracker, feature development and roadmap, feedback loop and release tracker in less than a month and onboard the entire team....

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I wish it had a bit more functionality to support task mangement in project management.... milestones work well, and you can create anything that is in Asana.... but I wish it had a way to create sections in a project without taking up a level in the interface... but this isn't that bad because you can use fields to make sections... I would love to see more than 3 levels to an interface....

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our strategic planning with our roadmap and project portfolio.

 ### 11. I set up all my clients on Airtable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose F. | Curator, publisher, author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It's the most versatile software I use. I've been able to track incredibly complicated art collections for clients and share only the details buyers need to see. Airtable always wows people! It looks complicated, but when I show clients how they can move around Airtable and access important details, they are blown away. For art collectors, this is a powerful tool becaue it's so easy to implement and integrate their colelction into the format.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I find their system of charging for use very confusing. I want to share my art collection template but worry that I'll be charged when people request permission to use it. I wish this were better explained.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number one problem is keeping track of art collections--images, purchase records, details about provenance, framing, condition, and current appraised prices are vital for imortant collections. When a client wants to see art, it is so easy to create a table with a subset of images and details and send that to the buyer. Airtable is a gamechanger in my business dealings.

 ### 12. AirTable powers student registrations and class setup for my training business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim D. | Principal and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is easy to set up and modify as needed. I did not have to attend any special training or learn complex codes to get business automation up quickly. When there is an issue to figure out, I'm usually able to puzzle my way through fairly straightforward interfaces and implementations. Many of the features provided meet my need.
It also helps, that I was able to bootstrap my business when a gracious former employer let me clone and modify their setup.
Airtable provides a time-saving connection to purchases in my Shopify store, so every sale is eased, and manual interventions are infrequent.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

A coworker of mine who is not database-savvy had a hard time figuring it out, so it's not completely "dummy-proof".

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers purchase seats in my training classes in a Shopify store. An Airtable automation imports data from the sale and generates an enrollment for a particular class. Airtable then generates class lists, allows me to coordinate logistics, and provides useful summaries of attendance, profits, etc.

 ### 13. Best App for Prototyping with Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody W. | Lead Technology Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

User interface is done really well. Workflows are intuitive and powerful. Lots of free extensions and prepackaged code snippets to work with and use Data to prototype custom applications.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable is not as scalable as it could be. Increasing users, adding administrative functions, as well as advanced features such as Portals or A.I. become prohibitively expensive quickly. The business model Airtable has now makes it so some companies will simply grow out of it and find something else that's more cost effective.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined tabulated data that allows quick and effective creation of tables that would otherwise be annoyingly tedious in Excel or Numbers. Given that it is web based, Airtable allows one to flawlessly utilize tables to embed forms or interactive data into other websites and applications without sacrificing beauty or user experience. It's extendability with products such as Data Fetcher allows for quick connections to other databases to develop the proof of concept for more advanced workflows including those that can be automated.

 ### 14. Enjoying the collaboration and commenting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurean C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Ability for multiple users to collaborate on records and keep a sparate chat on each record.
Lately, we've been impressed with the ChatGPT integration. Linking the prompt to client fields has been a huge game changer for us in creating social captions.
Love the formula fields and how quick they are.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Don't like that you can't change the data entry on the record detail. Many mistakes are made because this screen isn't intuitive or friendly to NOT taking your hands off the keyboard. (we LOVE the tab key!!)

At least would like to tighten it up a bit, shorten fields, combine fields on one row (ie: first / last name). It would make it easier to read and navigate when there are alot of fields to work with in a record.

Implementation was a CHORE. Not intuitive at all. Took months to get things working just right.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketing agency, we have social media posts with tons of data about each post all over. Airtable not only allows us to consolidate all that data, as it comes in over time, but also collaborate on each piece.
Having multiple fields that are links are critical too, so we can link out to a reasearch document, and the related CANVA graphic. And then upload the final CANVA image right into the record.
The seperate chat piece allows the team to leave each other feedback as the social post progresses. Removes the need for emails and a seperate SLACK thread!
Very convenient! Less mistakes, quicker creation, better quality due to the improved collaboration.

 ### 15. A delight for even the trickiest of workarounds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Associate Director of Public Relations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is a very versatile and user-friendly platform that offers a wide range of features that can be applied in creative ways. I have found it extremely useful for data tracking and database management and find myself using it on a fairly regular basis. If I ever stumble upon a problem that could benefit from having a technical solution, Airtable is usually my go-to solution.

I find the view sharing feature greatly helpful for distributing data and resources internally, especially among others who don't need to access the platform itself but would benefit from the information contained in the bases and workspaces I create. It is easy to implement, especially given the ability to add on integrations and pulgins.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

In order to track and manipulate data in the right way, I have found there is a need for some coding experience. There are also instances where I've been unable to complete a task or execute a desired outcome, leaving me wondering if the issue is user error or a limitation of the platform. I also wish I better understood, or had more helpful guidance, around dependent records and multi-layered sorting and grouping.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are two major priojects where Airtable has been a lifesaver. The first is a large organizational directory. Each record has become a page in the directory with organizational information (addresses, phone numbers, mission statement, leadership, etc.). Through a plugin, I was able to create a self-serve portal where organizations can independently manage their listing. This has significantly reduced the need for myself or another database administrator to manually update these entries, and instead focus on cleaning up records for consistency before publishing.

The second is a work in progress project where we are tracking education program metrics and statistics. I have found it incredibly useful for calculating attendance numbers, parsing out numbers by certain parameters (e.g. city council districts, etc.) and producing quick and easy to access reports when we need to access accurate and timely information at any given time.

 ### 16. Best in Show!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammy B. | Executive Director/Assistant Dean, Marketing & Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Since I discovered Airtable a few years ago, it quickly became one of my all-time favorite platforms. I was trying to figure out how to do something technical on Excel when I stumbled across Airtable...and Airtable easly did it for me. Even for people who get nervous about learning new products find that this is so easy to learn, efficient and effective for pretty much any project you're working on. I've used it for creating an annual marketing plan, event management, database management, forms...the list goes on and on...

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I honestly haven't found anything I don't like about Airtable. Typically, when I think it can't do something, I find out it was user error and whatever I was trying to do is very easy if I just use the correct tool within the program.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable for many different types of projects: database management, strategic planning and implementation, project management, forms integrating into a database, org charts, page designs, etc. Find a project and I will find a way to use Airtable to help.

 ### 17. Powerful Database, Easy to Set Up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James G. | Owner/Manager (LLC), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Initial setup is a breeze. So many functions are easily configurable. New fields (many different types) are easy to add. Complex programming is not required, but more advanced functions are available with their programming language. And the Community is very helpful when I want to do some more advanced functions.
I used to track my photography leads with Excel. No more. Airtable is SO much better. I can enter a project as a sales lead and execute it all the way through invoicing should it turn into a revenue project.
Changes are so easy. No copy and paste, no macros. It is an awesome database.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There are just a few minor annoyances, but they are miniscule compared to the functionality I receive.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking projects from Sales Lead to actual project. Making sure I do my followups by color coding projects based on followup needed. Tracking my workflow on active projects so I know where I am and what is needed at all times.

 ### 18. Great Product - Multiple Uses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn M. | Social Team Manager, Apparel & Fashion, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable gives you the flexibility to choose how to use it. They offer multiple plan levels at some of the best rates on the market. There are more features and funcitonality compared to similar project management tools.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There can be a learning curve for automations. If an automation is not already provided, or a field can't be created using a formula, your only other option is to create a script in your automation. There isn't a lot of resources available for this, as you're expected to have prior knowledge of JavaScript.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable allows us to keep all tasks in a centralized location, and we're able to carry large workloads rather than using Excel as a database. Almost every feature available in Excel is also available in Airtable, plus additional reporting, collection, and automation features. Rather than having to use several tools to accomplish a task, all of them are available in one place.

 ### 19. User friendly at its peak

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ARPIT S. | Product Engineer, Airlines/Aviation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

- User-friendly for Data management at the extreme level.
- Can have text, formulas, links, documents any data type for that field.
- Can link secondary table set and its fields in quick seconds.
- Can create several views for different analyses and different users.
- Automation sets are pretty easy.
- Easy to write and autocomplete formula section.
- Easy to implement any changes in the record.
- Have a track history of any minor changes to the rows or elements.
- Can change the security settings for any table, field, or view based on the participant's role.
- Automated backups which are easy to retrieve.
- Easy to pull data through APIs.
- Customer support is quick and supportive.
- Any contributors to the projects usually use Airtable throughout the day for any updates, or changes, or to have the projects on track

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

- Pull-type APIs are great but to push any mass data or integrate it with another software or its exports, we have to use third-party software.

 ### 20. Omni Makes Airtable a Powerful Backend Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhil M. | Managing Partner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The images generation features look interesting.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Integrating more data providers for data enrichment.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to streamline backend development for websites, simplifying table creation with AI, and integrating easily with APIs, which enhances productivity and prevents crashes.

 ### 21. Airtable is one of the best no-code database softwares out there!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Ease of use, great functionality and user experience, build almost any solution needing a database! Compared to other similar products on the market (Smartsuite, Monday.com, Notion), Airtable is one of my favorites. The user experience feels seamless, very little friction, and not clunky at all.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Love the interface features, but setting them up on your own can take quite a while. Also wish Airtable forms had a couple more features, such as creation pages/sections. I tend to use Fillout forms to create forms, which then connect to Airtable, because Airtable forms are missing some of the features Fillout has.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tend to use Airtable when I need a robust database to store complex data objects. For instance, I've created a company CRM (customer relationship management) to track our company's customers, donations, purchase history, campaigns (events, cohorts, and free downloads) people have participated in, as well as communications. I've also created a company accounting/bookkeeping database to store our company's finances, which includes our chart of accounts, our payees, our grant expenses, and entire list of financial transactions (any money coming into or going out of our company).

 ### 22. Top Tier Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah M. | Owner, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The organization of Airtable is top tier - our ability to change up the view, filter by specific categories, and quickly see the information we need throughout thousands of categories makes this the ideal software for our needs. It's easy to use, easy to put into work for our program, and has made it so simple to integrate with our other platforms that are used for our school. We've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the customer support team when needed. We use Airtable daily in our work, and it's a lifesaver!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

With multiple users, things can sometimes get confusing if someone forgets to put the views/filters back to usual. This could very well be user error though - perhaps we just aren't familiar enough with the system!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found Airtable at a critical point in our online school's development. We expected a small enrollment for our first year and foolishly thought we could just organize everything in a Google Drive folder. HA! When our enrollment numbers far exceeded what we expected, we instantly ran into organization issues. Airtable solved these problems for us immediately. We've used Airtable since 2022 and I can't imagine trying to manage our products and projects without it!

 ### 23. So many different uses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan G. | Digital Strategy Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love the ability to connect data across sheets without a vlookup or struggling to come up with the right excel formula. Airtable makes it easy to create views to share with colleagues that only includes the necessary information, and isn't overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There isn't anything I specifically dislike, I find it easy to get started with and onboard new people to.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable makes it easy to keep track of ad campaigns and their performance, and share the current creative with my team in the field.

 ### 24. Beautiful Dashboards and Effortless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Easy to use, with a nice UI and beautiful dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Nothing so far, I've liked the tool and its features.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me analyze data, create dashboards, and make better decisions.

 ### 25. Fantastic Data and Automation Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan S. | Technical Buyer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable makes building complex automations and databasing accessible to the average user. The UI is excellent, so it doesn't need any other tools to dress it up. The integrations are also pretty extensive, so there's bound to be a tool in your arsenal that works with Airtable.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Some of the formulas are lacking - sometimes you have to use workarounds for something that would be simple on a different tool.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the coolest things that Airtable has done is to bring some of our most popular database tables into a more accessible environment. So, for the average user that doesn't know SQL, they can still access valuable data and utilize it to enrich what they do on their team. I love that people can build useful tools that are relevant to our company and share them so they are public tools. This has saved me a ton of time, as I'm able to build off of some of our more capable developers.

 ### 26. A Tech-Savvy Tool for Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe S. | Program Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is amazing for coordinating scalable projects. It can be used singularly or in a group, and the features it offers allow for better organization and coordination.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I don't think it's particularly easy to use due to all of its customizations. If you are very tech-savvy and know how to create very specific projects, it's great, but can be challenging for laypeople to use for relatively simple templatized tasks.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is helping us track spending, marketing plans, and track our yearly calendar

 ### 27. Streamlines Processes for PMs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trish C. | Scrum Master, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is such a value for working on our social media team as it organizes content for us in a timely manner, keeping the team on top of timing and making sure each post has what it needs for launch. It is easy to use and beginner friendly, and I love that it updates live for everyone else so no refreshing is necessary. We use Airtable daily and have now started implementing it in other areas of marketing that may need process support.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The only downside to Airtable is not having a good way to show timelines. There is a gantt chart and timeline feature but it is elementary at best, proving difficult to be a one stop shop for all things related to event management.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing content on a timeline, benefits me due to freeing up my time focused on creating rather than simple administrative tasks

 ### 28. AirTable is the all in one forms tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Miguel G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The way you can make forms is pretty easy and fast

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

You need to learn lots of stuff to being able to connect it

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to make mvp of products and forms

 ### 29. AirTable solved many problems with a single software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicki v. | Deputy Director, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

AirTable allowed us to find a single solution. Rather than having to purchase separate CRM, property management, finance, grant management, and payroll software, then spend many hours to customize each one, we save thousands of dollars by just purchasing AirTable. We did invest a lot of hours up front to build exactly what we needed, but we would have had to spend a lot of those hours customizing other software anyway. When things were too complicated for us to figure out for ourselves, we could get help through AirTable's referral program and got our own specialist to get us through the really difficult parts. In the end, we are saving thousands, and can get exactly what we need. We've been able to leave confusing and less functional spreadsheets and tables behind!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

We've been using AT for almost 18 months, and all the functionality wasn't there originally. But more is added all the time, which we are grateful for, so I'm not sure that's even a drawback!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to be able to find data in our numerous spreadsheets for our year-end reports. Now it's all in one place and displayed in beautiful graphs for the board of directors. We have become much more efficient. Saving time and money.

 ### 30. Airtable is powerful, flexible, and a little overwhelming!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The flexibility of bases, linked bases, and interface views for collaborators is a godsend. Non-technical team members can jump into work pretty quickly and easily, and keeping records up to date is intuitive. My team now uses it to manage a gnarly corpus of data, and we use it regularly.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I wish creating attractive interfaces was more flexible, intuitive, and fast. Implementation and design of an instance is a pretty complicated thing, depending on the use case.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a database of information on a client deliverable that was previously managed across 25 separate word documents. Changes to one template needed to be made in all, and it was an unsustainable situation. Airtable has solved that problem and more.

 ### 31. Airtable makes everything easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah H. | Head of Talent Management Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I have been using Airtable since 2018 and it continues to improve and add features that help me every day. I use automations across Slack, email and Google calendar to decrease my manual workload and have taught members of my team how to utilize Airtable for their work as well. I've probably saved at least 20 hours of work a week with Airtable automations!

Some folks I introduce to Airtable feel daunted by it at first because it's so open-ended: you can truly build anything! Once they get the basics, though, their wheels start turning, just like mine do, to use it in all areas: project management, data tracking and analytics, and communications.

In addition to providing great resources online to learn about new features and help me build my bases, Airtable's customer support has also continually been helpful when I've gotten stuck at any point. I'm so grateful!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The only issue I've come up against with Airtable recently is the calendar integration. Rather than add attendees to calendar invites (via automation), Airtable wipes the existing attendees and replaces with the attendees from the field. I haven't found a workaround without using Zapier as a third-party resource to connect the dots.

That's the only snafu I've run into; usually I find or customer support helps me find a solution if I get stuck.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating communications and workflows, Airtable has saved countless hours of labor and decreased human error for me personally as well as my team. It also provides "one source of truth" across several stakeholders for data: the nitty gritty needed to perform daily tasks, as well as the data analytics that let us zoom out to measure success over time.

 ### 32. The Best of All Worlds when it Comes to CRMs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max O. | Public Relations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable's standout feature is its incredible adaptability, making it a powerful tool for virtually any use case. Its flexibility allows users to customize workflows and databases to fit their specific needs, whether for project management, content planning, CRM, or inventory tracking. Additionally, Airtable excels at integrating data across multiple levels, enabling users to connect related tables and fields seamlessly. This integration capability ensures that all data is consolidated into one clean, comprehensive database, providing a clear and organized view of complex information. Its intuitive interface, paired with its robust functionality, makes Airtable an indispensable tool for individuals and teams looking to streamline operations and improve data accessibility. The script extrenseion allows for easy to implement customability to whatever one might need which allows me to use our extensive database on a daily basis for a variety of of our clients. The customer support team is quick and does a great job of working on an individual level to solve any issue or question one might have.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

My least favorite aspect of Airtable is the difficulty in collaborating with non-Pro users, which significantly limits its usability within an organization. While Airtable offers powerful features for Pro users, the disparity in access and functionality between user tiers can hinder teamwork. Non-Pro users often face restrictions that prevent them from fully engaging with the platform, making it challenging to scale its use across larger teams or departments. As a result, collaboration is often limited to a select few within the organization, reducing the platform's overall effectiveness for widespread adoption.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves the challenge of organizing and managing complex data across multiple use cases, providing significant benefits for my work.

For one client, I use Airtable to create and manage a detailed and comprehensive press list. Its relational database structure allows me to track and organize contacts across various categories, including media outlets, journalists, regions, and specializations. I can easily link relevant data—such as past communications, press releases sent, or upcoming opportunities—to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Airtable’s ability to filter, group, and sort data allows me to quickly identify the best media contacts for specific stories, saving time and ensuring precision in outreach.

For another client, I use Airtable for project management of social media campaigns across multiple countries. It enables seamless collaboration with team members in different time zones, ensuring each post goes through the necessary approval process and is scheduled efficiently. The platform's customizable views, such as Kanban boards, calendars, and grids, make it easy to track the status of every post, from concept to publication. With built-in automations, Airtable sends reminders for pending tasks and approvals, keeping the workflow organized and reducing the risk of delays.

These capabilities have streamlined my workflows, increased efficiency, and allowed me to deliver higher-quality results for my clients.

 ### 33. Powerful database that helps to connect stakeholders with critical information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David O. | Sr. Director of Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Yubico, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is a flexible database that enables several teams at Yubico to manage content creation and to then share it out in various views so our stakeholders can quickly and easily find the content they need. We use Airtable to track our customer interactions around advocacy which helps us to pace our asks of advocates to provides a clear record of advoacates who are truly engaged with Yubico.

We have other marketing teams that use Airtable to manage content they are creating and help with scheduling the content they will issue on social channels as well as campaigns that the content will support. The flexbility that Airtable provides enables different teams to manage their own bases and to do support completely unique use cases.

Airtable is used daily by different teams and the sheer ease of use has enabled success across teams. Our stakeholders love the easy access and quick answers that our various views provide them.

Having used Airtable at two companies I have seen teams of all sizes benefit from what can be created, developed, managed and supported in Airtable.

This flexibility of the database is a major strength of Airtable. The easy integration across our various teams is also a major benefit. Some of the new features will be a benefit as we expand our use of the database in the coming year.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Working on formulas by myself has not been very easy for me. I have been able to lean into Airtable support to help me work through creating the proper updates to my bases.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For customer advocacy, we are using Airtable as a foundational platform for our program. I use it to track customer leads, requests, and progress content and as a way to share live and available content. This helps me to stay on top of our customer advocacy program.
For our social team, they use it to plan out their social posts and to enable their delivery across social channels in an organized fashion.
For Campaigns, they have used it to help our agency and team members be aligned on themes, campaigns and planning.

 ### 34. Endless Possibilities, Practical Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tannon H. | Executive Director, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I use Airtable primarily as a CRM across multiple organizations, and the ability to have accessibility to develop functionality that supports the complex needs of how that data is shared between bases, amongst team members and even now with the public has been unbelievably powerful.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable is always innovating, so my only complaint is that I don't have enough time to take advantages of new features being developed as they are being released!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a cloud-based platform that is also supported on mobile devices and tablets allows for great application and function throughout our grassroots organization. It allows us to develop systems with specific needs and user accessibilities that allow us to empower volunteers to have greater impact without concern for data privacy or unintended data manipulations. We lean heavily on Airtable to pull off events that allow us to coordinate several moving parts, including thousands of people with just a few clicks of a button. And the automations... GAME CHANGER!

 ### 35. Airtable is always the best option!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly M. | Sr. People Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I've been using Airtable in multiple roles now from small businesses to enterprise level, it truly can do it all. Being in HR, I've had the opportunity to build out comprehensive automation systems for Leave Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, and more. I can confidently say I've used Airtable everyday for the past 4 years and truly wouldn't have it any other way, it has enhanced more processes to account for and organized millions of data fields to this day. The UI and UX for others who are not as familiar with Airtable is a dream. Airtable is able to adjust to your needs using a handful of different subscription options making it easy to suit the needs of your company and providing a seamless implementation, amazing customer support, and reliable data/process flows for companies big and small.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable can be complex when looking at it as a beginner. But with that complexity and questions, Airtable community is a great help at getting started with the wonders of Airtable and all of its' capabilities.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is helping keep many data points in one centralized locations and allowing me to sync databases to create branches of projects, data, and processes from one single source. It has helped automate very manual processes in onboarding, offboarding, leave management, company-wide initiatives, and more.

 ### 36. Finally, a database with great UX and UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda W. | Senior Manager, Global ERGs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

First and foremost, as an artist who works with a lot of data in my day job, I highly appreciate Airtable's visual appeal. I can create Views to separate information or separate categories by color, gone are the days of sprawling spreadsheets with minimal filtering options. Whew!

The ability to view multiple forms of data (images, emails, dates, links) in multiple formats (grid, calendar, gallery, or Kanban) is fast and effortless. Can't recommend it enough.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable Interfaces: While the interfaces are excellent for viewing data, it would be even more powerful if they allowed users to enter data directly. This would make Airtable an even better tool for collaboration without every user needing to be an Airtable expert on where to find and enter information.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become the source of truth for information. We use many tools at our company. Some of the tools are integrated with Airtable. Even when a tool isn't seemlessly integrated into Airtable, I can still embed Airtable within those spaces and/or put links and docs directly into my base, so it's still a one stop shop.

 ### 37. A great backend for web application development!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett D. | Designer/Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love how easy it is to create data tables that are completely customizable in how I use the data. I can manipulate things however I need to in order to get the end result I need. Airtable can handle most of the heavy lifting with data manipulation when I am developing web apps.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There are some features that other services like Zapier or Make have that I wish Airtable had. I think in time they will probably start to add some of those things, but in it's current state it has about 90% of what I need. It is close, but not perfect. Still it is by far the the easiest way to manipulate data and do all sorts of useful things with it.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage a lot of dates and timelines in a web app that I develop for. I can have Airtable handle all the heavy lifting with doing the math on windows of time based on given dates, etc. From there I can integrate with Google Calendar to automate scheduling, etc.

 ### 38. Airtable gave us the exact solution we needed that we could have easily paid $1000s per month for.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable gives us the flexibility to make the software work for our needs, not just accept features that someone else has deemed important. The possibilities for customization is nearly infinite, and there are so many starter templates and examples of both how other users are implementing things already and a ton of help in the forums.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There is definitely a learning curve to making Airtable work the way you want it to, and printing things out on paper seems to be an afterthought, which I understand for most people.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system to track literally hundreds of our customers' assets that they rely on us to keep up-to-date and maintain a record of what we've done for them. Airtable allowed us to create a backend where many different tables (customers, assets, customer requests, products we need to order, etc.) can all 'talk' to each other and display their information in ways that we can get things completed and keep customers confident that we're taking care of their equipment.

 ### 39. Amazing Tool for Content Planning and Project Management for Publications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colleen D. | Principal Writer, Editor, and Strategist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I've been using Airtable for about 7 years now. I first learned about it from a fellow editor when I was looking for a tool to help my content creation team to store and track our story ideas throughout the publication process and to store all that info in one place and be able to share it with our team. Previously, we were using a Google Sheet and there just wasn't enough functionality to do what we wanted to do.

I absolutely love Airtable and all of the improvements they've made throughout the years. It not only allows you to store your information but thanks to all of the filtering, sorting, and grouping options, you can actually make your data work for you and get at-a-glance updates throughout the publication process super quickly. It always made it so easy to track exactly where we were at -- for assigning stories, status updates where each story was in the process, what had been reviewed and what hadn't. I could go on and on.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The only thing I don't love is about Airtable is that it's evolved so much that it's a bit overwhelming now. There really is so much you can do with apps and integrations, and it's a bit hard for a novice to wrap their head around, even though they do offer plenty of webinars.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that I've transitioned to full-time freelance, I use Airtable to keep track of my clients and prospects, my assignments and related tasks, and my business goals. It helps me stay on top of everything and I love that I can pull so many pieces of related data together all under one assignment -- the client, the Google doc, the tasks (interviewing, researching, writing, sending for review), and ultimately the published piece. I constantly recommend it to others!

 ### 40. A Platform to Use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I enjoy that Airtable is able to keep our information in a tidy space, while being easy to navigate with our teams.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I dislike the new monochromatic color that Airtable uses for its logo, bring back the fun color!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving the problem of our information being scattered between different teams, now we have a single platform where we can all share and process information.

 ### 41. Easy to use and navigate

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

We are able to import through automations and organize with ease. It integrates will with other platforms and is easy to implement company wide.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Haven't found much yet, to be honest. It's what we are looking for

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to upload and parse through large amounts of data, setting up our online platform with ease. We are able to make modifications quickly and find issues with little roadblocks

 ### 42. Airtable for Project Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love using Airtable for my project tracking as it is a very intuitive, easy-to-use tool where I can link tables/data and build visuals to share them with my team with ease.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

When I started using Airtable, I did not like that I could not share with external users, but now they have the feature.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cross-team visibility to projects and project statuses along with outstanding issues.

 ### 43. Airtable is the swiss army knife of databases

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Philanthropy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is an intuitive and customizable way to manage our investment diligence and portfolio support workflows. It's designed for team collaboration and our bases and systems can grow with us. It saves me time every day.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The new AI features have been modestly helpful but the UX and capabilities were unclear at first.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relational database, CRM, and analysis that I would otherwise do in spreadsheets

 ### 44. Project management essential!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

As a Project Manager, Airtable helps me keep my team on track and organized. The features are incredibly customizable and it feels like there is a solution for every need. We utilize Airtable daily from cross-departmental projects to personal tasks. It is intuitive, easy to learn, and has integrated into our processes seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I'm a bit confused with the amount of users that can access a specific base and the fees associated.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has solved our organization roadblocks and acts as one centralized source of truth when it comes to our projects. We are able to collaborate, see what other teams are completing towards our common goal, and use the tracking data to firm up our processes for future projects.

 ### 45. Great api agnostic, no code database software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor C. | Operations Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Interfaces. Being able to display clear, navigable data to non-technical colleagues has been the best part for me.

Easy to use, intuitive to progress with, used daily.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Honestly this is more of a knock on my tech stack than Airtable. but I was not able to consistently push airtable updates through Zapier from my G-suite products. I was also unable to work through my team to connect the apis needed for maximum efficacy.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating user-friendly front end apps without investing in coding it out ourselves.

 ### 46. AMAZING!! We use it for everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clari L. | marketing director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It's literally become the way that our team maintains communication

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The scripting and views could use some work

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing our team and product launches, content, calendar, etc

 ### 47. Great product - small learning curve but then you have infinite power for customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe D. | Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The relational database is so helpful when creating a single source of truth. The interface builder is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The row limit means that the application is not suitable for some use case that we initially explored airtable for.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable allow us to seamlessly manage our content production process, from brainstorming and briefing to content creation and reviewing. We also use the workflow + interface capabilities to loop in the right teammates at the right time.

 ### 48. I couldn't live without Airtable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savannah H. | Community Relations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It keeps me organized, is easy to use, has so many features and functionality, and outperforms any of its competitors tenfold.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There is a learning curve when teaching it to someone, which means they aren't initially as excited as you may be about it. For people who aren't tech-savvy, it may not be the best option.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I track both quantitative and qualitative date, use it to collect information via forms, and use it to share information with others.

 ### 49. I like air tables. I am having a heard time with the colors in the new design

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The ease of updating that as soon as you enter info , it saves. YOu dont need to pres save....

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

the new styling its very hard to see what view you are on and buttons and check boxes are hard to see. I wish tehre would be an easier way of making parent records

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keep ing things neat and organized

 ### 50. Gamechanger! We don't even use Excel anymore.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie Y. | Owner, Maritime, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

We used large Excel spreadsheets that contained a lot of information. Once I started having others work in the spreadsheets, I was worried about mistakes they could make, especially if they weren't very experienced with Excel. Airtable made it so much easier for them to work in the spreadsheets and limit the kinds of mistakes that could be made. It also saves us a lot of time thanks to how you can set up views and still make changes to data. Views are one of the best features in Airtable. Their customer support is great. Definitely worth the cost.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I can't color individual cells. It only allows you to color the edge of the row based on the condition you set.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes a spreadsheet full of data easier to work with and offers dynamic ways to view the information and change data over several spreadsheets all at once.
